Newsmax Obtains Alec Baldwin Crash Video, Contradicts His Claim

Newsmax has obtained exclusive dashcam footage that appears to contradict Alec Baldwin’s account of how he and his brother Stephen Baldwin were involved in a car crash Monday afternoon.

The 1-minute, 29-second front-facing video, taken from the commercial truck Alec Baldwin claims cut him off, shows the truck making a legal right turn onto Montauk Highway in East Hampton, New York, before Alec Baldwin’s white Range Rover comes into view — and moments later, slams into a tree along the roadside.

The footage begins with the truck exiting a parking lot and making a routine right turn.

Roughly 30 seconds in, Alec Baldwin’s vehicle appears to attempt to pass the truck on the right, before veering onto the shoulder and striking a large tree head-on. (Read more from “Newsmax Obtains Alec Baldwin Crash Video, Contradicts His Claim” HERE)

‘Crackhead Barney’ Says She Was ‘Maimed’ by Alec Baldwin During Coffee Shop Incident as She Dons Diaper, Bares Chest in Surreal Piers Morgan Interview

Performance artist and anti-Israel activist “Crackhead Barney” refused to say why she harassed Alec Baldwin at a New York City coffee shop this week in an utterly bizarre interview with Piers Morgan Wednesday — and insisted she was “maimed” by the actor.

The left-wing agitator’s appearance on Morgan’s “Uncensored” was surreal from the get-go.

“I’ve been waiting for you Piers f–king Morgan!” the popular ambush interviewer, who boasts nearly 100,000 followers on Instagram, screamed after she was introduced on the program.

Crachead Barney’s face was painted white with bright red lipstick. She wore a messy blonde wig, a neck brace and a thick pair of sunglasses. Her top was pulled up to her neck revealing her nearly bare chest.

The anonymous personality from Jamaica, Queens, held a single crutch and her right arm appeared to be in some sort of cast or sling — and she wore a diaper, which she told Morgan she’d put on especially for him. Armed and Dangerous: Alec Baldwin Used Gun as ‘A Pointing Stick’ in ‘Rust’ Set Footage Shown at Hannah Gutierrez-Reed Trial, Veteran Armorer Says

Alec Baldwin used a gun as “a pointing stick” while on the set of “Rust” and rushed the film’s armorer to reload his weapon for a second take, according to behind-the-scenes production footage.

The clips taken during the filming of the country western — before the tragic Oct. 21, 2021, on-set fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins — were played for the first time during the involuntary manslaughter trial against armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed on Thursday.

Baldwin rapidly fires blanks from a pistol after busting through a wooden shed before the director yells “Cut” in one scene shown to jurors. Immediately the actor wanted to do a second take.

“One more, one more, one more!” he shouts. “Right away, right away! Let’s reload. Here we go, c’mon!”

Gutierrez-Reed, 26, can then be seen hurriedly reloading the weapon with blanks from a fanny pack as Baldwin complains that they should have had a second loaded and ready to go. Actor Alec Baldwin Responds to Involuntary Manslaughter Charge

Alec Baldwin has officially responded to the latest development in the tragic incident on the set of “Rust,” where cinematographer Halyna Hutchins lost her life due to an inadvertent discharge from a prop gun. TMZ reported on Wednesday that Baldwin, facing a new involuntary manslaughter charge, is set to appear before a New Mexico judge on February 1 to enter a plea via phone or video conference.

In legal documents obtained by Fox News, Baldwin’s response is outlined, emphasizing his entitlement to a fair and speedy disposition of the charges. The documents state, “Mr. Baldwin is entitled to a fair and speedy disposition of the charges to minimize public vilification and suspicion and to avoid the hazards of proving his innocence that often arise after lengthy delays in a prosecution.”

The recent developments underscore the gravity of the situation, stemming from the tragic incident on the “Rust” set, where Baldwin, using a prop gun, unintentionally fired a live round that resulted in the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. While Baldwin consistently describes the event as a horrific accident, New Mexico prosecutors have suggested potential criminal negligence.

