President Donald Trump chastised Sen. Lisa Murkowski, R.-Alaska, Wednesday for two votes she cast Tuesday associated with health care reform legislation, asserting that she let down Republicans and “our country.”
“Senator @lisamurkowski of the Great State of Alaska really let the Republicans, and our country, down yesterday. Too bad!” Trump tweeted Wednesday morning.
Senator @lisamurkowski of the Great State of Alaska really let the Republicans, and our country, down yesterday. Too bad!
Murkowski and one other Republican senator, Susan Collins of Maine, were the only GOP senators to vote with Democrats against a procedural measure to begin debate on the GOP’s proposed health care legislation.
Eight other Republicans joined Murkowski in a later vote against an amendment that would have repealed and replaced portions of Obamacare.
Republicans are utilizing a process known as reconciliation in their attempt to pass health care reform legislation, which allows most amendments to pass with only 50 votes.
However, the amendment Murkowski voted against Tuesday night required 60 votes since portions of it have not yet been scored by the Congressional Budget Office.
In response to Trump’s criticism, Murkowski said Wednesday that she is not concerned about the president damaging her prospects for reelection.
“Quite honestly, I don’t think it’s wise to be operating on a daily basis thinking about what, a statement or a response, that causes you to be fearful of your electoral prospects,” Murkowski said.
“We’re here to govern. We’re here to legislate. We’re here to represent the people that sent us here,” she added.
The Alaska Republican suggested that politicians should concern themselves with governing instead of always worrying about their reelection chances.
“Every day shouldn’t be about winning elections,” she said.
“How about just doing a little bit of governing around here? That’s what I’m here for.”
The Senate will consider other health care-related amendments prior to its August recess. (For more from the author of “Trump Says Lisa Murkowski ‘Really Let America Down'” please click HERE)

Federal agents arrested the top suspect in a major Democratic hacking scandal at Dulles Airport in Virginia as he tried to flee the U.S. Tuesday and fly to the Mideast.
Former House IT staffer Imran Awan was then arraigned in federal court in Washington, and he pleaded not guilty to one count of bank fraud following allegations he tried to defraud the Congressional Federal Credit Union.
But he is suspected of much more, including the possible theft of sensitive information from the office computers of numerous Democratic Party lawmakers and sending that data to a secret server. It is a major scandal almost completely ignored by the establishment media.
Awan headed a group of IT workers, mostly relatives, employed by dozens of House Democrats, including former Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, D-Fla., for whom he had worked since she took office in 2005 as the representative from Florida’s 23rd district.
Awan was arrested at the airport by agents from the U.S. Capitol Police, the FBI and Customs and Border Protection, according to Fox News. (Read more from “Top Suspect in Major Dem Scandal Caught Fleeing the U.S.” HERE)

Yes, you read that right; a Wisconsin company, Three Square Market, wants to implant a rice-sized microchip into its employees, ABC News reported.
“It’s the next thing that’s inevitably going to happen, and we want to be a part of it,” Three Square Market Chief Executive Officer Todd Westby said.
So, according to Westby, microchipping employees is “the next thing that is inevitably going to happen.”
Three Square Market designs software for break rooms that are commonly seen in office places. In other words, the markets where you get your food and check out yourself.
“We’ll hit pay with a credit card, and it’s asking to swipe my proximity payment now. I’ll hold my hand up, just like my cell phone, and it’ll pay for my product,” Westby said.
Over a dozen of Three Square Market employees are getting the microchip implant paid for by the company.
The tiny chip, which uses RFID technology or Radio-Frequency Identification, can be implanted between the thumb and forefinger “within seconds,” according to a statement from Three Square Market.
The report noted that the business is not requiring its employees to get the chip and that it’s optional. So far 50 people are believed to have opted in to take the plunge and get the microchip implanted.
What will the chip be used for? Opening doors, the snack machine and logging into company computers and devices.
“We foresee the use of RFID technology to drive everything from making purchases in our office break room market, opening doors, use of copy machines, logging into our office computers, unlocking phones, sharing business cards, storing medical/health information, and used as payment at other RFID terminals,” Westby said in a company statement. “Eventually, this technology will become standardized allowing you to use this as your passport, public transit, all purchasing opportunities, etc.”
But Three Square Market is far from the only business that feels an employee needs a slave branding to work.
Another Swedish start-up hub, Epicenter, home to over 100 business has also introduced the idea that workers require an implantation because it’s convenient.
