‘USADF Is Garbage’: Senior US Foreign Aid Official Will Plead Guilty to Taking Kickbacks, Lying to Feds

The U.S. African Development Foundation, a foreign aid agency that poured millions of taxpayer dollars into African initiatives over the past four decades, desperately fought the Trump administration’s efforts to dismantle the agency and audit its finances.

It’s now painfully obvious why there was so much resistance to transparency at the U.S. Agency for International Development-adjacent outfit.

Months after government watchdog Judicial Watch sued the USADF for records regarding its expenditures and in the wake of allegations that agency officials were abusing their positions and misusing funds, the USADF’s director of financial management, Mathieu Zahui, is now admitting wrongdoing.

Zahui, an official who denied DOGE access to the agency’s financial records last year, has agreed to plead guilty to taking secret payments and lying to federal law enforcement officers about those payments.

“Mathieu Zahui is charged with accepting payments from a government contractor and then abusing his position by directing USADF funds to that contractor for little-to-no work,” Assistant Attorney General A. Tysen Duva of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division said in a statement on Friday. “Corruption by senior officials representing the United States cheats American taxpayers and rigs the system against honest work.” (Read more from “‘USADF Is Garbage’: Senior US Foreign Aid Official Will Plead Guilty to Taking Kickbacks, Lying to Feds” HERE)

Democrats Seek Funding for Male Prostitute Cooking Classes, African Pride Parade, Nepali Transgenders, and More

Thanks to DOGE, Americans spent the beginning of this year learning the obscene ways the government wastes their tax dollars. Many of the examples were jaw-dropping. More emerged last week.

John Kennedy highlighted a series of Democrats’ proposed foreign aid initiatives during a speech on the Senate floor on Friday, including using millions of dollars for circumcisions and vasectomies in Zambia, transgender programs in Nepal, LGBTQ activities in the Western Balkans and Uganda, cooking classes and dance focus groups for male prostitutes in Haiti, electric buses in Rwanda, and a pride parade in Lesotho. We promise each of those is real.

Republicans cut funding for the above programs after Donald Trump reclaimed the presidency. Democrats’ current proposal to end the government shutdown would bring it back. We think we speak for this newsletter’s readers when we say the GOP should not let that happen. If coastal liberals want to cut checks for Zambian foreskin removal, then good for them. They shouldn’t force the rest of the country to do the same. (Read more from “Democrats Seek Funding for Male Prostitute Cooking Classes, African Pride Parade, Nepali Transgenders, and More” HERE)

Former DOGE Staffer “Big Balls” Beaten Bloody in DC Carjacking Attempt by Juvenile Mob

A former Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) staffer was left bloodied and concussed after a brutal attempted carjacking by a group of 10 juveniles early Sunday in one of the busiest areas of the nation’s capital, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.

Edward Coristine, a 19-year-old software specialist known by former colleagues as “Big Balls” — a nickname born from his bold LinkedIn tagline — was reportedly out with a female companion near downtown D.C. when the group of teens approached their parked car and made comments about stealing it.

Sensing danger, Coristine pushed his companion into the vehicle and confronted the group alone, according to a police report obtained by The New York Post.

“The gang tried to open the closed doors and slammed [Coristine] against the car extremely loudly while attacking him,” a source told reporters. His companion dialed 911 from inside the car as he was being beaten.

Police officers on patrol in the 1400 block of Swann Street NW — a well-trafficked area near Dupont Circle, about a mile north of the White House — witnessed the attack in progress and immediately intervened. The mob scattered, but two suspects — a 15-year-old male and a 15-year-old female from Hyattsville, Maryland — were caught and later identified by Coristine as his assailants. Both were charged with unarmed carjacking.

Coristine, who had his iPhone 16 stolen during the attack, sustained a broken nose, black eye, and concussion, and was treated at the scene by DC Fire and EMS personnel. He is reportedly recovering, according to a source close to the family.

