MMA Fighter, Special Forces Vet Tim Kennedy Hammers Colin Kaepernick for Accusing White Adoptive Parents of Racism (VIDEO)

Former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick, who has made a career post-football by bemoaning what he sees as systemic racism in America, accused his adoptive-white parents of racism, prompting MMA fighter and Special Forces vet Tim Kennedy to fire a withering response.

Interviewed on “CBS Mornings” regarding his new autobiographical graphic novel “Change the Game,” Kaepernick stated, “Growing up I was a — I think, still am a pretty introverted person. … I know my parents loved me but there were still very problematic things that I went through. I think it was important to show that, no, this can happen in your own home and how we move forward collectively while addressing the racism that is being perpetuated.”

In the graphic novel, Kaepernick writes that he wanted cornrows like his idol, Allen Iverson of the Philadelphia 76ers, prompting his white adoptive mother to ask,“He’s getting what rolls?”

“Oh, your hair’s not professional,” Kaepernick told Adriana Diaz of “CBS Mornings.” “Oh, you look like a little thug.” . . .

Kennedy took sharp aim at Kaepernick on Twitter, responding, “I bleached my hair when I was in high school and my dad told me I look like an idiot. He told me that nobody would hire me. He told me that colleges would laugh at me during interviews. I guess he was just perpetuating racism and didn’t want the best for me.”

WATCH: Trump Makes Surprising Comment on Kaepernick After Kneeling Controversy

President Trump lent some support Wednesday to former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick, saying he “would love to see him get another shot” if he still has the skills to play in the league.

During an interview with Sinclair correspondent Scott Thuman, Trump was asked about Kaepernick, the then-San Francisco 49er who sparked a national debate in 2016 when he protested police brutality by kneeling during the national anthem, and whether or not the president believes Kaepernick “should get another shot in the NFL.”

“If he deserves it, he should. If he has the playing ability,” Trump said. “He started off great and then he didn’t end up very great in terms of as a player. He was terrific in his rookie year, I think he was very good in his second year, and then something happened. So his playing wasn’t up to snuff.”

The president continued: “The answer is absolutely I would. As far as kneeling — I would love to see him get another shot, but obviously he has to play well. If he can’t play well, I think it would be very unfair.”

Zero NFL Teams Want Kaepernick After Controversial Workout

One week after Colin Kaepernick worked out for seven NFL teams at high school outside Atlanta, the former starting quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers has been contacted by zero teams, league sources told ESPN.

Not only has Kaepernick’s highly publicized workout not resulted in any job leads from the seven teams that attended the workout, but his representatives sent film from the workout to the 25 other teams that did not attend; that, too, has not generated interest. . .

After his workout, Kaepernick called out the NFL and claimed the league has “denied” him a job.

“I’ve been ready for three years, I’ve been denied for three years,” he said. “We all know why I came out here. [I] showed it today in front of everybody. We have nothing to hide. So we’re waiting for the 32 owners, 32 teams, Roger Goodell, all of them to stop running. Stop running from the truth. Stop running from the people.”

The workout became controversial after Kaepernick and NFL representatives were unable to agree on terms of a liability waiver and Kaepernick’s media availability. Because of the disagreement, Kaepernick canceled the workout, which the NFL originally organized, and instead held his own, severely limiting his exposure to potential suitors. Birds of a Feather: Colin Kaepernick Gets Praise From John Brennan and an Iranian Dictator Who Hates America

Over the long Labor Day weekend, Nike announced former NFL quarterback and anti-American flag activist Colin Kaepernick as the new face for their annual “Just Do It” campaign. . .

But Kaepernick also has supporters, including former CIA director John Brennan and Iranian dictator Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

Ahmadinejad has called for the death of the United States and required Iranian citizens to burn the American flag in the streets.

Kaepernick’s New Kick: Money for Cop-Killers

Former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick said he has raised $20,000 for a group named for convicted cop-killer Assata Shakur, who remains on the FBI’s most-wanted list with a $1 million reward for information leading to her arrest.

Coincidentally, Kaepernick, known for launching the anthem protests in the NFL against alleged racially motivated abuse of African-Americans by police officers, has achieved his goal of raising $1 million for organizations “working in oppressed communities.”

He announced Friday $10,000 donations to the group Assata’s Daughters from both comedian Hannibal Buress and actress Yara Shahidi for his Million Dollar Pledge campaign, the Washington Times reported.

Assata’s Daughters, which describes itself as an arm of Black Lives Matter, says it “carries on the tradition of radical liberatory activism encompassed by Assata Shakur.” The group has called for shutting down police departments and prisons.

As WND reported, Shakur, formerly known as Joanne Chesimard, is a former Black Panther and member of the Black Liberation Army. She escaped a U.S. prison and fled to Cuba after shooting and killing New Jersey State Trooper Werner Foerster execution style with his own gun during a traffic stop in 1973. As Foerster lay on the ground wounded, she picked up the officer’s gun and shot him twice in the head. (Read more from “Kaepernick’s New Kick: Money for Cop-Killers” HERE)

Colin Kaepernick Lands $1 Million Deal

Colin Kaepernick is hoping to score a book deal in order to stay relevant now that he no longer has a job as a quarterback in the NFL.

Kaepernick started the national anthem protest back at the start of the 2016-17 season when he was a backup quarterback for the San Francisco 49ers. After the season, Kaepernick opted out of his contract, made a statement through his reps that he would not continue the protest if he was picked up on another team, but nobody wanted him anyways.

The controversial quarterback is still the face of the movement, which fewer and fewer players continue week by week. Now, as some sort of cry out to remain relevant, the former NFL player is looking for a book deal. (Read more from “Colin Kaepernick Lands $1 Million Deal” HERE)

Kaepernick Donated $25k to Group Honoring Convicted Cop Killer

Colin Kaepernick’s $25,000 donation to a charitable group honoring a convicted cop killer has been revealed.

Kaepernick’s foundation made the donation to Chicago-based Assata’s Daughter’s, named after former Black Liberation Army member Assata Shakur, in April as part of a $1million charitable pledge.

Shakur was convicted of first-degree murder in the 1973 shooting death of New Jersey state trooper Werner Foerster and sentenced to life in prison, but staged a daring jailbreak and now lives as a fugitive in Cuba.

Kaepernick, who is well known for his protests against police during the national anthem as a former San Francisco 49ers quarterback, made the donation as part of his pledge to donate $100,000 a month for 10 months to ‘organizations working in oppressed communities’.
