Bristol Gives Names of Celebrities Who Sexually Harassed Palin Women, Points out Biggest Problem

Bristol Palin, the daughter of former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, watched as recent accusations of sexual misconduct ended the careers of high-profile figures in media, entertainment and politics.

She kept up with the #MeToo movement, where countless women have taken to social media to say that they too are victims of sexual harassment, assault and even rape.

Now, she has decided to speak out.

While Palin wrote in a blog post published Friday that she was “truly amazed by the unity that has been brought on by these courageous women (and men),” she noted that there is one thing “wrong” with the #MeToo campaign.

The media, Palin claimed, has a double standard when it comes to reporting on allegations of sexual harassment.

“What we need to look at is a real TRUE standard that needs to be set,” she wrote. “But here’s a question. How do we pick and choose whom to hold accountable? Why aren’t we looking at all of the sexual harassment? Why are some things ‘just a joke’ for some, and serious offenses for others?”

Palin asserted that it’s time “to come together and treat sexual harassment the same, no matter what side of the aisle you may be on.”

Her argument is not just based on conjecture. Instead, she claims that at least seven well-known celebrities harassed her or her family. The media, she said, did nothing.

“Are you ready to hold these people accountable?” Palin asked. “Here is a small example of what our family has gone though.”

The first name Palin put forth was that of Fox News host Chris Wallace. In 2010, radio host Don Imus asked Wallace, who was preparing to interview Palin, if, “When you interview her, will she be sitting on your lap?

“One can only hope,” Wallace replied, according to CNN.

“Did Wallace receive any consequences for this kind of sexual harassment?” Palin asked. “None. No one at Fox Radio batted an eye with his violent misogynist rant — in fact he’s still celebrated.

Palin then went on to talk about late night talk show host David Letterman, who in 2009 made an inappropriate remark directed at the Palin family. Letterman joked that one of Sarah Palin’s daughters got “knocked up” by New York Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez at a Yankees game.

Letterman claimed he was talking about Bristol Palin, who was 18 at the time. Sarah Palin, though, pointed out that then-14-year-old Willow had attended the game.

“Did he get reprimanded by CBS for this? No, no one batted an eye at it,” Bristol wrote.

The next name on her list was rapper Azeala Banks. In 2016, the entertainer advocated for Palin to be raped.

“Sarah Palin needs to have her hair shaved off to a buzz cut, get headf—ed by a big veiny, ashy, black d— then be locked in a cupboard,” Banks tweeted.

Later, she added, “Honestly… Let’s find the burliest blackest n—-s and let them run a train on her. Film it and put it on worldstar.”

Bristol Palin noted that Banks received no consequences for her tweets, and Twitter even allowed her keep her account open.

In 2011, former boxer Mike Tyson made similarly graphic remarks about the former governor of Alaska.

Up next was former “Fox & Friends” host and current CNN anchor Alisyn Camerota, who asked Sarah Palin in 2011 about her breasts.

“Harassing lines of questioning like that is to sexualize the female guest, thus discrediting the important issues she’s there to discuss,” said Bristol. “Gee, I wonder why voters have a hard time taking female politicians seriously when a news organization is more interested in the size of their bra than their brain?”

Finally, she called out two rappers — Macklemore and Eminem — for making sexual references to her mother in two of their songs.

Palin concluded that she is trying to “point out a very real issue – as a society, we cannot have double standards on sexual issues. We won’t fix it until victims of all political stripes are treated with respect and dignity!”

“Sexual harassment will never change when we have the double standards that we do today,” she wrote. “This isn’t about me or my family. Though the comments that have been made about us are horrible, this movement is way bigger than that.” (For more from the author of “Bristol Gives Names of Celebrities Who Sexually Harassed Palin Women, Points out Biggest Problem” please click HERE)

Bristol Palin Slams Miley Cyrus’ Mockery of Christian Conservatives

By Leah Marieann Klett. Bristol Palin, the daughter of former Alaska governor Sarah Palin, has offered up some harsh words for popstar Miley Cyrus after she mocked Christian conservatives for believing in Old Testament “fairy tales” and said those who oppose gay marriage “shouldn’t be allowed to make laws.”

“In her cover story for Paper magazine, Miley Cyrus spoke candidly about her sexuality, her hippie lifestyle, and her politics,” Palin, 24, wrote in a June 11 Patheos blog post titled “Miley Cyrus Claims She’s ‘Least Judgmental Person Ever,’ Calls Christians ‘Insane Motherf–kers.”

She continued, “While her nude photo shoot has attracted the attention of many, it is her hilarious tirade about tolerance that turned my head.”

