‘Prideful’ Vandal Who Destroyed Trump’s Star Gets Hit With Federal Charge, Possible Jail Time

. . .Take, for example, Austin Clay. He garnered his 15 minutes of notoriety by taking a pickaxe to President Donald Trump’s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in July.

That interview was given in late July. Today, however, TMZ learned that Clay has been slapped with one count of felony vandalism for what he did to Trump’s star. . .

So just to recap, Clay committed a felony to try and send a message to Trump. In reality, his actions will have no literal impact or change on the Trump administration.

He did, however, get to hobnob with some leftists in Hollywood. But it all came at the expense of spending up to three years in jail.

Trump’s ‘Space Force’ Meeting Resistance in Pentagon

The Pentagon is moving ahead with President Trump’s call to establish a “Space Force” as a potential sixth branch of the U.S. armed forces, with top officials scrambling to tamp down reports of disagreement between military leaders and the White House ahead of a high-profile speech Thursday by Vice President Mike Pence.

Mr. Pence, the administration’s liaison with the Defense Department on the coming Space Force, will address reporters at the Pentagon on Thursday and is expected to formally release an internal military review of what it will take to create the new command.

But analysts and former military officials say the concept of a formal Space Force and the push to establish it quickly are being driven almost entirely by the White House and its allies on Capitol Hill, and that a skeptical Pentagon is grudgingly going along with the plan amid political pressure from the other side of the Potomac.

Indeed, insiders say the fact that the Pentagon delayed its long-awaited study on setting up a Space Force — initially scheduled to be released last week — could be evidence of behind-the-scenes dissension between military leaders and political officials inside the Trump administration. More broadly, specialists argue the entire concept of a Space Force as a wholly separate branch of the military is one that many Defense Department officials privately don’t support, but that they’re being strong-armed by an administration eager to make a lasting mark on U.S. military doctrine and to further cement American dominance in space.

One reason for the resistance — a fear the Space Force will take resources and budget dollars away from existing service branches and dilute their operational authority. For the Air Force, the realignment could mean surrendering control of existing space assets, satellites, launch sites and other ground operations to the new command. Legal Immigrant Running for House Crushes Every Single Objection to Trump’s Wall

. . .Anybody taking the time to speak with and listen to Trump’s legion of supporters also soon will realize that he has quite a few legal immigrants who fully support him, particularly when it comes to his firm stance on border security and illegal immigration.

One of those is conservative Hollywood actor and California congressional candidate Antonio Sabato Jr., who legally immigrated to America from Italy with his family in 1985 and who now is calling for tough border security measures that includes a border wall, according to The Daily Caller.

The outspoken conservative decried the fact that our nation has essentially had “open borders” for quite some time and lamented how American citizens have paid the costs for that not only with taxpayer money, but also with lives lost to criminal illegal aliens. That problem can be solved simply with a border wall.

As for how the wall could be paid for, Sabato reiterated that America already spends plenty of money on immigration-related expenses and the savings to California alone in one year would be more than enough to fund a wall.

Unfortunately, there are bureaucrats, elected establishment officials and special interest groups who favor “open borders” and staunchly obstruct any such efforts to secure funding, hence the need for more Trump supporters like him who favor a border wall being elected to Congress. After Being Destroyed Twice, This Is Now Happening to Trump’s Hollywood Star

The West Hollywood City Council called Monday night for President Trump’s star be removed from the Hollywood Walk of Fame, according to a tweet by the city’s mayor.

“West Hollywood City council unanimously passes resolution asking the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce to remove the Donald Trump star on Hollywood Walk of Fame,” cheered Mayor John Duran on Twitter.

During the meeting, Mr. Duran said the resolution “is not because of his conservative politics or his conservative policies. It is for the abuse of women, minorities, immigrants, the disabled … you’ve crossed a line of decency.” . . .

“Unfortunately some of the comments made by the Trump supporters tonight are a reflection of that anger and angst and divisiveness. If anyone ever needed to solidify my vote on this, the Trump supporters who showed up tonight … pretty much solidified that what we’re doing is right.”

