Why are people panicking about the weather? Climate doomer Bill Gates thinks everyone should just calm down. He believes “climate change” is a serious problem but it won’t be the end of humanity as we know it, a 17-page memo released Tuesday by the billionaire reveals.

Gates now thinks scientific innovation will curb any threats — real and perceived — to the planet’s climate and it’s instead time for a “strategic pivot” away from focusing on limiting rising temperatures to fighting poverty and preventing disease.

The 70-year-old said in the memo the world’s primary goal should now work to prevent suffering, particularly for those in the toughest conditions in the world’s poorest countries.

AP reports if given a choice between eradicating malaria and a tenth of a degree increase in warming, Gates told reporters, “I’ll let the temperature go up 0.1 degree to get rid of malaria. People don’t understand the suffering that exists today.”

SEC Pauses ‘Extremist Climate Mandate’ After Challenge From Republican Attorneys General

The Securities and Exchange Commission paused implementation of a climate rule requiring certain companies to disclose greenhouse gas emissions after a coalition of Republican-led states challenged the rule.

On Thursday, the SEC alerted the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals that it would hold off finalizing the climate rule while it faced a lawsuit from 25 states led by Iowa. The states argue that the SEC has overstepped its authority by attempting to put in place the climate rule without congressional approval.

“Today’s victory shuts down the most outrageous climate mandate for businesses since Biden took office,” said Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird. “The SEC’s job is to protect people from fraud. It has no business slapping companies with extremist climate mandates. We are making it clear that Biden has to follow the law like everyone else.”

Here’s What Scientists Now Say We Should Eat to ‘Save the Planet’ From Climate Change

For more than a decade, people have been told to eat bugs to combat climate change. The hot new food source to reportedly reduce one’s carbon footprint is snakes, according to scientists.

New research advocates for humans to increase consumption of snakes as a food alternative to reduce greenhouse gases.

Research published in Scientific Reports last week noted that “python farming appears to offer tangible benefits for sustainability and food systems resilience.”

The authors of the study claim that python farming “can not only complement existing livestock systems, but may offer better returns in terms of production efficiencies.”

The United States’ Special Presidential Envoy for Climate, John Kerry, found himself at the center of an unexpected incident during the Climate Change Conference in Dubai on Sunday. While passionately discussing US policy on coal power plants, Kerry inadvertently unleashed a burst of wind energy of a different kind — a momentary flatulence that became the unexpected highlight of the international event.

The incident occurred as Kerry was advocating against permitting more coal-fired power plants worldwide. In the midst of his anti-coal diatribe, a distinct sound of passing gas interrupted his speech. The unexpected noise, commonly known as a Bronx cheer, was captured by microphones, providing an amusing twist to the serious discussions on climate policy.

Kerry’s fellow panelists, Becky Anderson, Managing Editor of CNN Abu Dhabi, and Fatih Birol, Executive Director of the International Energy Agency, maintained their composure as the crowd, seemingly unfazed, broke into applause. Anderson, seated within potential striking distance, subtly jerked her head aside and discreetly placed her hand to her mouth, possibly anticipating any lingering effects of the comical interruption.

Despite the unexpected interruption, Kerry continued with his impassioned speech on the interconnected nature of the climate crisis and health issues. The incident, however, did not go unnoticed, with some critics viewing it as an embarrassment to the United States on the international stage.

Larry O’Connor of Townhall Media emphasized the gravity of the situation, stating, “The biggest problem is, during this entire exchange, representing us, The United States of America, he ripped a fart out.”

Global Elites Take Climate Propaganda to a Whole New Level

The United Nations’ 28th annual climate summit kicked off Thursday in Dubai. While President Joe Biden did not turn out this year, another aging fool decided to make an appearance. When it comes to the climate scam, King Charles III is the one you have to worry about.

The UN Climate Change Conference or Conference of the Parties of the UNFCCC (better known as COP28), is about as much of a jumbled mish-mash of priorities as its name suggests.

After seemingly endless administrative nonsense, the world will hear from technocrats hellbent on “fast tracking the energy transition and slashing emissions before 2030 to limit global warming to 1.5° C (2.7° F) above pre-industrial levels.” This won’t be cheap — “delivering on finance” means keeping “old promises” to “developing countries;” in other words, a massive wealth transfer from America to the rest of the world. And of course, “gender” and “inclusivity” must be taken into account.

Got that? Your kids will have to adapt to a lower standard of living because Western elites want to save Indonesian ladies from the weather.

Biden Official Refuses to Say Nuclear War Is More Dangerous Than Climate Change (VIDEO)

White House National Security Council spokesperson John Kirby refused to say this week that nuclear war is more dangerous to humanity than climate change.

