Top Conservative: Trump Is Last Hope for America

Phyllis Schlafly, an icon of the conservative movement who has been active for half a century, is warning the nation: Donald Trump is the last hope for America . . .

“This is a betrayal of the grassroots and of the Republican Party,” Schlafly said in an exclusive interview with WND. “We thought we were electing a different crowd to stand up for America, and they didn’t. We’re extremely outraged by what Congress has done. Nancy Pelosi couldn’t have engineered it any better. I think the people are going to react by electing Donald Trump.”

Trump put out a statement Friday to ABC News saying, “If anyone needs more evidence of why the American people are suffering at the hands of their own government, look no further than the budget deal announced by Speaker Ryan. In order to avoid a government shutdown, a cowardly threat from an incompetent president, the elected Republicans in Congress threw in the towel and showed absolutely no budget discipline.”

Trump continued, “Congress cannot seem to help itself in bending to every whim of special interests. How can they face their constituents when they continue to burden our children and grandchildren with debts they will never be able to repay? Our government is failing us, so we must do something about it. Who knows how bad things will be when the next administration comes in and has to pick up the pieces?” . . .

Schlafly applauded the GOP front-runner’s fighting spirit. (Read more from “Top Conservative: Trump Is Last Hope for America” HERE)

Trump: Hillary Lies About Everything

[Donald] Trump said [on NBC’s “Meet The Press”], “Nobody has been able to back that up. It’s nonsense. Just another Hillary lie. She lies like crazy about everything. Whether it’s trips where she was being gunned down in a helicopter or an airplane, she’s a liar and everybody knows that. But she just made this up in thin air.”

He continued, “I think my words represent toughness and strength. Hillary’s not strength. Hillary’s weak, frankly, she’s got no stamina, she’s got nothing….she couldn’t even get back on the stage. Nobody even knows what happened to her. It’s like she went home and went to sleep….She couldn’t get back on the stage last night I’ll tell you why. Because we need a president with great strength and stamina and Hillary doesn’t have that. We can not have another bad president like we have right now. We need a president with tremendous intelligence, smarts, cunning, strength, and stamina.”

Poll: Trump Jumps, Cruz Climbs, Carson Sinks in GOP Race

Donald Trump, a candidate even Republicans once considered a side show, increases his lead yet again in the nomination race, according to the latest Fox News national poll.

The poll also finds Ted Cruz ticking up, Marco Rubio slipping, and Ben Carson dropping.

Trump hits a high of 39 percent among Republican primary voters, up from 28 percent a month ago. The increase comes mainly from men, white evangelical Christians, and voters without a college degree — and at the expense of Carson.

However, the poll is not all good news for the Donald. Despite his increasing advantage in the primary, his support in the general election is down. More on that later . . .

Trump’s 11-point jump in support comes after his comments about stopping non-U.S. Muslims from coming into the country. (Read more from “Poll: Trump Jumps, Cruz Climbs, Carson Sinks in GOP Race” HERE)

Putin Just Came out with a Huge Announcement About Donald Trump

Vladimir Putin, as Western Journalism has reported, apparently has very little respect for President Obama, and doesn’t seem to consider his interests in Europe or the Middle East.

When Russian troops amassed along the Ukrainian border, Putin didn’t stop at the border in response to Obama’s advice to withdraw troops. In fact, Putin sent troops inside Ukraine and took control of Crimea.

Additionally, in Syria, just when President Obama was proclaiming that ISIS was contained and would be pursued inside Syria, Putin sent troops into Syria and reinforced the Asad regime, the very regime that Obama intended to overcome.

At every turn, Putin has met Obama with resistance and defiance. Sensing a potential win for Republicans in 2016, Putin has just revealed exactly how he feels about Donald Trump and it’s quite a contrast from his defiance of the current president.

According to The Hill, Putin spoke to reporters about Trump at a press conference in Moscow, “He’s a really brilliant and talented person, without any doubt. … It’s not our job to judge his qualities, that’s a job for American voters, but he’s the absolute leader in the presidential race.” (Read more from “Putin Just Came out with a Huge Announcement About Donald Trump” HERE)

Donald Trump Takes up for Jeb Bush in Debate Rant Against CNN Moderators

When Jeb Bush wrapped up yet another response Tuesday night to a debate question pertaining to Donald Trump, the front-runner spoke up in defense of his less prominent rivals.

“I think it’s very sad,” Trump said to moderator Hugh Hewitt, “that CNN leads Jeb Bush … down a road by starting off virtually all of the questions [with] ‘Mr. Trump this …’ I think it’s very sad.”

