Young Voters Are Fleeing the Left — Pew Poll Shows Massive GOP Surge Since 2023

A shocking new report from Pew Research shows a dramatic political shift among young Americans — and it’s not good news for Democrats.

In just under two years, voters under 50 — once considered the Democratic Party’s electoral backbone — have turned sharply toward the GOP, according to the nonpartisan polling outlet.

Back in August 2023, men and women aged 18–49 leaned blue across the board. Only older male voters — those aged 50–64 and over 65 — were reliably Republican. But by June 2025, everything changed.

Males aged 18–29 have flipped their allegiance, going from 62% Democrat in 2023 to 52% Republican in 2025 — a stunning 14-point swing. Women in the same age bracket saw GOP support jump from 30% to 37%.

Even Millennials, long viewed as solid Democratic voters, are shifting. Among those born in the 1980s, Democratic affiliation dropped from 57% in 2021 to just 47% in 2025. For those born in the 1990s, the drop is even steeper — from 59% to 46%.

Democrats managed to slightly grow their lead among women aged 30–49, but not through new enthusiasm. Instead, Republican support dropped modestly in that demographic from 42% to 39%.

One other trend caught analysts’ attention: a noticeable uptick in young adults refusing to identify with either major party. Among 18–29-year-olds, 13% reported having no political leaning or declined to answer.

Still, the overall trend is unmistakable: young voters are leaving the Democratic Party in droves — and the GOP is gaining momentum where it once struggled to connect.

Americans Cast Judgment on Democrats’ Plan to Completely Change the Supreme Court

A new nationwide survey highlighted in a Wall Street Journal opinion editorial found that most Americans don’t support sweeping changes to the Supreme Court, despite President Biden’s last-minute push for such a measure.

The WSJ cited a Mason-Dixon Polling & Strategy survey that found “support for the separation of powers just as many of the speakers at this week’s Democratic National Convention seek to undermine it.”

President Biden, after abruptly leaving the presidential race a month ago, endorsed legislation that would impose term limits for justices, among other things, that would drastically alter the makeup of the high court. His plan is also of questionable constitutionality.

According to the Journal, the Mason-Dixon poll found that after asking likely voters if they “support or oppose amending the U.S. Constitution to change the structure of the U.S. Supreme Court,” 52% of them oppose the idea, while 41% of likely voters support the idea of amending the constitution to change the court’s structure.

Noting that for “over 150 years, the United States Supreme Court has had nine justices” and that court-packing “is generally defined as increasing the number of Supreme Court seats, primarily to alter the ideological balance of the court,” the poll asked respondents if they agree with “court-packing.” (Read more from “Americans Cast Judgment on Democrats’ Plan to Completely Change the Supreme Court” HERE)

Former Fundraiser for Obama Leaves Democrat Party, Supports Trump

A former fundraiser who helped raise millions of dollars for former President Barack Obama spoke about her “divorce” from the Democrat Party and how she is supporting former President Donald Trump.

During an interview on Fox News’s Jesse Watters Primetime, Allison Huynh explained that several issues had occurred leading up to her leaving the party.

Huynh created Willow Garage, a robotics company in 2006 with her ex-husband, Scott Hassan, who worked as a programmer for Google. Huynh and Hassan hosted dinners that cost roughly $50,000 to $100,000 a plate per person, according to the New York Post.

“Like any divorce, there’s not just one thing, there’s a series of things that led up to it,” Huynh explained during her interview with Fox News host Jesse Watters. . .

“The Democrats were policing the wrong things,” Huynh added. “The things that we need to police are violent criminals that are scattered throughout the streets of San Francisco, people defecating, shooting up heroin in front of me and my kids, and allowing criminals to go in and steal from our grocery stores, shutting down grocery stores.” (Read more from “Former Fundraiser for Obama Leaves Democrat Party, Supports Trump” HERE)

State Lawmakers Across the Country Are Ditching the Democrats for the GOP: Report

In multiple states, Democratic legislators are switching their parties to become Republicans, citing the Democratic Party’s left-wing shift and the difficulty to accomplish policy goals, according to several reports.