Kirby made the remarks, or a lack thereof, during an interview on Fox News with Martha MacCallum as war rages in Europe between Russia and Ukraine and has exploded in the Middle East as Iranian-backed Islamic terrorist groups launched an unprecedented terrorist attack against Israel. . .

“The only existential threat humanity faces even more frightening than a nuclear war is global warming going above 1.5 degrees in the next 20 — 10 years,” the 80-year-old president claimed.

MacCallum asked, “Given all the nuclear players in these two areas where we are now engaged on, does the president stand by that comment?”

“Absolutely he does. Climate change is an existential threat,” he claimed. “It could, it actually threatens, is capable [of] wiping out all human life on earth over time. I mean, that’s, I don’t know how more existential you can get to that. Blinken: ‘You Can’t…Have a Hierarchy’ When Assessing Threat of Climate Change vs. Nuclear War

United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken recently said you can’t “have a hierarchy” when asked if climate change is a greater threat to humanity than nuclear war.

Amelia Adams of “60 Minutes Australia” asked Blinken, “Vladimir Putin is threatening nuclear war, and this month we’ve seen the hottest temperatures on this planet on record. What is the greater threat to humanity in your mind, war or climate change?”

“Well, you can’t, I think, have a hierarchy,” Blinken replied. “There are some things that are front and center – the wolf at the door – including potential conflict, but there’s no doubt that climate represents an existential challenge to all of us. It’s one of the reasons we’re so gratified at Australia’s leadership when it comes to combating climate change; that Australia is stepping up in the way that it sends a very powerful message. It’s both practical in what Australia is doing, but it also is the symbolism of an important country taking a clear stand and also taking action against climate.”

Country Considering Killing 200,000 Cows to Fight Climate Change

Government officials in Ireland are considering a plan to kill 200,000 cows to combat climate change, according to reports.

There were multiple reports this week that the Irish government was contemplating a plan to cull 200,000 cows within three years to fight climate change. The Irish Mirror stated that “the cows would have to be ‘culled’ at a cost of €600,000 to taxpayers over the next three years to meet climate emissions targets.”

The possible plan was detailed in an internal Department of Agriculture document that was unearthed in a freedom of information request.

The Irish Creamery Milk Suppliers Association immediately railed against the reported plan to kill 200,000 cows.

Pat McCormack – the president of the Irish Creamery Milk Suppliers Association – declared, “If there is to be a scheme, it needs to be a voluntary scheme. ‘You Don’t Know, Do You?’: Biden Official Speechless After Senator Grills Him on Simple Question (VIDEO)

Republican Louisiana Sen. John Kennedy left a Biden administration official speechless Wednesday after asking him how spending $50 trillion will reduce global temperatures.

Department of Energy Deputy Secretary David Turk testified Wednesday before the Senate committee on appropriations to discuss the 2024 budget request for the Department of Energy.

Kennedy noted the budget requests a 38% increase in green energy funding while cutting nuclear energy funding with barely an increase fossil fuel energy. Kennedy then asked Turk for an estimate of how much it would cost to be carbon neutral by 2050, with Turk refusing to provide a number. Kennedy first said Turk’s colleagues have presented a figure in the range of $50 trillion before asking how much would temperatures be affected by that massive spending.

“If you could answer my question: if we spend $50 trillion to become carbon neutral in the United States of America by 2050, you’re the deputy secretary of energy, give me your estimate of how much that is going to reduce world temperature.”

“So first of all it’s a net cost, it’s what benefits we’re having by getting our act together and reducing all of those climate benefits, we’re seeing –” Turk said before Kennedy interjected.

Biden Admin Used Taxpayer Funds to ‘Sponsor’ Foreign Journalists Attending Climate Change ‘Reporting Tour,’ Emails Reveal

Last year, the Biden administration used taxpayer dollars to “sponsor” multiple foreign journalists to attend a virtual “tour” intended to educate them on climate change reporting, Fox News Digital reported.

According to internal emails obtained by Protect the Public’s Trust, a government watchdog project, officials from Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry’s office and the Office of Global Change exchanged emails in March 2021 discussing a proposal to sponsor international journalists.

The Foreign Press Centers, an agency within the Bureau of Global Public Affairs, was lined up to sponsor the reporting tour — “Combating the Climate Crisis Through U.S. Innovation.” The FPC’s mission is to further “global understanding of U.S. policy, society, culture, and values through engagement with foreign media.” In addition, the department provides foreign news outlets with “authoritative American information sources.”