In the June 9 interview, Cyrus, who was raised in a Christian home and baptized in a Southern Baptist church, referred to her parents as “conservative-ass mother–kers” and railed against those who oppose same-sex marriage, arguing that “those people [shouldn’t] get to make our laws.”

The “Wrecking Ball” singer, who called herself “the least judgemental person ever” in the interview, also slammed Christians who believe Noah’s Ark was a real vessel: “That’s f–king insane,” she told the magazine. “We’ve outgrown that fairy tale, like we’ve outgrown f–king Santa and the tooth fairy.” (Read more from “Bristol Palin Slams Miley Cyrus’ Mockery of Christian Conservatives” HERE)

Miley Cyrus Mocks Christians Who Believe in Old Testament ‘Fairy Tales’, Says Those Who Oppose Homosexuality ‘Shouldn’t Get to Make Laws’

By Leah Marieann Klett. Pop singer Miley Cyrus recently slammed Christian conservatives for believing in “fairy tales” like the story of Noah’s ark and argued that those who hold to a traditional definition of marriage should not be permitted to make laws within the United States.

In a recent interview with Paper magazine, Cyrus, who appears nude within the publication, refers to herself as the “least judgmental person ever.”

However, the magazine notes that while she was raised in a Christian home and was baptized in a Southern Baptist church, the “Wrecking Ball” singer “maintains a particular contempt for fundamentalist lawmakers who rally against this sort of progressive, potentially life-saving changes [for the LGBT] community.”

“Those people [shouldn’t] get to make our laws,” Cyrus said of Christians who hold to a traditional view of marriage. (Read more from this story HERE)

Examiner Reports Bristol Palin Fiancé Dakota Meyer Already Married

By Victoria Miller. Bristol Palin and her fiancé Dakota Meyer made headlines for their recent engagement, but a new report reveals that the war hero has already been married. On Friday, Radar Online posted a marriage certificate that reveals Meyer was married to a Michigan woman. The official document shows Meyer and Cassandra Wain were married in Campbellsville, Kentucky, on May 20, 2008. It’s unclear if the two are now officially divorced because information about the marriage is sealed. While it’s impossible to determine the current status of the union, the news of Meyer’s first wife is a surprise.

In March, Palin announced her engagement to Meyer, a former U.S. Marine who received the U.S. Medal of Honor in 2011, making him the third living recipient of the award since Vietnam. Bristol’s mom, Sarah Palin, posted a lengthy message about her daughter’s engagement to Meyer on Facebook, revealing that her family is honored to welcome the war hero into their clan. Descriving her future son-in-law as an “American hero,” the onetime vice-presidential candidate said Meyer is a kind man who loves both Bristol and her young son, Tripp. (Read more from this story HERE)

Bristol Palin Just Cleared up Rumors Surrounding Sarah’s Surprising Announcement

Photo Credit: Gage Skidmore Even though Bristol Palin and Medal of Honor recipient Dakota Meyer will not be getting married later this month, the couple said they and their families will still be getting together and dismissed a rumor that has been circulating since the wedding was called off.

Bristol’s mother, former Gov. Sarah Palin of Alaska (R), announced on her Facebook page Monday that the couple’s wedding in Kentucky would not be taking place.

“Bristol and Dakota couldn’t be more thankful for the love and support of family and friends over the past months while preparing for their wedding,” the elder Palin wrote. “They have informed loved ones that unfortunately the announced celebration planned for May 23 will not be held.”

On Tuesday, she said that the two families would still be getting together:

They have informed loved ones that unfortunately the announced celebration planned for May 23 will not be held.

Many friends and family still look forward to getting together that day in Kentucky anyway – and the Palins and Meyers are happily looking forward to still being at “the old Kentucky home” on May 23 to celebrate life, in general!

Family members and close friends know they are welcome to share a great bar-b-que on the farm that day.

Video: Bristol Palin Wins Legal Victory Over Bar Heckler

By Jennifer Madison. Bristol Palin has won her legal fight with a man accused of heckling her on her reality show Bristol Palin: Life’s a Tripp.

The 22-year-old was named in a lawsuit filed by Stephen Hanks, who was seen in an episode shouting obscenities about her mother, former U.S. Vice-Presidential candidate Sarah Palin, during an altercation with Bristol at a Hollywood bar.

Hanks claimed he never signed a waiver to appear on the show and that Bristol invaded his privacy by outing him as a gay man in filings naming the reality star and A&E network.

Bristol’s docu-series premiered in June of this year and followed her as she moved to Los Angeles with her three-year-old son, Tripp, whom she shares with ex-fiancé Levi Johnston.

In episode of the Lifetime network series shows a verbal argument erupting after Bristol is heckled while she rides a mechanical bull at the Saddle Ranch on Los Angeles’ Sunset Strip. Read more from this story HERE.
