What a Trump Win Would Mean

Sometimes it’s hard to know how history really played out.

Those who keep the record books usually have an agenda. Thus the Orwell maxim: “He who controls the past controls the future. He who controls the present controls the past.”

In an election year of deplorables, WikiLeaks, “Access Hollywood” hot mics, FBI investigations, another round of Obamacare failures, and party-wide disarray, it is a wonder how future generations will be made to understand the forces that have culminated in Trump v. Hillary.

Soon the partisan dust will settle, and everyone will again have a stake in manipulating the recent past, selectively remembering the mood of the nation. Before that day comes, let’s stipulate a few, true things.

Neither of these candidates is likable. Americans’ faith in their political leaders is at a record low, while the belief that we are, as a country, “on the wrong track,” soars higher and higher.

Considering these immutable conditions of the electorate, I would submit that most votes cast on November 8 will not be party or candidate driven. They will be votes of utter rejection. Rejection of the established order. Of all that the election cycle has revealed. Rejection of the very despair driving the rejection.

The most popular choice on the ballot will not be a specific candidate, but a sentiment. More than ever before, Americans have been made to realize how both parties are willingly failing them. This understanding informs how little they have come to expect from their political leaders. Even many of those who support Hillary Clinton consider her untrustworthy or blatantly corrupt. And further research continues to reveal what a misnomer “Trump supporter” actually is: These voters aren’t diehard Trumpians. They are desperately, bitterly opposed to everything Trump pledges to decimate. They hate that which he has sworn to defeat. They have bonded over mutual enemies: the vociferous Left, a sycophantic media, a spineless GOP, and a feckless president.

A masterfully plotted political thriller could not deliver a final chapter as layered and metaphorical as this election’s. How pitch-perfectly reflective of the mood driving the votes. The president’s defining, progressive achievement collapses underneath the weight of its own inept construction in the same week that the FBI finally realizes it has been had by an eminently indictable presidential candidate. You could not orchestrate a finale so in tune with vox populi. That both the Obamacare collapse and Director Comey’s reengagement are resuscitating Trump’s poll numbers lend a perfect symmetry to the rejection storyline. He is once again being saved by the interconnected ugliness of the powerbrokers and Americans’ inability to stare at them for another second.

If Trump wins, it will not be because he was successful. It will be because the rebellion used him as the cudgel to smash open the empire gates.

And yet the media continue to treat his supporters as anomalous racists and xenophobes to be disregarded the morning of November 9. The mainstream media lack the perspective to understand the motivating factors for close to half of the electorate. The fact that Hillary cannot outpace Trump by more than a few points at a time has nothing to do — they insist — with the culture of liberal orthodoxy dominating the mainstream. No one is surprised by the WikiLeaks uncovering of the collusion between camp Clinton and top news networks.

Surely, no one is dismayed by the media’s utter refusal to report on her triangulations, all the while morally outraged at Trump’s every tweet. No, the only feasible way to explain any support the GOP ticket has in 2016 is that those Americans simply haven’t listened to reason. It is this trademark, leftist condescension that so much of the country can no longer stand to marinate in.

“Make America Great Again” means little more than make it different. Most people called upon to interpret the slogan simply rail against the established order. And yet the utter question mark that is Donald Trump is, to many, preferable than the answer everyone already knows. The Clintons will do what the Clintons will do, and the media, apparently, will support, protect and extol them.

For history to dismiss a Trump win as the work of a reasonless mob of deplorables is to deprive future generations of a terrific lesson. Whenever a ruling class confirms the people’s worst fears — that they really do scratch one another’s backs, that they really are all in it for money, that they really can live by another set of rules — the people will turn to whatever alternative they have to protect themselves.

Should Trump win on Tuesday, against all odds and despite the opposition of the entire aristocracy, the American people will have sent a reminder to the establishment of corruption it desperately needed and ought not soon forget: You work for us. ‘Total Political Hack’ Loretta Lynch Denies Grand Jury Request From FBI Clinton Investigators

Loretta Lynch’s Department of Justice is unquestionably playing defense for Hillary Clinton.

