HUMA ABEDIN’S MOTHER: An Advocate for Islamist Terror and Repression

Hillary Clinton’s closest and most powerful aide is Huma Abedin.

Abedin’s parents have been tied to wide range of terrorist activity and Islamist repression.

In 2012, the Center for Security Policy published a comprehensive review of Abedin’s mother’s work (PDF). Given Ms. Abedin’s proximity to a possible future President, these connections and beliefs are well worth exploring.

…Saleha Abedin, was described in Foreign Policy misleadingly as a “leading voice on women’s rights in the Muslim world” for her work on Islamic women’s issues. The content of that work, however, turns the western concept of women’s rights on its head; Abedin’s mission is the promotion of doctrinal shariah in family life and justification of the brutal and objectively anti-women practices commonplace everywhere that shariah is enforced…

…An organization Abedin founded and chaired, the International Islamic Committee for Woman and Child (IICWC), advocates for the repeal of Egypt’s Mubarak-era prohibitions on female genital mutilation, child marriage, and marital rape, on the grounds that such prohibitions run counter to Islamic law, which allows for their practice. As shariah justification for this position, the IICWC quotes infamous Hitler-praising Muslim Brotherhood chief jurist Yusuf al Qaradawi, long banned from entering the United States for advocating the murder of Americans in the Middle East.

In the 90s, Dr. Abedin and her late husband (and Huma Abedin’s father) published the Arabic edition of Women in Islam: A Discourse in Rights and Obligations by Saudi Islamist academic Fatima Umar Naseef…

160821-abedin6

…The book includes 22 citations to works by Sayyid Qutb (1906-1966). Qutb has inspired both Islamist terrorist organizations (like al Qaeda and Egyptian Islamic Jihad) and supplied the ideological basis for the Muslim Brotherhood’s ultimate political goals as well as their tactics.

Qutb advocated for the centrality of jihad, warfare of conquest against non-Muslims, the importance of the shariah state…

Emails recently released by Judicial Watch reveal Huma Abedin warning staffers that Hillary Clinton is “often confused”.

Should Hillary Clinton win the White House, Abedin will be in a position of significant power; she will be a “shadow president” not unlike Valerie Jarrett. (For more from the author of “HUMA ABEDIN’S MOTHER: An Advocate for Islamist Terror and Repression” please click HERE)

Kim Davis Just Officially Won Her Final Court Case

A federal judge has dismissed all lawsuits against Kim Davis, the Rowan County, Kentucky clerk who refused to issue marriage licenses to gay couples shortly after the U.S. Supreme Court legalized same sex marriage.

Davis was briefly jailed for refusing to issue marriage licenses to gay couples, asserting participation in same-sex marriages violated her religious beliefs. Davis is Pentecostal, a branch of low church Protestantism. After her release, same-sex couples in Rowan County brought claims against Davis, alleging she was violating their civil rights.

U.S. District Court Judge David Bunning dismissed the cases Thursday, ruling that the controversy was now moot.

According to the Courier Journal, the Kentucky General Assembly recently adopted legislation creating new state marriage licenses that do not require the signature of a county clerk. The move came after Governor Matt Bevin issued an executive order to the same effect. Since she, nor any member of her staff, will no longer be required to sign the forms, Davis feels her religious practice is no longer compromised. Her office has already begun issuing the licenses.

“In light of these proceedings, and in view of the fact that the marriage licenses continue to be issued without incident, there no longer remains a case or controversy before the Court,” Bunning wrote. (Read more from “Kim Davis Just Officially Won Her Final Court Case” HERE)

DESTROYER-IN-CHIEF: Obama Finally Admits He “Accidentally” Shredded U.S. Healthcare

Hillary Clinton is telling voters she wants “to build on” Obamacare. But President Obama’s signature healthcare law remains highly unpopular because many Americans believe it’s not a good deal for them personally.

The president essentially laid out a case for his own law’s failures in an article he wrote for the Journal of the American Medical Association.

He wrote: “too many Americans still strain to pay for their physician visits and prescriptions, cover their deductibles, or pay their monthly insurance bills; struggle to navigate a complex, sometimes bewildering system; and remain uninsured.”

It was a striking concession. It also shows that the president still has no idea how much damage he’s done to Americans’ healthcare:

1. “too many Americans still strain to pay for their physician visits and prescriptions…” Drug costs have risen dramatically over the past few years. According to a report last fall from Emory University, the people insured through Obamacare are hit especially hard. Out-of-pocket expenses for medications in a typical Obamacare silver plan are twice as high as they are in the average employer-sponsored plan.

