House Panel Votes to Subpoena Bill and Hillary Clinton over Alleged Jeffrey Epstein Links

A House Oversight panel subcommittee voted to subpoena Bill and Hillary Clinton for alleged links to convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein and his accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell.

The motion for subpoenas was issued by Rep. Scott Perry (R-PA) during a Federal Law Enforcement Subcommittee hearing on Wednesday. No roll call was taken, and the subpoena was approved by a Republican-led panel via voice vote. Per the New York Post:

The Clintons and several former top Justice Department officials – ex-FBI Director James Comey, one-time special counsel Robert Mueller and former attorneys general Loretta Lynch, Eric Holder, Merrick Garland, Bill Barr, Jeff Sessions and Alberto Gonzales – were included in the list of subpoenas sought by Perry in order to “expand the full committees investigation into Ms. Maxwell.”

House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) would need to formally issue the subpoenas to the Clintons and the others for them to be compelled to provide testimony or documents to the panel.

Former President Clinton acknowledged in his 2024 book Citizen: My Life After the White House that he flew aboard Epstein’s private plane, a.k.a. the Lolita Express, as part of his work with the Clinton Global Initiative nonprofit. Biden’s Ex-Chief Reveals Clinton Raised Alarm about Former President’s Future ‘By 2024′

Ex-President Joe Biden’s former chief of staff Ron Klain told House investigators that Hillary Clinton approached him with concerns about the octogenarian leader’s political viability “by 2024,” Fox News Digital has learned.

Klain spoke with staff on the House Oversight Committee for over five hours on Thursday, as Committee Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., continues to probe whether top Biden aides concealed signs of mental decline in the ex-president.

A source familiar with his voluntary interview told Fox News Digital that Klain believed Biden was mentally sharp enough to serve as president, and was not too old to run.

But the ex-secretary of state and former Biden national security adviser Jake Sullivan both “approached Ron Klain stating they believed Joe Biden was not politically viable” months before he dropped his re-election bid in July 2024, the source said.

Sullivan told Klain that Biden “was less effective in 2024 compared to 2022,” the source said. (Read more from “Biden’s Ex-Chief Reveals Clinton Raised Alarm about Former President’s Future ‘By 2024′” HERE)

Clinton Email Investigation Omitted Crucial Piece Of Evidence

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) did not review thumb drives containing potentially significant evidence while investigating Hillary Clinton’s private email server, according to a newly declassified report.

An FBI draft memo from May 2016 stated reviewing the thumb drives would be necessary to conduct a “thorough and complete investigation,” including assessing national security risks associated with the private server. Yet the agency “never finalized the memorandum or submitted this request to the department,” according to the document released Monday by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley.

The document is the appendix to a 2018 Department of Justice (DOJ) Office of Inspector General (OIG) report examining the FBI’s Clinton investigation. Grassley has been seeking information about it since 2018.

“I commend Chairman Grassley for his unwavering, years-long commitment to exposing the truth and holding those who seek to conceal it accountable,” Attorney General Pam Bondi said Monday in a statement. “This Department of Justice is fully committed to transparency and will continue to support good-faith efforts in Congress to ensure accountability across the federal government.”

Comey publicly stated Clinton was “extremely careless” in handling highly classified information but recommended the DOJ bring no charges in July 2016. He launched the probe into false allegations of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia just weeks later. He Went to Prison for Sharing Anti-Hillary Clinton Memes – Now He Has Been Vindicated

A man who was convicted for sharing memes during the 2016 election is about to be set free after being sentenced to seven months in prison.

Douglass Mackey was found guilty of conspiracy for disseminating memes suggesting that Democrats could vote for then-candidate Hillary Clinton through text messages, social media, and other invalid methods. Prosecutors argued that Mackey conspired with others to post the fraudulent messages on X between September and November 2016.

One of the memes featured an “African Americans for Hillary” sign and suggested that voters text “Hillary” to 59925 to “Avoid the Line. Vote from Home.” Another meme was in Spanish, asking Hispanic voters to do the same. About 4,900 people texted the provided number before November 5, 2016.

Now, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals has reversed Mackey’s conviction. “On appeal, Mackey argues, inter alia, that the evidence was insufficient to prove that he knowingly agreed to join the charged conspiracy. We agree,” the court’s ruling read.

Hillary Clinton: ‘Americans of Conscience Must Stand Against’ Trump Deporting Illegal Alien Accused of Gang Membership, Domestic Violence

Failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has thrown her support behind Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the accused MS-13 gang member and alleged domestic abuser who was deported to El Salvador by the Trump administration.

“Before the election, I warned that there is no safe haven under authoritarianism,” the former secretary of state wrote in a Wednesday X post:

“If they can ship Kilmar Abrego Garcia to a foreign prison—accused of no crime, with no trial—they can do it to anyone,” Clinton continued. “Americans of conscience must stand against this now.”