Thursday night on the “The Mark Levin Show,” former U.S. Attorney for D.C Joseph diGenova appeared on the program to discuss the potential fallout of electing Hillary Clinton president of the United States. The Democratic nominee, of course, is amidst an FBI investigation into her private email server and Clinton Foundation practices.

With extensive experience on Capitol Hill, diGenova informed Conservative Review Editor-in-Chief Mark Levin that senior FBI officials had approached the criminal and national security divisions of the Justice Department, asking for a grand jury in the Clinton investigation. Lynch’s DOJ denied that request.

Listen:

“I think it’s pretty clear that Loretta Lynch is a total political hack,” diGenova said. “She has demeaned the department, she has abused her authority, and I think she is headed for quite an outrageous ending between the election and the inauguration.”

Discontentment within the FBI over the conduct and perceived obstruction of these investigations into Hillary Clinton is approaching a boiling point.

“There’s going to be an explosion after the election,” diGenova said. “No matter who wins.” (For more from the author of “‘Total Political Hack’ Loretta Lynch Denies Grand Jury Request From FBI Clinton Investigators” please click HERE)

Walmart Goes Against the Grain With New Thanksgiving Ad

As millions of Americans united Wednesday night to watch one of the great traditions in American life — a World Series Game 7 — Walmart shared a vision of something deeper and grander that is also a part of the American tradition — families united in prayer on Thanksgiving Day.

The 30-second ad, which at World Series rates cost Walmart $500,000 — features the diversity of Americas families and the camaraderie of its service members as they gather, pray and enjoy the bonds of family.

Many expressed their delight with the ad on Twitter.

The ad opens with shots of families gathered around their tables, as a voice solemnly asks all gathered, “Please bow your heads.”

“I’m just grateful that we can all be here in this moment,” says a man surrounded by his family.

The ad next cuts to a shot depicting active duty service members before cutting back to a small Asian-American child.

“I’m thankful for my family and that they care about me,” she says.

As the ad cuts back to another family seated around a table holding hands as they pray, a man’s voice reminds Americans of the struggles all families — and the nation — have endured.

“We’re another year older, we’ve been through a lot of trauma,” the speaker says.

The ad then shows a black female service member speaking to her fellow troops.

“No matter what color we are, no matter what uniform we got on, you guys are my family,” she says.

“There’s nothing more important than family today,” adds another uniformed soldier in a different setting. “It’s good to be together.”

The video then shows soldiers and families as they sit down for their Thanksgiving dinners as a woman sings a few words from the Beatles’ Come Together.

The ad was posted with a message from Walmart to America:

“America, let’s come together and take a moment to reflect on what we’re truly thankful for this holiday season. Friends, family and the chance to spend time with the ones we love. Walmart would like to give thanks to all of our Veterans and Active Duty Service Members at home and oversees this holiday season.” (For more from the author of “Walmart Goes Against the Grain With New Thanksgiving Ad” please click HERE)

Did Wikileaks Just Uncover Hillary’s Mole Within the DOJ?

Today’s 25th installment of the WikiLeaks emails contained a blockbuster. The assistant attorney general for congressional relations, Peter Kadzik, used his Gmail account to inform John Podesta of next steps in the DOJ Clinton email investigation. Kadzik is now reportedly heading up the “review” of documents and emails seized from Anthony Weiner’s computer.

Here’s what the May 19, 2015 email from Kadzik said:

There is a HJC oversight hearing today where the head of our Civil Division will testify. Likely to get questions on State Department emails. Another filing in the FOIA case went in last night or will go in this am that indicates it will be awhile (2016) before the State Department posts the emails.

kadzik-email

There you have it. An assistant attorney general gave the campaign chair of a presidential candidate under investigation by the FBI a heads up on next steps related to that investigation.

On top of that, Kadzik is the one who sent a letter to Democratic congressmen saying that the Department of Justice was adding additional resources to the Weiner computer investigation.

Who is Kadzik? We have learned in WikiLeaks emails that he is a very good friend of Clinton campaign chair Podesta. Here’s how the Daily Caller reported their relationship last month.

