Dem Leader goes Scorched-Earth on ‘Anti-American’ Socialists for Trying to ‘Hijack’ Party

A leading House Democrat went scorched-earth on insurgent socialists rising within his party, repeatedly telling them to start their own party and accusing them of trying to “hijack” the Democratic Party as a “vessel” for their communist, “anti-American,” open-border platform.

House Intelligence Committee member Josh Gottheimer, D-N.J., a leader of the moderate Blue Dog Coalition, told Fox News on Sunday that the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) is “not Democrats” and rejected the idea that its platform is compatible with the Democratic Party’s.

“Obviously, I’m a very proud, common-sense Democrat, and I don’t think DSA members are Democrats. They’re socialists, right? And I’m all for them having their own party if they want one, but if they’re trying to take over our party, that’s unacceptable to me,” Gottheimer said on “The Big Weekend Show.”

“Their values, their ideas are certainly not in line with ours, and they don’t support our leadership. They’re trying to use the Democratic Party as a vessel for their ideas. And as you heard in some of these conventions, literally, they’re supporting the Communist Manifesto and [Leon] Trotsky, they’re anti-American, they are anti-cop, they don’t believe in borders.”

Gottheimer was referring to man-on-the-street clips of DSA members at the group’s Chicago convention. Aggressive HOAs are Running out of Money and Foreclosing on More Residents than ever Before

America’s homeowners associations are running out of money — and patience.

Amid rising insurance premiums, drained reserve funds and increased safety measures in the wake of the Surfside condominium collapse, the country’s hundreds of thousands of homeowners associations are cracking down on delinquent residents.

Even more startling, HOAs are skipping grace periods and handing delinquent accounts over to attorneys.

HOA foreclosures spiked nearly 40% in two years to 6,376 properties in the first quarter, according to real estate analytics firm Attom, as reported by the Wall Street Journal, putting its pace ahead of overall mortgage foreclosure rates.

Poll Asks Americans If They Think Iran War’s ‘Worth Fighting.’ The Results Are Brutal

Republican support for the Iran war is waning as polling numbers show the ongoing conflict has become increasingly unpopular.

A July 23-27 AP-NORC survey found that a majority — 64% — of U.S. adults not think the war has been “worth fighting,” the Associated Press reported Thursday. The poll was conducted starting on the final day of 13 consecutive nights of U.S. strikes on Iran.

Fighting resumed on July 28 after the survey concluded, according to a U.S. Central Command press release.

Among those polled, 37% of Republicans said the war was “not worth fighting,” compared to 87% of Democrats and 68% of independents, the AP-NORC data showed.

When asked what the US should do about Iran, 48% of Republicans answered that the “U.S. should continue military action against Iran,” more than double the 23% of total U.S. adults that answered the same, according to AP-NORC. Just 4% of Democrats agreed.

“What matters most to the American people is having a Commander in Chief who takes bold action to keep them safe, which is exactly what President Trump is doing,” White House Assistant Press Secretary Olivia Wales told the Daily Caller News Foundation.

However, after pleading guilty and expressing remorse, the 21-year-old model received a three-year suspended jail sentence.

Trump Blows His Top at Supreme Court Over ‘Negative’ Rulings: Cost US ‘TRILLIONS AND TRILLIONS!’

President Donald Trump raged against the Supreme Court in a Truth Social tirade on Wednesday evening, saying that recent rulings on his tariffs and birthright citizenship have cost America “TRILLIONS AND TRILLIONS.”

“Does anybody have any idea how much Money and Prestige the United States Supreme Court has cost our Nation with their negative Rulings on Birthright Citizenship and TARIFFS?” the president asked in his post just after 6 p.m. ET.

“The answer, TRILLIONS AND TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS!”

Trump DOJ Reaches Settlement with Pro-Life Christian Father of 11 Targeted by Biden Administration

Christian father of 11 Paul Vaughn has reached a seven-figure settlement with the Trump Department of Justice (DOJ) after being targeted by the Biden DOJ for his pro-life beliefs, his attorneys announced.