“The biggest benefit, I think, is convenience,” Patrick Mesterton, co-founder and chief executive of Epicenter said.
Over the years the microchip has been teased throughout the media, from commercials about how cool it is using teens, to propaganda that it’s needed to protect the children. And finally my favorite is that it’s a convenience to buy and sell at your local retailer and it’s a great way for doctors to keep track of your health with immediate access to your medical records.
Meanwhile, Aaron Russo before he died in 2007 warned of the RFID implant chip. Two years later a Saudi inventor’s application to patent a “killer chip,” with a lethal dose of cyanide was introduced and denied in Germany.
I am not saying the two events are connected; what I am saying is that he warned us of the dangers of a chip, then two years after his death those dangers were revealed to the world. A primary danger of getting a microchip is that human beings can be turned off just like a switch.
A microchip filled with a touch of salt of cyanide isn’t your only worry, you could also have an internal electric shock or be burnt as Dr. Katherine Albrecht said.
“The way it works is it picks up and amplifies ambient electro-magnetic energy from the reader devices and if you have one of these things in your arm and you get in the range of an electromagnetic field it can actually burn you,”Albrecht said.
Then there is the fact that the chip might be cancerous according to Dr. Albrecht.
Finally, with privacy violations by the NSA and GCHQ spying and hacking technology, it’s hard to imagine what rational person would want a RFID inside their body.
Interestingly enough Wall St. just tested digital cash in a secret meeting last year – another area which Russo said earlier is the plan, digital cash with a microchip.
“The end goal is to get everybody chipped, to control the whole society, to have the bankers and the elite people control the world,” Russo said.
You have been warned. We will end with a hilarious YouTube parody by “Joy Camp” that needs to be seen by everyone capable of thinking for themselves. That’s the honest 100% truth let this one sink in real deep, in place of that RFID chip.
The RFID Chip is always with you threatening your privacy causing severe risk to your health and personal safety and killing you if you don’t obey rogue government demands.

President Trump said he will ban transgender people from serving in the military in any capacity, a reversal of the Obama administration decision that would have allowed transgender recruits to serve, he announced Wednesday on social media.
Citing the need to focus on victory, Trump said that the military cannot accept the burden of higher medical costs and “disruption” that transgender troops would require.
“After consultation with my Generals and military experts, please be advised that the United States Government will not accept or allow transgender individuals to serve in any capacity in the U.S. Military,” Trump wrote on Twitter. “Our military must be focused on decisive and overwhelming victory and cannot be burdened with the tremendous medical costs and disruption that transgender in the military would entail . . .”
Under [Obama’s] Defense Secretary Ashton B. Carter, the military was given one year to determine how to implement a policy that would allow transgender service members to receive medical care and would ban the services from involuntarily separating people in the military who came out as transgender. At one point in the distant past of the Interwebs, Snopes.com was taken seriously as a leading de-bunker of urban myths.
As the years went by, its founders — a once-married couple named David and Barbara Mikkelson — decided to drift into political commentary. As their site grew, they hired an openly partisan, left-wing blogger named Kim Lacapria.
Lacapria had earlier declared herself “openly left-leaning” and very liberal. She has tarred conservatives as “teahadists” who “fear female agency”.
Well, as you might expect from an organization this well-run…
…Snopes “is now in danger of closing its doors” and has been forced to hold a fundraising campaign (link intentionally omitted).
In the letter David Mikkelson wrote describing the reason for the campaign, he admits that the company has lost control of its own website and says it’s being held “hostage” by a vendor it outsourced various services to.
That’s a big deal. In fact, Mikkelson implies that the vendor could create, alter and delete any site contents it wants to. Thus far, he claims that hasn’t happened.
Snopes.com, which began as a small one-person effort in 1994 and has since become one of the Internet’s oldest and most popular fact-checking sites, is in danger of closing its doors. So, for the first time in our history, we are turning to you, our readership, for help.
Since our inception, we have always been a self-sustaining site that provides a free service to the online world: we’ve had no sponsors, no outside investors or funding, and no source of revenue other than that provided by online advertising. Unfortunately, we have been cut off from our historic source of advertising income.
We had previously contracted with an outside vendor to provide certain services for Snopes.com. That contractual relationship ended earlier this year, but the vendor will not acknowledge the change in contractual status and continues to essentially hold the Snopes.com web site hostage. Although we maintain editorial control (for now), the vendor will not relinquish the site’s hosting to our control, so we cannot modify the site, develop it, or — most crucially — place advertising on it. The vendor continues to insert their own ads and has been withholding the advertising revenue from us.
