The Clinton Conspiracy Against America

The Clinton Presidential Center sits near Interstate 30. It is located at 1200 President Clinton Ave in Little Rock, Arkansas. A mere 1,200 miles from the posh digs of the Clintons in Chappaqua, New York.

Little Rock advertises a “Billgrimage” to visit Bill Clinton’s roots in Little Rock, but the Clintons have gotten what they wanted out of Arkansas and Little Rock. And the Clinton Presidential Center.

They’ve moved on to bigger things since.

There isn’t much to do at the Clinton Presidential Center, an awkward glass building shaped like a bus that looks like it’s about to fall into the Arkansas River, but like the equally precarious political fortunes of the Clintons, never quite does.

There are exhibits of Bill’s rise to power. And there’s a gift shop offering a copy of GQ autographed by him for a mere $350, a bronze bust of him for only $29.95 and a t-shirt with the words, “I Miss Bill.”

But how can you miss somebody who never goes away?

They might miss Bill in Little Rock, which he left behind for wealthier places where he can mingle with those who can do far more to advance his career than the locals. Instead they have to make do with Buffalo Blue Cheeseburger at Forty Two, the Clinton Presidential Center’s restaurant, which also offers catering services.

If there’s one thing you can be sure of when it comes to the Clintons, they never miss an angle.

The Clinton Presidential Center website is just a gateway to the network of Clinton Foundation sites. The white banner and menu of the Clinton Foundation is meant to lure visitors in first.
And that’s appropriate, since the Center began as a front for the Foundation.

It’s become a tradition for presidents to have their own libraries. Bill Clinton wanted to raise a modest $200 million for his glass shoebox on President Clinton Avenue. But he had to settle for $165 million.

A lot of the money came from abroad. The Saudis ponied up millions. Clinton’s former FBI director described him begging for a donation to his library from Prince Abdullah during a meeting asking the Saudis to give the FBI access to suspects in a terror attack which had killed 19 Americans.

“Bill Clinton raised the subject only to tell the crown prince that he understood the Saudi’s reluctance to cooperate, and then he hit Abdullah up for a contribution to the Clinton Presidential Library,” he wrote.

The Clintons always have their priorities.

Cash also came from Marc Rich’s wife who bought a presidential pardon for the international fugitive for $450,000.

But the library wasn’t really a library. Bill Clinton wasn’t about to spend the rest of his days walking down President Clinton Avenue and deciding if he wanted to have breakfast at Gus’ World Famous Fried Chicken or Damgoode Pies. Hillary certainly wasn’t. The Clintons hadn’t made their base in Arkansas, but in New York. And they were drawing on taxpayer money to set up operations.

The Clintons were not retiring. They were not looking to their legacy. They didn’t care about the glass box on the Arkansas River. What they wanted was money and a platform for their comeback.

In that order.

The Clintons didn’t just need cash to pay for their mansion and all the other good things in life. To make a comeback, they needed a staff. A big one. People willing to do anything for them. And they weren’t about to pay them out of their pockets. So, in an unprecedented turn of events, they turned to the Former President’s Act, meant to provide for the retirement of presidents, to begin the process of making the former president’s wife into a future president by maintaining their loyalist staff.

The Clintons are not idea people. They are crooked, but unimaginatively crooked. Bill is the sort of guy who will give a terror state a pass before asking for money. Hillary lies compulsively and badly.

The gargantuan octopus of the Clinton Foundation wasn’t the brainchild of two grifters who couldn’t convincingly lie about what they had for breakfast. It was the invention of those staffers around them.

On a Saudi jet to Davos, a Clinton aide who would later sell access to Bill through his own company, had a brilliant idea, why not sell access to Bill through a foundation. That aide later gave Huma Abedin a gig in his company. Huma Abedin solicited a favor for a Clinton Foundation donor who was also a client.

At its peak, the idea people around the Clintons had a non-profit, private consulting jobs and government salaries through the State Department and occasionally the GSA. They had the best of government, the private sector and the non-profit sector rolled into one. The Clinton Network.

And they’re counting on a lot more of the same.

The Clinton Foundation was a spectacular slush fund, a fake charity that took in fortunes, paid out pittances and kept the country’s unwanted royal family and those around them in business.