Since 1994, 173 state legislators have changed their parties mid-term, of which 83 were Democrats who became Republicans, while just 23 shifted the other way, according to research by Politico. Since 2022, at least three legislators in West Virginia, North Carolina and Louisiana, who were elected as Democrats, have joined the Republican benches with significant political consequences.

In West Virginia, first-term state Del. Elliott Pritt became a Republican, joining the House of Delegates’ 88-seat Republican supermajority in a 100-member chamber, according to an announcement reported by West Virginia Public Broadcasting. Pritt attributed his decision to the Democratic Party’s powerlessness in the state legislature and frustration with repeated failures by the party to enact policy.

“Even if I were to run again and win, I would look at another term of never getting another bill passed, never getting anything done. For the time I’m going to be there, I’m not going to sit there and be a lame duck and not get anything,” said Pritt in comments reported by Politico. Pritt was preceded by former state Del. Mick Bates, who switched his party affiliation to Republican during the last session of the legislature, in 2021. In Their Own Words: Why Hispanics and Latinos Are Shifting Right

Some of his friends blocked him on Instagram. Others would not answer his phone calls.

That was the response Victor Jimenez received when he switched parties and became a Republican last December. Jimenez and his family immigrated from the Dominican Republic to Puerto Rico in 2008 and shortly after he moved to Alaska alone despite speaking little English at the time.

“There’s a trend that … all Latinos when they come here, they need to be Democrats in that … everybody’s so racist and all that,” Jimenez told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “But, I can tell you that I’ve never experienced anything that I would consider racist in my years in this country like ever.” . . .

“I know Mayor Bowser – I think she has good intentions. I just … I just don’t agree with a lot of the things they do,” he said, “meaning, … their policy on … sanctuary cities, for example, that’s one thing that I do not agree on … and that for me was kind of like the point where I said, ‘okay, I … I don’t agree with this. I think if somebody commits a crime, they should be detained and they should be deported.’”

Homosexual Clinton Donor Found Guilty in Fatal Drugs-for-Sex Cases

Ed Buck, a wealthy political activist and leading Democratic party donor, was found guilty Tuesday on charges he injected gay men with methamphetamine in exchange for sex, leading to two deaths and other overdoses. . .

The verdict came exactly four years after one of the victims was found dead of an overdose in the West Hollywood activist’s apartment.

The jury deliberated for more than four hours after a two-week trial. Prosecutors said Buck paid men he contacted on gay dating sites and provided drugs in return for various sex acts.

The 66-year-old Buck had pleaded not guilty. His defense lawyers, one of whom was a prosecutor in the OJ Simpson case, said neither fatal overdose victim died from meth and many of the alleged victims were drug addicts. . .

Buck, who had given more than $500,000 in campaign contributions to failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D), and Reps. Adam Schiff and Ted Lieu (D-CA). and causes since 2000, was also convicted of four counts of meth distribution, one count of keeping a drug den and two more counts of enticement to cross state lines for prostitution. Leftist Actress Rose Mcgowan Says Democratic Voters Are In a ‘Deep Cult’ (VIDEO)

Actress and activist Rose McGowan battered Democratic voters for being in what she says is a “deep cult.”

McGowan, who was raised in a cult when she was just a child, denounced much of the Democratic Party during a Monday Fox News interview.

McGowan, who was instrumental in the #MeToo movement that shook Hollywood from its top executives all the way down, told “Fox News Primetime” host Tammy Bruce that she believes Democrats and their supporters are in a “deep cult” and don’t even realize it.

“I am not here to make people feel bad about their political choices,” she told Bruce. “But I am here to say that you might be in a cult, too, if you don’t know the signs. And I do believe Democrats, most especially, are in a deep cult that they really don’t know about and aren’t really aware of.”

McGowan also warned that Democrats “masquerade” as humanitarians despite being “against changing the world for the better.”

Federal Judge: ‘One-Party Control of the Press and Media Is a Threat To a Viable Democracy’

The control of major media by one political party is a dangerous threat to the country, a federal judge warned in a blistering dissent that called for courts to revisit libel laws that generally protect the press from being held liable for their reporting.

