Newsmax Host Asks Netanyahu If Israel Is Behind The Killing Of Charlie Kirk

A Newsmax host asked Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to reply to fringetheories that Israel was behind the killing of Charlie Kirk ― and got an earful from the leader on the “ridiculous,” “insane” and “stupid” rumors.

Greta Van Susteren prefaced the question Thursday by noting the “absurdity” of the claims.

“Before I let you go, I want you to address one thing, and it’s just the absurdity of it,” Van Susteren said. “Some of the internet rumors that somehow Israel is behind the Charlie Kirk murder, and you know, I don’t believe it for one second, but I want you to, you know, make a statement. It’s so absurd.”

Netanyahu laughed ruefully before proceeding.

“That’s insane,” he said. “Israel also changes the orbit of the moon. Israel pushes the sun. I mean, the whole thing is not only insane, I think it’s so absurd, so stupid, and so ridiculous. You can’t believe that people are saying that.”

FBI ‘Far Ahead’: Chaffetz Says FBI Director “Knows What He’s Doing,” Confirms More Info in Charlie Kirk Investigation

Former U.S. Representative Jason Chaffetz (R‑Utah) has expressed confidence in the ongoing investigation into the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, asserting that FBI Director Kash Patel “knows what he’s doing” and that federal investigators have “far more information” than they’ve made public so far.

Chaffetz made these remarks on Fox News after speaking with both Director Patel and President Donald Trump about the tragic killing. The 31‑year‑old Kirk was shot during a speaking event at Utah Valley University, and as of Thursday, authorities have yet to apprehend a suspect. Initial reports of people in custody have since been clarified: a “person of interest” was detained and later released following interrogation.

Federal agents found a high‑powered bolt‑action rifle believed to be the shooting weapon. It was discovered in a wooded area connected to the escape route of the suspected shooter. Investigators also collected forensic evidence including footwear impressions, palm and forearm prints.

The FBI released images of a person of interest who resembles a college‑aged male seen in student‑crowded areas near the site. The person is pictured wearing sunglasses, a dark baseball cap, a long‑sleeve shirt, and what appears to be clothing featuring U.S. flag imagery. Investigators are asking the public to come forward with tips.

Director Patel initially stated the “subject” was in custody but later clarified the individual had been released after being questioned. Local officials confirmed those detained are being treated as persons of interest, not confirmed suspects.

Chaffetz told Fox News that his discussions with Patel and President Trump left him convinced the FBI has significantly more intelligence than is currently being disclosed to the public. He emphasized the need for patience and cautioned against jumping to conclusions while the case is still developing.

“Director Patel is not going to release everything before we have a solid case,” Chaffetz said, according to sources. “But from everything I’ve seen, they’ve already got leads that will matter.”

The investigation is ongoing, with federal, state, and local authorities collaborating. As more evidence is processed and verified, officials say additional details will be released.

University Dean Fired For Saying She Had ‘ZERO Sympathy’ For Charlie Kirk

Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) fired its assistant dean on Wednesday after she blatantly said she had “zero sympathy” for Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk’s death.

Laura Sosh-Lightsy, the now-former assistant dean, wrote on Facebook that Kirk “spoke his fate into existence” by getting shot in the neck during an event at Utah Valley University, screenshots posted by Arlington GOP chairman Matthew Hurtt show. A statement from MTSU President Sidney A. McPhee announced that the university instantly fired Sosh-Lightsy for the “inappropriate and callous comments” made about Kirk.

“Looks like ol’ Charlie spoke his fate into existence,” Sosh-Lightsy said. “Hate begets hate. ZERO Sympathy.”

“An MTSU employee today offered inappropriate and callous comments on social media concerning the horrific and tragic murder of Charlie Kirk. The comments by this employee, who worked in a position of trust directly with students, were inconsistent with our values and have undermined the university’s credibility and reputation with our students, faculty, staff and the community at large. This employee has been fired effective immediately. We extend our deepest sympathies to the Kirk family,” McPhee said in the statement.

The fired assistant dean wrote in a follow-up Facebook post that “hate begets hate” and that she does not feel sorry for the death of Kirk. She appears to have deleted her Facebook account. (Read more from “University Dean Fired For Saying She Had ‘ZERO Sympathy’ For Charlie Kirk” HERE)

High School Shooter ID’d Day After ‘Radicalized’ Teen Gunman Shot 2 Colorado Students

A teen shooter who wounded two fellow students when he opened fire at a Colorado high school Wednesday was only 16 years old — and “radicalized by an extremist network,” authorities said.