Our legal team is fighting hard for us, but, having been cut off from all revenue, we are facing the prospect of having no financial means to continue operating the site and paying our staff (not to mention covering our legal fees) in the meanwhile.
As misinformation has increasingly threatened democracies around the world (including our own), Snopes.com has stood in the forefront of fighting for truth and dispelling misinformation online…
The fact that Snopes says it has lost control of its site renders its already tenuous hold on the fact-checking business meaningless.
Snopes should be removed from any fact arbitration services from Facebook and Google until it can reclaim control of its site.
Meanwhile, those interested in all of the legal back-and-forth between the parties can grab some popcorn and enjoy.

FBI agents seized smashed computer hard drives from the home of Florida Democratic Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s information technology (IT) administrator, according to an individual who was interviewed by Bureau investigators in the case and a high level congressional source.
Pakistani-born Imran Awan, long-time right-hand IT aide to the former Democratic National Committee (DNC) Chairwoman, has since desperately tried to get the hard drives back, the individual told The Daily Caller News Foundation’s Investigative Group.
The congressional source, speaking on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the probe, confirmed that the FBI has joined what Politico previously described as a Capitol Police criminal probe into “serious, potentially illegal, violations on the House IT network” by Imran and three of his relatives, who had access to the emails and files of the more than two dozen House Democrats who employed them on a part-time basis.
Capitol Police have also seized computer equipment tied to the Florida lawmaker. (Read more from “FBI Seized Smashed Hard Drives From Wasserman Schultz IT Aide’s Home” HERE)

Voters are evenly divided on whether or not President Donald Trump should be removed from office, according to a poll released Monday morning.
Forty-two percent of respondents said that the president should be removed from his office in some way, but another 42 percent believe that the president should stay exactly where he is, according to a poll released by USA Today. The remaining respondents were undecided.
A question in the poll asked voters if they would be “upset” if Trump is impeached in some way. Thirty-four percent answered in the affirmative, but 34 percent of voters said they wouldn’t feel upset if Democrats were somehow able to follow through with their threats . . .
Forty-six percent of respondents don’t believe Trump will finish out his first term, with only 27 percent of all voters believing that the president will serve through the 2020 presidential election. (Read more from “Here’s What Voters Think About a Trump Impeachment – It’s Pretty Surprising” HERE)
Governor Jay Hammond, Permanent Fund founder, knew this time would come – the time when politicians would move to spend the Permanent Fund Dividend (PFD) without public consent. Hammond believed in the PFD as Alaskans’ right to share equally in the resource wealth saved in the Alaska Permanent Fund and as a way to protect the Fund. Ever since the start of the PFD in 1983 the dividend has been the politicians’ target for spending. Today, politicians are working to grab a large percentage of the people’s PFD. That is exactly what Hammond and other Alaskans warned against and opposed during past failed attempts.
Voters approved the Alaska Permanent Fund by Constitutional amendment in 1976 based on the foresighted proposal of leaders to save a portion of the oil revenues instead of blowing every dollar on government programs and needless projects. Together we saved a portion of the vast wealth generated by a non-renewable oil bonanza owned in common by the people for our future and for future generations.
The leaders who created the Fund wisely knew that protecting the Permanent Fund and stopping the political caste from looting the Fund was going to be difficult. That’s why they advanced the idea of creating the PFD. Establishment of the PFD was designed so that every Alaskan shares equally in the proceeds of the Permanent Fund. Hammond believed the PFD would insulate the Permanent Fund from plunder by future politicians.
Deceptive statements by some government and business leaders are confusing many Alaskans. They claim we need to hand over a large portion of our PFD to fill the gap from declining oil revenue or else Alaska will face financial catastrophe. I’m not buying this PFD grab and neither are many other savvy Alaskans. My Democrat friends tell me we have a revenue problem. My Republican friends insist our state has a spending problem. But these beliefs miss the main point. Alaska has a serious leadership problem after years of unsustainable budgets. This is a cash flow management problem not a full-blown fiscal crisis. What we have is a self-inflicted political crisis that select members of the political establishment are using to reduce your share of the PFD.
This “Owner State” we call home has ample sources of other income as well as areas where we can make additional targeted cuts. We have the means to pass a balanced and sustainable budget without slashing every Alaskan’s PFD. What’s missing now from our elected officials is the will to adopt reasonable measures that achieve this. Fights about taxes, cuts, and oil credits produced political gridlock that has led to a raid on PFD money as a convenient way to balance the budget.