Bill and Hillary were no longer individuals. They were a corporation, a business and a brand. Forget the sad gift shop in the Arkansas River shoebox. The Clinton Foundation let them go back to doing what they had done in office, tap into the deep pockets of foreign donors and lobbyists looking for access.

But the Clinton Foundation was a temporary cure. The Clintons were paying their staffers by selling access to themselves and assorted celebrities, corporations and billionaires. It was okay as a party, but you can only hear Bill’s funny stories twice before you reconsider the $15K ticket price tag.

For $250K, a company got some good publicity. But for that money, they could have plastered Manhattan with billboards.

To have access to sell, there had to be power to access. Hillary Clinton had to run for the Senate. Senators have more to offer than former presidents telling stories about the good old days. But you don’t pay six figures for a senator. You do pay six figures for access to a future president.

The Clinton Foundation scam, the hundreds of millions of dollars rolling in, depended on maintaining the narrative that Hillary would become President Hillary. And when she lost, she picked the position that would be most tempting to foreign donors and certain domestic corporations, Secretary of State.

Somewhere along the way the Clinton White House had become a permanent institution. It could change shape, but it wouldn’t go away. It could morph into the Clinton Foundation and wear a number of disguises before it was ready to shed its chrysalis and become the Hillary Clinton 2016 campaign.

And yet they’re all the same thing.

After leaving the White House, the Clintons became a government in exile. Like the warlords or former kings living in Brussels or London, they maintained the structure of the old government. They sought out supporters who would help finance their return to power in exchange for future favors.

The Clinton Foundation is something alien to Americans, but quite familiar in certain settings. The Clintons and those around them treated term limits as a temporary setback to be overcome. And then the restoration of the Clinton Empire could commence. At the center were two corrupt, but not particularly bright royals, surrounded by a bevy of courtiers with extremely dubious agendas.

Some only wanted money. Others, like Huma Abedin, had more complex loyalties.

What all this amounted to was a coup. The Clintons were determined to become a perverse monarchy. And they were willing to take money from anyone and promise them anything to make it happen.

Even in the White House, Bill Clinton was willing to sell out murdered Americans to the Saudis in exchange for a big check. The Clinton Foundation was set up with blood money. It was funded by criminals and terrorists. And the final bill will only come due if Hillary Clinton takes office.

The Clintons have perpetrated a plot against America. They schemed with foreign interests to return to power. They subverted every democratic and ethical norm. They are not only criminals, but traitors.

American presidents were meant to retire. They were never supposed to use taxpayer money to set up cabals. It was unthinkable for them to solicit foreign rulers in a bid to return to power.

There have been calls to shut down the Clinton Foundation. But the Clinton Foundation is not a building or a letterhead. It is the permanent Clinton regime. If Hillary wins, it becomes the government.

It can’t be dismantled without breaking up the Clinton Network. Criminal conspiracies aren’t shut down by closing a front group. The only way to end the Clinton Conspiracy is to indict and imprison the key players in this plot against America. As long as this rogue government exists, it is a threat to the republic. Billionaire Child Sex Offender Epstein Co-Founded Clinton Foundation per Alan Dershowitz Letter

Attorneys for convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein touted his close friendship with Bill Clinton and even claimed the billionaire helped start Clinton’s controversial family foundation in a 2007 letter aimed at boosting his image during plea negotiations, FoxNews.com has learned.

The 23-page letter, written by high-powered lawyers Alan Dershowitz and Gerald Lefcourt, was apparently part of an ultimately successful bid to negotiate a plea deal before Epstein could be tried for using underage girls in a sex ring based in Palm Beach, Fla., and his private island estate on the 72-acre Virgin Islands home dubbed “Orgy Island.” Epstein spent 13 months in prison and home detention after agreeing to a plea deal in which he admitted to soliciting an underage girl for prostitution.

“Mr. Epstein was part of the original group that conceived the Clinton Global Initiative, which is described as a project ‘bringing together a community of global leaders to devise and implement innovative solutions to some of the world’s most pressing challenges,” read the July 2007 letter to the U.S. Attorney’s office in the Southern District of Florida. “Focuses of this initiative include poverty, climate change, global health, and religious and ethnic conflicts.”

