White House Insists on a ‘Political’ Solution to Deal with Hamas Terrorists

As with most other sane policies, the Biden administration has entirely — for a while now — thrown the conventional wisdom about “don’t negotiate with terrorists” out the window.

Proving its inexplicable desire to legitimize Iran-backed Hamas and hand swaths of the region over to violent terrorist group “a” or more violent terrorist group “b,” Biden’s National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan insisted on Monday there must be a “political” solution to end the war sparked by Hamas on October 7.

That massacre, of course, saw Hamas and other Iran-backed terrorists invade Israel by land and air, massacre the most Jews in any single day since the Holocaust, and return to Gaza with bloodied hostages to whom the terrorists did unspeakable evils. Still, the Biden administration thinks diplomacy can achieve a peaceful resolution to the vile wickedness of Hamas and its aim to annihilate Israel.

Despite the lunacy of such a proposal, Sullivan again reiterated Biden’s belief that a “two-state solution” is the “political” answer to the current war. In fact, he said it’s the “only way” to ensure Israel’s security.

Donald Trump Starts 4th Week of Trial: ‘I Should Be out Campaigning … Election Interference’

Former President Donald Trump decried election interference as he arrived at a Manhattan courthouse on Monday to begin the fourth week of his criminal trial.

The numerous indictments against Trump are meant to politically sabotage his reelection campaign, Trump believes, buoyed by reports of multiple meetings between the Biden administration and Trump prosecutors.

“I should be out campaigning now instead of sitting in a very cold courthouse all day long,” Trump told reporters outside the courtroom. “This is a Biden prosecution. It’s election interference at a level that nobody in this country has ever seen before.”

“This all comes from in the White House,” Trump said.

The establishment media recently acknowledged that opponents waging lawfare against Trump are failing to prevent him from completing the greatest political comeback in history. What first appeared to be a “wall of legal obstacles” preventing Trump from mounting the greatest comeback in political history now appears to be “little more than a series of speed bumps,” Politico’s Senior Legal Affairs Reporter Josh Gerstein recently wrote. Bill Maher Dredges up 2018 Stormy Daniels Interview That Totally Undermines Her Trump Trial Testimony

Comedian Bill Maher is seeing through the stormy weather surrounding former President Donald Trump’s hush money trial in Manhattan.

Maher dredged up an old interview porn star Stormy Daniels gave to him back in 2018 — which raises questions about the credibility of her testimony on the witness stand.

“She’s a bad witness,” Maher declared during Friday night’s episode of “Real Time,” after joking, “It’s Stormy or bust.”

The comic and political pundit played a clip from the 2018 interview in which Daniels was emphatic that her alleged July 2006 hanky-panky with Trump was consensual and not to be construed as part of the MeToo movement that was in full swing at the time.

“You say it’s not a MeToo case,” Maher pressed Daniels at the time. (Read more from “Bill Maher Dredges up 2018 Stormy Daniels Interview That Totally Undermines Her Trump Trial Testimony” HERE)

The Latest Stormy Daniels Update Proves This Trial Is a Total Circus

You don’t need to follow the Stormy Daniels trial because you already know it’s a trainwreck. The jury selection process was a disaster, and this case is why we shouldn’t have political trials. No one can be impartial. It shouldn’t shock anyone if Trump is convicted since the pool seems to be comprised of left-leaning, Trump-hating consumers of liberal media. It’s the weakest case against the former president, but with the lawfare front waning for liberals, they will give it everything they have.

You’d think Trump kidnapped the Lindbergh baby regarding the hyperbolic coverage. We knew this trial was going to be a circus. The revelation that Daniels believes she can talk with dead people has reached a new level. Yes, you read that right: the former adult entertainer claims she’s a medium, even going so far as to allege evil spirits possessed a former boyfriend. MSNBC had a lengthy segment on this cross-examination:

I don’t know how to read into all of this. It was already bad enough that the charges against Trump, falsifying business records, reached the trial phase. Most legal matters seldom reach this stage, as plea agreements are usually the conclusion, with jail time never being on the table. Those rare cases where prison time was handed down rarely extended beyond a month. It’s a sham and has become a Destination Fear episode.

Trump’s Fraud Trial Judge Faces Probe After Hotshot Attorney Claims He Tried to Advise Him in $454M Case

The judge in Donald Trump’s civil fraud trial is now under investigation after a hotshot New York real estate attorney claimed he gave him unsolicited advice ahead of the hotly-anticipated multi-million-dollar ruling, according to a report.

Attorney Adam Leitman Bailey told NBC New York that he spoke to Judge Arthur Engoron three weeks before he made his final judgment in the former president’s case, where he found Mr Trump, his two oldest sons, as well as their Trump Organization associates and properties liable for $464m for falsely inflating his assets.

“I actually had the ability to speak to him three weeks ago,” Mr Bailey told the outlet on February 16, the date of the judge’s decision.

“I saw him in the corner [near the courthouse] and I told my client, ‘I need to go.’ And I walked over and we started talking … I wanted him to know what I think and why…I really want him to get it right.”

This claim prompted the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct to launch an investigation into the alleged interaction, NBC News reported. The commission’s administrator Robert Tembeckjian declined to comment on behalf of the judicial body, saying it “is constrained by a strict confidentiality statute.” (Read more from “Trump’s Fraud Trial Judge Faces Probe After Hotshot Attorney Claims He Tried to Advise Him in $454M Case” HERE)

Ex-Trump Aide Becomes Third Female Witness to Praise Former Boss

A former White House Oval Office aide praised Donald Trump as a “really good boss” while testifying during the former president’s hush money trial in New York on Thursday.

