Lin Wood Bombshell: ‘Irrefutable Evidence’ of Fraud in Georgia Recount

By WND. Attorney Lin Wood, who is assisting President Trump’s legal challenge of vote counts, claims he has “irrefutable evidence” that Georgia state officials instructed local election officials to report original vote totals instead of the totals from the recount.

“This election was a fraud. Donald Trump won, I believe, clearly a 70%-plus landslide election in the nation,” Wood said in an interview on Mark Levin’s radio show Tuesday. “He probably won over 400 electoral votes.”

Wood said the Trump legal team is “uncovering, step by step, the layers on the onion, and we’re going to get to the truth.”

“And the truth is Donald Trump has been reelected by this country to serve for four more years,” he said.

On Tuesday night, Wood filed an emergency motion against the Georgia secretary of state, Brad Raffensperger, to bar him from certifying the vote due to “defective absentee ballots.”

Trump Attorney: Here’s What a Smartmatic Whistleblower Said About Voter Fraud

Sidney Powell, a member of President Donald Trump’s legal team, on Monday read a statement from a whistleblower alleging Smartmatic’s election software was designed specifically to rig elections and flip votes in favor of a particular candidate. The news comes after Powell stated on Sunday that the Trump Team has direct evidence that the 2020 presidential election was rigged utilizing the software.

“I’ve just gotten some stunning evidence from a first-hand witness, say a high-ranking Military officer who was present when Smartmatic was designed in a way – and I’m just going to read you some of these statements, if you don’t mind,” she told Fox Business’ Lou Dobbs. “So I get them exactly right.”

“From the affidavit – ‘designed in a way the system could change the vote of each voter without being detected. He wanted the software itself to function in such a manner that if the voter were to place their thumbprint or fingerprint on a scanner, then the thumbprint would be tied to a record of the voter’s name and identity as having voter but that voter would not be tracked to the changed vote. He made it clear the system would have to be set up to not leave any evidence to the changed vote for a specific voter and that there would be no evidence to show or contradict the name or thumbprint was going with a changed vote. Smartmatic agreed to create such a system and produce the software and hardware to accomplish the goals of President Chavez.'”

Attorney: Team Has ‘Smoking Guns’ to Prove Trump Won

Trump campaign attorneys Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell have “the smoking guns” to prove the president won the 2020 election, said prominent Atlanta-based lawyer Lin Wood after spending the day with Powell.

“I’ve seen sworn affidavits, I’ve seen sworn video statements,” he said Monday in a Newsmax TV interview with Howie Carr. “I think that Rudy and Sidney have done a magnificent job in a short period of time of piecing together a solid legal case on what was intended to be a complicated scheme of fraud as it relates to the voting machines.”

Wood, who explained he’s assisting the Trump campaign’s legal fight in an unofficial capacity, was referring to the equipment used by the Canada-based company Dominion Voting Systems. Powell has said she and her team are preparing to release evidence that will “overturn election results in multiple states,” claiming U.S. election software switched “millions of votes” from Trump to Biden.

Known for representing Richard Jewell and recently Kentucky teen Nicholas Sandmann, Wood said that “when you boil it down, it simply amounts to the fact that the United States of America was relying on voting machines that were subject to manipulation.”

Ilhan Omar Compares Trump Rallies to ‘Klan Rallies’

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D., Minn.) likened President Donald Trump’s campaign rallies to Ku Klux Klan rallies in a Monday interview with the Washington Post.

Trump “chose to speak about me at every single rally, didn’t really matter where he was, sometimes multiple times in a day, as he held his Klan rallies across the country,” Omar said to Post opinion writer Jonathan Capehart.

Omar, a member of the far-left group of House Democrats known as “the Squad,” reflected on ousting President Trump and what she perceived as “a four-year assault” on refugees and immigrants like her. She also discussed infighting between moderate and leftist Democrats, sparked by the party’s lackluster House and Senate election results. President Trump Fires Top Election Cybersecurity Official After Tweet About Voter Fraud

President Donald Trump announced Tuesday on Twitter that he has “terminated” top U.S. cybersecurity official Christopher Krebs.

In a pair of tweets, Trump said that Krebs gave a “highly inaccurate” statement about the security of the 2020 presidential election.

Trump, who has not yet conceded to president-elect Joe Biden, alleged that the election was riddled with “massive improprieties and fraud.” Twitter labeled the president’s tweets with a warning citing the claim about election fraud is disputed.

Krebs, who heads the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, is responsible for leading the effort to protect U.S. elections. He has previously said that there is no evidence the elections were compromised by foreign interference. John Brennan in ‘Panic Mode’ Over What President Trump May Reveal (VIDEO)

Amid calls by Republicans for President Trump to declassify documents related to the Obama administration’s probe of debunked Trump-Russia collusion, former Obama CIA Director John Brennan once again is calling for invoking the 25th Amendment to remove Trump from office.