Baldwin’s legal team addressed the need for timely access to results or reports of physical or mental examinations, scientific tests, or experiments related to the case. This request reflects the actor’s commitment to a transparent legal process and his pursuit of a fair trial.

The actor, who had previously faced similar charges that were later dropped, maintains his innocence throughout the legal proceedings. Baldwin was recently indicted by a grand jury on new charges related to involuntary manslaughter, either through negligent use of a firearm or, alternatively, involuntary manslaughter without due caution or circumspection.

Alec Baldwin Slammed for Gun Control Post After Nashville Shooting: ‘Read the Room’

Alec Baldwin, charged with involuntary manslaughter in the 2021 death of “Rust” cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, is facing criticism online after posting about gun control.

The actor, 64, shared a screenshot of a viral tweet from musician Peter Frampton following the shooting at Covenant School in Nashville this week, in which six victims and the shooter were killed.

“26 years ago, a gunman entered Dunblane Primary School in Scotland, killing 16 kids and a teacher,” the tweet read. “The UK govt responded by enacting tight gun control legislation. In the 9400+ days since, there have been a total of 0 school shootings in the UK.”

Baldwin reposted the tweet on Instagram without a caption, seemingly in support of gun control measures, but it prompted blowback from some in light of the actor’s ongoing legal troubles.

“Read the room Alec. You are unbelievable,” someone wrote.

Walls Close In on Alec Baldwin as His Gun Lie Falls Apart

Alec Baldwin has always insisted, despite all evidence to the contrary, that he didn’t pull that trigger.

The FBI now says that he did. That finding, released over the weekend, comes just after the Santa Fe Sheriff’s Office announced they’re only waiting on Baldwin’s phone records before sending their investigative file to the DA’s office. . .

This FBI report is reason to cheer. Not since OJ Simpson have we seen someone so guilty act so aggrieved, entitled, put-upon and victimized, as if this whole tragedy has affected no one more than Baldwin himself — not Halyna Hutchins’s husband, not her little boy, so traumatized after her death he couldn’t speak for days, but Alec freaking Baldwin.

Think that’s overstatement? Let me count the ways: Gallivanting through the Hamptons and Vermont, just days after the shooting, Baldwin shopping at Ralph Lauren and preening before the paps — you know, the ones he otherwise hates and physically attacks — so they could get the perfect shot of Baldwin, inside a gleaming restaurant, holding his head in his hands. The bizarre roadside presser with his fake Spanish wife, the Rachel Dolezal of the Hamptons, in which he claimed the “Rust” set was run by “a very, very well-oiled crew” who just had the bad luck to suffer this “one in a trillion” tragedy.

The barrage of social media posts in the days after, Hilaria and Alec gloating over their family — that is, when Hilaria wasn’t getting in on the victim act herself, writing that “parenting through this has been an intense experience, to say the least.” (Read more from “Walls Close In on Alec Baldwin as His Gun Lie Falls Apart” HERE)

FBI Report Concludes Trigger Was Pulled On Set of Alec Baldwin’s ‘Rust’

Almost 10 months ago, actor Alec Baldwin’s prop gun was discharged on the “Rust” movie set, killing cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and injuring director Joel Souza.

Baldwin has maintained that he did not pull the trigger of the gun, telling ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos last December that he had “no idea” how a live bullet got onto the film set, but that he “didn’t pull the trigger” on the firearm.

The FBI has now completed its forensics investigation and handed the case over to the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office. According to the FBI forensic report, which was obtained by ABC News, the gun used in the fatal shooting on the New Mexico movie set could not have been fired without pulling the trigger.

With the hammer in the quarter- and half-cock positions, the gun “could not be made to fire without a pull of the trigger,” the report stated.

