‘We’re in Massive Trouble With Kamala’: Elon Musk and Trump Sound Alarm on America’s Existence

In a lengthy conversation with two of the most influential people in the world Monday night, billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk sounded the alarm to former President Donald Trump about a potential Kamala Harris victory in the 2024 presidential race, saying, “I think we’re in massive trouble with a Kamala administration.”

“It’s essential that you win for the good of this country and that’s understating my position,” Musk told Trump during the event on X, which is owned by Musk.

The pair discussed some of the hottest topics plaguing the nation, including the border disaster, the financial pain caused by inflation and an anemic economy, and what would happen to America should Democrats win the White House.

“You are the path to prosperity, and Kamala is the opposite,” Musk told Trump. “I’m just trying to tell people my honest opinion.”

“My track record has been moderate and if not moderate, slightly left” he said, noting it was “absurd” to think he was a right-wing activist. (Read more from “‘We’re in Massive Trouble With Kamala’: Elon Musk and Trump Sound Alarm on America’s Existence” HERE)

CNN Pollster Warns Democrats Against Popping Champagne Over Harris Polling: ‘Donald Trump is Very Much in This Race’

While many Democrats are celebrating a surge in support for Democratic candidate Kamala Harris, CNN’s polling analyst Harry Enten warns them that former President Donald Trump is likely to gain support based on historical trends.

Enten made the case for the race tightening up on CNN Tuesday.

While Harris is ahead in three swing states — Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin — Enten pointed out that polling underestimated Trump’s favorability in those states by 9% on average in 2016 and by 5% in 2020.

“The bottom line is this: If you have an idea, if you’re a Kamala Harris fan and you wanna rip open the champagne bottle, pop that cork, do not do it. Donald Trump is very much in this race. If we have a polling shift like we’ve seen in prior years from now until the final result, Donald Trump would actually win.”

Enten then pointed to polling that showed enthusiasm for Biden’s re-election campaign had actually dropped slightly after Harris seized the nomination, while enthusiasm for Trump had actually increased in the same period. Alvin Bragg Gets Sued for Concealing Records of His Case Against President Trump

Alvin Bragg, the Manhattan prosecutor who took years-old misdemeanor business records charges for which the statute of limitations had expired, and made them felonies against President Donald Trump because he claimed they were done in furtherance of some other unspecified crime, now is facing a lawsuit for his actions.

It is America First Legal that has sued Bragg for refusing to turn over records of how he developed his case, whether he consulted with the Joe Biden administration in the case, and whether it was a “partisan prosecution” against the GOP presidential nominee.

At the time Trump was opposing Joe Biden in the 2024 presidential race. Since then, the elites of the Democrat party essentially tossed Biden under the bus and named Kamala Harris as his replacement.

The Washington Examiner notes the lawsuit came about because Bragg repeatedly refused to provide documentation about the case.

Bragg’s office now is accused of withholding, illegally, records in his case. (Read more from “Alvin Bragg Gets Sued for Concealing Records of His Case Against President Trump” HERE)

Former Agent Reveals FBI ‘Playbook’: Grooming the ‘Emotionally Disturbed’

Questions surrounding the Butler, Pennsylvania, assassination attempt against former President Donald Trump have remained unanswered — but FBI whistleblower and former agent Steve Friend has some theories.

“I’m not hearing anything satisfying coming from the FBI or the Secret Service on the assassination attempt,” Glenn Beck tells Friend, who has an idea of why that is.

“I think one of the most disturbing elements that hasn’t been picked up on was when the deputy director of the FBI, Paul Abbate, said that they were going to investigate it as domestic terrorism,” Friend explains.

While that may seem reasonable to the average American citizen, Friend is well aware of what that means. . .

“This is what I like to call the ‘playbook’ that the FBI has been running the last two-and-a-half decades, particularly since 9/11,” he explains, adding, “What they do to justify their existence as a bureaucracy, as a self-licking ice cream cone, they will identify a vulnerable person, emotionally disturbed, maybe someone with radical intentions but not capable of carrying forward an actual attack without the involvement of the FBI.”

Report: Trump Plans to Sue DOJ for $100m

Former President Donald Trump (R) is reportedly taking legal action against President Joe Biden’s (D) Justice Department regarding the unprecedented August 8, 2022, raid on his Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida.

The former president is planning to sue the department for $100 million in damages. Fox News reported Monday that his memo claims “tortious conduct by the United States against President Trump.”

The raid occurred during a federal investigation after Trump was accused of improperly keeping classified records.

“After the raid, Special Counsel Jack Smith was appointed to investigate. Smith ultimately brought 37 felony counts against Trump, including willful retention of national defense information, conspiracy to obstruct justice, and false statements. Trump pleaded not guilty to all counts,” the Fox report said.

In July, U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon dismissed the case against Trump. Citing the Constitution’s Appointment Clause, the judge ruled Smith was unlawfully appointed and funded. (Read more from “Report: Trump Plans to Sue DOJ for $100m” HERE)

Trump Campaign Says Iranian Group Hacked Internal Communications

Former President Donald Trump’s campaign confirmed Saturday that an Iranian group hacked its internal communications in June, Politico reported.