Brennan, who has accused Trump of “treason,” discussed in an interview with Monday with CNN’s Chris Cuomo the president’s decision to fire Defense Secretary Mark Esper.

“It’s clear that Mark Esper was removed as secretary of defense because he rebuffed Donald Trump’s efforts to politicize the U.S. military,” Brennan said. “And I think it’s quite apparent from reporting that Mark Esper has stood up to Donald Trump repeatedly. Who knows what else he has refused to do?”

He said Trump could do “a lot of damage” before leaving office, and he might carry out “vendettas.”

Brennan repeatedly expressed concern about what “information” Trump could release, urging officials to take immediate action.

Was Election Software Rigged? Attorney Lays Out the Trump Team’s Findings (VIDEO)

Attorney Sidney Powell on “Sunday Morning Futures” said Trump’s legal team is gathering evidence of “election fraud” that allegedly took place in election-related software, like Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic. As it currently stands, Dominion is being utilized in 2,000 jurisdictions in 30 states. Texas decided not to use Dominion on three separate occasions because of fraud concerns. . .

“We’re fixing to overturn the election results in multiple states and President Trump won by not just hundreds of thousands of votes but my millions of votes that were shifted by this software that was designed expressly for that purpose,” Powell explained. “We have sworn witness testimony about why the software was designed. It was designed to rig elections.”

According to Powell, the witness that the Trump team has is someone who has seen elections rigged in other countries. Those same tactics and software were allegedly deployed to the United States.

“They did this on purpose. It was calculated. They’ve done it before,” she said. “We have evidence of 2016 in California. We have so much evidence I feel like it’s coming in through a fire hose.” . . .

Interestingly enough, Powell stated that the software’s user manual talks about how “votes can be wiped away.”

Sidney Powell Drops Bomb: ‘I’ve Got Lots of Ways to Prove Massive Election Fraud’

By WND. An attorney helping President Trump challenge the results of the 2020 election says she’s astonished by the amount of evidence of vote fraud that took place, alleging “millions of votes” were shifted to Democrat Joe Biden by software specifically designed to benefit the Democratic nominee.

“President Trump won by not just hundreds of thousands of votes, but by millions of votes that were shifted by this software that was designed expressly for that purpose,” attorney Sidney Powell told Maria Bartiromo on “Sunday Morning Futures” on the Fox Business Network. . .

“I’ve got lots of ways to prove it … but I’m not gonna tell on national TV what all we have. I just can’t do that.” . .

“This is a massive election fraud, and I’m very concerned it involved not only Dominion and its Smartmatic software, but that the software essentially was used by other elections machines also. It’s the software that was the problem. Even their own manual explains how votes can be wiped away. It’s like drag and drop Trump votes to a separate folder and then delete that folder.”

“It’s absolutely brazen how people bought the system, and why they bought the system. In fact, every state that bought Dominion for sure should have a criminal investigation or at least a serious investigation of the officers in the states who bought the software. Trump Lawyer Calls To Impeach Justice Roberts if He Dismisses Widespread Election Fraud; Trump Gets Nearly Twice as Many Votes as Biden Out of 2,600 Ballots Found in Georgia, Calls Grow for Election Official To Resign

By WND. Trump campaign lawyer Sidney Powell promised Monday in an interview with Rush Limbaugh’s guest host Mark Steyn that compelling evidence that millions of votes were shifted in favor of Joe Biden through electronic voting machines will be revealed and end up before the Supreme Court. . .

Steyn asked asked Powell if the justices will be “as eager to sweep it under the rug” as have establishment media, social media and Democrats.

“I don’t think so, Mark,” she replied. “I think the evidence is going to be so overwhelming, and I would warn any state right now that thinks they’re going to certify this election to rethink it very seriously. Because what they’re certifying is their own fraud and their own complicity in fraud.”

Steyn cautioned that it appears Chief Justice John Roberts has no appetite for getting involved in an election.

Trump Gets Nearly Twice as Many Votes as Biden Out of 2,600 Ballots Found in Georgia, Calls Grow for Election Official To Resign

By Daily Caller. President Donald Trump closed the gap on Democrat Joe Biden’s lead in Georgia on Monday by nearly 800 votes after edging out Biden by a nearly 2-1 ratio in a batch of 2,600 ballots that were discovered in Floyd County.

Gabriel Sterling, who oversaw the implementation of the new statewide election system for the state, said that the unofficial breakdown of ballots was 1,643 for Trump, 865 for Biden and 16 for Libertarian Jo Jorgensen. The mistake happened because election officials reportedly missed uploading a memory card containing the votes to a ballot counting machine.

