Trump Campaign Asks SCOTUS to Reverse Decisions by Pennsylvania High Court

The Trump campaign on Sunday asked the US Supreme Court to reverse three decisions by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, claiming there is a “likelihood” they violate the Constitution and urging the high court to act expeditiously because the presidency “hangs in the balance.”

“This petition … has national importance, and there is a strong likelihood that the State Supreme Court decision violates the Federal Constitution,” read a statement, signed by Rudy Giuliani, President Trump’s personal lawyer.

The petition seeks remedies, “including vacating the appointment of electors committed to Joseph Biden and allowing the Pennsylvania General Assembly to select their replacements,” the statement said.

The three Pennsylvania decisions involve signatures on mail-in and absentee ballots and the campaign’s ability to observe vote counting at the Philadelphia Convention Center.

Trump to Appoint Sidney Powell as Special Counsel on Vote Fraud?

Is President Trump looking to appoint Sidney Powell as a special counsel to investigate voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election?

Published reports indicate the commander in chief floated Powell’s name to probe the allegations during a Friday meeting at the White House.

The Associated Press says Trump “went as far as discussing getting Powell security clearance, according to two people familiar with the meeting, who spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss the private conversation.”

The AP also noted, “It is unclear whether Trump intends to try to move forward with the effort to install Powell.” It’s actually the U.S. attorney general who is responsible for appointing special counsels.

A senior campaign official told CBS News they personally like Powell’s “hardcore nationalism,” but said that is a minority opinion within the campaign. The person added that “establishment types” within the campaign are increasingly wary of Powell’s influence on the president and his agenda. President Trump Versus Saul Alinsky

The latest example of [Saul Alinsky] brazenness comes in the wake of the totally corrupt and fraudulent 2020 Presidential “Election,” in which President Trump clearly dominated until the wee hours of the morning after. Suddenly, leftists realized they needed to shutter the doors and windows, while massively shifting the vote counts with boxes of fake ballots, manipulated software in “counting” machines, and every other form of fraud and treachery imaginable. Then a miracle happened. Insurmountable Trump majorities in all key swing states simultaneously mutated into razor thin margins, for the Democrats of course.

America didn’t buy any of it. Americans all saw the glaring patterns of cheating and manipulation. And every honest citizen recognizes the crucial importance of unmasking and reversing the fraud, if elections are ever again to mean anything, which will determine if America itself is ever again going to mean anything. Thus far, patriotic Americans have received transparent and worthless deflections from the left, along with nauseating platitudes of acquiescence from too many claiming to be on the “right.”

Like clockwork, leftist subversives who did everything they could over the past four years to attack President Trump and America itself (as another avenue to undermining him), now drip with a poisoned pretense of “virtue,” as they demand that we drop in line behind them, and unify, “for the good of the country” of course. And to nobody’s great surprise, here comes that revolting cadre of cowardly RINO sycophants, agreeing with the left and groveling before them with the exuberance of lackeys who have no moral compass, and no dignity.

[But President Trump] steadfastly refuses to make any concession whatsoever to accommodate the left, despite enormous pressure from across the political landscape. He knows that cowardice and moral bankruptcy ultimately come from the same political mindset, no matter in which party its practitioners claim to reside. Had he conceded to these people, they would all have had the absolute best excuse to ignore the rampant Election Day fraud and criminality. Had President Trump caved and followed what those lesser political players deemed the more “honorable” course, he would have given them all “cover” for the treasonous actions in which they engaged.

This is how the vile strategy of Saul Alinsky and the American left operates. It builds its case on totally bogus premises, presented as the pinnacle of “virtue” and “worthiness.” This facade of presumed merit is bolstered by both the absolute moral bankruptcy of its leftist advocacy, as well as the thorough moral cowardice of those on the right who should be standing against it, but who put their own interests ahead of anything else, including their Country. Poll Proves Americans Believe There Was a Serious Vote Fraud Problem

A poll by McLaughlin & Associates found that while an expected 74% of self-identified conservative voters believe there was fraud in the 2020 presidential election, half of the nation’s Hispanics, 59% of married couples, 40% of urban residents and 38% of women also believe that.

Overall, 46% of voters believe there was fraud, “reported Paul Bedard in his Washington Secrets” column for the Washington Examiner.

“That surprised the pollsters, especially since they also reported that more in the survey voted for Joe Biden over Trump,” Bedard wrote.

The McLaughlin report said: “Among American voters the majority is not convinced that voter fraud did not occur in their presidential election. It is important to note that the poll model reflects the national popular vote of 51% Biden, 47% Trump.”

Trump Fires Back at McConnell After He Congratulates Biden: ‘Too Soon to Give Up’

President Trump shot back at Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell after the Kentucky Republican conceded that Joe Biden is president-elect of the United States. . .

McConnell explained that the “Electoral College has spoken” before congratulating Biden and complimenting Vice President-elect Kamala Harris for becoming the first female to hold that office in U.S. history.

Trump has launched legal challenges across the country, citing widespread voter fraud in an attempt to challenge November’s election, which has been certified and now voted on by the Electoral College.