He went on to recall the first debate, during which he said “the first number of questions” began with direct references to him . . .

The united front was short-lived, however, as Trump and Bush soon began bickering anew by questioning each other’s toughness. Candidates Carly Fiorina and John Kasich chimed in to break it up, representing those who feel such in-fighting among those in the primary race is counterproductive to the common goal of replacing Barack Obama with a Republican. Trump Just Brilliantly Destroyed the Saudi Prince Who Attacked Him

GOP frontrunner Donald Trump continues to take slings and arrows for his idea of temporarily banning Muslims from immigrating to the U.S. because of global terrorism; and late last week, Saudi Prince Alwaleed bin Talal added his voice to that criticism of Trump. But Trump had a one-line comeback to the Saudi prince’s attack that has supporters cheering.

On Friday, December 11, the prince tweeted out his slam on Trump, calling the real estate mogul a “disgrace.”

Still, two days later, on Sunday, The Donald had a retort that some might say completely undercut the prince’s lashing.

Trump is correct when he says that the Saudis have refused to take in any refugees. The Saudis have made this policy, saying that Syrian immigrants have been barred entry due to security concerns.

Meanwhile, over a million have immigrated to various European countries, causing an overload on resources and much internal strife. In fact, Germany has experienced so many problems from taking in the immigrants that German Chancellor Angela Merkel is now saying she intends to begin scaling back the number of new immigrants.

The Last Person You’d Expect Just Stepped up and Defended Trump

Rupert Murdoch, according to Brietbart, has been a foe of Donald Trump, and for quite some time has defied Trump on numerous occasions. For example, when the Donald came out against illegal immigration, Murdoch was pushing for amnesty for illegals. He even tried to debunk Trump’s argument that the presence of illegals actually created a rise in the crime rate in the U.S. . . .

And Murdoch’s support of amnesty coincides with his desire for corporations to have an unlimited supply of work visas for workers from outside of the U.S. Murdoch, according to Breitbart, said that action on allowing for the corporate visas couldn’t wait and needed to be acted upon as soon as possible . . .

For his part, Donald Trump called for a temporary ban on Muslims entering the United States, a stance for which he has drawn an enormous amount of criticism. Murdoch, on the other hand, believes that a total ban on refugees to the U.S. is what is necessary.

Murdoch tweeted on Tuesday, “Has Trump gone too far? Regardless, public is obsessed on radical Muslim dangers, Complete refugee pause to fix vetting makes sense.” (Read more from “The Last Person You’d Expect Just Stepped up and Defended Trump” HERE)

Nightmare Scenario for Establishment: Trump or Cruz

Three candidates for the Republican nomination have broken away from the rest of the pack, and two of them — businessman Donald Trump and Texas Sen. Ted Cruz — give the GOP establishment nightmares.

That leaves the third member of the trio, Florida Sen. Marco Rubio, potentially well placed to pick up the support of center-right Republican voters who are looking for someone to stop Trump and Cruz at almost any cost.

But Rubio is behind both of his top-tier rivals in national polling averages and is even further back in Iowa, home to the first-in-the-nation caucuses, where he holds fourth place, albeit behind the fast-fading Ben Carson.

An even deeper problem for the Florida senator is that other candidates who are competing for the same voters are unlikely to drop out before the New Hampshire primary. That means votes that might otherwise go to Rubio could instead be won by contenders such as former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie and Ohio Gov. John Kasich.

Add all these factors together and it becomes clear why establishment Republicans are so concerned, especially in the wake of Trump’s inflammatory call to ban Muslims from entering the United States. Cruz, meanwhile, has been enjoying a rapid rise in the polls. (Read more from “Nightmare Scenario for Establishment: Trump or Cruz” HERE)

Watch: This Muslim Leader Just Came to Donald Trump’s Defense in a Way That Shocked Everyone

A Texas imam who has challenged American Muslims to support their home nation said he agrees with Donald Trump’s call for a temporary ban on new Muslims entering the United States.

Imam Nidal Alsayyed of Beaumont, Texas, said the government should go even further than Trump’s proposal and establish a ban on accepting Syrian refugees of any religion. He said that actions are necessary “when it comes to peace and safety.”

“I certainly see it to be wise (to) stop temporarily accepting any new Muslim immigrants (refugees and non-refugees) into the United States,” he said.

This “is based on the fact that we can hardly distinguish who is Muslim and who is not. Islam is not about an ID card or last name or shouting ‘Allahu Akbar,’” he added.