Obamacare insurance also tends to have more restrictions on the doctors patients can see. People may try to get an appointment with their family doctor, only to be told, “Sorry, we don’t take Obamacare.” They can get hit with a huge bill for a routine office visit that’s now “out-of-network.”

2. “cover their deductibles…” In a recent poll, two-thirds of Americans said they would have trouble coming up with the money to cover a $1,000 emergency. The average silver plan in the Obamacare exchanges this year has a deductible of more than $3,000. Some Obamacare plans next year will have deductibles as high as $7,000.

If you have to switch insurance in the middle of the year, you could find that you have already paid thousands of dollars toward your deductible, only to have to start over again with a new insurer. This is the situation facing 72,000 people in Illinois and Ohio whose taxpayer-supported health insurance co-ops collapsed over the past few months.

Similarly, you may have to find new doctors or hospitals where your new Obamacare insurance is accepted.

3. “pay their monthly insurance bills…” Even President Obama hasn’t been able to ignore the headlines about skyrocketing premiums. Insurers across the country expect to raise their prices an average of 23 percent next year.

The Obama administration predicts that health spending in America will reach a record high of more than $10,000 per person this year. Under Obamacare, millions of people are paying more of this cost themselves.

4. “struggle to navigate a complex, sometimes bewildering system…” America’s healthcare system was complicated before Obamacare. The healthcare law took that complexity to a new level. The law was more than 2,000 pages long. Rules and regulations associated with it run to about 30,000 pages.

Ever since the failed launch of healthcare.gov in 2013, the annual ritual of signing up for Obamacare has been a nightmare. Families often have no idea if their doctor will accept their insurance from one year to the next. They also have new paperwork to fill out for the IRS.

The administration also recommends you do hours of research every fall and to switch plans and possibly doctors.

5. “and remain uninsured.” President Obama could have said from the start that the law’s only real goal was to cover people who didn’t have health insurance. He could have admitted that doing this would create more chaos, higher costs and worse care for American families.

The law still would have fallen short. About 29 million people in America still don’t have insurance. Last year, the Congressional Budget Office predicted that 21 million people would enroll in coverage through the Obamacare exchanges this year. The number is actually 11 million.

President Obama has finally acknowledged some of the ways his law is failing the American people. Hillary Clinton and Democrats in Washington continue to promise that they can fix Obamacare if we just allow them to make it bigger, costlier and more complex.

That’s simply not going to work. The only way to fix Obamacare is to end it and replace it with patient-centered care. (For more from the author of “DESTROYER-IN-CHIEF: Obama Finally Admits He “Accidentally” Shredded U.S. Healthcare” please click HERE)

Obama’s Harsh Words for George W. Bush Come Back to Haunt Him

Despite massive flooding in Louisiana that has killed 13 people and left thousands homeless, President Obama has continued to enjoy a vacation at Martha’s Vineyard rather than cutting it short to tour the damage and lend support to those in need.

Sitting U.S. presidents have historically responded when disasters strike the homeland, and failing to do so quickly has drawn harsh criticisms for some of them, both from the media and rival politicians.

When President George W. Bush waited two days before cutting his vacation short to tour the damage from Hurricane Katrina in 2005, he was portrayed as uncaring and inept.

One of the president’s fiercest critics was Sen. Barack Obama.

The Washington Examiner detailed Thursday how in 2005, Obama slammed Bush for his response after Katrina ripped through New Orleans, leaving thousands stranded in high waters.

“I can say from personal experience over the last week, how frustrating it has been, how unconscionable it has been to be unable to find somebody in charge so that we can get medical supplies, doctors, nurses and other supplies down to the affected areas quickly enough,” the senator said.

“We’re going to have to do some hard thinking about how we could have failed our fellow citizens so badly, and how we will prevent such failures from ever occurring again,” Obama declared.

Three years later, when Obama was campaigning for president, he said, “Because when the people of New Orleans and the Gulf Coast extended their hand for help, help was not there. When people looked up from the rooftops, for too long, they saw an empty sky. When the winds blew and the floodwaters came, we learned that for all of our wealth and our power, something wasn’t right with America.”

He continued to decry “a president who only saw the people from the window of an airplane, instead of down here on the ground trying to provide comfort and aid.”

The media coverage of Obama’s vacation also differs greatly from what Bush faced after Katrina.