The hedge fund magnate’s true role in creating the foundation could not be confirmed. Whether Epstein was an actual founder of the foundation or exaggerated his role in a phony effort to appear altruistic is not clear.

Epstein is not cited in official paperwork filed by the Clinton Global Initiative as a founder or director. Neither The Clinton Foundation nor Dershowitz responded to FoxNews.com’s inquiry as to the extent of Epstein’s involvement. FoxNews.com first reported that flight logs show the former president flew on Epstein’s private plane dozens of times. But Clinton has publicly credited longtime assistant Doug Band, now counselor and director of the foundation, as conceiving of the idea. Big Donor to Clinton Foundation Linked to ‘Blood Minerals’

Leonardo DiCaprio once starred in Blood Diamond, a 2006 thriller that takes place during the Sierra Leone civil war in 1999. According to a synopsis on IMDB, “The film shows a country torn apart by the struggle between government soldiers and rebel forces. The film portrays many of the atrocities of that war …” Those atrocities were often committed in the fight over “blood diamonds” — precious stones whose mining and sales are used to fuel brutal conflicts.

While the Hollywood film reflects the real-life stories in the behind-closed-doors dealings of diamonds and minerals in war-torn areas, what it doesn’t portray are the deep-pocket corporations funding the front-door deals involving the extraction of those diamonds and precious minerals.

According to the Daily Caller, one of those corporations donated $100 million to the Clinton Foundation in 2007.

Richard Pollack writes, “When the Vancouver, Canada-based Lundin Group gave its $100 million commitment to the ‘Clinton Giustra Sustainable Growth Initiative,’ the company had long been cutting deals with warlords, Marxist rebels, military strongmen and dictatorships in the war-torn African countries of Congo, Sudan and Ethiopia.”

The accusations that a donor company was engaged in the often bloody business of precious metal excavation may be of no consequence to the Clinton Foundation, but with the foundation raking in millions from foreign governments, and now corporations with shady business dealings, those questionable donations are now of concern to others, including watchdog groups and humanitarian organizations.

Adolf Lundin, who founded the Lundin Group, reportedly secured mineral rights from the Congo’s brutal dictator Mobutu Sese Seko in 1996 by allegedly donating to Mobutu’s campaign fund, although Lundin reportedly denies it. And in 1997, Pollack writes, the Lundin Group reportedly cut a deal “with Congolese Marxist warlord Laurent Kabila, with a $50 million down payment toward $250 million they would give to the rebels in exchange for mining rights, according to U.N. Inspector Jason K. Stearns. Lundin eventually won majority rights to one of the country’s richest mineral veins.”

Watchdog and humanitarian groups, including Swedwatch, Christian Aid, Enough.org and Human Rights Watch, have all decried abuses for which they say the Lundin Group is responsible. They cite the jailing of journalists, large-scale relocations of entire villages to make way for mining, and starvation of refugees as evidence the mining firm cares more about its business dealings than with humanity as a whole.

The fact the Clinton Foundation received funds from Lundin Group even drew criticism from Washington. Rep. Joe Pitts (R-Pa.) who co-chairs the Tom Lantos Human Rights Commission, told the Daily Caller that “areas with high conflict over minerals are breeding grounds for human rights abuses on a massive scale, and when entities like the Clintons’ Foundation accept donations from these corrupt actors, they are sanctioning the exploitation.” (For more from the author of “Big Donor to Clinton Foundation Linked to ‘Blood Minerals'” please click HERE)

Clinton Foundation Accused of Having Friends With Benefits

The William J. Clinton Foundation, established after former President Bill Clinton left office in 2001, was renamed the Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation in 2013, “in recognition of Secretary Clinton’s and Chelsea’s contributions and to acknowledge their role in shaping the Foundation,” the organization said. Much of the foundation’s work is documented in a 2014 letter, including the Clinton Global Initiative, whose purported mission is to “inspire, connect, and empower everyone to forge solutions to the world’s most pressing challenges.”

But reports are surfacing Bill Clinton has a much closer tie to one of the foundation’s donors than the Clintons may want to admit.

