Documents Reveal Just How Crazy The CIA’s MKULTRA Mind-Control Program Really Was

A new collection of over 1,200 documents detailing the Central Intelligence Agency’s (CIA) infamous mind control program, MKULTRA, was published by the National Security Archive and ProQuest on Monday.

The collection was announced 50 years after Seymour Hersh’s New York Times investigation illuminated the program’s abuses, according to the Archive. It was also published 70 years after the U.S. pharmaceutical manufacturer, Eli Lilly & Company, became the CIA’s primary source of the psychoactive drug LSD, the Archive added.

The MKULTRA project was conducted in the 1950s, and most of the original records were destroyed by CIA director Richard Helms and head of the Technical Services Staff (TSS) of the CIA’s Chemical Division Sidney Gottlieb, according to the Archive. Gottlieb would eventually serve as director of the agency’s Technical Services Division (TSD).

The collection includes records that managed to survive the agency’s “purge” of secretive documents, according to the Archive. (Read more from “Documents Reveal Just How Crazy The CIA’s MKULTRA Mind-Control Program Really Was” HERE)

The CIA Keeps Popping Up In The Biden-Ukraine Saga

The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is linked throughout the Biden-Ukraine entanglements, from Trump’s first impeachment to Hunter Biden’s business dealings.

Back in 2019, the then-National Intelligence Council analyst Eric Ciaramella anonymously accused Trump of demanding an investigation into Biden’s alleged corruption in Ukraine in exchange for military aid, according to Real Clear Investigations.

Ciaramella was an adviser to then-Vice President Joe Biden’s office when Biden threatened to stop aid to Ukraine unless it fired Viktor Shokin, Real Clear stated. Shokin was the prosecutor investigating the Ukrainian gas company, Burisma Holdings. Hunter joined the board of Burisma in 2014 where he was making $80,000 a month, according to bank records.

While Ciaramella was accusing Trump of using a “quid pro quo,” Hunter’s payments were not as scrutinized in 2019. A transcript of Trump’s call eventually revealed that he did not make a promise to Zelenskyy or threaten to withhold aid to Ukraine.

Ciaramella had conversations with key Biden aides and Ukrainian prosecutors, White House emails and photos released from the National Archives demonstrated. (Read more from “The CIA Keeps Popping Up In The Biden-Ukraine Saga” HERE)

CIA Says It Gave False Information to Congress About ‘Spies Who Lie’

The CIA said Thursday it gave false information to Congress about the “Spies Who Lie” who suggested incriminating documents from Hunter Biden’s laptop were Russian disinformation.

In the stunning twist that’s heightening congressional doubts about the impartiality and reliability of America’s premier spy agency, the CIA said in a letter acquired by The Post that former agency acting director Michael Morell was not a contractor at the time he organized the October 2020 laptop statement.

That contradicted the agency’s previous testimony to Congress that he was under contract.

“This mistake was based on a misreading of the contract documentation,” Robert Dugas, CIA deputy general counsel of litigations and investigations, wrote in a Wednesday letter to Morell’s lawyers, which the CIA acknowledged to The Post Thursday. . .

The walk-back stoked outrage among House Republicans, who published the agency-provided information last month. (Read more from “CIA Says It Gave False Information to Congress About ‘Spies Who Lie’” HERE)

CIA Mishandled Sexual Assault Allegations, Internal Review Finds

An internal investigation into the CIA revealed that the agency failed to handle allegations of sexual harassment and sexual assault within its ranks properly.

CIA Inspector General Robin Ashton said in a statement describing the results of the review that leadership had “not been wholly successful in preventing, or efficiently and effectively responding to, workplace harassment and sexual assault incidents.”

In the 648-page classified report, prompted by the Senate, Ashton made 22 recommendations to CIA Director William Burns and other agency leaders on improving how the agency handles claims of sexual assault and harassment.

Burns said in a statement that the CIA has already taken steps to make it easier for employees to report abuse and expand the agency’s capacity to investigate allegations.

“I take the issue of sexual harassment and sexual assault extremely seriously,” he said. (Read more from “CIA Mishandled Sexual Assault Allegations, Internal Review Finds” HERE)

Congressional Report Exposes CIA’s Collusion with Biden Campaign to Discredit Hunter Biden Laptop Story

In a bombshell revelation, a congressional report released Tuesday exposes the CIA’s interference in the 2020 election by colluding with the Biden campaign to discredit the Hunter Biden laptop story.