Fox News noted Thursday that Bush was “torn to shreds in 2005 by mainstream media commentators for his initial response to Hurricane Katrina – yet President Obama’s detached response to the recent Louisiana floods has been met with resounding silence from those same outlets.”

The report said that media coverage at the time “not only criticized Bush for the difficulties the federal government faced in responding to the disaster, but also lambasted him for taking too long to return from vacation and to visit the site on the ground.”

Fox pointed to a 2005 news analysis in USA Today that declared, “President Bush has shown that he can be empathetic, sensitive and decisive. But those qualities eluded him for days after Hurricane Katrina, and the lapse could become a defining moment of his White House tenure.”

The Washington Post also railed against Bush’s Katrina response, calling it the second-worst moment of his presidency.

“Hurricane Katrina in 2005 was the last straw for Bush’s second term, with his widely criticized handling of the recovery pretty much precluding him from any kind of success in his final years in office,” the Post wrote.

Fox noted that “such concerns have been almost entirely absent from media coverage of the Louisiana floods in recent days.”

One media outlet that has had strong words for Obama is the Advocate newspaper in Baton Rouge, site of some of the worst flooding.

In an editorial Wednesday, it urged the president to cut short his vacation at “a playground for the posh and well-connected” and instead visit “the most anguished state in the union.”

The Advocate said that “a disaster this big begs for the personal presence of the president at ground zero. In coming here, the president can decisively demonstrate that Louisiana’s recovery is a priority for his administration – and the United States of America.” (For more from the author of “Obama’s Harsh Words for George W. Christian US Gymnastics Team Wins Gold, but Chooses To “Give All the Glory to God”

“The Final Five” as they’ve nicknamed themselves, have done it! They edged out Russia and China by a few tenths of a point, leading the team to a tremendous Olympic victory. But with athletic success of such heights comes immense pressure. The athletes have talked about how God has remained central to their competing, reports CBN.

“I take my Bible with me, sometimes two of them, when I travel…I always pray at every competition, when the judge’s hand goes up I am praying, and there are little Scriptures I like to quote,” said star gymnast Gabby Douglas in her memoir “Grace, Gold and Glory: My Leap of Faith.” Another of the team, Simone Biles, talks openly about her Christian faith on twitter.

“God put you there. Be confident. Be humble,” she tweeted. As well as “If you’re praying about it, God is working on it.” Another of the team, Laurie Hernandez, uploaded this image to Instagram earlier this year.

Hernandez says that prayer often quells the pressure she feels before a performance. “Usually, before I salute the judge I’m able to just grab the event and I pray on it and that really grounds me. For some reason, once I do that, I am able to think clearly and I’m able to calm down right before I compete,” she said. Hillary Exhausts Herself Addressing Massive Crowd of 100, Takes Week Off

Hillary Clinton just wrapped up her one public appearance for the day, and she has nothing else scheduled until Sunday.

With 83 days to go, what’s she doing for the next 96 hours?

She just held a rally in Cleveland, Ohio, where she struggled to fill a high school gymnasium — if it wasn’t for hundreds of students.

But according to the schedule tracking website HillarySpeeches.com, she doesn’t have another event announced until Sunday, when she’ll make a Massachusetts fundraising appearance with Cher.

She apparently is prone to exhaustion, which may be why she has no events planned. (Read more from “Hillary Exhausts Herself Addressing Massive Crowd of 100, Takes Week Off” HERE)

Newly Released Poll Numbers Suggest Landslide Among One Voting Bloc

With Election Day approaching, voter polls are constantly being considered as the litmus test of how each candidate is faring in their campaign.

A poll among the Spiritually Active, Governance Engaged Conservatives (SAGE Cons), revealed that most of those polled are concerned with the actions of the current administration.

According to the poll, 82 percent of the SAGE Cons participating in the survey strongly agreed that “corruption is widespread throughout the federal government of the United States,” while an additional 15 percent moderately agree.

As a result of this concern, the percentage of SAGE Con voters who say they will support Republican Donald Trump rather than Democrat Hillary Clinton has risen from 11 percent earlier in the race to 84 percent today.

The majority of those surveyed consider Clinton “a prime example of a corrupt politician,” thus assuring that Trump receives their support.

When asked if the stakes in this election were higher than those of previous elections, 98 percent agreed while 82 percent of those “strongly agreed.”

Asked about the significance of the outcome of this election, 96 percent said they felt it would be significant; 72 percent responded the outcome would make a “big difference” in their lives; 24 percent said it would make some difference; and 4 percent felt the outcome would be insignificant.