The day after Hillary Clinton testified in front of the House Select Committee on Benghazi last October, John Podesta, the Democrat’s campaign chairman, met for dinner with a small group of well-connected friends, including Peter Kadzik, a top official at the Justice Department.

The dinner arrangement, revealed in hacked Podesta emails released by WikiLeaks, is just the latest example of an apparent conflict of interest between the Clinton campaign and the federal agency charged with investigating the former secretary of state’s email practices.

According to the Washington Free Beacon, Kadzik has previously donated to several Clinton initiatives, including Hillary’s 2008 campaign.

Up until now, Wikileaks emails between Podesta and Kadzik only showed a friendship. And the fact that Podesta claims Kadzik, “kept me out of jail.” Today’s dump by Wikileaks shows that Kadzik was, in fact, providing the Clinton inner circle with information regarding the email investigation.

Not only was Kadzik providing this information, but he did it through his personal, not governmental email address —likely to hide it from the National Archives.

Kadzik should immediately be taken out of his role in this investigation. The American people deserve an impartial Department of Justice. (For more from the author of “Did Wikileaks Just Uncover Hillary’s Mole Within the DOJ?” please click HERE)

FOUND! Joe Miller Volunteers in Alaska Locate HEROIC Homeless Trump #StarProtector

On an Alaskan island over 2,200 miles north of Los Angeles, Eric and Vickie Weaver answered the phone to hear the voice of a homeless woman in California they’d never met, a voice bubbling over with happiness at the caring of strangers and expressing her unwavering support for Presidential candidate Donald Trump. It was an emotional moment for the Weavers as well.

This call was the finale to an intense quest that was triggered by the shocking video of an attack by leftist thugs on a homeless woman who had courageously “guarded” the Trump Star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame after a Hillary supporter had vandalized the star. Immediately following the attack, the homeless lady, whose identity was yet unknown, disappeared from sight. Despite many social media announcements issued by the Trump campaign asking for assistance in locating her, she had simply vanished.

Well, that is until two Alaskans from the island town of Ketchikan got involved. Eric Weaver, a Systems Administrator for the City of Ketchikan, and his wife Vickie, who is working on an Information Technology degree, responded to the call to action issued by Donald Trump’s attorney, Michael Cohen.

The Weavers, who are involved in politics working to elect Trump and actively volunteering in Alaska on Joe Miller’s campaign for U.S. Senate, had followed the story from the outset and were alarmed at the aggressive response of the leftist thugs. The Weavers worried that if the wrong people found her first, they might harm her again. But Eric and Vickie were thousands of miles away in Alaska and no one, not even the Trump campaign, knew the name of the homeless woman who had vanished back into the streets of Los Angeles.

Fortunately Alaskans are tenacious – Eric and Vickie unleashed a marathon of online searches, data sorting and cold-calling that resulted in the discovery of her identity and garnered the involvement of an outreach worker that Eric characterizes as a “long-time street warrior” who does phenomenal work with the homeless in Los Angeles. The first real break in the search came Monday morning after many hours of online work, when Vickie discovered an article from 2013 that included a photo of the homeless lady she was looking for, identified in the article as Denise Scott and who was speaking to an outreach worker, Chris Mack.

When Eric related the story to his fellow volunteers on Joe Miller’s U.S. Senate campaign, he recounted that once a trusted working relationship was established, Chris responded immediately to Eric’s request for assistance on the streets of Los Angeles.

So when Chris and Denise’s call came in Wednesday afternoon, Eric and Vickie were elated. The search was over and the team immediately contacted Brunell Kyei, Trump’s Vice Chair of Diversity Outreach and Justin Best, the reporter who set up a GoFundMe account for Denise, that, as of this writing, had raised over $25,000 and was trending.

After notifying the Trump team, the Weaver’s broke the story on their Facebook page “Reload” which is a source for “conservative news and all things Trump and Alaska politics.”

Volunteers with the Joe Miller campaign contacted Jerry Ward, the Trump Campaign’s State Director for Alaska to share the breaking news. Mr. Ward was excited to hear that Denise Scott had been found saying “It is great Alaskans were able to find her!” and he condemned the “disgusting attack by thug bullies on the lady protecting the Donald Trump star in Hollywood.”