CNN Analyst Admits Something MAJOR About Trump Tower Meeting

By The Daily Caller. CNN legal analyst Ross Garber said on Monday that Donald Trump Jr.’s Trump Tower meeting with Russians was probably not illegal.

Some analysts have argued the Trump Tower meeting is a violation of election law, which prevents campaigns from accepting any “thing of value” from a foreign national.

“I think there’s actually a fairly good argument that it’s not illegal, that information would not be considered by the courts to be a ‘thing of value,’ largely because of the First Amendment,” Garber explained.

Garber also compared the meeting to the Clinton campaign paying for the infamous Steele dossier, which was at least in part compiled with the help of Russian nationals.

“Then the other thing the president points out, fairly, is if information is a thing of value, well then what about the information that came from Russian nationals and to the Clinton campaign and the DNC through Steele?That’s a fair point,” Garber asserted. What We Know About the Trump Tower Meeting

By ABC News. Michael Cohen says Trump knew about the New York City meeting before it happened, multiple sources have told ABC News.

Cohen’s attorney, Lanny Davis, has declined to comment to ABC News, other than to deny he was the source of that information reported earlier by CNN.

Trump took to Twitter Friday to again deny knowledge of the meeting while questioning Cohen’s credibility. . .

In a statement on behalf of Donald Trump Jr., Trump Organization attorney Alan Futerfas said, “Donald Trump Jr. has been professional and responsible throughout the Mueller and Congressional investigations. We are very confident of the accuracy and reliability of the information that has been provided by Mr. Trump, Jr., and on his behalf.”

By The Blaze. If there’s one thing President Donald Trump accomplished while running for the White House, it was fracturing the Republican Party into two camps: The Trump supporters and the so-called “Never-Trumpers.”

Never-Trumpers are mostly conservatives who could not, in good conscience, support Trump’s candidacy, despite his upwelling of populist support from America’s heartland that looked like it could defeat Hillary Clinton.

Many Never-Trumpers have relented a year and a half into Trump’s presidency, thanks to his action on tax reform and his Supreme Court nominees, Neil Gorsuch — who has since been confirmed to the court — and Brett Kavanaugh, whose confirmation process is heating up. . .

The unidentified man told Fox News reporter Griff Jenkins that he didn’t vote for Trump in 2016 because he didn’t think Trump would be “a good Republican.” But Trump has done a lot to change his mind since. . .

“The best thing he’s done in my opinion is the tax cuts and the Supreme Court pick, and if he keeps doing a good job, I will — so I didn’t vote for anybody in this very last election, but this time around I probably will vote for him,” he explained.

Trump Says It’s a ‘Complete Fabrication’ He’s Concerned His Son Is in Legal Trouble in Russia Probe

By ABC News. President Trump took to Twitter Sunday to insist he is not concerned about potential legal questions surrounding his son Donald Trump Jr.’s involvement in a 2016 Trump Tower meeting with Russians.

The president called it “a complete fabrication” that he is “concerned about the meeting my wonderful son, Donald, had in Trump Tower.”

Trump was apparently responding to reporting from The Washington Post and other outlets that the president has been increasingly brooding in private about the Mueller probe, particularly as it relates to his son’s possible entanglement in the investigation.

A video of President Trump stopping his motorcade and climbing out of his limousine to greet a couple dozen flabbergasted firefighters is setting the interwebs on fire.

In the video, when “The Beast” (as Trump’s car is known) suddenly stops, two Secret Service agents walk up to the window. It’s unclear if they’re trying to discourage the president from getting out or simply making a quick plan for his impromptu stop.

One firefighter had been filming the motorcade as it rolled in. As the agents talk with the president, the firefighter says, “No, he’s not…” and laughs nervously. . .

