Trump On 2024: ‘We’re Going to Be Doing It Again, a Third Time’ (VIDEO)

Former President Donald Trump made a serious hint in his speech Saturday at CPAC, the Conservative Political Action Conference, that he’ll be running for president again in 2024.

“We are a sleeping giant,” Trump said, speaking to America’s adversaries, such as Russia and China.

“They’re going to find out the hard way starting on Nov. 8, and then even more so on November 2024, they will find out like never before. We did it twice and we’ll do it again, we’re going to be doing it again, a third time,” he said, an apparent reference to his upcoming third campaign for the presidency.

“2022 will be the year that millions of every day citizens stand up to the leftwing fascists, and they will continue and we will all continue together to make America great again. We can build it back again quickly and even better than before.” (Read more from “Trump: ‘We’re Going to Be Doing It Again, a Third Time'” HERE)

WATCH: Trump Rips Biden, Big Tech and Critical Race Theory at CPAC; 2024 Preview? Governor Seems To Throw Shade During Speech

By New York Post. Former President Donald Trump delivered a blistering rebuke of President Biden, Big Tech, critical race theory, the media and other targets during a fiery keynote speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference on Sunday.

From the stage in Dallas, he called Texas conservatives some of his “staunchest and fiercest supporters,” and vowed to continue fighting for the GOP.

“I’m thrilled to be back in the heart of Texas,” Trump told the crowd. “For a year before the election, the fake news media said Texas was in play. It’s in play. You know what in play means like it’s close.

“And they were right, except it was only in play for me,” he said. “For me and you, actually.”

Trump was interrupted at the start by chants of “USA” from the packed conference, which was titled “America Uncanceled 2021.”

2024 Preview? Governor Seems To Throw Shade During CPAC Speech

By Daily Caller. Republican South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem accused some Republican governors Sunday of “rewriting history” in how they reflect on their performance during the COVID-19 pandemic.

It appeared Noem was likely referring to Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis, among others. DeSantis issued a stay-at-home order for Florida on April 1 of last year, lifting it almost a month later on April 29. He removed all restrictions on businesses the following September. Noem, by contrast, was one of seven GOP governors who never issued a shutdown order for their states.

“Let’s talk about rewriting history. We’ve got Republican Governors across this country pretending they didn’t shut down their states, that they didn’t close their beaches, that they didn’t mandate masks, that they didn’t issue shelter-in-places,” Noem said while speaking at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Dallas.

Both DeSantis and Noem have received praise from conservatives for their opposition to the strict COVID-19 orders imposed in states like New York and California, as well as for opening up schools in September. (Read more from “2024 Preview? Governor Seems To Throw Shade During CPAC Speech” HERE)

CPAC Stage Critics Attacked as a ‘Nazi Symbol’ Was Designed by ‘Very Liberal’ Organization

Leftists and corporate media went berserk this past weekend over the crazy idea that the shape of the stage at the Conservative Political Action Conference resembled a Nazi symbol. Not only is this conspiratorial nonsense and just another attempt by Democrats to slander Republicans as all bigots and racists, but the owner of the company that designed the stage is “very liberal,” according to reporter Yashar Ali.

As the National Pulse points out, Design Foundry, which designed the stage, has worked with organizations such as MSNBC and Google. It worked on the 2018 Biden Cancer Summit as well as the 70th anniversary of MSNBC’s “Meet the Press” in 2017. Design Foundry also produced work for the 2017 Summit for New America, which is operated by former members of the Obama administration. Of the $7,766.50 that Design Foundry employees spent on federal elections, a mere 1.8 percent ($140) even went to a Republican candidate.

Design Foundry says it had “no idea” that the design of the CPAC stage in any way resembled a Nazi symbol, as members of the left contend. The company is also “horrified” at leftist accusations that it supposedly showcased such an alleged symbol after it presented CPAC with several to choose from.

WATCH: My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell Cut Off During CPAC Interview

My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell was cut off during an interview at the Conservative Political Action Conference Sunday after he hurled wild conspiracy theories about COVID-19 and the vaccines for the virus.

Lindell was stopped in the middle of his interview with host Liz Willis of the conservative YouTube channel Right Side Broadcasting Network when he claimed that people who did not have the coronavirus were being diagnosed with it.

“You stub your toe, and they say, ‘Oh you’ve got COVID.’ Let’s pile on, you know,” Lindell told Willis — who interrupted him to quickly shut the conversation down.

“We do have to be super careful. I hate to do it. You know I love you, but due to YouTube’s guidelines, we will get our whole platform shut down if we talk about vaccines,” she interjected.

Trump Stages GOP Comeback at CPAC by Refusing to Concede 2020 Defeat

By Washington Examiner. ormer President Donald Trump teased a 2024 White House bid and relitigated unfounded claims that the November election was stolen, initiating act two of his political career with a rousing speech to adoring supporters at the Conservative Political Action Conference that aimed to solidify his command of the Republican Party.

The address lasted more than one hour, during which Trump twice suggested he was planning a third presidential campaign and several times declared he won reelection in 2020 only to watch the Democrats steal his victory and illegitimately install President Biden. The CPAC crowd of approximately 1,400 that packed a hotel ballroom for Trump’s first public speech since leaving the White House applauded those comments more than any other, alternately chanting, “We love you,” and “You won.”

