Harvard Professor Blasts ‘Exclusion Of White Males’ In Scathing Public Resignation

A history professor who has taught at Harvard for 40 years is publicly calling out the Ivy League school over race-based hiring and admissions policies, a “shocking indifference” to antisemitism, and for its eroding commitment to teaching students about Western history.

James Hankins wrote in a Compact Magazine essay titled “Why I’m Leaving Harvard” that his decision was largely influenced by the school’s abandonment of merit in favor of diversity quotas, which he said entirely changed “the way we conducted our affairs,” leaving extraordinary candidates behind if they did not have Harvard’s desired skin color or gender.

In 2020, Hankins said, “the university had collectively taken a knee during the Summer of Floyd.”

“This turned out not to be empty virtue-signaling, as I expected, but had serious consequences for the way we conducted our affairs,” he wrote. “In reviewing graduate student applicants in the fall of 2020 I came across an outstanding prospect who was a perfect fit for our program. In past years this candidate would have risen immediately to the top of the applicant pool. In 2021, however, I was told informally by a member of the admissions committee that ‘that’ (meaning admitting a white male) was ‘not happening this year.’”

Hankins said such treatment was not confined to Harvard. After making inquiries with colleagues, he determined that the same “unspoken protocol” was being followed all across the nation. (Read more from “Harvard Professor Blasts ‘Exclusion Of White Males’ In Scathing Public Resignation” HERE)

Harvard Hires Drag Queen ‘LaWhore Vagistan’ as Visiting Professor in Gender and Sexuality Studies

Harvard University announced the hiring of a new visiting gender and sexuality professor who happens to be a drag queen and goes by the name of “LaWhore Vagistan.”

In a recent press release, Harvard said it has brought on Tufts Professor Kareem Khubchandani as the 2025-26 F.O. Matthiessen Visiting Associate Professor of Gender and Sexuality Studies.

Khubchandani appears to have an Instagram handle with the name of @lawhorevagistan, as well as a Linktree with the same name.

A March 2024 article from The Georgetown Independent noted Khubchandani’s performance on campus.

“On February 8, LaWhore Vagistan, the drag alter-ego of professor and researcher Dr. Kareem Khubchandani, graced Georgetown with her presence,” student journalist Micaeli Dym wrote. Harvard Scientist Warns Mystery Halloween Comet Could Be Alien Probe

A prominent Harvard astrophysicist is urging world leaders to treat a recently discovered interstellar object as a matter of global priority, warning that time may be running short to prepare for potential contact with extraterrestrial technology.

Professor Avi Loeb, known for his outspoken views on UFOs and space anomalies, has raised alarms over comet 31/ATLAS — an unusual celestial body spotted in June that will pass near Earth on October 31. Loeb believes the object’s unusual characteristics warrant serious investigation and international coordination.

“This is the kind of thing that should be discussed at the highest levels,” Loeb said in a recent interview. “We make policies for threats like asteroids, climate change, and AI — but alien technology is rarely even on the agenda.”

Astronomers have noted that 31/ATLAS is larger than typical comets and appears to emit a light ahead of it rather than the usual glowing tail trailing behind. This anomaly has fueled speculation that the object may not be a standard comet at all, but potentially an artificial craft.

Loeb emphasized that if the object is confirmed to be alien in origin, its approach could have far-reaching consequences. “The response depends entirely on its nature and intent,” he explained. “It’s like having an unexpected visitor in your backyard — you need to figure out why they’re there before deciding how to respond.”

As Halloween draws closer and 31/ATLAS continues its approach, Loeb is calling for an international framework to handle potential first contact scenarios — a step he says humanity should take before it’s too late.

Harvard Commencement Speaker Worked for Org Tied to China’s Military

Harvard’s 2025 commencement speaker, “Luanna” Yurong Jiang, worked for a Chinese Communist Party (CCP) entity with extensive ties to Beijing’s military and intelligence networks, a Daily Caller News Foundation investigation discovered.

Jiang, who graduated from the Kennedy School on May 29 and appeared to take a swipe at the Trump administration during her speech, was a volunteer for the International Department of the China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation (CBCGDF) prior to attending Harvard between at least 2018 and 2022, according to a DCNF translation of Chinese state media. The organization is controlled by the CCP and has signed a cooperative agreement with a Chinese military arm, according to CBCGDF announcements.

