‘I Know the Names’: Epstein Files ‘Being Suppressed to Protect Individuals,’ Claims Alan Dershowitz — Who Once Represented the Evil Sicko

Alan Dershowitz has made a stunning revelation about the mysterious Jeffrey Epstein client list amid accusations of a cover-up from President Donald Trump’s administration, RadarOnline.com can reveal.

The famed Harvard Law School professor emeritus, who once served on Epstein’s legal team, claimed he’s personally viewed documents connected to the late convicted pedophile and alleged the files are being “suppressed” to “protect individuals.”

Dershowitz dropped the bombshell claim while speaking with former Trump White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer on his podcast.

He told Spicer: “Documents are being suppressed to protect individuals.

“I know the names of the individuals. I know why they’re being suppressed. I know who’s suppressing them.”

Despite his apparent wealth of knowledge regarding the Epstein files, Dershowitz said he’s “bound by confidentiality from a judge and cases” and cannot divulge details on what he knows. Why Did Alan Dershowitz Push Trump for Ghislaine Maxwell Pardon?

Former Jeffrey Epstein attorney Alan Dershowitz lobbied then-President Donald Trump to pardon madam Ghislaine Maxwell before she could face trial, according to a report.

The 83-year-old lawyer — himself long accused of having sex with one of late pedophile Epstein’s teen accusers — pushed for the pardon after UK media heiress Maxwell was arrested in July 2020 for the sex-trafficking crimes she was convicted of last month, the Times of London said.

The retired Harvard law professor was able to use his close ties to Trump, whom he also represented during his impeachment trial, the paper said.

One of the convicted madam’s brothers, Ian Maxwell, 65, confirmed to the UK paper that he had discussed the possibility of clemency with Dershowitz, who got Epstein his controversial wrist-slap 2008 plea deal on sex offenses with underage girls. Alan Dershowitz Nominates Jared Kushner for Nobel Peace Prize

Harvard Law School professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz has nominated Jared Kushner, former Trump White House senior adviser and Trump son-in-law, to receive a Nobel Peace Prize for his role in “negotiating four normalization deals between Israel and Arab nations known as the ‘Abraham Accords.””

Dershowitz nominated Kushner and his deputy, Avi Berkowitz — who was the Middle East envoy — to receive the award on Sunday.

Dershowitz represented former President Donald Trump during his first impeachment trial in 2020 and was eligible to nominate Kushner and Berkowitz in his capacity as a professor emeritus of Harvard Law School. . .

According to Reuters, Dershowitz’s letter to the Nobel Peace Prize committee said that his nomination may not necessarily be popular, but it would be deserved. (Read more from “Alan Dershowitz Nominates Jared Kushner for Nobel Peace Prize” HERE)

Alan Dershowitz Says Barack Obama ‘Conned’ Him and He Would Now Reconsider His 2012 Vote for Him

Renowned liberal Democratic lawyer and civil liberties advocate Alan Dershowitz accused former President Barack Obama of betraying the state of Israel and personally deceiving him in a recent interview with Ben Shapiro that aired on Sunday.

Dershowitz explained to Shapiro that Obama assured him in a private meeting that he would vigorously defend Israel, but then did the opposite. . .

“I think President Obama, for whom I voted twice, and would now reconsider my second vote for him, he conned me,” he said. “He called me into the Oval Office and he said ‘I have Israel’s back’ and I didn’t realize what he meant is to put a target on it and stab them,” Dershowitz said, referring to former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Samantha Power’s abstention from during a December 2016 vote condemning Israel.

“As he was leaving office, he ordered his representative to the U.N. to not veto a resolution which declared…the Western Wall, the holiest place in Judaism to be occupied territory,” he continued.

“It was outrageous,” the Harvard Law School professor added while explaining how Obama’s decision “legitimized” anti-Israel activism among the political center-left and the Democratic Party. No Impeachable Offense: Trump Lawyer Alan Dershowitz Says Dems Have Nothing Criminal to Allege

By Daily Wire. On the “Glenn Beck Radio Program” Monday, Harvard Law professor and lawyer on President Donald Trump’s impeachment defense team Alan Dershowitz explains the history of impeachment and its process, why the framers did not include abuse of power as criteria for a Constitutional impeachment, why the Democrats are framing their case the way they are, and what to look for in the upcoming Senate trial. . .

