Trump’s Education Department Ends Biden’s Harmful Title IX Social Experiment On Children

The U.S. Department of Education announced Friday that it has ended the Biden administration’s dangerous sexual and social experiments on America’s school children by reinstating the first Trump administration’s rules governing Title IX.

The Biden administration’s Title IX overhaul was poised to do significant damage to schools and students — K-12 through college and throughout the country — but was halted in multiple states until it was ultimately thrown out nationwide for attempting to change the definition of sex to include claims of multiple genders.

“The Biden Administration’s failed attempt to rewrite Title IX was an unlawful abuse of regulatory power and an egregious slight to women and girls,” Acting Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights Craig Trainor said in a Friday press release. “Under the Trump Administration, the Education Department will champion equal opportunity for all Americans, including women and girls, by protecting their right to safe and separate facilities and activities in schools, colleges, and universities.”

Biden’s Title IX, as Trainor noted, ripped apart civil rights protections for women and girls in school. It would have effectively turned separate facilities, such as restrooms and locker rooms, into civil rights violations if they remained off-limits to individuals of the opposite sex (so long as these individuals claimed an incoherent gender identity). Obviously, this put girls at risk every day in school, as boys would be allowed to enter their private spaces and make them feel uncomfortable. As Americans found out in 2021, this also opened the door for sexual violence against girls. The rewrite would also have forced girls to sleep in the same rooms as boys on events like overnight field trips.

“President Biden’s dangerous Title IX rule was a serious cause for concern for parents, putting young girls in harm’s way on a daily basis,” American Parents Coalition Executive Director Alleigh Marré told The Federalist. “Thanks to President Trump, sanity has been restored and parents can have the peace of mind that, when their kids go to school, they won’t be sharing sensitive spaces with biological males.” (Read more from “Trump’s Education Department Ends Biden’s Harmful Title IX Social Experiment On Children” HERE)

Trump Hilariously Roasts Joe Biden: ‘He’s Probably Not Listening Right Now Because It’s a Little Late’

Donald Trump tends to take the humorous road rather than the high road, especially when it comes to poking fun at Joe Biden. It’s a trait his supporters typically find hilarious. We all remember when he made at least half the country laugh in the embarrassing debate that resulted in Biden’s ousting when he said, “I really don’t know what he said at the end of that sentence. I don’t think he knows what he said either.”

Then in his inauguration speech last week, Trump pulled no punches, lambasting the Biden regime for its long list of failures — even though Joe Biden and Kamala Harris sat directly behind him, staring daggers into his back.

And by the looks of it, Trump still isn’t done giving his predecessor heat for ushering in an era of economic decline, unapologetic censorship, open borders, and rising crime, nor has he had his fill of cracking jokes about Biden’s mental acuity.

Dems Scream ‘Racism,’ but NYC Minorities Cheer Trump’s ICE Raids

While Democrats kick and scream over President Trump’s drive to deport violent criminal illegal migrants, minorities in New York are thrilled that the feds are getting the thugs out of their communities.

Black and Hispanic residents in The Bronx cheered Immigration and Custom Enforcement’s raids Tuesday that ferreted out “asylum seekers” with warrants for vile crimes like murder and kidnapping, and even nabbed a Tren de Aragua ringleader.

Evelyn Brown, an 80-year-old Bronxite, put it succinctly: “Get them the hell out of the street so people don’t have to walk in fear.” . . .

Poor and minority neighborhoods have suffered the most from elite leftists’ insane anti-law-and-order policies, from recidivist crime to illegal immigration.

Take Roosevelt Avenue in Jackson Heights, Queens: The city’s refusal to clear out criminals or cooperate with ICE left a majority Hispanic and Asian neighborhood completely overtaken by prostitutes, drugs and violence, thanks to Tren de Aragua gangbangers waved in by the Biden administration. Trump Confirms a New Use for GITMO

Speaking ahead of a bill signing event for the Laken Riley Act in the East Room of the White House Wednesday, President Donald Trump confirmed plans to send violent criminal aliens to Guantanamo Bay Prison, Cuba.

During his remarks Trump expressed concern home countries of a number of criminal aliens aren’t capable of keeping them in prisons or from returning to the United States, which is why the move to GITMO is necessary. He urged Congress to quickly approve funding for the security measure.

Donald Trump Offers All Federal Workers an 8-Month Buyout to Resign

President Trump continued his crusade to thin out the federal bureaucracy by offering all 2 million federal workers eight months’ salary in exchange for resigning from their positions.

Under the deal, employees who resign by Feb. 6 would receive severance paid through Sept. 30, an unprecedented buyout for the federal government.

White House officials say the move could entice 5% to 10% of the federal workforce to quit, resulting in a savings of around $100 billion. Any government employee is eligible for the buyout, though military personnel are exempt.