Trump Syndrome Getting Worse: Woman Intentionally Hits Car Over Bumper Sticker

Okay—so when Mitt Romney lost in 2012, did conservative crash their cars into people who had pro-Obama bumper stickers? Nope. Again, we hunkered down and won the 2014 midterms. For liberals, the Trump era has led to sheer insanity. They cannot deal. They cannot move on. It’s the petulant nature of American liberalism. Whenever they lose an election, it’s a constitutional crisis. It’s the end of the world. It’s a sign that’s something is wrong with America, as if they don’t crap all over this great country on a daily basis. In reality, nothing is wrong. You people just lost. And you lost because you’re all out of touch with normal folks, though there’s been zero periods of self-reflection, showcasing another characteristic of the Left: arrogance.

Just because you got a degree in social justice warrior bullcrap doesn’t mean you’re right all the time. Yet, for now, crashing you vehicles into or-Trump drivers seems to be the act of resistance for some. In Massachusetts, a crazy woman is accused of intentionally crashing her car into another vehicle because it had a pro-Trump bumper sticker. This incident occurred on June 30 (Via Cape Cod Times):

A Taunton woman accused of intentionally driving into a man’s car a month ago after becoming enraged by a Trump bumper sticker pleaded not guilty Monday in Barnstable District Court to a charge of assault with a dangerous weapon.

Chloe Wright, 25, also faces charges of vandalizing property and leaving the scene of property damage. She was released on $1,250 bail and was ordered to stay away from the victim.

On June 30, a man called Barnstable police to report a hit-and-run crash. He told responding officers he had been driving south on Bearses Way in Hyannis, and was stopped for a red light at the intersection of Route 28 when the driver of the car behind him began honking the horn, according to a police report.

Top Dems Are Claiming This Trump Tweet Is an Obstruction of Justice

Top Democrats are outraged over President Trump’s recent tweet calling on Attorney General Jeff Sessions to end special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe, saying it amounted to “obstruction of justice.”

“This is a terrible situation and Attorney General Jeff Sessions should stop this Rigged Witch Hunt right now, before it continues to stain our country any further,” Trump said Wednesday. “Bob Mueller is totally conflicted, and his 17 Angry Democrats that are doing his dirty work are a disgrace to USA!”

Sens. Tom Udall (D-N.M.) and Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) as well as top House Democrats all agreed it crossed the line.

“As a former prosecutor, I call this obstruction of justice,” Udall tweeted Wednesday. “No one is above the law — not even the president. People in New Mexico and across the country are tired of ultra-rich and powerful people like Donald Trump trying to abuse their power to protect themselves.”

Trump to Sessions: Stop Mueller Probe Now

By CNBC. President Donald Trump on Wednesday called on Attorney General Jeff Sessions to end special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia probe immediately, escalating his attacks on the inquiry.

“Attorney General Jeff Sessions should stop this Rigged Witch Hunt right now,” the president wrote in a post on Twitter. “Bob Mueller is totally conflicted, and his 17 Angry Democrats that are doing his dirty work are a disgrace to USA!”

Trump’s tweet came before the trial of ex-campaign chief Paul Manafort entered its second day in federal court in Virginia. Manafort is being tried by Mueller’s team. . .

Later Wednesday, ABC News, citing sources said that Trump’s tweetstorm was sparked by the president learning within the past day or so that Mueller’s office wants to question him about obstruction of justice. ABC said Mueller “will limit the scope of questioning and would like to ask questions both orally and written for the President to respond to.”

Sessions, who endorsed Trump’s presidential bid during the 2016 campaign, recused himself from the Russia investigation last March, before Mueller was appointed as special counsel to investigate both foreign interference in the presidential election, and possible collusion with Russians with the Trump campaign. Donald Trump Tells Sessions to Shut Down Mueller Probe; Aides Quickly Play Down Remarks

By USA Today. . .Democratic lawmakers seized on Trump’s tweet, saying it was a clear effort to thwart justice.

“This is an attempt to obstruct justice hiding in plain sight,” tweeted Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif., the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee.

The president’s lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, said his client “was expressing his opinion on his favored medium” for communicating, not issuing an order to his attorney general.

White House spokeswoman Sarah Sanders said Trump made clear that he wanted to see Mueller finish the investigation. . .

Mueller is investigating Russian attempts to sway the 2016 election toward Trump and whether anyone from Trump’s presidential campaign cooperated with Moscow.
