Diddy Denied Bail After Being Found Guilty of Prostitution, Will Remain Behind Bars Until Sentencing

Sean “Diddy” Combs was denied bail and will remain in jail until his sentencing, Judge Arun Subramanian ruled.

The hip-hop mogul’s eyes opened wide — and his mouth went into a pout — as the judge read his decision.

Subramanian said bail is required after someone convicted of prostitution charges, and he focused on the fact that the Bad Boy Records founder posed a danger if released — the judge noting the violence Combs unleashed on his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura.

The judge noted that Combs’ own team admitted to the domestic violence claims but said the “confession was unnecessary because defendant’s violence was starkly depicted in the 2016 video at the InterContinental Hotel.”

The notorious footage showed Combs kicking and dragging Ventura in the hotel hallway.

“For present purposes, the defendant is unable to meet his burden,” Subramanian said. (Read more from “Diddy Denied Bail After Being Found Guilty of Prostitution, Will Remain Behind Bars Until Sentencing” HERE)

Man Claims Diddy Anally Raped Him, Then Threatened to Do to Him What He Did to ‘Pac’: Lawsuit

A former escort claims that Sean “Diddy” Combs anally raped him and then threatened to do to him what he did to “Pac,” a new lawsuit alleges.

The lawsuit was filed in federal court in New York on Wednesday, Feb. 26 on behalf of an anonymous man, who accuses Combs, 55, of drugging and anally raping him and then threatening him to stay quiet about the incident.

Per the complaint, the alleged victim, then 31, met Combs through a male companion service in Florida where he worked as a contractor and would travel from Florida to New York City “at Combs’ request.”

The unnamed accuser alleged he travelled to New York City in 2012 and met Combs at the Intercontinental Hotel where he was “brought into a suite where Combs soon ordered Doe to perform sexual acts upon a female companion of Combs.’”

Per the complaint, Combs allegedly had the man drink from a water bottle and then rubbed baby oil over his body, “one or both of which made Doe feel as if he had been drugged and not in complete control of his body.” (Read more from “Man Claims Diddy Anally Raped Him, Then Threatened to Do to Him What He Did to ‘Pac’: Lawsuit” HERE)

One Crucial Mistake Brought Down Diddy’s ‘Freak Off’ Empire

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs hid in plain sight for years until one critical move seemingly opened Pandora’s Box.

Diddy’s longtime girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, accused Diddy of assault and sexual abuse, and offered Diddy a deal to keep the information away from the press. Diddy pushed back on the offer, according to Variety, which prompted Ventura to file a lawsuit against him.

The rapper’s refusal to comply effectively triggered Ventura to expose a side of the star that the world had never seen before. Within 24 hours of the legal filing, the disgraced rapper settled with Ventura. That singular move set off a tidal wave of legal drama. It ultimately exposed details of his alleged “freak off” parties, inspired over 120 victims to come forward with criminal and civil suits against him, and landed him behind bars, where he currently remains awaiting trial.

Diddy’s own response to the Ventura case could prove to be his undoing.

Lawyer Marc Agnifilo said Ventura offered Diddy $30 million for rights to a tell-all book that would expose her claims against him, but Diddy refused to comply, according to Variety. Ventura doesn’t seem to have been the first person to come forward, and numerous professionals interviewed by the Daily Caller agreed that in all likelihood, other complaints were filed against the star over the course of the past several years. Diddy Case Witness Claims He Has Recordings That Show Eight Celebrities Were Drugged, Assaulted

A witness in the Sean “Diddy” Combs investigation claims to possess several sex tapes featuring alleged celebrity victims in an interview Thursday.

Courtney Burgess, who testified against Combs before a grand jury in Manhattan the same day, claimed to receive several flash drives featuring videos of eight celebrities who he said seemed “intoxicated” and “victimized” in an exclusive interview with NewsNation anchor Ashleigh Banfield.

Burgess said a friend gave him the flash drives that originally belonged to Kim Porter, an ex-girlfriend of the disgraced music mogul, and claimed two of celebrities seemed underaged, he claimed in the interview.

Burgess said he was familiar with Combs through their shared experience in the music industry. (Read more from “Diddy Case Witness Claims He Has Recordings That Show Eight Celebrities Were Drugged, Assaulted” HERE)

Diddy’s Celebrity Friends Are Quietly Settling With Victims Ahead of Impending Lawsuits: Lawyer

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ famous friends are allegedly settling with victims outside of court to ensure they are not named in impending lawsuits, according to a Texas-based attorney representing over 100 accusers.

Tony Buzbee claimed plans are in the works to sue several celebrities who allegedly helped the musician cover up sexual abuse that occurred at his parties.

“If you were attending one of these parties, if you will, and you attended before, or you knew what was going to happen — that is, you knew that a particular drug was being used in drinks that was causing people to be coerced and taken advantage of — and you were there in the room, or you participated, or you watched it happen and didn’t say anything, or you helped cover it up, in my view, you have a problem,” Buzbee said during an appearance on TMZ Live.

Buzbee is planning to take legal action against a handful of A-list celebrities on behalf of his clients, although the lawyer did not indicate who. Some celebrities have already settled, he claimed.

“In every single case, especially cases like this, we collect our data, collect our evidence, do our due diligence, spend time with the victim, and then because it’s in the best interest of the victim, we attempt to resolve these matters without the filing of a public lawsuit, and we have done that already,” Buzbee explained. P Diddy Pedo Party Lawsuit Snags Another Pro-Israel Lobbyist: Music Exec Lucian Grainge

Billionaire Zionist Lucian Grainge is the Chairman and CEO of Universal Music Group, the largest music company in the world. But since February, he and his company have also been named ” defendants” in a lawsuit against hip-hop impresario P Diddy, whose legal name is Sean Combs . . .

Combs has been hit with five civil lawsuits in four months, while the Department of Homeland Security raided his homes in Miami and Los Angeles in late March. Said to have hundreds of cameras inside his properties, and, naturally, footage of politicians and music industry executives, Combs’ role in a potential sexual blackmail operation with links to the Israel lobby bears shocking resemblance to the Jeffrey Epstein conspiracy. . .

One of the civil lawsuits was filed by Rodney Jones, a former producer hired by Combs. It accuses Diddy of sexual assault. In graphic detail, the lawsuit alleges an Epstein-style conspiracy that includes crimes ranging from the sex trafficking of minors to surreptitious druggings, sexual assault, and gun violence. According to the lawsuit, Combs’ “freak off” parties were paid for by Universal Music Group CEO Lucian Grainge and former Motown Records CEO Ethiopia Habtemariam in cash to avoid detection by federal authorities.

“Defendants executed their RICO Enterprise with threats of isolation from the music and entertainment industry: parading powerful music industry executives… at his parties filled with sex workers, minors, and illegal drugs, such as ecstasy, cocaine, GHB, ketamine, marijuana, and mushrooms,” the lawsuit alleges.

“Mr. Combs had hundreds of cameras in his homes in LA, NYC, and Miami. Mr. Combs required the sex workers and underaged girls to sign NDAs prior entering his parties, and prior to being drugged and sex trafficked at these parties,” the lawsuit adds. Jones “believes that Mr. Combs has recordings of Defendants” – namely Grainge and Habtemariam – “as well as other celebrities, music label executives, politicians, and athletes.” (Read more from “P Diddy Pedo Party Lawsuit Snags Another Pro-Israel Lobbyist: Music Exec Lucian Grainge” HERE)