Disgusting indeed. During the attack, the thugs involved can be heard taunting 63-year old and homeless Denise Scott with “where is Donald Trump to protect you now?!” It goes without saying at this point that Denise Scott will enjoy the last laugh with The Donald by her side.

Murkowski’s Hired Henchman at the Alaska Republican Party Busted for Filing False Police Report

The Miller campaign blasted Murkowski’s paid frontman Tuckerman Babcock for trying to illegally exploit the police for political gain.

The Alaska Republican Party (ARP) and its chairman Tuckerman Babcock took their acts of desperation to a whole new level today, when they filed a false police report against the Joe Miller campaign for mailers sent highlighting Lisa Murkowski’s Wall Street, crony capitalists connections.

At issue were GOP political flyers donated to the Miller campaign by a member of ARP from the 2010 U.S. Senate campaign, in which the GOP hit Murkowski for bailing out her Wall Street friends.

“Clearly Tuckerman Babcock is trying to keep Alaskans from learning about Murkowski’s liberal voting record and the money laundering scheme she and the Party have been perpetrating on the Alaskan people with her campaign funds,” said DeSoto.

“The Alaska Republican Party is in full meltdown mode, and Lisa Murkowski’s campaign is in its death spiral,” he added.

Tuckerman violated Alaska Statute 11.56.80, which provides a person is guilty of filing a false report if he or she knowingly gives false information to the police “with the intent of implicating another in an offense.”

“The Anchorage Police Department would be well within their rights to press charges against Tuckerman Babcock, as he violated AS 11.56.800, when he filed a frivolous and false report,” said DeSoto.

Clinton Campaign Wants Anti-Hillary Ad With Michelle Obama Taken Down

Along with her husband, first lady Michelle Obama has been on the campaign trail in recent months advocating for Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.

“I’m out here first and foremost because we’ve never had a more qualified and prepared candidate for president than our friend Hillary Clinton,” the first lady told a rally in North Carolina Thursday.

However, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump wants Florida voters to hear what Michelle Obama had to say about Clinton long before she had a vested interest in electing the candidate who has pledged to continue President Barack Obama’s agenda.

The ad shows comments made in 2008, the year in which the Obamas were campaigning against Clinton in a bitter contest for the Democratic presidential nomination.

The ad features video footage of the first lady telling a crowd, “One of the things, the important aspects of this race is role modeling what good families should look like. And my view is that if you can’t run your own house, you certainly can’t run the White House. Can’t do it!”

The Obama campaign later clarified that the statement was not in reference to former President Bill Clinton’s sexual conduct, but the remark was interpreted that way at the time.

Michelle Obama’s comments are something the Clinton campaign would prefer voters not hear.

BuzzFeed reported that the Clinton campaign has sent a cease and desist letters to several stations demanding they stop airing the ad, which was paid for through the Defeat Crooked Hillary PAC, a subsidiary of the Make America Number 1 PAC.

In a letter to the stations, Make America Number 1’s lawyer Larry Levy denied the demand from Hillary for America to stop running the ads.

Levy said the Clinton campaign seeks to “deny the public an opportunity to view our advertisement because it is ‘false and misleading’. In reality, HFA simply finds it politically inconvenient that a top surrogate for its candidate once held a differing view concerning her qualifications for office.”

PAC spokesperson Hogan Gidley said the Clinton campaign finds fault with the ad because it is effective.

“Hillary’s just angry because the ad is impactful, it’s working and it speaks directly to the women she’s been trying to con for years,” Gidley said.

“Hillary’s own campaign said when Michelle Obama speaks out, ‘it has a real impact,’ and indeed, we agree – because it was Mrs. Obama who correctly pointed out Hillary Clinton ‘certainly can’t run the White House,’” Gidley said. FAT, DRUNK AND STUPID IS NO WAY TO GO THROUGH LIFE: Hillary Discovered Stone Drunk at 4:30pm — Wikileaks

Yes, should this walking RICO violation become president, rest assured that we’ll be in the very best of hands.