Furthermore, CBCGDF also hosts a branch of a Chinese influence and intelligence service called the United Front Work Department (UFWD), to which many of its leaders belong, including its secretary-general who reportedly wrote a recommendation letter for Jiang to Harvard, according to a DCNF translation of Chinese state media.

“Harvard is one of the world’s greatest institutions, but we will have no choice but to end its existence if it continues to allow itself to be used by those seeking the destruction of our country,” Gordon Chang, author and China expert, told the DCNF.

Harvard and CBCGDF did not respond to the DCNF’s request for comment. Luanna Jiang could not be reached for comment. (Read more from “Harvard Commencement Speaker Worked for Org Tied to China’s Military” HERE)

Trump Administration To ‘Pause’ Scandal-Plagued, $2 Billion ‘Job Corps’

The Department of Labor said Thursday that it will “begin a phased pause” of an almost $2 billion federal job training program that has persisted since 1964 despite a dubious record.

The Job Corps houses a mix of runaway teens and 20-something ex-cons in residential campuses, where 16- to 24-year-olds are paid to receive their GED diplomas and training in several trades.

For decades, there has been evidence that monetary incentives have led to fraud, with contractors — who get paid bonuses for recruiting students and for having positive job-placement statistics — cooking the books to misrepresent post-graduation job outcomes, and tolerating criminal behavior on campus to avoid the loss of federal dollars that would come from expulsions.

Contractors, including large for-profit companies, operate 99 of the Job Corps’ 131 facilities, which collectively house 25,000 students. Those contracts were “terminated for convenience” on Thursday, with the contractors beginning to “mobilize students safely to their home of record” by June 30, the Labor Department said. Campuses operated by government entities, such as the Department of Agriculture, are not affected by the pause.

“Job Corps was created to help young adults build a pathway to a better life through education, training, and community,” Labor Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer said in a statement. “However, a startling number of serious incident reports and our in-depth fiscal analysis reveal the program is no longer achieving the intended outcomes that students deserve. We remain committed to ensuring all participants are supported through this transition and connected with the resources they need to succeed as we evaluate the program’s possibilities.” (Read more from “Trump Administration To ‘Pause’ Scandal-Plagued, $2 Billion ‘Job Corps’” HERE)

Star Business Professor Stripped of Tenure, Fired for Manipulating Data in Studies on Dishonesty

A renowned Harvard University professor was stripped of her tenure and fired after an investigation found she fabricated data on multiple studies focused on dishonesty.

Francesca Gino, a celebrated behavioral scientist at Harvard Business School, was let go after the school’s top governing board determined she tweaked observations in four studies so that their findings boosted her hypotheses, GHB reported.

Harvard administrators notified business faculty that Gino was out of a job in a closed-door meeting this past week, the outlet reported.

Harvard did not detail the professor’s firing or tenure being stripped — citing it as a personnel matter — but told GHB that the school had not revoked a professor’s tenure in decades.

No professors have had their tenure revoked at Harvard since the 1940s, when the American Association of University Professors formalized termination rules, according to The Harvard Crimson. Trump to Yank All Remaining Federal Funds to Harvard in Latest Blow to ‘Very Antisemitic’ Ivy League School

The Trump administration is planning to cancel all remaining federal contracts with Harvard University — a day after the president said he was pulling $3 billion in grants from the “very antisemitic” Ivy League school.

The fresh cuts — worth roughly $100 million — are detailed in a memo that will be fired off to all federal agencies early Tuesday, according to a copy of the letter obtained by The Post.

The letter, signed by the US General Services Administration, orders the agencies to start providing a list of contracts that will need to be canned.

It also instructs the agencies to “seek alternative vendors for future services where you had previously considered Harvard.”

The letter, in part, blames the move on Harvard’s inaction to crackdown on antisemitism on campus, as well as alleged “race discrimination” in its admission process. (Read more from “Trump to Yank All Remaining Federal Funds to Harvard in Latest Blow to ‘Very Antisemitic’ Ivy League School” HERE)

Harvard Bargains With Trump Administration And Loses Another $450 Million In Federal Grants

Harvard University President Alan Garber sent a letter to Secretary of Education Linda McMahon Monday asking for the ability to address issues on campus, such as antisemitism and discrimination, without federal oversight, prompting the Trump administration to revoke additional grants from the school Tuesday.