Desmond Holly was identified as the disturbed teen gunman who caused havoc at Evergreen High School, about 30 miles west of Denver, before he turned the gun on himself and later died at the hospital, police said Thursday.

Holly used a revolver to start shooting outside the high school, though some of the shots appeared to reach inside the building, the local sheriff’s office said.

“He was radicalized by some extremist network,” a Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson said during a press conference, according to the New York Times. (Read more from “High School Shooter ID’d Day After ‘Radicalized’ Teen Gunman Shot 2 Colorado Students” HERE)

Gun Recovered in Charlie Kirk Assassination Revealed — And Ammo Bore Pro-Trans, Anti-Fascist Messages: Sources; A Potential Break in Charlie Kirk Assassination Investigation as Authorities Postpone Press Conference Due to “Rapid Developments”

A rifle recovered in the hunt for conservative influencer Charlie Kirk’s assassin contained ammo engraved with “transgender and anti-fascist ideology,” according to preliminary reports from law enforcement sources.

The weapon — an imported .30-06-caliber Mauser bolt-action rifle — was discovered wrapped in a towel by investigators in a wooded area following the killing of the conservative leading light, who was shot once while speaking at an event at Utah Valley University on Wednesday, according to the memo.

A source familiar noted that the Justice Department is investigating the descriptions alleged in the ATF memo, but that the agency was unable to confirm that the description matched the evidence recovered at the scene.

Kirk, 31, was struck in the neck by a single shot fired from a distance of around 200 yards while answering an audience member’s question about mass shootings committed by transgender people.

Sources said they believe the fatal shot was a high-caliber round — similar to the ammo used in long-range sniper rifles or for hunting big game.

The father of two and Turning Point USA founder was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. (Read more. from “Gun Recovered in Charlie Kirk Assassination Revealed — And Ammo Bore Pro-Trans, Anti-Fascist Messages: Sources” HERE)

Emails Show Dr. Fauci Ordered Documents Destroyed and Lied to Congress, Sen. Rand Paul Says

Sen. Rand Paul is calling for Dr. Anthony Fauci to reappear before Congress after emails were uncovered that contradict his testimony to lawmakers.

The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee obtained documents showing that Dr. Fauci, the former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, directed NIH employees to destroy records.

“These documents suggest your direct involvement in efforts to conceal information related to the Committee’s investigation and appear to contradict your previous testimony before Congress,” Mr. Paul, Kentucky Republican, said in a letter Tuesday to Dr. Fauci.

The letter is the latest salvo in a vicious five-year battle between Mr. Paul and Dr. Fauci over the government’s handling of the pandemic.

The letter notes that during his June 2024 testimony before the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic, Dr. Fauci was asked if he had ever deleted records, and he responded, “No.” (Read more from “Emails Show Dr. Fauci Ordered Documents Destroyed and Lied to Congress, Sen. Sick People On Internet Mock Charlie Kirk

Charlie Kirk was shot at a Utah Valley University event in the afternoon of Sept. 10. Most offered prayers. Others, mockery.

“He fought so hard for the guns. Thoughts and prayers,” wrote Pablo Manríquez, an editor at Migrant Insider.

“Do not be bullied, cowed, or shamed by bad-faith right-wing actors and MAGA that are blaming ‘liberals’ and everyone who isn’t MAGA for Charlie Kirk,” wrote writer Wajahat Ali. “Call them out for their hypocrisy. Go on offense. They are fine with political violence and mass shootings when it’s against the rest of us.”

MSNBC aired a segment where Mathew Dowd responds to the shooting by suggesting Kirk may have inspired the violence against him.

“You can’t stop with these sort of awful thoughts you have, and then saying these awful words, and then not expect awful actions to take place, and that’s the unfortunate environment we’re in.”

Dear MSNBC: Refer to the First Amendment. Americans have the liberty to say whatever “awful thoughts” they might have, free from fear of physical retaliation.

Psycho Charlotte Train Suspect Reveals Motive for Slaughtering Ukrainian Refugee Iryna Zarutska — As He Offers Chilling Words From Jail

Accused killer Decarlos Brown Jr. told his family he stabbed Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska to death on board a train in Charlotte, North Carolina, because he believed she was reading his mind, his sister has claimed — as his chilling words from jail are revealed.