The House Judiciary report highlights three critical points regarding the CIA’s involvement in the 2020 election. First, it reveals that high-ranking CIA officials, including then-CIA Director Gina Haspel, were aware of the statement discrediting the Hunter Biden laptop story before its publication. This awareness provided senior leadership with an opportunity to intervene and ensure the statement was properly vetted, yet they failed to do so.

Second, the report notes that some signatories of the statement, including former CIA Deputy Director Michael Morell and former CIA Inspector General David Buckley, were on active contracts with the CIA at the time. Despite these officials’ claims that they did not access classified information when asserting the laptop story had “all the hallmarks” of Russian disinformation, their active roles within the CIA cast doubt on their impartiality.

Lastly, the report uncovers internal dissent within the CIA. Some employees expressed concern about the politicized nature of the statement, acknowledging it was not “helpful to the Agency in the long run.” At least one employee questioned the submission and approval process, highlighting the internal discontent with the agency’s involvement in the political narrative.

In 2020, 51 former intelligence officials signed a letter labeling the Hunter Biden laptop story as Russian disinformation. This letter, coordinated by current Secretary of State Antony Blinken, was instrumental in shaping public opinion ahead of the election. CNN reporter Natasha Bertrand amplified this narrative through a Politico story, which has since been discredited.

The congressional report underscores the inappropriate involvement of CIA contractors in the political process. As Morell himself acknowledged during the investigation, “It’s inappropriate for a currently serving staff officer or contractor to be involved in the political process.” This admission reflects the serious ethical breach that occurred.

The report also highlights the role of former Senior Intelligence Service Officer Marc Polymeropoulos, who co-authored the statement. Internal communications reveal that Polymeropoulos’s talking points contained classified information, which had to be removed before publication.

One CIA official noted, “It appears [Polymeropoulos] is actively involved in a pro-Biden campaign and may be disclosing classified information in his efforts.”

FBI Wants 20 Years to Produce Records on Its Involvement w/ OKC Bombing

It’s been about nine years since Utah attorney Jesse Trentadue filed a Freedom of Information Act request for records about a CIA asset and FBI informant who helped fund the Oklahoma City bombing, as well as for records about a neo-Nazi bank-robbery gang also involved in the attack.

Tired of waiting, Trentaudue sued the FBI over the matter in February, demanding the bureau to produce the 69,375 pages of documents that it’s holding. But now, the FBI wants to take another nearly 12 years to fork over those documents to him, which means that it would take at least 20 years for the bureau to comply with his initial FOIA request.

Such a slow production rate is unacceptable, Trentadue said in a Tuesday court filing.

“The FBI proposes to process these records/documents for release to Plaintiff in monthly increments of 500 pages over a period of 11.5 years!” he said.

“If the Court accepts the FBI’s proposed snail-pace processing of these materials, Plaintiff will be close to 90-years of age when he finally receives all of them,” he said.

“He has already waited almost a decade for these documents/records, with the FBI having made no effort during the interim to produce them, and should not have to wait another 11.5 years to receive them.”

Trentadue has been suing the U.S. government for OKC bomb-related records for nearly 30 years, ever since his brother was murdered in a federal penitentiary. The complex story of how the death of Trentadue’s brother relates to the OKC bombing can be read in this Mother Jones article. Former Government Employee Charged With Falsely Accusing Coworkers of Participating in Jan. 6 Capitol Attack

A former government employee with ties to federal intelligence agencies was arrested in Virginia Thursday and accused of sending fake tips to the FBI in which he falsely accused multiple coworkers of taking part in the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol breach, newly unsealed court documents revealed.

Investigators alleged in court records that Miguel Zapata anonymously submitted information about seven individuals with whom he had once worked in the months after the attack, writing that they “espoused conspiracy theories” and “took part in the insurrection.”

According to prosecutors, between February and April 2021, Zapata allegedly concocted fake stories about his former coworkers’ involvement in the events of Jan. 6 and submitted them via the FBI’s anonymous tip line that has been used to gather information following the Capitol breach. Over 1,300 individuals have so far been charged for their alleged involvement.

“These tips variously alleged that the government employees and contractors were physically present at or involved in the attack at the Capitol or had shared classified information with individuals and groups present at the riot with the intent to assist these groups in overthrowing the United States government,” charging documents said.