“It does not matter whether Trump said it or anyone else … American Muslims need to say we are with this country,” he said . . .

“I believe there is a great confusion and lack of understating nationally and among Muslim themselves for what Mr. Trump is calling for. Refugees in general have no clear identity or belief. They are seeking shelter and opportunity; but America cannot take this risk NOW!” he said. Trump, Sovereignty, Security and the GOP’s Perverted Priorities

And The Lord opened the mouth of the she-donkey. [Numbers 22:28]

The past 36-hour news cycle has been a demonstration of George Orwell’s Nineteen Eighty-Four, in which the state-run media would display “two minutes hate” against Emmanuel Goldberg—the ultimate enemy of the state and the source of all evil in the world. From watching both the media and every GOP public figure tripping over themselves to condemn Trump in a fit of rage and flying spittle, one would think that Jihad, our border crisis, and the criminal alien emergency don’t exist. Trump is the sole source of our societal ills.

One could agree or disagree with Trump’s comments. One could think they are repulsive, unhelpful, imprudent, or—in the case of barring citizens (but not foreign nationals)—unconstitutional. But where is the sense of proportionality? Where is the sense of perspective about the real problems we face? One might think Trump is not the solution; one might think he’d be a harmful solution. But for goodness sakes, he is not the problem.

The problem is pan-Islamic supremacism, open borders, and a completely malfeasant political class in both parties.

Yesterday, I listed nine urgent and harmful Obama policies that must be addressed or we will face irrevocable damage to our sovereignty, security, society, and economy in the coming year. Yet, there is not a peep from Mitch McConnell, Paul Ryan, or any other GOP establishment figure. Where is the outrage over the harvesting of baby organs by Planned Parenthood, which is still receiving taxpayer funds? Where is the outrage over Obama’s continued suspension of deportation for criminal aliens, including murderers who committed homicides after being released?

And as it relates to the issue of Islamic terror, sharia law, and immigration, why is there a sudden focus on the straw-man position of barring every last Muslim from anywhere, forever, for any reason? That might be a silly or repugnant solution—depending on your personal views—but that is not the problem. The problem is suicidal immigration policies and open borders. Focusing on those who want to bar every last Muslim instead of clamping down on the current reality of mass and indiscriminate migration from the Middle East or the 935% increase in student visas from Saudi Arabia is morally dyslexic.

It’s akin to those who want to distract from the abortion debate and focus on the rare exceptions and extenuating circumstances as an excuse not to have a mature discussion over mass abortion on demand, including late-term and partial birth abortions. Even if one personally believes that those seeking to ban abortion in all circumstances are wrong, he or she is not the problem. The problem is baby-killing on demand.

The same principle applies here. We are committing national suicide by irresponsibly making Middle East immigration our fastest growing subset of immigration at a time of tragically successful cyber jihad and with the paradigm of Europe starkly and ominously warning us of what this policy of open borders portends.

Where is the outrage from Susan Collins on a single one of these issues? Nowhere to be found, apparently, as she crawled out of her witness protection program and almost blew a fuse condemning Trump.

How ironic that on the same day Trump made his comments, a naturalized Syrian immigrant, was arrested for smuggling arms to Syrian terrorists. The government refuses to release his immigration history and the media and beltway “conservatives” are completely uninterested in finding out more information.

Instead, the oleaginous “right-thinking” pundits all over twitter flirt with the idea that Trump is like Hitler. These same people evidently depleted their reserves of outrage and had nothing left to condemn DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson for speaking at a Mosque affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood, a group that quite literally shares Hitler’s goal of exterminating Jews.

While the professional conservative thumb-suckers savagely censure Trump for his solution, they have refused to voice support for Ted Cruz’s common sense and constitutional bills on refugees, designating the Muslim Brotherhood a terror group, and stripping ISIS fighters of their U.S. citizenship. In fact, they are insidiously trying to shame Cruz into joining in the chorus of maniacal hate against Trump to take him off his positive and constructive message addressing the problems they refuse to confront.

This is all about the establishment Republicans and the beltway “conservatives” frenetically begging the media to accept them as good and humane people.
Spare us the sanctimony and self-righteousness, folks. We don’t need acceptance from those who blithely ignore the harvesting of baby organs; though clearly the conservative political elites pine for their approval.

Our future security and the preservation of western civilization in this era of global Jihad is an issue that requires a mature discussion about geo-political realities. It is a discussion that is greater than any one person and their political ambitions. And it is the very discussion the political elites on both sides of the pale-colored political divide seek to avoid.