While this poll shows the majority of SAGE Cons have chosen to support Trump, it also indicates that they do not expect much from either candidate.

The poll revealed 20 percent felt Trump would do a “great” job as president, while 41 percent said he would do a “good” job. Of those remaining, 26 percent gave Trump a “fair” rating compared to 13 percent who have low expectations of his ability to be president.

One area in which Trump received high marks was the issue of his assertion that the country was at war with ISIS.

Of those asked to respond, 96 percent said they felt the statement was correct.

When asked whether they had liberal friends, 84 percent stated they did but were hesitant to discuss politics with them;
32 percent said they occasionally talk politics with their liberal friends, while only 6 percent said they often do so often.

According to market researcher and pollster George Barna, the election will likely be based on how much emphasis the voters place on the character of their choice for president.

“Mr. Trump is not running a very effective campaign, but he has one major benefit to his advantage: the perceived range and nature of the character flaws of his opponent,” Barna said. “In considering the challenges that both candidates pose, many voters are being forced to ponder how much a leader’s character matters, which character traits matter most, and how to balance character against performance.” (For more from the author of “Newly Released Poll Numbers Suggest Landslide Among One Voting Bloc” please click HERE)

PHOTOS: Hillary Unable to Walk Without Having to Grab Furniture, People and Other Objects

Kyle Olson at The American Mirror has the video and I’ve captured some key screen-caps for ease of viewing.

While visiting Joe Biden’s childhood home in Scranton, Pennsylvania, Hillary was physically unable to walk without supporting herself using any object in close reach.

Hillary Clinton sought out the stability of just about anything during a visit to Joe Biden’s Scranton, Pennsylvania boyhood home… Video from Clinton’s appearance showed her grasping for a railing, a chair and the kitchen table on Monday.

As Olson also notes, Hillary stumbled earlier in the day simply trying to maneuver away from a podium at a rally with Biden.

America: You Will Go Insane Because of What Your Eyes Will See

A cloud of madness is descending on America, and most of us are completely unprepared for the chaos that will be unleashed during the months ahead. This morning, I was reading through Deuteronomy when I came to a phrase that really resonated with me. In the Modern English Version, this is what Deuteronomy 28:34 says: “You will go insane because of what your eyes will see”. As I read that, it struck me that this is precisely what America is heading for. There are going to be people that have vast quantities of food and supplies stored up that are still going to blow their brains out when they see what happens to this country because they don’t have any hope. Without hope, I don’t know how anyone is going to make it through what is coming. If you think that the unrest and violence in Milwaukee are disturbing, just wait for a while, because much, much worse is on the way.

On Monday, Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker declared a state of emergency in Milwaukee, and the National Guard was brought in but not deployed after another night of chaos made headlines all over the globe. According to Fox News, 11 police officers have been injured by the violence so far…

Chunks of concrete and rocks hurled at police — and shards of glass from shattered squad car windows — injured seven officers, upping the two-day tally to 11 wounded cops, Police Chief Edward Flynn said on Monday.

Additionally, an 18-year-old man was shot and seriously injured, and officers had to use an armored vehicle to retrieve the man and take him to a hospital. Flynn said the city’s ShotSpotter system recorded 30 instances of gunfire on Sunday night, after 48 instances were recorded on Saturday.

It has also been reported that another police vehicle was set on fire late Monday night. Authorities are desperate to avoid a third night in a row like this, and so a strict curfew has been put in place

“After 10 o’clock your teenagers better be home or in a place where they’re off the streets,” Mayor Tom Barrett said.

Barrett made the announcement as tensions remained high in the Sherman Park neighborhood and police were out in force while the National Guard was on standby and ready to move in if necessary.

And that is one of the saddest things about this latest round of violence. So much of it is being done by youngsters that are just kids. Their minds have been poisoned, their emotions have been stirred up, and they are committing random acts of violence that would have been unthinkable for American teens to commit just a couple generations ago.

Racial tensions are constantly being fueled by many of our politicians and by the big mainstream news networks. As a result, instead of coming together as a country and learning to love people no matter where they are from or what they look like, we have entered a time when people are literally becoming fearful of being around others that don’t have the same skin color that they do. Just check out this quote from CNN

“People are afraid of each other,” resident Reginald Jackson said last year. “Black people are afraid of the white parts of town. White people are afraid of the black and Latino parts of town.”