The image of Coristine’s battered face quickly gained national attention after former President Donald Trump shared it Tuesday on Truth Social, calling the attack “disgraceful” and blaming local leadership for the spike in urban crime.

“Crime in Washington, D.C., is totally out of control,” Trump wrote, threatening a federal takeover of the District if city officials “continue to fail to protect citizens and visitors.”

Marko Elez, a former DOGE colleague of Coristine’s, claimed he took the now-viral photo shortly after the attack and praised Coristine’s bravery.

“My friend Big Balls … is a hero,” Elez wrote. “He protected a young woman from an attempted carjacking by 8 thugs near Dupont Circle. Violence like this in the heart of DC is completely unacceptable.”

Elon Musk, who previously led DOGE before resigning in May, also weighed in on X (formerly Twitter), denouncing the attack — though he did not name Coristine directly.

Coristine left DOGE in June 2025, shortly after Musk’s exit. He had become a standout among the agency’s younger staffers, with his bold approach to government tech reform and larger-than-life personality.

White House Sends Congress $9.4 Billion Rescissions Package

The White House sent a $9.4 billion rescissions package partly aimed at codifying work done by the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to Congress late Tuesday.

The House Oversight committee confirmed that Congress had received the package in a post to X.

“The White House just sent Congress a $9.4B rescissions package—including $1.1B in CUTS to the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, which funds NPR and PBS. These outlets ATTACK the America First agenda on the taxpayers’ dime. We’re ready to STOP this propaganda machine,” the post read.

The news comes after Russell Vought, Director of the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB), announced last week that the White House would be sending a rescissions package to Congress this week. (Read more from “White House Sends Congress $9.4 Billion Rescissions Package” HERE)

Elon Musk Formally Departs From DOGE Following a Tumultuous Tenure

Elon Musk is officially stepping down from President Donald Trump’s administration after 128 days of heading the Department of Government Efficiency.

Although his tenure was brief, Musk had his fair share of controversy and criticism from legacy media, even bucking the administration at times. Despite the dramatic saga, Musk was celebrated and commended by the administration and its allies after he announced his departure.

“As my scheduled time as a Special Government Employee comes to an end, I would like to thank President Donald Trump for the opportunity to reduce wasteful spending,” Musk announced Wednesday night. “The DOGE mission will only strengthen over time as it becomes a way of life throughout the government.” . . .

Whether it’s outrage over the United States Agency for International Development or the scandal surrounding the teenage engineer formally known as “Big Balls” and all the subsequent trolling, the DOGE has been a constant fan for the flames of controversy. Most recently, Musk defied the administration and expressed disapproval over Trump’s “big, beautiful bill,” which barely passed the House last week.

Nevertheless, administration officials and MAGA allies praised Musk and his mission at the DOGE. (Read more from “Elon Musk Formally Departs From DOGE Following a Tumultuous Tenure” HERE)

DOGE Uncovers Top 5 Most Outrageous Ways Government Has Thrown Your Tax Money Away

As President Donald Trump celebrated his 100th day in office this week, Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) said it has cut at least $160 billion in waste, fraud and abuse in the federal government.

When Trump signed an executive order establishing the agency on his Inauguration Day, DOGE set an ambitious goal of cutting $2 trillion from the federal budget.

According to the Office of Government Ethics, “special government employees” like Musk can work for the federal government no more than 130 days a year, which in Musk’s case will fall on May 30. He has already started pairing back his hours leading the controversial agency.

Fox News Channel’s “Jesse Watters Primetime” had the opportunity to see behind the curtain of Musk’s infamous DOGE, which Democrats have railed against and Republicans have celebrated since Trump returned to the White House this year. The “DOGE boys” reminded Watters on Thursday of some of the most shocking savings secured by the department this year. . .