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said American taxpayers deserve federal employees “who actually show up to work in our wonderful federal buildings, also paid for by taxpayers.”

“If they don’t want to work in the office and contribute to making America great again, then they are free to choose a different line of work, and the Trump administration will provide a very generous payout of 8 months,” she said in a statement. Federal Judge Temporarily Blocks Trump’s Federal Funds Freeze

A lawsuit by the National Council of Nonprofits led to a federal judge pausing an order by President Donald Trump to freeze some federal funds in order to root out ideological spending from the budget.

U.S. District Judge Loren L. AliKhan issued the temporary pause in the spending freeze just minutes before it was set to go into effect at 5 p.m. on Tuesday. The administrative stay only applies to already existing programs and will only last until Monday afternoon

“It seems like the federal government currently doesn’t actually know the full extent of the programs that are going to be subject to the pause,” said AliKhan in her ruling.

The freeze was communicated to federal departments through a memo from the Office of Management and Budget that explained it was necessary to ensure funds were no longer being used for ideological purposes.

“The use of federal resources to advance Marxist equity, transgenderism, and Green New Deal social engineering policies is a waste of taxpayer dollars that does not improve the day-to-day lives of those we serve,” read the memo. Trump White House: ‘Mystery’ Drones over New Jersey Were Authorized by the FAA

The “mystery” drones flying over New Jersey and other parts of the country were authorized by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt announced Tuesday during the first press briefing of the second Trump administration.

Leavitt made the announcement before taking questions from reporters, many of whom were ostracized by the previous administration, including Breitbart News.

“Before I turn to questions, I do have news directly from the President of the United States that was just shared with me in the Oval Office,” Leavitt said.

“From President Trump directly, an update on the New Jersey drones,” she said. “After research and study, the drones that were flying over New Jersey, in large numbers, were authorized to be flown by the FAA for research and various other reasons.”

However, she did not elaborate on what this “research” entailed, nor what the “various other reasons” meant, specifically. Trump Signs Executive Order Ending Federal Funding for Medical Mutilation of Minors

Under President Donald Trump, the United States will no longer “fund, sponsor, promote, assist, or support” the medical mutilation and chemical castration of children in the name of gender ideology. Accordingly, the federal government will “rigorously enforce all laws that prohibit or limit these destructive and life-altering procedures.”

Trump signed an executive order Tuesday ending federal funding for the medical “transitioning” of gender dysphoric children, including performing irreversible surgeries and the prescription of chemically castrating drugs like puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones.

According to Trump’s decree, “Across the country today, medical professionals are maiming and sterilizing a growing number of impressionable children under the radical and false claim that adults can change a child’s sex through a series of irreversible medical interventions. This dangerous trend will be a stain on our Nation’s history, and it must end.”

Trump already took executive action revoking President Joe Biden’s harmful order previously promoting such barbaric practices that trans activists call “gender-affirming care.”

‘This Is Insane’: Magazine Crops Blacks From Trump Inauguration Party Photo, Then Complains Event Is Almost Only White

Among the many events held in conjunction with President Donald Trump’s inauguration was a party hosted by black conservative CJ Pearson.

New York Magazine took a photograph of the event, put it on the cover, and complained that “almost everyone is white.” . . .

It is NotTheBee that explained, “Erasing black people from history seems to be a trend on the Left these days, and the trend kept on a kickin’ when New York Magazine decided to crop three black people from their cover photo of a Trump inauguration event and then claim ‘Almost everyone [at the party] is white’ in the accompanying article. Sounds like satire, but it’s real.”

From the magazine itself, which bragged about Brock Colyer reporting on the “young, gleeful, confident, and casually cruel Trumpers.”

Man Accused of Threatening Trump Is Drag Queen –and Close Pal of Infamous ‘Tot Mom’ Casey Anthony

A Florida man accused of making “violent” threats against President Trump is a well-known comedy drag queen who counts notorious “tot mom” Casey Anthony among his close friends.

Shannon Depararro Atkins — a k a “Big Momma” — regularly hangs out with the former murder defendant, and the two even posted pictures together on their now-scrubbed social media, The Post can reveal.

“Yes, they are friends,” a pal of Anthony’s confirmed. “She always said that he was really funny and she liked to hang around him because he made her laugh so much.

Atkins is also known as “Big Momma” at drag shows in South Florida.

“She doesn’t like Trump either, but I don’t think their friendship is based on that. I think they just have similar senses of humor,” the source said.

Atkins, a 46-year-old bakery owner, was arrested Friday on suspicion of making threats against Trump on social media. He was busted during a traffic stop in West Palm Beach — where he also was found with three baggies of cocaine in his pocket, cops said.