Gov. Jay Hammond wouldn’t have put up with this grab of your funds and neither would have my father, Gov. Wally Hickel. And neither should we.
So how, exactly, did your PFD get chopped over $1,000 last year with another big reduction scheduled for this year?
Current law directs the trustees of the Permanent Fund Corporation to transfer Fund revenue into the Earnings Reserve Account for PFD distribution. These funds are never placed in the General Fund for government spending according to this law. The entire PFD process is automatically governed by statute; no further appropriation or action is required by the legislature or the Governor to make the full payment to every Alaskan.
The basic problem is that the Alaska Legislature, the Governor and the Permanent Fund Corporation all failed to follow the law for the PFD distribution process. The Legislature needlessly added language related to transfer of PFD funds into an appropriation bill. The Permanent Fund Corporation didn’t promptly transfer the necessary funds for disbursement of the PFD as required by law. Then the current Governor incorrectly vetoed the existing PFD transfer that has worked legally for the past 37 years.
Not surprisingly, the Governor’s actions were challenged in court. At the core of the PFD dispute is the law that requires payment of an equal dividend to every eligible Alaskan.
I believe in holding our public officials accountable. I believe every Alaskan eligible for a PFD should receive the full measure of their dividend according to the law. Any change in the PFD law should take place in an open and transparent way through the legislature not some sleight-of-hand process by an illegal veto.
At stake is more than the amount of the PFD. Are we a state that adheres to the rule of law? Or are we going to succumb to convenient measures enacted by short-sighted politicians without regard to our actual financial circumstances or the needs and rights of every Alaskan? The Supreme Court should require nothing less than adherence to the law requiring full dividend distribution to every Alaskan. Disconnect the PFD from the Fund by appropriation, veto, and short term political self-interest and Fund itself will be lost. The future of the Permanent Fund is in the Supreme Court’s hands.
For my part, I’m contacting my political representatives to tell them to follow the PFD distribution law. And I am encouraging all Alaskans to do the same. I expect a full PFD as the proper share of the wealth generated by our Permanent Fund for every Alaskan including my grandchildren. So should you.

Of all the recent state lawsuits filed against the federal government’s refugee resettlement program, which annually distributes tens of thousands of Third World migrants to more than 300 U.S. cities and towns, the one filed by Tennessee might be the most significant.
Tennessee doesn’t just ask the feds to do a better job of “vetting” refugees or to “consult” more closely with state officials, like the failed lawsuits filed by Alabama and Texas. Tennessee attacks the program at its core, challenging the federal government’s self-proclaimed right to secretly plant foreign nationals of its own choosing – and the choosing of the United Nations – into U.S. cities and towns. Tennessee contends this is a blatant violation of the 10th Amendment and an unconstitutional infringement on state sovereignty.
The 10th Amendment says the federal government possesses only those powers delegated to it by the U.S. Constitution, with all other powers reserved for the states.
Tennessee filed its lawsuit in March, and the U.S. Department of Justice filed a motion to dismiss the case in June claiming the state was seeking to stop the influx of refugees as part of a discriminatory policy that treats refugees as inferior to other immigrants. But the state claims just the opposite. In its 33-page answer, filed July 14, Tennessee claims the only reason it felt compelled to sue the feds was because the feds were demanding that states grant refugees special rights and special favor not available to other immigrants. Mr. [Joseph] Rago made his biggest mark writing about health care. In 2011, he captured the Pulitzer Prize for editorial writing for what the Pulitzer organization called his “well crafted, against-the-grain editorials challenging the health care reform advocated by President Obama.”
“No matter where you fall in the debate of health care reform, the arguments advanced by Joseph Rago in his series of editorials in The Wall Street Journal were impossible to ignore,” the judges wrote. “Not paying attention to these editorials was not an option for policymakers.”
Mr. Rago gained credibility with the policy community and with politicians because he did his homework, becoming one of the most well-sourced people around on health care, with sources throughout Washington and among academics on the left and right, Mr. Gigot said in an interview on Friday.
“Through his editorials, he had enormous impact on events in Washington,” he said.
The last editorial Mr. Rago wrote, on Wednesday, was titled “The ObamaCare Republicans,” Mr. Gigot said. Read more HERE about the young journalist, unafraid of crossing the global elite.
