More Top Christians: US May Vanish Like Babylon

America has been weighed on the scales and found wanting. And the days of the Republic may be at an end.

This from Franklin Graham, who has a biblical warning for the United States, that Americans could share the fate of the Babylonian empire.

In a recent post on his Facebook page, the son of the legendary evangelist Billy Graham told the story of how the Babylonian king Belshazzar was shown the writing on the wall from God’s hand, telling him his reign was over because he did not honor God.

Rabbi Jonathan Cahn, the bestselling author of “The Harbinger” and “The Mystery of the Shemitah,” said Graham is echoing some of the themes he has talked about for years.

“Sin leads to judgment,” said Cahn. “This law touches not only individuals, but nations and civilizations. To whom much is given, much is required. A nation that has been especially favored with God’s blessings and the revelation of the Word is much more accountable concerning judgment. This applies to America.” (Read more from “More Top Christians: US May Vanish Like Babylon” HERE)

Franklin Graham’s Facebook post:

2500 years ago Iraq was in the “headlines.” It was known as the Babylonian empire and had the largest military in the world at that time. Its king, Belshazzar, was having a big party drinking and boasting with his wives, his mistresses, and his nobles. While they were partying, the hand of God appeared and wrote a message on the wall, terrifying everyone including King Belshazzar. He face grew pale and his knees went weak. Daniel is called in to interpret the handwriting which says three things: “Mene: God has numbered the days of your reign and brought it to an end. Tekel: You have been weighed on the scales and found wanting. Peres: Your kingdom is divided and given to the Medes and Persians.”

Daniel warns Belshazzar that he is guilty of worshiping false gods. He said, “you did not honor the God who holds in his hand your life” (Daniel 5:23). That very night the king was slain and the kingdom was lost to their enemies.

What’s the writing on the wall for America? As a nation we are found lacking because of sin and disobedience to God’s Holy Word. We have not honored Him. If we don’t turn back to God, I fear that our end will be near.

Black Panther Chairman: Democrats Using Black People ‘Like Whores & Prostitutes’

In a recent radio interview, New Black Panther Chairman Malik Zulu Shabazz made remarks startling even for his radical group.  He contended not only that Democrats are using black people “like whores and prostitutes” but that the United States is a “modern Babylon and a modern Rome” in serious decline. He continued:

“Can the Democratic Party really save us, locally and nationally, or are we just holding on because we ain’t got nothing better? Are we just being fired up for this election, to go out here and give some votes, and all of the core concerns of the black community will be thrown to the side when November gets passed.  We don’t want to be used like whores and prostitutes, we have to pay attention – we have to take charge of our post, accept our own and be ourselves, and stop jiving in bullsh*t.”

Here’s more from the Blaze:

The chairman then began to list a series of grievances with democrats, citing the rights of ex-felons and gentrification, whites moving into black neighborhoods, as letdown issues. Shabazz returned to the point by asking:

“Is the Democratic Party going to help with that? Is that even on their agenda, on their radar? Are your concerns being addressed, or are you being used like a whore? That’s the main point here.”

Shabazz reiterated his point by telling his listeners once again:

“We don’t want to be used like whores and prostitutes, we have to pay attention — we have to take charge of our post, accept our own and be ourselves, and stop jiving in bullsh*t.”