“The Georgia Secretary of State is asking for the executive director of the Floyd County Board of Elections, Robert Brady, to step down after 2,600 ballots were left uncounted prior to the county’s initial certification,” Fox 5 Atlanta reported. “The error was discovered on Sunday during the third day of the state’s audit.”

Israel Demands Apology From CNN Anchor for Holocaust Comparison

Israel demanded an apology from CNN anchor Christiane Amanpour on Sunday for her comments comparing the Trump presidency to Kristallnacht, a violent pogrom perpetrated against Jews in Nazi Germany that killed dozens and left synagogues and Jewish-owned businesses destroyed .

“Using the memory of the Holocaust for cheap headlines or a political agenda is concerning and distorts the historical and moral truth,” Diaspora Affairs minister Omer Yankelevich said, according to the Jerusalem Post. She added that CNN “should be a partner in the global effort to fight anti-Semitism and not fuel the fire.” . . .

Following the comments, prominent American and Israeli commentators slammed Amanpour for the analogy. White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany called the comparison “despicable,” demanding CNN “apologize for trivializing the Holocaust and the tragic genocide of millions of Jews.”

Ex-Clinton Aide Details the ‘Stealthy Road’ To a Trump Victory That’s Being Overlooked

. . .When former aides to Bill Clinton are saying there’s a chance, it’s not tinfoil hat stuff, which is how the liberal media has treated this. Graham Allison, who served as Assistant Secretary of Defense for Policy and Plans under that administration, recently wrote in The National Interest about one path that’s being ignored. He called it a “stealthy road,” and one that’s being overlooked. We have to go back to the 1876 election. Allison noted that state legislatures have the authority to declare that the popular vote was corrupted, thereby, permitting them to send a competing set of electors. I’ll let him explain the rest [emphasis mine]:

I believe the current consensus is missing the fact that Trump has a second, viable stealthy road to victory. I’m reluctantly betting that the debate about who won will continue until at least January 6 when slates of electoral college members are opened in Washington, and most likely beyond that as whatever is decided then is appealed by the loser to the Supreme Court. My conclusion reflects the analysis of my colleague in the Applied History Network at the Belfer Center which is below.

As he notes, this stealthy road follows in the footsteps of a number of previous contested American elections, especially the 1876 election that pitted Tilden v. Hayes. Then as now, each state must decide on a group of electors to meet with a joint session of Congress on January 6 where the winner of the presidential election is declared. The normal practice in a state where Biden won the popular-vote total would be for state election officials to certify the results and send a slate of electors to Congress. But state legislatures have the constitutional authority to conclude that the popular vote has been corrupted and thus send a competing slate of electors on behalf of their state. The 12th Amendment to the Constitution specifies that the “President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted.” That means that in the case of disputes about competing electoral slates, the President of the Senate—Vice President Pence—would appear to have the ultimate authority to decide which to accept and which to reject. Pence would choose Trump. Democrats would appeal to the Supreme Court.

Alternatively, if at that point, no candidate has the required 270 electoral votes, the 12th Amendment stipulates, “the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President. But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote.” [GOP has the majority there]

Pollster: It’s Curious How Biden Underperformed Hillary Clinton in Every City…Except These Four.

. . .Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich was blunter last Sunday, when he said, “I think he would have to do a lot to convince Republicans that this is anything except a left-wing power grab, financed by people like George Soros, deeply laid in at the local level, and, frankly, I think that it is a corrupt, stolen election.” He was commenting on Biden’s call for unity. Yet, he also gave a hat-tip to someone we have written about here: Democracy Institute’s Patrick Basham.

“We believe these people are thieves, we believe the big city machines are corrupt,” the former House Speaker said. “Interestingly Patrick Basham, who’s the most accurate pollster, he’s British, wrote in a British newspaper…that this clearly was a stolen election, that it is impossible to imagine that Biden outran Obama in some of these states.” . . .

“If you count the ballot fraud, most pollsters clearly failed. If you don’t include the fraudulent ballots, most pollsters failed on a spectacular scale,” wrote Basham. Yet, here’s where things get fishy in the 2020 race which he mentions at the end of his column. He cites Richard Baris of Big Data Poll who noted something funny about Biden’s numbers in the cities, how it lagged behind Clinton’s numbers, but shot off to the moon in these four cities. Just take a look at the states in which these cities are located as well:

How curious that, as Baris notes, “Trump won the largest non-white vote share for a Republican presidential candidate in 60 years. Biden underperformed Hillary Clinton in every major metro area around the country, save for Milwaukee, Detroit, Atlanta and Philadelphia.”

Robert Barnes, the foremost election analyst, observes in these “big cities in swing states run by Democrats…the vote even exceeded the number of registered voters.”