The Wall Street Journal published a report Thursday indicating Energy Pioneer Solutions, a firm founded to help defer energy costs for needy homeowners by improving the insulation factors in the homes, was run by Clinton friends and close acquaintances. One such acquaintance is Julie Tauber McMahon, part owner in EPS.

In his 2015 expose’ book, The First Family Detail, Ronald Kessler wrote that McMahon was nicknamed the “Energizer” by Secret Service personnel charged with protecting the former president and his family. According to Joe Tacopino, writing for The New York Post, that term of endearment wasn’t given to the “wealthy blond divorcée” for her bubbling personality as much as it was reportedly a reference to her sexiness and her frequent visits to the Clintons’ home in Chappaqua, N.Y.

“Secret Service agents were even given special instructions to abandon usual protocol when the woman came by,” Tacopino writes. Quoting from Kessler’s book, he writes, “’You don’t stop her, you don’t approach her, you just let her go in.” Although rumors abound, Tacopino writes, McMahon has “denied having an intimate relationship with Bill Clinton.”

But it’s McMahon’s business dealings with the Clintons that have her and her company squarely in the journalistic spotlight.

James Grimaldi of the Wall Street Journal writes, “The Clinton Global Initiative, which arranges donations to help solve the world’s problems, set up a financial commitment that benefited a for-profit company part-owned by people with ties to the Clintons, including a current and a former Democratic official and a close friend of former President Bill Clinton.”

That financial arrangement amounted to a $2 million funding of the energy company by the Clinton Foundation in 2010, and an $812,000 Energy Department Grant, made possible by Bill Clinton’s personal endorsement of the company to then-Energy Secretary Steven Chu, writes Grimaldi.

Fortune Magazine described the ethical implications of such donations. Chris Matthews writes, “The problem … is that Energy Pioneer Services is owned by friends of the Clintons.” Those friends include Scott Kleeb, a Democrat who twice ran for Congress from Nebraska; Jane Eckert, the owner of a New York art gallery; and McMahon.

While Fortune was quick to point out no laws may have been broken, it said the arrangement may “run afoul” of IRS rules that disallow donations from nonprofits to entities that may benefit private interests.

Responding to the accusations, Clinton Foundation officials told the Wall Street Journal, “President Clinton has forged an amazing universe of relationships and friendships throughout his life that endure to this day, and many of those individuals and friends are involved in CGI Commitments because they share a passion for making a positive impact in the world. As opposed to a conflict of interest, they share a common interest.”

The profitability of the company is also a subject of interest. Grimaldi wrote, “Energy Pioneer Solutions has struggled to operate profitably. It lost more than $300,000 in 2010 and another $300,000 in the first half of 2011, said records submitted for an Energy Department audit. … The audit found deficiencies in how the company accounted for expenses paid with federal grant money, Energy Department records show.“

In an interview this week, Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont, who is challenging Hillary Clinton for the Democratic presidential nomination, said he could have attacked her by pointing to controversy at the Clinton Foundation but he chose to focus on the issues instead. However, it’s highly unlikely Donald Trump, the presumptive Republican nominee, will show such mercy. Green Energy Execs Praised by Clinton Foundation Indicted for $54M Ponzi Scheme

Bill ClintonExecutives of a Pennsylvania green energy company singled out for praise by Bill Clinton were arrested on fraud charges on Thursday in connection with an alleged Ponzi scheme.

The individuals are facing charges of wire fraud, securities fraud, and conspiracy over their roles in running a green energy company that authorities say was an elaborate $54 million Ponzi scheme, the Associated Press reported.

Prosecutors said the trio lied to investors that their “biochar” technology and “carbon-negative” housing in Tennessee made millions, but they had almost no earnings and used the money to repay earlier investors and for themselves.

The scam allegedly ran from 2005 until 2009, even after the Securities and Exchange Commission filed a civil lawsuit against Wragg and Knorr’s Mantria Corp. They were ordered in 2012 to pay $37 million each. […]

Clinton Foundation Meeting in Morocco Last Month Cost Taxpayers Tens of Thousands

Bill Clinton, no stranger to controversy, raised eyebrows again with a Clinton Global Initiative gathering last month, as ABC News put it, “at a five-star luxury hotel in Morocco [hosted] by one of the world’s most controversial mining companies, criticized for ‘serious human rights violations’ by the Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice.” And as is the case with every trip a former president takes (and President Clinton takes a lot of trips), the U.S. taxpayer is on the hook for security expenses.