By Washington Examiner. White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany declined to echo Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s acknowledgment of Joe Biden as president-elect.

“The president is still involved in ongoing litigation related to the election,” McEnany told reporters on Tuesday.

On Monday, the Electoral College met across the country to affirm Biden’s win, giving the president-elect 306 votes to President Trump’s 232, 37 days after multiple outlets called the Nov. 3 election in Biden’s favor on Nov. 11.

Arizona State Senator Subpoenas Maricopa County for Election Audits

By Washington Examiner. An Arizona state senator subpoenaed the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, demanding audits of Dominion Voting Systems machines used in the state’s largest county.

Arizona state Senate President Karen Fann announced that Eddie Farnsworth, a Republican who is the chairman of the state Senate’s Judiciary Committee, served the subpoenas on Tuesday.

“Today, under my direction as Senate President, Judiciary Committee Chairman Eddie Farnsworth issued subpoenas to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors. One subpoena calls for a scanned ballot audit, to collect an electronic ballot image cast for all mail-in ballots counted in the November 2020 general election in Maricopa County, Arizona. The second subpoena calls for a full forensic audit of ballot tabulation equipment, the software for that equipment and the election management system used in the 2020 general election,” Fann said in the statement obtained by the Washington Examiner.

“The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors were served these subpoenas on Tuesday afternoon, and they call for the information to be delivered to the Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman on or before 5 p.m. on December 18, 2020. I appreciate Board Chairman Clint Hickman’s commitment to the integrity of the Arizona election process, and I know he shares all of our concerns,” Fann added. Michigan Legislative Committees Slap Multiple Cities With Election-Related Subpoenas

By Townhall. The Michigan Legislature’s House and Senate oversight committees on Tuesday voted to subpoena election materials from Detroit and its suburb, Livonia.

The cities have been instructed to turn over all hard drives, communications with poll workers, absentee counting boards and any other election-related materials.

The joint committee is also interested in reviewing documentation about voting machines, including when they were purchased, what previous elections the machines were used in, and the accuracy tests that were conducted on the machines.

Rush Limbaugh: Is This the Real Reason Supremes Rejected Texas Election Case?

The U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear a lawsuit brought by Texas and joined by 18 others against four swing states because the Washington establishment wants to get rid of President Donald Trump, contends talk-radio host Rush Limbaugh.

“There isn’t an entity in the American Deep State, Washington establishment, whatever, that doesn’t want to get rid of Donald Trump, including enough justices on the Supreme Court,” he told his listeners on Tuesday.

“The bottom line is that this is the best chance they’ve ever had to get rid of Trump and they’re not gonna hear these cases. They want him gone. It’s no more — in my humble estimation — no more complicated than that,” he said. . .

Limbaugh was asked Tuesday whether it is impossible to bring an election lawsuit.

“No, I don’t think that’s what [they are] saying because if it’s a case they wanted to take, they would take it,” he said. “You know, a friend of mine sent me a note after the Supreme Court refused to hear the Texas case. And the note is, ‘Supreme Court just said that a state that cheats in a national election, which screws everybody in the nation, is the only entity that’s allowed to do anything about it? Poll Reveals the Top Candidates for 2024

President Donald Trump and former first lady Michelle Obama lead their respective party primaries for a hypothetical 2024 presidential run, a December McLaughlin & Associates survey revealed.

The poll surveyed 438 Republican primary voters December 9-13 and asked, “Thinking ahead to the 2024 Republican primary election for President, if that election were held today among the following candidates, for whom would you vote?”

Trump overwhelming led the pack with 56 percent support — a three-point jump from November’s survey. Vice President Mike Pence came in a distant second with 11 percent support, and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) came in third with five percent support. Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT) garnered four percent support, followed by former U.S. Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley and Fox News host Tucker Carlson, both of whom garnered three percent. The remaining candidates saw two percent support or less, with ten percent remaining undecided:

The survey also examined a hypothetical 2024 scenario on the Democrat side, asking 443 registered Democrats the same question. Voters seemed less united on a singular candidate, though Michelle Obama saw the most support with 29 percent. Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris saw 25 percent support, followed by Democrat Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) with seven percent. Former Mayor Pete Buttigieg and Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-NY) garnered five percent support. The remaining candidates saw three percent support or less, while 18 percent remain undecided:

WATCH: Trump Pledges to Continue Legal Challenges Contesting Election Despite Electoral College Vote

President Donald Trump pledged Sunday to push forward with a barrage of legal challenges contesting the outcome of the November election despite a pending vote of certification by the Electoral College Monday.

“It’s not over,” Trump told Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade on “Fox & Friends” outside the annual Army-Navy football game. “We keep going and we’re going to continue to move forward. We have numerous local cases.”

Trump reiterated his claims of victory in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Georgia, while emphasizing ongoing litigation in Wisconsin. As of this writing, former Vice President Joe Biden has carried all four, landing the Democratic candidate his first four years in the White House with 306 electoral votes to Trump’s 232 scheduled to make the vote official Monday.

The president maintains however, that the contest was “a rigged election.”