“There are two articles of impeachment. The second is ‘obstruction of Congress.’ That’s just a false accusation,” said Dershowitz. “But they also charge him, in the Ukraine matter, with abuse of power. But abuse of power was discussed by the framers (of the U.S. Constitution) … the framers refused to include abuse of power because it was too broad, too open-ended. . .

“What’s alleged against President Trump is not criminal,” added Dershowitz. “If they had criminal issues to allege, you can be sure they would have done it. If they could establish bribery or treason, they would have done it already. But they didn’t do it. They instead used this concept of abuse of power, which is so broad and general … any president could be charged with it.” (Read more from “No Impeachable Offense: Trump Lawyer Alan Dershowitz Says Dems Have Nothing Criminal to Allege” HERE)

Dershowitz: Trump Impeachment Acquittal Would ‘Make Me Unhappy as an Individual’

By The Times of Israel. Famed legal scholar Alan Dershowitz on Saturday said the acquittal of Donald Trump by the Senate would make him personally unhappy, but that he opposed the impeachment of the US president on constitutional grounds.

A day after being announced as a new member of Trump’s legal team, Dershowitz also said he would not vote for the US president in the November election, despite defending him at the impeachment trial. . .

“I am very worried about the precedent that would be caused if this president were removed,” he explained. “I think the constitutional arguments against impeachment have to be made in the Senate and I want to see them made on a non-partisan basis.”

Dershowitz said he would not argue that Trump did not commit the offenses he is accused of, but that those alleged offenses are not unconstitutional and therefore not grounds for impeachment. He also pushed back when asked if the Democratic-led impeachment process was a “farce.”

“I think people seriously and genuinely believe that this president did impeachable things… I just think it’s a mistake for the Democrats. I think it has helped Trump, not hurt his electoral chances,” he said. (Read more from “Dershowitz: Trump Impeachment Acquittal Would ‘Make Me Unhappy as an Individual’” HERE)

Israel at a Sea Change: Experiencing Second Zionist Revolution

In May, Dershowitz wrote in The Jerusalem Post and The Huffington Post: “I have now joined this distinguished company of people who get booed for advocating territorial compromise in the interest of peace. I was booed and jeered at the Jerusalem Post Conference on April 28, 2013 when I proposed an idea for restarting peace negotiations with the Palestinian Authority … These same people cheered loudly when Glick, a right-wing opponent of any territorial compromise, announced that: ‘There are no competing narratives. There is only the truth.’ For her, the only truth lies in history and archeology.”

Briefly, here are four relevant voices today:

Dershowitz told Newsmax this week: “I think a lot of Israelis are today thinking — as many have thought in the past — that they can’t outsource the defense of their own people, that they have to make their own decisions, make their own judgments and take their own actions as they did when they destroyed the Iraqi nuclear reactor in 1981 and various Syrian reactors more recently.”

Glick wrote in a January blog: “Next week we’re going to vote and it is already clear that Israel is in the midst of the Second Zionist Revolution. The first Zionist revolution was a socialist revolution. The second Zionist revolution is Jewish. Israel is coming into its own. Judaism is flourishing, changing, living and breathing here like it never has anywhere since the destruction of the Second Commonwealth. The secular Left has been eclipsed by the Jewish Right. I don’t call it the religious Right because that is too limiting. What’s happening isn’t just about religion, it’s about everything and that is why non-observant hipsters in Tel Aviv are voting for the Jewish Home party. Non-observant and observant Jews are joining forces and the anti-religious are being left behind.”

Ted Cruz at the Conservative Political Action Conference in March, as reported by The Christian Post: “‘I commend everyone here for respecting the biblical admonition to stand with Israel,’” he said, praising their ‘commitment to speak the truth in an era when so many believe they know better than eternal truths. ‘The alliance between the United States and Israel must remain completely and entirely unshakeable.’”

Moshe Feiglin, Knesset member, wrote in his newsletter this week: “I demand, at the first stage, to close the Temple Mount to Moslems during the Sukkot holiday just as the Mount was closed to Jews for the month of Ramadan.”