Politico and the Washington Post stated that they received emails in July from an anonymous account that shared a campaign research paper on Trump’s running mate, vice presidential nominee, Sen. JD Vance (R-Ohio). The 271-page document listed publicly available information about Vance, including his previous criticisms of Trump, which it labeled as “potential vulnerabilities.” Additionally, the sender provided the news outlets with part of a research document on Florida Sen. Marco Rubio (R), who was one of Trump’s top contenders for running mate.

The hack coincides with a Microsoft report released Friday that claimed an “Iranian group, this one connected with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, or IRGC, sent a spear phishing email in June to a high-ranking official on a presidential campaign.” . . .

Politico asked the anonymous sender how it obtained the documents, to which the individual responded, “I suggest you don’t be curious about where I got them from. Any answer to this question, will compromise me and also legally restricts you from publishing them.”

Trump campaign spokesperson Steven Cheung told Politico, “These documents were obtained illegally from foreign sources hostile to the United States, intended to interfere with the 2024 election and sow chaos throughout our Democratic process.” (Read more from “Trump Campaign Says Iranian Group Hacked Internal Communications” HERE)

JD Vance: Mass Deportations Should ‘Start With 1 Million’

Sen. JD Vance (R-OH) said Sunday on ABC’s “This Week” that the Trump administration will start mass deportations with a million people.

Anchor Jonathan Karl said, “One of the proposals in the platform you’ve talked about, and Trump has talked about, is a mass deportation. You said he said he’ll start with the easy ones, the criminals, people who commit crimes, deport them, but he said deporting 15 million to 20 million people, how do you actually do that?

. . .

Vance said, “This is the wrong attitude towards it, right? There’s 20 million people here illegally. You start with what’s achievable. You do that, and then you go onto what’s achievable from there. If you deport a lot of violent criminals and frankly if you make it harder to hire illegal labor, I think you go a lot of the way to solving the illegal immigration problem. But look, President Trump is absolutely right. You cannot have a border unless you’re willing to deport some people. I think it’s interesting that people focus on, well, how do you deport 18 million people? Let’s start with 1 million. That’s where Kamala Harris has failed and we can go from there.” (Read more from “JD Vance: Mass Deportations Should ‘Start With 1 Million’” HERE)

Trump Charges That Dems Stole Presidential Campaign From Biden

GOP presidential nominee President Donald Trump is seeking the White House in the November election and has made clear his intention is to win the race.

But his opponent now apparently is Kamala Harris, instead of incumbent Joe Biden, who had promised for years that he would seek another term. And he had been doing that actively until he wasn’t. . .

According to a report by the Daily Signal, he said, “I’m no Biden fan, but I’ll tell you what, from a constitutional standpoint, from any standpoint, they took the presidency away.”

He charged that powerful Democrats literally decided to throw Biden out, and he was pushed out of the race.

“People were saying he lost the debate. I don’t know that that is true necessarily. But whether he could win or he couldn’t win, he had the right to run. And they took it away. They said they were going to use the 25th Amendment. They were going to hit him hard. Either we can do it the nice way or do it the hard way. And he said alright. What they’ve done is pretty incredible.” (Read more from “Trump Charges That Dems Stole Presidential Campaign From Biden” HERE)

Trump Assassination Attempt: Police Release Bodycam From Deadly Butler Rally (VIDEO)

Police bodycam footage obtained by Fox News Digital on Thursday through a records request shows two officers attempting to intercept Thomas Matthew Crooks on a roof seconds before he allegedly tried to assassinate former President Trump at a campaign rally last month.

The footage is taken from two officers from the Butler Township Police Department who made a desperate attempt to stop Crooks moments before he fired his DPMS AR-15 rifle, striking Trump in the ear, killing Corey Comperatore and injuring two others.

“F—ing this close, bro. Dude, he turned around on me,” the officer who was hoisted can be heard saying later on in bodycam video released Thursday.

One officer can be seen hoisting another officer onto the roof where Crooks was stationed, which is about 12 feet above the ground.

Crooks pointed his weapon at the officer who scaled the building, before the officer ultimately ducks his head and loses his grip on the roof’s edge and falls about 8 feet to the ground, spraining his ankle, Butler Township Manager Thomas Knights previously told Fox News Digital. Special Counsel Jack Smith Asks for More Time to ‘Assess’ Supreme Court’s Immunity Ruling as Trump Demands ‘Total Dismissal’ of 2020 Election Case

Special Counsel Jack Smith requested more time on Thursday to respond to a scheduling order from the judge handling Donald Trump’s 2020 election interference case, indicating that his office is still grappling with the Supreme Court’s ruling in the former president’s immunity case — nearly a month later.

“The Government continues to assess the new precedent set forth last month in the Supreme Court’s decision in Trump v. United States, including through consultation with other Department of Justice components,” prosecutors wrote to Judge Tanya Chutkan in a status report filed with the DC District Court.

“Although those consultations are well underway, the Government has not finalized its position on the most appropriate schedule for the parties to brief issues related to the decision,” Smith’s office said.

“The Government therefore respectfully requests additional time to provide the Court with an informed proposal regarding the schedule for pretrial proceedings moving forward.”

The Supreme Court ruled on July 1 that Trump, 78, is subject to absolute immunity from prosecution for “official acts” during his presidency and left it up to lower courts to sort out what constitutes an “official act” by a sitting president.