“It should be borne in mind that the first step taken by any potential authoritarian or dictatorial regime is to gain control of communications, particularly the delivery of news,” wrote Judge Laurence Silberman of the D.C. Circuit for the Court of Appeals. “It is fair to conclude, therefore, that one-party control of the press and media is a threat to a viable democracy.”

Silberman argued that it’s time for courts to revisit New York Times v. Sullivan, which has shaped press law in favor of media outlets for more than five decades. The New York Times and the Washington Post “are virtually Democratic Party broadsheets. And the news section of The Wall Street Journal leans in the same direction,” Judge Silberman wrote in his March 19 dissent.

He said that orientation also controls the Associated Press and most large papers in the country, including the Los Angeles Times, Miami Herald, and Boston Globe. “Nearly all television—network and cable—is a Democratic Party trumpet,” Judge Silberman added.

Silicon Valley also has “enormous influence” over the distribution of news and it “similarly filters news delivery in ways favorable to the Democratic Party,” wrote Judge Silberman, highlighting the shocking suppression of stories about Joe Biden and his family when he was running for president. State Democrat Party Chair: Trump ‘Has Aligned Himself With ISIS’ (VIDEO)

Arizona Democrat Party Chairman Felecia Rotellini falsely claimed on Saturday that President Donald Trump “has aligned himself with ISIS,” a remark that was made as Trump and other top officials prepared to gather in the White House Situation Room to watch U.S. forces kill ISIS Leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.

Rotellini made the false claim during a panel discussion at the Citizens Clean Elections Commission’s “We the Voters” conference at the Phoenix Convention Center.

At approximately 3:45 EST, Rotellini said, “another reason that people are going to vote [is] because Donald Trump is manipulating that White House and has aligned himself with ISIS…”

The panel also featured Republican Party of Arizona Chairwoman Dr. Kelli Ward, Arizona Libertarian Party Chairman Howard Blitz, and Arizona Green Party First Vice Chair Amee Beck.

Democrats’ 2018 Slogan Is a Godsend for Republicans

Democrats love frivolous slogans. The party that brought us “Bush Lied, People Died” (he didn’t) to “No War For Oil” (there wasn’t) has now delivered Republicans an election year boon with just two simple words: “Abolish ICE.” Democrats ranging from Statue of Liberty scaling activists to congressional candidates to bona fide U.S. senators have adopted the motto, which demands the dissolution of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency. The embrace of “Abolish ICE” as a campaign trail motto exposes Democrats as the party of ignorance, lawlessness, and open borders. All three are big losers with the American people, and Republicans should troll Democrats into shouting, “Abolish ICE!” at every turn.

ICE, which stands for Immigration and Customs Enforcement, is an agency within the Department of Homeland Security. Democrats have recently targeted the agency for separating illegal alien families at the U.S. border with Mexico. While the family separation policy has existed since 1997 and was robustly enforced at various points during the Obama administration with nary a peep from Democrats, the great irony is that it isn’t ICE separating families at the border. Rather, it’s up to Customs and Border Protection, which operates Border Patrol, to arrest foreign nationals crossing the southern border illegally. Democrats calls to “abolish ICE” for separating families at the border illustrate their ignorance of the very laws they wish to ignore.

But while Democrats are frequently wrong, they’re never in doubt. They may not know what ICE does, but their demand to abolish it highlights their increasing lawlessness. In recent weeks, a major Democrat lawmaker has openly called for mob terror against Republican officials. Left-wing commentators and activists within such movements as Black Lives Matter have suggested abolishing the police—whatever that means. The New York Democratic Socialists of America, of which Democrat congressional nominee Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is a member, recently declared, “Abolish ICE. Abolish prisons. Abolish cash bail. Abolish borders.” By taking aim at law enforcement per se, Democrats offer a vision of America governed not by duly enacted law passed by representative institutions but rather a country governed by the caprices and prejudices of men, popular sovereignty be damned.