Tracey Brown, who was assaulted by her older brother in a 2022 attack that saw him bite her and break a door, said he is a paranoid schizophrenic who told her multiple times that the government had implanted a chip in him. . .

Disturbing audio of Brown’s phone conversation with his sister from jail captures his rambling explanation for why he attacked the innocent woman. Brown can be heard telling his sister that “the material in his body” — not he — had killed Iryna, according to audio from a call made on Aug. 28, six days after the murder, and shared with the Daily Mail. . .

Brown’s second-most recent arrest on Jan. 19 came after he called 911 during a welfare check, telling cops that he believed his brain was being controlled by a microchip.

“Brown wanted officers to investigate this ‘man-made’ material that was inside of his body,” his arrest affidavit reads. (Read more from “Psycho Charlotte Train Suspect Reveals Motive for Slaughtering Ukrainian Refugee Iryna Zarutska — As He Offers Chilling Words From Jail” HERE)

Israel’s Reckless Strike in Qatar Sparks Houthi Retaliation

A dramatic escalation unfolded across the Middle East today, as Yemen’s Houthi rebels launched a missile at Israel in retaliation for an Israeli airstrike in Doha that killed at least five Hamas affiliates and a Qatari security officer.

In an unprecedented move, Israel bombed a building in Doha where Hamas leaders were convening to discuss a U.S.-backed ceasefire plan. The attack reportedly took five lives—among them, the son of Hamas leader Khalil al‑Hayya—and injured others. Both Qatar and Hamas condemned the operation, holding the United States “jointly responsible.” The strike jeopardized Doha’s ongoing mediation efforts.

Within hours, Yemen’s Iran-aligned Houthi militants fired a missile toward Israel. While the Israeli military confirmed interception efforts, the strike marked an aggressive stance in solidarity with Gaza, reigniting fears of broader regional destabilization.

According to U.S. officials and subsequent media reports, Israel notified the United States in advance of the impending Qatar strike. President Trump then directed a top aide to alert Qatari authorities of the attack. He later expressed regret over the location of the strike, emphasizing it did “not advance Israel’s or America’s goals.”

International condemnation was swift. Qatar characterized the strike as a violation of its sovereignty, a sentiment echoed by Iran, Germany, Turkey, and others. UK Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer denounced the attack, warning it risked “further destabilising the region.”

Meanwhile, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu defended the operation and leveraged it to advance Donald Trump’s peace proposal, declaring that “terror leaders can enjoy immunity no more,” and that Israel had delivered “great blows to the axis of evil.”

Israel’s decision to carry out a targeted airstrike inside Qatar — a sovereign nation and one of the United States’ closest allies in the Middle East — marks a serious and potentially destabilizing escalation in the region. Qatar hosts the largest U.S. military base in the region, Al Udeid Air Base, and has been instrumental in sensitive diplomatic efforts, including ceasefire negotiations and hostage releases. Striking within its borders not only risks unraveling critical mediation channels but also puts Washington in a precarious position between two strategic partners. The incident raises profound questions about the limits of Israel’s military actions and whether long-standing alliances can withstand the pressure of unchecked conflict.

World’s First Reference to Christ Discovered on 2,000-Year-Old ‘Jesus Cup’

A ceramic bowl discovered off the coast of Egypt may contain the world’s first reference to Christ.

The so-called ‘Jesus Cup’ was unearthed in 2008 by a team led by French marine archaeologist Franck Goddio during an excavation of Alexandria’s ancient great harbor.

Remarkably well preserved, the bowl is missing only a handle and bears a Greek inscription: DIA CHRSTOU O GOISTAIS, translated as ‘Through Christ the chanter.’

Dr Jeremiah Johnston, a New Testament scholar, explained on a recent Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) segment that the artifact dates to the first century AD, the era when Jesus was crucified.

‘Jesus’ reputation was that he was a healer, miracle worker, and exorcist,’ Johnston said. ‘This Jesus Cup gives evidence to that legacy.’

Goddio suggested the inscription may have been intended to legitimize soothsaying rituals. The bowl closely resembles those depicted on early Egyptian statuettes, showing fortune-telling ceremonies. (Read more from “World’s First Reference to Christ Discovered on 2,000-Year-Old ‘Jesus Cup'” HERE)