Just two days ago, I delivered an address down at Morningside that was all about love. As a society, we have got to learn to love one another or we are simply not going to make it.

Since I am the publisher of several major websites, I get to review comments that people leave on the various articles. Many of those comments never get published on my websites, and in a lot of those instances this is because they contain some of the most hateful racist language imaginable.

Every single person, no matter who they are, where they are from or what they look like, is of immense value. When we decide to believe otherwise, we are making an absolutely tragic mistake.

It isn’t just in Milwaukee that violence is rising. Over in Chicago, we just witnessed the deadliest day in more than a decade. As I recently detailed on The Most Important News, there are at least 150,000 gang members living in Chicago today, and only about 13,000 law enforcement officers of all types to deal with them. That means that the police are outnumbered by a more than 10 to 1 margin, and at this point shootings are up about 50 percent compared to the same time last year…

Last week the Chicago Tribune pointed out that nearly 100 people had been shot in Chicago in less than a week. 9 people were killed on Monday alone marking the deadliest day for the city in 13 years. Now, with weekend data out, turns out the story is even worse. For the week ended 8/13, a total of 110 people were shot in Chicago with 24 of them killed. YTD statistics indicate the city is spiraling out of control with total shootings up to 2,621, a mere ~50% YoY increase, with 445 total homicides.

The ironic thing is that Chicago has some of the strictest gun laws in the entire nation. Obviously, what the liberal politicians have been attempting to do is not working. The following comes from the New York Times

Not a single gun shop can be found in this city because they are outlawed. Handguns were banned in Chicago for decades, too, until 2010, when the United States Supreme Court ruled that was going too far, leading city leaders to settle for restrictions some describe as the closest they could get legally to a ban without a ban. Despite a continuing legal fight, Illinois remains the only state in the nation with no provision to let private citizens carry guns in public.

If unrest and violence are spiking this dramatically in places like Milwaukee and Chicago now, what are things going to be like when economic conditions start getting really, really bad in this nation?

During the months and years ahead, we are all going to see things that we never thought we would see happen in America.

In a world gone crazy, people are going to need hope, and that is why hope is going to become a larger and larger part of my message.

Hal Lindsey once said that we “can live about forty days without food, about three days without water, about eight minutes without air…but only for one second without hope.”

So let us all be a source of hope, because it is going to be in very short supply during the days to come. (For more from the author of “America: You Will Go Insane Because of What Your Eyes Will See” please click HERE)

Father of Murdered DNC Staffer Speaks on Late Son’s Political Plans

The father of the murdered DNC staffer, Joel Rich, is speaking out, urging those with information about his son’s death to step forward.

27-year-old Seth Conrad Rich, a Democratic National Committee analyst, was walking home near his Washington, D.C. neighborhood of Bloomingdale on July 10 when he was shot twice in the back. Police officers responded quickly to reports of gunshots, but Rich died shortly after arriving at the hospital.

“We want to get this solved, that’s the number one thing,” his father said in an interview with Daily Mail.

Initial reports from police suggested the incident may have been an attempted burglary in which Rich died during the struggle. D.C. police have offered a $25,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.

“We can’t bring Seth back but we can try to make the city safer and take away the person who wanted to go after someone just for a cellphone,” Rich continued.

Rich told Daily Mail that Seth had been active in various levels of politics in House and Senate campaigns, and had always wanted to work on a presidential campaign.

“He had just been asked to join the Clinton campaign — four days before he was murdered,” Rich said. “He was really excited about that.”

Although burglary was initially speculated as the reason for Rich’s death, there has been ongoing Internet rumors surmising that the DNC staffer’s death may have been related to the recent WikiLeaks DNC email hack.

Some have been “suggesting he had handed WikiLeaks the 20,000 emails that embarrassed the DNC and forced the ouster of its chairwoman,” wrote the Washington Post. “Others suggested he was helping the FBI expose wrongdoing in the presidential election, and that made him a target.”

Adding fuel to those rumors, WikiLeaks announced on Twitter Tuesday that it will offer a $20,000 reward for any information regarding Rich’s murder.

Rich’s father said that while he is pleased with any additional reward that could help bring the perpetrator to justice, he believes the rumors circulating about his son’s possible involvement with WikiLeaks are “bizarre.”

“I hope the additional money helps find out who did this,” But, he said, “I don’t want to play WikiLeaks’ game.” (For more from the author of “Father of Murdered DNC Staffer Speaks on Late Son’s Political Plans” please click HERE)
