Idaho Legislature Widely Approves Child Sex Abuse Death Penalty Bill, Sending It to Governor

A bill to allow the death penalty for adults who sexually abuse children age 12 and younger in Idaho is headed to Idaho Gov. Brad Little for final consideration.

House Bill 380, cosponsored by Rep. Bruce Skaug, R-Nampa and House Assistant Majority Leader Josh Tanner, R-Eagle, would allow the death penalty in a new criminal charge the bill creates: Aggravated lewd conduct with children age 12 and younger.

The bill also would add mandatory minimum prison sentences for cases of aggravated lewd conduct with minors — which would only apply to abuse of children age 16 and below — that don’t meet the bill’s proposed criteria for death penalty eligibility.

The Idaho Legislature widely passed the bill this year. The Idaho Senate passed the bill Monday on a 30-5 vote, with opposition from three Senate Democrats and two Senate Republicans. Last week, the Idaho House unanimously passed the bill, with 63 votes in favor and seven lawmakers absent.

When the bill is transmitted to Gov. Brad Little, he has five days, excluding Sundays, to decide on it. He has three options: sign it into law, allow it to become law without his signature, or veto it. Sick Bill Changes Definition of ‘Abused Child’ to Include Kids Whose Parents Object to Abortion, Transgender Hormones and Surgeries

A recently-introduced bill in the state of Illinois would change the definition of “abused child” to include minors whose parents object to their children receiving puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, transgender surgeries, and abortions.

House Bill 4876, which was introduced in early February, also shields doctors from liability if they prescribe such treatments to minors who do not have parental consent — and empowers the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) to step in and, if they deem it necessary, remove children from their biological parents based on the new definition of an “abused child.”

X Ramps up Efforts to Eradicate Child Sexual Abuse Material

X, formerly Twitter, is ramping up its efforts to eradicate child sexual abuse material on its platform by evaluating all uploaded videos and GIFs, according to a Thursday press release.

The social media platform, owned by Elon Musk, reaffirmed its commitment to removing the illegal content and provided an update on its progress.

“Last year we made clear that our #1 priority was tackling child sexual exploitation (CSE) online. At X, we have zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation, and we are determined to make X inhospitable for actors who seek to exploit minors in any way,” X’s press release stated.

The social media site reported that it has significantly increased the number of reports to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and permanently suspended more than 11 million accounts from January to November 2023. It noted that in 2022, before Musk’s takeover, Twitter only suspended 2.3 million accounts accused of CSE violations.

Therapist Pleads Guilty to Abusing Children Alongside Disgraced YouTube Mom (VIDEO)

The mental health counselor from Utah who worked with parenting blogger Ruby Franke pleaded guilty this week to four separate counts of aggravated child abuse. The woman admitted to physically and emotionally abusing Franke’s children.

Jodi Hildebrandt was apparently a business partner with Franke — a parenting advice blogger who had six children and previously had a popular YouTube channel called “8 Passengers,” where she documented the day-to-day experience of taking care of her children, according to the Associated Press.

Hildebrandt and Franke worked together at the former’s counseling company called ConneXions Classroom. The company offered various parenting classes, published content on its shared Instagram account, “Moms of Truth,” and even started a new YouTube channel.

Through recent revelations, it was discovered that these two women had apparently provided parenting advice and promoted lifestyles that did not accurately reflect the kind of life they were leading.

The two women’s facade began crumbling after Franke’s 12-year-old son escaped from Hildebrandt’s house on August 30 and asked a neighbor to call the police. The boy was discovered to be very thin, with duct tape wrapped around his ankles and wrists, according to a previous report from Blaze News.

Child Care Worker Identified as Pedophile Facing Over 1,600 Sex Crime Charges

A former child care worker in Australia was identified this week as an alleged pedophile facing more than 1,600 charges of heinous offenses against children.

Ashley Paul Griffith, 45, of Queensland, has been charged with a staggering 1,623 sex crimes in Brisbane, Sydney, and abroad — including 136 counts of rape and 110 of having sex with a child under 10 years old, The Australian reported.

Griffith’s alleged victims include 91 underage girls he reportedly raped and abused between 2007 and 2022, the outlet said.

He was finally apprehended following an eight-year investigation, which culminated in authorities identifying him based on bedsheets seen in the back of child sex abuse material shared on the dark web, the Guardian reported.

Griffith was arrested by the Australian Federal Police (AFP) in 2022, but his charges were detailed anonymously until Tuesday. Recently passed legislation in Australia allowed authorities to identify accused sex offenders after charges are filed publicly, The Australian explained. ‘Never Seen the Sun’: Neighbors Find Bloody, Nude Brothers Walking Like ‘Cavemen’ After Escape From Feces-Covered Home

Two young brothers escaped from their feces-covered house in Wisconsin, where neighbors saw them walking naked like “cavemen” who have “never seen the sun before,” according to CBS 58.