Hillary Clinton campaign aides had a frantic email exchange in August 2015 over who should call the candidate to “sober her up some” at around 4:30 in the afternoon.

According to documents published by WikiLeaks, Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta emailed communications aide Jennifer Palmieri with a question at around 2:00 p.m. “Should I call her and talk this through or better to leave with you?” Podesta wrote. “I’m worried she’ll get on with Cheryl [Mills] and we’ll end up in a bad place.”

Palmieri wrote back more than two hours later with a response: “I think you should call her and sober her up some.”

Hillary’s problems with alcohol have been well documented and Wikileaks only confirms the reports. (For more from the author of “FAT, DRUNK AND STUPID IS NO WAY TO GO THROUGH LIFE: Hillary Discovered Stone Drunk at 4:30pm — Wikileaks” please click HERE)

Murkowski Campaign Makes ‘Highly Unusual’ Massive Transfers of Funds To State Party

Anchorage, Alaska. October 24, 2016 — An FEC Report filed by the Alaska Republican Party for financial activity in September has disclosed a series of highly unusual financial transactions involving both the Lisa Murkowski for U.S. Senate Campaign and the Alaska Republican Party.

Starting on September 20, the Murkowski campaign began making large transfers of campaign funds from her campaign account to the Alaska Republican Party which were described on an FEC report as “Contribution of Surplus Campaign Funds.”

The Murkowski campaign made the following payments, totaling $150,300, to the Alaska Republican Party: September 20 – $50,000; September 23 – $67,800; September 30 – $25,500. And, an FEC Report filed by the Murkowski campaign also showed a fourth transfer to the Alaska Republican Party on September 30 in the amount of $7,000.

It should be noted all these payments were made after Joe Miller entered the U.S. Senate race on Sept. 6.

“The whole purpose of campaign finance law is so the voters can know the true source of the message and who is funding it,” said campaign spokesman Randy DeSoto. “There appears to be strong evidence in these instances the Murkowski campaign and the Alaska Republican Party are trying to circumvent the law.”

In a phone call today, FEC compliance staff described such pre-election transfers of “Surplus Campaign Funds” by federal candidates to a party committee as “highly unusual” and the sort of matter that, at the very least, “may require an Advisory Opinion” from the Commission.

The Murkowski Campaign ambiguously categorized each of these four large transfers simply as “other.” If the funds were transferred for some legitimate purpose, this is where the purpose should have been disclosed.

Moreover, under federal law, the amount of money that the Alaska Republican party committee may expend on Coordinated Party Activities with this year’s Senate campaign is strictly limited to $96,100. This means that if all these transferred funds are used to pay for coordinated media or mailings boosting Murkowski’s campaign or opposing Miller’s, there would not just be one violation of federal election law, but two.

The Alaska Republican Party would be violating federal election law for making an illegal, excessive Coordinated Party Expenditure of more than $50,000. And Murkowski would be violating federal election law for receiving an illegal, excessive in-kind contribution in the same amount. Such illegal excessive contributions would no doubt result in hefty five-digit fines being imposed not just on the Murkowski campaign, but on the Alaska Republican Party as well. If all of the Murkowski funds are spent on helping Murkowski, this fine would need to be paid from the scarce resources of the Alaska Republican Party.

On the other hand, if the funds transferred to the Alaska Republican Party were not being used for the benefit of the Murkowski campaign, these enormous transfers of cash would constitute a betrayal of those who donated to the Murkowski campaign in order to help elect her to office — not for some other purpose.

Moreover, for Murkowski, as a candidate in a close race, to make such massive transfers of money that would not benefit her campaign, would be the height of arrogance — demonstrating that she believed that she had already won the election, just as the first votes are being cast throughout the State today.

“Sadly, the political establishment of Alaska has for too long taken for granted the people of Alaska. It is time to end the tenure of this arrogant, high-flying, loose-dealing professional politician and return the U.S. Senate seat to the people of Alaska,” said DeSoto.

Joe Miller is a limited government Constitutionalist who believes government exists to protect our liberties, not to take them away. He supports free people, free markets, federalism, the Constitutional right to life, the 2nd Amendment, religious liberty, American sovereignty, and a strong national defense.