Zapata is accused of sending the home addresses, full names, and security clearance levels of his former colleagues to the FBI, which prompted the FBI and some of the victims’ employers to launch investigations into their alleged conduct based on the faulty information. CIA Preparing for ‘Infinite Race’ on Tech, AI in Face of China Challenge

The CIA is preparing for an “infinite race” with China for artificial intelligence and top technology, making getting the best tools a leading priority for America’s spies.

CIA Director William J. Burns has made a giant pivot toward making technology a major intelligence objective, said Nand Mulchandani, the agency’s chief technology officer.

In remarks to the Hill & Valley Forum’s gathering of top technology and government officials in Washington this week, Mr. Mulchandani said the CIA is “all in” on AI for offense, defense and more. He said the CIA is building its own large language models, which are sophisticated algorithms that make generative AI tools work.

“We’re looking at transforming every single part of what the agency does, from operations to the analytic function, support functions and other pieces there,” Mr. Mulchandani said. “We don’t think there’s anything more important than this.”

Mr. Mulchandani said the spy agency is working to outcompete China while “fighting across every single one of these emerging tech areas,” which he identified as AI, biotechnology, space technology, quantum technology and telecommunications. Explosive Allegations Claim That the CIA Is Operating Ukrainian Online Anti-Trump ‘Troll Farms’ to Influence American Voters and the 2024 Election

If you’ve spent any time online, you’ve probably stumbled upon those fervent pro-Ukraine accounts that go by the name “NAFO” and sport cute little animated animal photos as their avatars.

As a matter of fact, disgraced former Congressman Adam “Cry Baby” Kinzinger is a proud “fella” of this NAFO online movement. Mr. NAFO! Adam Kinzinger has quite the reputation for spreading loads of fake news and pro-Ukraine propaganda. Remember when he got totally punked and fell for that hilariously phony “Ghost of Kiev” meme? . . .

The explosive, yet-to-be-confirmed allegations are as follows.

⚠️🚨BREAKING: CIA Operates Troll Farms in Kyiv to Influence American Voters and To Assure Biden’s 2024 Win.

A former employee of one of the Kyiv troll factories owned by the head of Zelensky’s office, Andriy Yermak, spoke about how the interference in the upcoming American elections is taking place in Ukraine with the help of the CIA. According to the source, the purpose of the interference is to ensure Biden’s victory over Trump. A former employee showed a video taken inside a troll factory, as well as several photos, guidelines and a list of accounts that trolls use to influence the American voters.

“Long story short we were asked to do everything to prevent Donald Trump from winning the elections. So basically, this topic was added to our main lines of work.

Since then, each of us had to post at least 3 to 5 posts daily posing as the Americas and Europeans, criticizing Donald Trump and praising Biden.

The Americans have even organized a few lectures for us to get a better understanding of American politics, the American mindset the main social and political issues.

Then we were occupied with the topics for the job which sounded like this:

1.Unlike Trump, Biden is a smart and experienced politician.

2. Unlike Trump, Biden will never betray NATO partners. Trump will alienate our partners.

3. Biden will not abandon Ukraine. Biden will protect democracy, while Trump is Putin’s puppet.

I honestly tried to convince myself it’s Okay since Biden is clearly a better option for Ukraine, but it was just too much for me… One thing is to work for the best interests of my country, but interfering in US politics is a whole other thing.”

Racism Worse Than Mass Murder? FBI Enlists the Help of Notorious CIA -Linked Drug Cartel Family to Arrest Reputed White Supremacist

Speaking to MVS Noticias with Luis Cárdenas, journalist Óscar Balmen claimed he was told by an FBI source that El Chapo’s sons, known as Los Chapitos, were involved in Young’s arrest.

He said: “As for El Chapo’s sons, they knew that an American fugitive was hiding in one of their strongholds. They decided they would score points with the FBI and hand him over as a goodwill offering.

The sons of infamous drug lord Joaquín ‘El Chapo’ Guzmán reportedly caught a wanted FBI fugitive and handed him over as a “goodwill offering”.

David DeWayne Young, known as Khaos, was wanted as part of a massive drug conspiracy case. He is allegedly a member of the Ghostface Gangsters Gang, a whites-only organised crime group that emerged from a jail in Georgia, US, in the early 2000s.

Young was arrested in Hermosillo, Mexico, in March this year in a joint effort between the FBI and Mexican law enforcement. However, now it appears the Sinaloa Cartel may have played a key role in bringing him to justice. (Read more from “Racism Worse Than Mass Murder?