Abrego Garcia, 29, entered the United States illegally when he was 16 years old and has resided in Maryland with his wife, an American citizen, who accused him of physically abusing her in 2021:

According to court documents shared online by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Jennifer Vasquez Sura sought an order of protection after her husband allegedly punched and scratched her and ripped off her clothes. Pete Hegseth Just Obliterated Hillary Clinton

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth didn’t hold back when he responded to twice-failed Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s recent remarks accusing him of “cowering to Vladimir Putin.” The former Fox News host fiercely defended his stance, calling out Clinton’s baseless attack and making it clear that his views on Russia are rooted in a pragmatic, America-first approach. Hegseth’s fiery rebuttal shot down Clinton’s claims, with him pointing to the need for a more strategic, measured approach to dealing with global threats.

On Sunday, Clinton took to social media to taunt Hegseth, sharing an article from Gizmodo titled, “Trump’s Defense Secretary Hegseth Orders Cyber Command to ‘Stand Down’ on All Russia Operations.” . . .

Attached to her X post, Clinton wrote, “Wouldn’t want to hurt Putin’s feelings.”

Kamala Harris Consulted Hillary Clinton Over How to Deal With Brutal Loss to Trump: Report

. . .Following her brutal election loss, former Vice President Kamala Harris reportedly spoke with Hillary Clinton on multiple occasions as she mulls her future in the wake of President Trump’s return to the White House.

Not much is known about the details of those discussions, but Harris had also consulted family members and friends while trying to figure out her future, New York Magazine reported.

Clinton, 77, was the first woman to win the Democratic nomination for president, and she was also the first female to notch a popular vote victory.

Harris, 60, was the first female vice president in US history and the second woman to serve as the Democrats’ presidential standard bearer.

But both were beaten by Trump, 78. (Read more from “Kamala Harris Consulted Hillary Clinton Over How to Deal With Brutal Loss to Trump: Report” HERE)

Bill Clinton: I’m Open to Discussing Preemptive Pardon for Hillary Before Trump Takes Office

Former President Bill Clinton said Wednesday on ABC’s “The View” that he was open to discussing a potential preemptive pardon for his wife Hillary Clinton with President Joe Biden.

Co-host Sunny Hostin said, “Do you think it would be wise of President Biden to preemptively pardon any potential targets? What about your wife, Hillary Clinton? She apparently is on Kash Patel’s list.”

Clinton said, “They’ve got a problem with her because first, she didn’t do anything wrong. Second, she followed the rules exactly as they were written. Third, Trump’s State Department — Trump’s State Department — found — remember how the emails were such a big issue in 2016? Trump’s State Department found that Hillary sent and received exactly zero classified emails on her personal device. It was a made-up phony story.” (Read more from “Bill Clinton: I’m Open to Discussing Preemptive Pardon for Hillary Before Trump Takes Office” HERE)

Bill Clinton Reveals His Extreme Reaction to Hillary Losing Election to Trump

Former President Bill Clinton revealed his extreme reaction to his wife Hillary Clinton losing to President-elect Donald Trump in 2016.

Clinton is releasing a memoir entitled “Citizen: My Life After the White House,” in which he says that he couldn’t sleep for two years and would often explode into fits of rage.

“The whole thing is hard for me to write,” the former president wrote. “I couldn’t sleep for two years after the election. I was so angry, I wasn’t fit to be around.”

Clinton went on to call it the “darkest election possible in the United States” and blamed the media as well as Russian interference for his wife’s stunning loss to Trump for his first term. He also referenced former FBI Director James Comey’s announcement about the investigation into Hillary Clinton ahead of the election.

“Almost two years after the election, Kathleen Hall Jamieson, a highly regarded social scientist, said Russia’s cyber attacks piled on top of Comey’s interventions were effective enough to persuade voters in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin to vote for third parties or stay at home,” he added, referring to the battleground states. Leftists Decried Comey for Flagging Hillary’s Emails. Now They Love Tanya Chutkan’s Election Interference

With less than three weeks until Election Day, U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan unsealed “evidence” Special Counsel Jack Smith submitted to justify his lawfare attempts against former President Donald Trump. It’s certainly not the October Surprise the left was hoping for; the heavily redacted evidence fails to bolster Smith’s dubious claim that Trump should be denied his First Amendment right to question the outcome and administration of an election.

Whether the unsealed “evidence” corroborated Smith’s lawfare matters not. What matters is whether Smith, Chutkan, and the propaganda press can leverage it to undermine Trump’s chances by influencing public perception ahead of Nov. 5 — something that leftists once considered taboo when they thought their candidate was in the crosshairs.

Chutkan ordered the unsealing Thursday night, acknowledging the potential impact that doing so would have on the upcoming election.

“If the court withheld information that the public otherwise had a right to access solely because of the potential political consequences of releasing it, that withholding could itself constitute — or appear to be — election interference,” Chutkan wrote. “The court will therefore continue to keep political considerations out of its decision-making, rather than incorporating them as Defendant requests.”

The unsealing comes just weeks after Chutkan unsealed Smith’s 165-page brief, which alleges Trump used “false claims of election fraud to disrupt the electoral process” in 2020. Smith argues that Trump’s “refuse[al] to say whether he would accept the election results” of 2020 (which saw unelected leaders usurp the authority of state legislatures and unilaterally change election procedure) and Trump’s expressing concern about potential fraud are grounds for prosecution and jail time.