Neighbors reported seeing the two kids walking naked down the street away from their home in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on July 14, according to CBS 58.

One of the neighbors, Christine Eder, explained that the brothers acted as if they had never been outside their home. . .

Doctors found the brothers’ hair so full of feces that they had to shave their heads, according to CBS 58.

A teenage girl reported seeing a “naked person walking on the sidewalk like a ‘caveman,’” describing the brothers as if they had “never seen the sun before,” the local outlet reported.

Four Kids Rescued From Squalid Home Where Dead Trans Woman, Drugs, Sex Toys Found

Four children who were found in a home littered with booze, drugs, sex toys, and the corpse of a trans woman, were hidden away in a cramped back room crying for help, a Boston city councilor said.

City Councilor Erin Murphy told Boston 25 that first responders, who called to the home about a person in cardiac arrest, heard the children “crying for help.” First responders called about a person in cardiac arrest found a trans woman – a man in women’s clothes – who they were unable to revive.

“A lot of drug paraphernalia and sex toys all around and then one of the firefighters said that they heard a cry for help,” Murphy told the outlet. “That there were four children in the back room, and I am hearing that the adults in the apartment were not wanting first responders to go back when they heard kids crying for help, so that is very disturbing to me.”

A Boston Fire Department crew of first responders was dispatched to an apartment in a public housing complex Saturday morning for a call about a man who had gone into cardiac arrest, the Boston Herald reported. An incident report obtained by the Herald showed that the first responders discovered more than a man in a medical crisis. Pediatric Medical Body Subpoenaed to Provide Documentation on Child Sex Change Policies

A federal judge has ordered a prominent pediatric medical group to provide Florida officials with documents explaining why it supports sex changes for children.

The demand of the American Academy of Pediatrics’ (AAP) was prompted by its participation in a federal lawsuit against a new Sunshine State law that bars the use of Medicaid to cover sex change procedures. The group is one of 18 facing subpoenas of documents and communications on guidelines and policies regarding youth medical transition from the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).

Other groups involved in the lawsuit include the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, American Medical Association, American Psychiatric Association, Pediatric Endocrine Society, Society for Adolescent Health and Medicine, and Yale University.

At an hour-long hearing last week, U.S. District Judge Carl J. Nichols narrowed the Florida agency’s request for “any” relevant records to those “sufficient to show” the AAP’s total membership, how it establishes guidelines and policy positions for child sex change treatments, as well as any “official communication” with their entire membership concerning the matter. Gay Couple Allegedly Pimped Out, Made Child Porn With Adopted Children: Investigation

A shocking investigation has reportedly uncovered disturbing new details about a gay activist couple in Georgia who are charged with raping their adopted sons and pimping them out to a local “LGBTQ pedophile ring.”

A months-long Townhall investigation published Tuesday viewed recorded jailhouse calls and new court documents and spoke exclusively to a family member, revealing that the alleged sexual abuse went much deeper than previously reported. The investigation will have three more installments, Townhall said.

The married couple, William Dale Zulock Jr., 33, a government worker, and his husband Zachary Jacoby Zulock, 35, a banker, were arrested last summer on charges of sodomizing their two elementary-aged sons and prostituting the children. . .

According to the 17-count indictment, the two men allegedly performed oral sex on both their adoptive sons, forced the boys to perform oral sex on them, and raped their sons anally. At least once, the older boy was allegedly injured from the anal rape. . .

The Zulocks have been a prominent presence in the gay activism scene. In 2014, they marched in Atlanta’s Pride parade, and Out magazine, a well-known LGBTQ publication, has repeatedly asked to feature their photos on its website. Texas Supreme Court Rules Against Father Seeking To Prevent ‘Chemical Castration’ of His Son

A Texas father has accused the Texas Supreme Court of being party to an “empire of child abuse” after the justices rejected his request to prevent his ex-wife from subjecting their son to chemical castration through the use of puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones.

Jeff Younger, who has gained national attention for his opposition to his ex-wife’s efforts to identify their son, James, as a girl named Luna, and encourage him to undergo experimental medicalized gender transition, announced on Twitter Friday that “the Supreme Court of Texas denied my Mandamus, effectively terminating my parental rights.”

He further warned that “my children are now subject to being chemically castrated in California,” concluding that “Texas is an empire of child abuse, led by Texas judges.”

Younger’s ex-wife is Dr. Anne Georgulas, a pediatrician and non-biological mother of James and his twin brother, Jude. . .

Noting that the effort to secure a court order seeking the return of his ex-wife and their children to Texas stems from a concern that their move to California “will bring about the medical ‘transitioning’ of his son,” the Texas Supreme Court contended that such an order is not necessary because Younger “is already in possession of a court order prohibiting Mother from doing precisely what he fears she will do with his son.” It also addresses Younger’s reservations about the now-enacted Senate Bill 107.