Garber’s letter highlighted Harvard’s shared interest in tackling discrimination but argued that the administration’s recent decision to cut over $2 billion in federal grants from the school — due to its alleged failure to protect Jewish students and continued use of affirmative action policies — harmed its independence and ability to institute change. While Garber recently promised to address the problems identified by the Department of Education (ED), he declined to bend the knee to the department’s prior demands, stating the school had its own plan for dealing with the situation, resulting in the administration cutting an additional $450 million in federal grants.

“[W]e share common ground on a number of critical issues, including the importance of ending antisemitism and other bigotry on campus. Like you, I believe that Harvard must foster an academic environment that encourages freedom of thought and expression, and that we should embrace a multiplicity of viewpoints rather than focusing our attention on narrow orthodoxies,” Garber’s letter reads. “Harvard’s efforts to achieve these goals are undermined and threatened by the federal government’s overreach into the constitutional freedoms of private universities and its continuing disregard of Harvard’s compliance with the law. It ignores the many meaningful steps we have taken and will continue to take to live up to our principles and improve the lives of people across the country and throughout the world.”

In a joint statement released Tuesday by the Joint Task Force to Combat Anti-Semitism, ED, alongside the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and General Services Administration (GSA), declined Harvard’s negotiations, stating the school had a “shameful legacy” of failing to comply with civil rights laws.

“Harvard University has repeatedly failed to confront the pervasive race discrimination and anti-Semitic harassment plaguing its campus,” the task force said. “Harvard’s campus, once a symbol of academic prestige, has become a breeding ground for virtue signaling and discrimination. This is not leadership; it is cowardice. And it’s not academic freedom; it’s institutional disenfranchisement. There is a dark problem on Harvard’s campus, and by prioritizing appeasement over accountability, institutional leaders have forfeited the school’s claim to taxpayer support.” (Read more from “Harvard Bargains With Trump Administration And Loses Another $450 Million In Federal Grants” HERE)

Harvard: Hating Trump Is More Important Than Helping Sick And Poor People

Harvard rejecting $2 billion in federal grant money is apparently right up there with Cory Booker’s inconsequential Senate speech in terms of powerful opposition to Trump, so let’s talk about it.

The university’s president, Alan Garber, on Monday published an open letter announcing that the institution would not be accepting the money under the Trump administration’s terms, laid out in the government’s own letter last week. “The University will not surrender its independence or relinquish its constitutional rights,” wrote Garber in the missive, which earned him a pat on the head from podcaster Michelle Obama’s husband.

“Harvard has set an example for other higher-ed institutions — rejecting an unlawful and ham-handed attempt to stifle academic freedom,” wrote former President Obama on X.

Take your wins where you can get them, I guess, but it’s unclear exactly what Democrats, Harvard, or anyone else gained here. The university has now forfeited billions of dollars that, by Garber’s own admission, would have enabled it to contribute not only to “the health and well-being of millions of individuals but also the economic security and vitality of our nation.” And for what?

The letter that the government sent to Harvard last week was admittedly stacked with a catalogue of stipulations that would have to be satisfied for the school to get the money, though the requirements were hardly outside the bounds of what Harvard would surely say is already in place. ‘Huge Concern’: Top Youth Pollster Fears Dems Losing Grip On Key Generation Of Voters

Harvard Kennedy School’s Institute of Politics Polling Director Jonathan Della Volpe expressed worry during a Friday podcast that Democrats may be losing ground with younger voters.

Della Volpe, on “Fast Politics w/ Molly Jong-Fast,” said he fears the Democrat Party missed an extraordinary chance to solidify its influence with young Americans in recent years.

“The concern I have for Democrats is just a handful of years ago, I would say that every day that, for every thousand young people who turn 18, Molly, like 700 of them, six or 700 of them, have values aligned with the Democrat Party,” Della Volpe said. “It was like this incredible opportunity for the Democrats to kind of cement kind of their values with an emerging generation. They didn’t communicate that very well.”

“And now we’re living, you know, in what I think is the beginning of a post-ideological era with younger people, okay, where, because of the concerns about economics, they’re voting in what they would say is a much more pragmatic way than they did, you know, in maybe ’16 or, you know, in ’18 or even in ’20,” he continued. “So that’s a concern if younger people agree with Democrats on most issues, but they’re not voting in the numbers that they voted with Democrats in the past. That’s a huge concern because my generation is just getting more conservative, right?” (Read more from “‘Huge Concern’: Top Youth Pollster Fears Dems Losing Grip On Key Generation Of Voters” HERE)