Prosecutors called Madeleine Westerhout as a witness to testify about how detail-oriented Trump was and to confirm certain emails and meetings, but her testimony served largely as the third positive review to come from a female Trump employee on the stand.

Westerhout characterized Trump as hardworking, saying he talked to “a lot” of people every day and took calls from 6 a.m. until well into the evening, according to courtroom reports from CNN.

Westerhout highlighted how concerned Trump was with his wife Melania’s opinion. Defense attorneys have argued that Trump’s wife was one reason he was motivated to make a lawful hush money payment to porn star Stormy Daniels in 2016. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, an elected Democrat, has alleged that Trump was driven by the election to conceal the payment and that he therefore violated election laws.

“There was really no one else that could put him in his place too,” Westerhout said of Melania Trump. “He was my boss, but she was definitely the one in charge. I just remember that … thinking that their relationship was really special. They laughed a lot when she came into the Oval Office.” (Read more from “Ex-Trump Aide Becomes Third Female Witness to Praise Former Boss” HERE)

Trump Civil Fraud Judge’s Talks With Attorney Under Investigation by Ethics Commission: Report (VIDEO)

The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct is investigating an alleged interaction between a New York real estate lawyer and the judge who issued a $454 million judgement against former President Donald Trump, according to NBC New York.

Real estate lawyer Adam Leitman Bailey said he had a conversation with Judge Arthur Engoron a few weeks before the judge’s decision was due, NBC New York reported. Democratic Attorney General Letitia James of New York sued Trump in September 2022, alleging he overstated the value of real estate holdings in order to obtain loans.

“I actually had the ability to speak to him three weeks ago,” Bailey said in the Feb. 16 interview, according to NBC New York. “I saw him in the corner [at the courthouse] and I told my client, ‘I need to go.’ And I walked over and we started talking … I wanted him to know what I think and why…I really want him to get it right.”

“No ex parte conversation concerning this matter occurred between Justice Engoron and Mr. Bailey or any other person. The decision Justice Engoron issued February 16 was his alone, was deeply considered, and was wholly uninfluenced by this individual,” a spokesman for Engoron told NBC New York. 2019 Attack on Trump Comes Back to Bite Biden: He ‘Endorses His Own Impeachment’

Critics mocked President Joe Biden over a resurfaced tweet from 2019, saying that what he had meant to be an attack on then-President Donald Trump turned out to be a prescient endorsement of his own impeachment.

Biden’s tweet, sent amid the furor over Trump’s phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, claimed that Democrats were right to impeach him for suggesting he’d withhold promised aid money and munitions if certain conditions were not met.

“President Trump withheld Congressionally appropriated aid to Ukraine unless they granted him a political favor,” Biden tweeted on October 18, 2019. “It’s the definition of quid pro quo. This is no joke — Trump continues to put his own personal, political interests ahead of the national interest. He must be impeached.”

But as a number of critics had pointed out, what Biden said on CNN on Wednesday — that he would withhold ammunition that had already been promised and approved by Congress if Israel mounted a ground offensive in Rafah — amounted to the same thing.

WIN: Appeals Court to Revisit Decision Regarding DA Fani Willis’ Involvement in Trump Case

In a significant development, a Georgia appellate court has agreed to review a decision allowing Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis to continue overseeing a high-profile 2020 election interference case involving former President Donald Trump and his associates, despite concerns regarding her relationship with a subordinate.

The Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia issued a brief order on Wednesday, granting a request from the defense to review a lower-court ruling made in March. The order stipulates that the appellant has ten days to file a notice of appeal.

At the heart of the matter is Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee’s determination that the defendants failed to substantiate a conflict of interest arising from a romantic relationship between Willis and her special prosecutor, Nathan Wade. Although Judge McAfee acknowledged concerns about the “appearance of impropriety,” he permitted Willis to continue leading the case only after Wade resigned, presenting her with the alternative option of stepping down.

Trump and his co-defendants have vehemently argued for Willis’s disqualification, contending that her romantic involvement with Wade tainted the proceedings. Willis, on the other hand, has insisted that there is no basis for a review of the lower-court ruling.

According to reports, Trump and his co-defendants are expected to request a stay of proceedings while the appeal unfolds, following McAfee’s refusal to halt the process. While a trial date is yet to be determined, Willis reportedly aims to conclude proceedings before the 2024 election.

Trump and 18 co-defendants have entered not guilty pleas to multiple charges in the Georgia election case, with four individuals reaching plea deals. As Trump pursues a potential return to the White House, he continues to deny any wrongdoing across various legal battles.

Stormy Daniels’ Former Attorney Releases Scathing Statement in Response to Her Testimony Against Trump

Porn actress Stormy Daniels was called to the stand on Tuesday by the prosecution in the New York criminal case against former President Donald Trump.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg (D) charged Trump with 34 felony counts for allegedly falsifying business records in an attempt to conceal a $130,000 so-called “hush money” payment to Daniels, who claimed the two had an affair. Trump has pleaded not guilty to all charges and denied Daniels’ allegations. . .

Trump’s legal team requested a mistrial Tuesday, claiming that during her direct examination, Daniels told a story that differed from her previous public statements, Blaze News previously reported.

Following Daniels’ testimony, her former attorney Michael Avenatti posted a scathing statement on X. Avenatti, who had been disbarred and is currently serving time in a federal penitentiary, claimed Daniels had committed the same crime Trump was being accused of in the case.

He explained that he was contacted last year by a producer working on a documentary about Daniels. He had considered participating in the documentary until he learned that Daniels was getting paid for it, calling it “a clear indication to me that the project lacked integrity, would be one-sided, and controlled by Daniels.”

Additionally, Avenatti claimed that the producer told him that Daniels was going to be “secretly paid” to hide the money because “she owed Trump hundreds of thousands of dollars” following a defamation suit.