Vaughn was one of nearly two dozen pro-life activists targeted by the pro-abortion Biden administration and its weaponization of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act. The Biden DOJ brought charges against Vaughn and ten other activists for a peaceful sit-in at a Tennessee abortion clinic in 2021, and Vaughn was ultimately sentenced to three years of supervised release, avoiding prison time. Vaughn was one of more than 20 pro-life activists President Donald Trump pardoned when he began his second term.

In Vaughn’s case, the FBI conducted a predawn raid on his family’s home at gunpoint and arrested him in front of his wife and children, according to his attorneys.

“This family did nothing wrong. Paul prayed and sang. He bore witness to his faith and for that, the full weight of the federal government was brought crashing down on his front door before the sun rose,” said Steve Crampton, senior counsel at Thomas More Society.

“What was done to Paul and his family was a profound injustice, and we are grateful that this settlement acknowledges that. We also commend the Trump Department of Justice for having the courage to look at what its predecessor did, call it what it was—an abuse of power—and change course. No American should ever again have to fear an FBI raid for praying and offering hope to women in need,” Crampton continued. Nine-banded armadillos are a common sight across the southern US. . .

They are, for the most part, harmless. But experts say the adorable armored creatures may be the culprit behind a rising number of cases of an ancient disease. . .

Well, “ancient” is only partly true — leprosy, aka Hansen’s Disease, is a 4,000-year-old illness, but it infects as many as 200,000 around the world today.

In the US, there are a few hundred cases a year and numbers are climbing. Florida has some of the highest rates of infection in the country, with 17 so far this year.

Cases have been steadily climbing here, too: Florida had just eight cases in 2022 but 23 in 2023, 20 in 2024 and 26 last year. Central Florida appears to be a hot spot, with 40 of the 74 cases reported from 2019 to 2022 (55%) located in Brevard County, WJXT4 reports. . .

An Ancient Biblical Prophecy is Unfolding in Dead Sea

An ancient biblical prophecy linked to the end of the world may be beginning to unfold at the Dead Sea.

The Dead Sea is a landlocked salt lake bordered by Jordan to the east, the West Bank to the west, and Israel to the southwest. It sits in the Jordan Rift Valley and is the lowest land elevation on Earth.

Freshwater pools filled with plants and aquatic life have emerged beside the famously barren body of water, about 12 miles east of Jerusalem. . .

The dramatic change mirrors visions recorded by the prophets Ezekiel and Zechariah more than 2,500 years ago, which described living waters flowing east from Jerusalem and bringing life to the Dead Sea.

The visions say the deadly waters will eventually be healed, allowing fruit trees to flourish and fishermen to spread their nets along the shore.

Joe Biden appeared confused, struggled to remember facts and lost his train of thought during a series of meandering conversations with his ghostwriter roughly four years before he was elected president.

The former commander-in-chief also repeatedly made reference to retaining classified information in the discussions with his biographer Mark Zwonitzer, according to newly-released audio tapes.

The heavily-redacted recordings of Biden working on his 2017 memoir with Zwonitzer were released Monday to the House Judiciary Committee and the conservative Oversight Project nonprofit after a two-year-long court battle.

“We now know what has been long assumed: the autopen scandal extends far back beyond just when Joe Biden ‘ran’ for president from his basement,” Oversight Project President Mike Howell said in a statement.

The process begins with skin recovered from deceased donors in the US, which is sent to a lab and stripped of all cellular material. What remains is a purified framework called the extracellular matrix, or ECM.

The final product contains a preserved network of human collagen, elastin, hyaluronic acid and adhesive glycoproteins that acts as a natural scaffold, giving recipients’ own skin cells a structure to attach to and grow within. 

“It’s just the skin tissue with all the cells stripped out in order to prevent immune rejection and allergic side effects,” Kim Han-saem, chief dermatologist at Seoul’s DoD Dermatology Clinic, who has administered Re2O since it was introduced in late 2024, told Bloomberg.

Once processed, the product can be injected into the face and neck, helping soften fine lines, tighten pores and create a foundation where the body’s own cells can regenerate.