Earlier this year, DOGE discovered the United States Institute of Peace (USIP) had transferred $132,000 to Mohammad Qasem Halimi, a former Taliban member who was Afghanistan’s former Chief of Protocol. DOGE announced on March 31 that the contract was canceled. (Read more from “DOGE Uncovers Top 5 Most Outrageous Ways Government Has Thrown Your Tax Money Away” HERE)

DOGE: Criminal Aliens Paroled By Biden Took In $1.3 Million In Taxpayer Handouts

While the left goes about its little “Hands Off!” temper-tantrum, their leaders have forced Americans to pick up the tab in government benefits for “paroled” illegal immigrants convicted of crimes — even suspected terrorists.

The Biden administration paid out at least $1.3 million in Medicaid, student loans, tax refunds, and other federal government benefits and payments to thousands of paroled aliens with criminal or terrorist records, according to the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).

“Under the Biden administration, it was routine for [U.S.] Border Patrol to admit aliens into the United States with no legal status and minimal screening,” the government fat trimmer said Friday in an X post.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has identified a subset of 6,300 individuals paroled into the U.S. since 2023 who were included on the FBI’s Terrorist Screening Center watchlist or who have criminal records, DOGE reported.

“These paroles have since been terminated with immediate effect,” the agency added. (Read more from “DOGE: Criminal Aliens Paroled By Biden Took In $1.3 Million In Taxpayer Handouts” HERE)

‘Terrorist Watch List’ Migrants Secured Medicaid After Being Freed Into U.S. by Joe Biden

A bombshell report from the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) revealed that migrants on the federal government’s “Terrorist Watch List” were able to secure Medicaid after being released into the United States by former President Joe Biden’s administration.

According to DOGE officials, about 6,300 of Biden’s migrants — paroled into the U.S. interior with no immigration status — were either on the Terrorist Watch List or had criminal records and yet were still rewarded work permits and Social Security numbers.

The DOGE report found that 905 of the migrants, including four on the Terrorist Watch List, had been collecting Medicaid benefits totaling $276,000 in American taxpayer dollars. Another 41 were collecting unemployment benefits totaling $42,000.

Similarly, 22 of the migrants received tax refunds in 2024 totaling $751,000 and several more received food stamp benefits.

Trump, DOGE, American People Win Big, Activist Judges Take the ‘L’

Another major win just dropped—and this one’s a direct hit against activist judges trying to play lawmaker from the bench and a huge victory for DOGE.

The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals has issued a stay on a lower court’s activist ruling that tried to block Elon Musk and others from exposing corruption inside USAID. So, what does this mean? Well, it’s was a very big “not so fast” to judicial overreach—and a solid victory for President Trump’s DOGE plan and mostly the American people who deserve a country free from fraud and bloat. . .

This latest decision is more than just a legal technicality—it’s a total slapdown of the radical activist bench that’s been running wild, inserting progressive politics where law and order should rule. The Fourth Circuit didn’t dance around the issue. They got straight to the heart of the problem: these lower court judges are assuming powers they don’t have and stepping way outside the limits of Article III.

6 Unbelievably Scammy Federal Practices DOGE Staff Reveal In Fox Interview

On Thursday evening, Elon Musk and some of his Department of Government Efficiency team sat for an interview with Fox News’ Bret Baier on “Special Report.” The nerd dream team includes a former rocket scientist, a Houstonian who ran five successful businesses, and the billionaire co-founder of Airbnb.

Musk said he thinks the team can cut the federal deficit by $1 trillion within 130 days. He and the other DOGE engineers gave some eye-popping examples of how scam-ridden federal programs have become. . .

Musk told Baier the federal government was paying nearly $1 billion for an online national parks survey that resulted in no changes or other outcomes as a result of giving the survey. He said the survey should have cost $10,000.

‘The sheer amount of waste and fraud in the government. It is astonishing,” Musk said, noting that his team “routinely” finds billion-dollar wasteful payments.

DOGE’s Steve Davis told Baier that more than 15 million Social Security numbers are older than 120 yet marked in the system as “alive.” The oldest living American is 114, Musk noted — meaning those 15 million Social Security numbers are used for fraud.