For the Morocco trip, the hotel costs alone for the Secret Service came to $21,165:

Legal Experts: Donations to Clinton Foundation are Likely Bribes

Two legal experts tell Breitbart News Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation could be in legal peril for violating United States statutes, as found in 18 U.S. Code § 201 – Bribery of public officials and witnesses.

When asked if the donations to the Clinton Foundation by defense contractors including Boeing (which subsequently received State Department approval of sales of their products to foreign governments) constituted a violation of domestic bribery statues, Law School Professor and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) expert Michael Koehler tells Breitbart News, “I’ll answer that question by quoting a former law professor who was fond of saying ‘if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck chances are it is a duck’”

Former Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York Andy McCarthy thinks there’s enough evidence for the FBI and DOJ to launch an investigation into whether Hillary Clinton broke federal statutes that prohibit the bribery of public officials.

“There is certainly a reasonable basis for federal agents and prosecutors to investigate whether there was an understanding that Secretary Clinton would be influenced in the performance of her official duties by lavish donations to her family foundation, and, indeed, that the Clinton Foundation was operated as a racketeering enterprise,” McCarthy tells Breitbart News.

“This is the theory on which the Justice Department has proceeded in the prosecution of Senator Sen. Robert Menendez (D-NJ) — in fact, the main difference between the two cases may be that the staggering sums of money that were poured into the Clinton Foundation by supplicants who benefited from Hillary Clinton’s stewardship of the State Department dwarf the amounts involved in the Menendez indictment,” McCarthy continues. Photo Credit: Politico By Josh Gerstein, Tarini Parti, Hadas Gold and Dylan Byers. NBC Universal, News Corporation, Turner Broadcasting and Thomson Reuters are among more than a dozen media organizations that have made charitable contributions to the Clinton Foundation in recent years, the foundation’s records show.

The donations, which range from the low-thousands to the millions, provide a picture of the media industry’s ties to the Clinton Foundation at a time when one of its most notable personalities, George Stephanopoulos, is under scrutiny for not disclosing his own $75,000 contribution when reporting on the foundation.

The list also includes mass media groups like Comcast, Time Warner and Viacom, as well a few notable individuals, including Carlos Slim, the Mexican telecom magnate and largest shareholder of The New York Times Company, and James Murdoch, the chief operating officer of 21st Century Fox. Both Slim and Murdoch have given between $1 million to $5 million, respectively. (Read more from “Clinton Foundation Donors Include Dozens of Media Organizations, Individuals” HERE)

Trump Says He May Run for POTUS but Gave $100K+ to Clinton Foundation?

By Alex Griswold. Potential 2016 Republican presidential candidate and attention-seeking businessman Donald Trump has donated at least $100,000 to the Clinton Foundation, despite his criticism of the foundation’s dealings.

During a New Hampshire campaign stop back in April, Trump railed against Hillary Clinton and the accusation that the former secretary of state traded political favors in favor for donations to the Clinton Foundation . . .

What Trump neglected to mention was his own donations to the foundation. Trump is listed on the Clinton Foundation’s donor page as having given somewhere between $100,001 and $250,000. Likewise, his wife Ivanka Trump is listed as having given somewhere between $5001 and $10,000. (Read more from “Trump Says He May Run but Donated at Least $100K to Clinton Foundation” HERE)

Trump Says He’s ‘Very Much Inclined’ to Run for President

By John DiStaso. Donald Trump, saying he is “very much inclined” to run for president, told about 300 Granite Staters at New England College on Monday afternoon that Hillary Clinton’s actions involving her family’s foundation are “criminal.”

Most in the audience at NEC’s Great Hall at the Simon Center were students. The real estate mogul held their attention for nearly an hour in the third of a four-stop visit. College officials said it was one the largest crowds ever for an event in the center.

Trump, who also visited Salem, Hudson and Concord on Monday, said Clinton “could go to jail for this.

“If this were Richard Nixon or a Republican,” he said, “if this were almost anybody, there would have been an investigation already” into allegations there is a connection between contributions to her family’s Clinton Foundation and actions she took as secretary of state.