In a postmortem report obtained by ABC News, the New Mexico Office of the Medical Investigator classified Hutchins’ death as an accident. (Read more from “FBI Report Concludes Trigger Was Pulled On Set of Alec Baldwin’s ‘Rust'” HERE)

Lawsuit Claim: Alec Baldwin Wanted to Finish Filming ‘Rust’ After Fatal Shooting

Actor Alec Baldwin wanted to finish filming “Rust” in the weeks after the fatal on-set shooting of a cinematographer, new legal documents showed Friday.

Baldwin was holding a Colt gun during a rehearsal for the low-budget Western in New Mexico in October when it discharged a live round, killing Halyna Hutchins and wounding director Joel Souza.

The movie was abandoned amid recriminations over who was to blame for the tragedy, with allegations of unsafe practices and claims of corner-cutting.

But an arbitration filing Friday in Los Angeles showed Baldwin had sought to resurrect the stalled project.

“Baldwin made an exhaustive effort to contact the ‘Rust’ cast in the hope of acquiring their support to finish the film,” said the filing by Baldwin’s attorney to an arbitration service. (Read more from “Lawsuit Claim: Alec Baldwin Wanted to Finish Filming ‘Rust’ After Fatal Shooting” HERE)

Cops Won’t Rule Out Criminal Charges Against Alec Baldwin; Rookie ‘Rust’ Armorer Once Made Nicolas Cage Storm off Film Set After Firing Gun

By New York Post. Authorities on Wednesday refused to rule whether Alec Baldwin could face criminal charges after he accidentally shot dead his cinematographer on the New Mexico set of his “Rust” film last week.

The Santa Fe Sheriff’s Office also revealed at a press conference they suspect there were other live rounds found on the set as they continue to investigate the deadly shooting. . .

Sheriff Adan Mendoza said it was too early in the investigation to comment on charges, but the three people who handled the gun – including Baldwin, armorer Hannah Reed-Gutierrez and assistant director David Halls – were cooperating.

When pressed on whether Baldwin could potentially face charges, District Attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies said “no one has been ruled out at this point.” (Read more from “Cops Won’t Rule Out Criminal Charges Against Alec Baldwin” HERE)

Rookie ‘Rust’ Armorer Once Made Nicolas Cage Storm off Film Set After Firing Gun

By New York Post. A furious Nicolas Cage stormed off the set of a film where Hannah Gutierrez-Reed was in charge of weapons — and ripped the rookie armorer for firing a gun without warning, crew members said in a new report.

The 24-year-old “Rust” armorer — in charge of guns when Alec Baldwin shot dead cinematographer Halyna Hutchins last Thursday — was repeatedly accused by crew members of breaking basic safety protocols on the Montana set of Cage’s “The Old Way” in August, they told the Wrap.

Cage even walked off set screaming at Gutierrez-Reed after she fired a gun without warning for the second time in three days, the movie’s key grip, Stu Brumbaugh, told the outlet.

“Make an announcement, you just blew my f—ing eardrums out!” Cage yelled before walking off in a rage, Brumbaugh recalled. (Read more from “Rookie ‘Rust’ Armorer Once Made Nicolas Cage Storm off Film Set After Firing Gun” HERE)

Stephen Baldwin Calls out Brother Alec for ‘Spirit of Hate’ Over Abortion Boycott

Actor Stephen Baldwin called out his brother Alec Baldwin for having a “spirit of hate” after the Saturday Night Live star signing a letter threatening to boycott the state of Georgia if Gov. Brian Kemp (R) signed a bill restricting abortion into law.

“avoided tweets like this long as I could,” Stephen Baldwin said in a social media post Monday. “Love will ultimately wins Jesus [Loves], but for so long I’ve sat back & trusted God as my own family members have perpetrated the spirit of hate … through abortion Mockery & blindness. #sad #Alec #hates #pray.”

. . .

Indeed, Alec Baldwin was one of many Hollywood stars who signed Alyssa Milano’s letter threatening a boycott of Georgia over H.B. 481, the “Heartbeat bill,” which would ban abortion after about six weeks, or after a heartbeat is detected in a fetus.