“Actually, as you know, they just lost the White House,” Trump said early in his remarks, referring to Biden and the Democrats. “But who knows, who knows; I may even decide to beat them for a third time.” (Read more from “Trump Stages GOP Comeback at CPAC by Refusing to Concede 2020 Defeat” HERE)

Is This Why Jim Acosta Went to CPAC?; WATCH: Crowd Surrounds Acosta, Starts Chanting ‘CNN Sucks!’

By Townhall. Just because the 2020 election is over doesn’t mean we can’t beat up on CNN’s Jim Acosta. Of course, he’s at CPAC and he got the reception he deserved. In a video, Acosta was doing an interview when Dave Marcus, a writer for The Federalist, started to ask him why his network wasn’t covering the recent sexual harassment allegations against New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo. . .

Acosta was also subjected to the ‘CNN sucks’ chant which never gets old, but Sister Toldjah at our sister site, RedState, noted that Acosta’s reaction to this drumming was probably why he went to CPAC. It was so he could tweet this:

GOP Senator: Big Tech ‘Aiding and Abetting’ China’s Push for ‘Global Dominance’

Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) said during the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) on Friday that big tech is “aiding and abetting” China’s mission for “global dominance.”

“China and big tech, they have a cozy relationship,” Blackburn said. “And they have been allowing the Chinese Communist Party to spew all of their information. I can’t find anywhere they’ve been censored or blocked or banned.”

“Big tech is aiding and abetting the Chinese Communist Party in their push for global dominance, and we are going to have to stand against it,” she added. . .

“This is what we will tell big tech: ‘you cannot track, follow, listen, data mine, or share your information, your information with a third party without getting your explicit consent,’” she said. “It is your privacy.” (Read more from “GOP Senator: Big Tech ‘Aiding and Abetting’ China’s Push for ‘Global Dominance’” HERE)

Twitter Lies, Claims CPAC Censorship Was an ‘Error’

Twitter appears to be blocking the website for the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) Wednesday as the annual congregation of grassroots conservatives kicks off in several hours.

Instead of going directly to the website when users click on CPAC.org, Twitter redirects the user to a warning page that it might be “unsafe.”

“The link you are trying to access has been identified by Twitter or our partners as being potentially spammy or unsafe,” the page reads.

A spokesperson for Twitter told The Federalist the link to the CPAC website was marked unsafe in error and has now been reversed. (Read more from “Twitter Lies, Claims CPAC Censorship Was an ‘Error'” HERE)

Trump-Friendly CPAC 2021 Speaker Lineup Shows Little Sign of GOP Civil War; Mike Pence Declines Invite to CPAC Event

By Newsweek. The 2021 Conservative Political Action Conference, which kicks off Thursday, appears to remain aligned behind Donald Trump, even as leading Republicans have condemned and clashed publicly with the former president.

The roster of speakers for CPAC 2021 features Trump—who will deliver his first big speech since leaving the White House—and a slate of other politicians and pundits who are supportive of him. Although analysts have described tensions within the Republican Party as a “civil war,” Trump’s GOP critics won’t be given a platform to share their perspective during the event, which takes place in Orlando, Florida, from February 25 to 28.

Mike Pompeo, who served as Trump’s secretary of state; Ben Carson, who served as secretary of housing and urban development; and Sarah Huckabee Sanders, the former White House press secretary now vying to become the next Arkansas governor, are set to speak at the event along with a number of other former Trump administration officials. Additionally, pro-Trump politicians including Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem, Florida Congressman Matt Gaetz, Missouri Senator Josh Hawley, Texas Senator Ted Cruz and Arizona Congressman Andy Biggs are set to address the attendees. The former president’s son—Donald Trump Jr.—will speak as well. Notably, former Vice President Mike Pence, who’s been a hit at CPAC the past three years, reportedly declined an invitation to speak.

Last year, Senator Mitt Romney, a Utah Republican, was told publicly not to attend the event—despite previously winning CPAC’s presidential straw poll on four occasions. But Romney became a persona non grata after his criticism of Trump during his first Senate impeachment trial in 2020, in which the Utah Republican voted with Democrats to convict the former president. Rejecting Romney again this year, CPAC has instead fully embraced Trump—as have most conservative voters. CPAC Threatens Legal Action Against ‘Borat 2’

The American Conservative Union (ACU), the organization behind the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), is threatening to sue the makers of the new film “Borat Subsequent Moviefilm” due to scenes shot at the 2020 conference earlier this year.

In one scene, a character is shown entering the event dressed in a Ku Klux Klan-inspired outfit. ACU claims this falsely suggested that its organization and the KKK have aligning ideologies.

“Any implication that KKK style hatred would be welcome at CPAC is false and malicious,” attorneys for the ACU said in a letter to the film’s star, Sacha Baron Cohen, and production company Four by Two Films.

The letter demands that the filmmakers “immediately cease and desist from using any content filmed during CPAC in Borat 2 and its trailers[.]”

In the movie, which is a sequel to the 2006 hit comedy, Cohen’s Borat character is depicted as walking through the CPAC venue’s lobby in KKK garb, but according to the ACU and its attorneys, it was really another actor. (Read more from “CPAC Threatens Legal Action Against ‘Borat 2′” HERE)
