Judge Demands Hillary Answer Questions About Her Emails… In Writing

Friday, a federal judge instructed Hillary Clinton to answer questions from a conservative watchdog group about her use of a private email server during her tenure as secretary of state, reports Fox News.

U.S. District Court Judge Emmet G. Sullivan issued the order as part of a lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch. The group had sought to question Clinton under oath and in person, but the judge ruled she would only have to answer questions in writing.

FBI Director James Comey announced last month that the agency would not seek criminal charges against Clinton after an investigation into her email use, although he concluded she been “extremely careless” in her handling of sensitive material.

Judicial Watch’s Director of Investigations Chris Farrell said that while they would have preferred to have Clinton answer questions in person, the decision represented a victory for the organization.

“Judicial Watch will get Clinton under oath regarding the set-up of her outlaw server – something no other person, organization or agency has been ableto do, to date,” said Farrell.

“We believe it is a victory for law and order to get Hillary Clinton under oath answering questions about the server setup and why she did it.”

Judge Sullivan said Judicial Watch must submit its questions to Clinton by Oct. 14. Clinton will have 30 days to respond. Judicial Watch has until mid-October to submit their questions to Clinton before she could delay her answers past the November election.

Hillary Blames Colin Powell for Her Email Scandal

Why did Hillary Clinton use a personal email account with a private server in her home to traffic in state secrets and classified information?

That’s what the FBI wanted to know during its investigation.

Her story to the FBI, according to notes turned over the Congress this week, was that former Secretary of State Colin Powell advised her to do so.

But that, too, was a fib.

It seems another email from 2009 recovered by the FBI reveals she had already decided to use a private email account when she asked Powell about his own practices, the New York Times reports today. (Read more from “Hillary Blames Colin Powell for Her Email Scandal” HERE)

TOP 6 HILLARY EMAILS WE’VE YET TO SEE: Strangely, the Obama Administration is Stonewalling Them

The Washington Examiner’s Sarah Westwood offers an intriguing list of Clinton scandal emails that have yet to be released:

#6: Bill Clinton’s speech schedules: “The State Department has stonewalled a pair of FOIA requests for schedules related to the highly-paid speeches Bill Clinton delivered while his wife served as secretary of state … But the agency is arguing that Bill Clinton’s activities are not subject to disclosure because he was a private citizen during Hillary Clinton’s State Department tenure, even though his activities had enough relevance to her team that they regularly ended up in official inboxes.”

#5: Hillary Clinton’s meeting schedules: “In its FOIA lawsuit, the Associated Press demanded all of Hillary Clinton’s planning material after a review of the schedules initially provided to the news outlet found dozens of donor meetings that were omitted from her official calendar.”

#4: Trans-Pacific Partnership correspondence: “…the State Department has moved to conceal the records of her correspondence about TPP until late November — just weeks after the presidential election… As secretary of state, Hillary Clinton referred to the nascent agreement as the “gold standard” of trade deals before disavowing that support years later while on the campaign trail.”

#3: Deleted emails: “FBI Director James Comey testified in early July that his agents had recovered thousands of work-related emails from Hillary Clinton’s server that the former secretary of state did not not provide in 2014, when she said she provided all official communications.”

#2: Huma Abedin’s emails: “Hillary Clinton faced fresh scrutiny of her interactions with contributors to the Clinton Foundation last week when Judicial Watch released emails provided to the State Department by Huma Abedin, Hillary Clinton’s former deputy chief of staff… For example, the emails made public last week revealed a series of instances in which Clinton Foundation donors sought favors from or an audience with Hillary Clinton’s team in the early months of her time in office.”

#1: FBI investigative files: “Comey accused Hillary Clinton and her aides of engaging in “extremely careless” communications that involved classified material. Notes and testimony from his investigation could pose further problems for the former secretary of state as she tries to characterize questions about the probe as asked and answered.”

Only the most ignorant of partisan ideologues could possibly believe that Hillary’s private email server, her illegally deleted emails, her mishandling of classified information, and her serial lies about the entire matter were anything but an attempt to cover up criminal activity. ‘Crooked Hillary’ Is Using Illegal Aliens to Help Her Win the Presidency

Democratic candidate for president Hillary Clinton is actively recruiting illegal immigrants to volunteer for her campaign for president.

Specifically, the campaign is looking for so-called “DREAMers,” individuals who were brought into the country illegally as children and are not allowed to vote.

Recall that the DREAM Act was a bill designed to grant these individuals amnesty. It was rejected by the Senate in 2009. In 2012, President Obama announced the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), an unconstitutional executive order that granted de-facto amnesty to illegal immigrants who fit the criteria of the DREAM Act. Obama succeeded in granting over 600,000 illegal immigrants two-year work permits and exemptions from deportation.

Now Hillary Clinton’s campaign is using these “DREAMers” to get her elected president, the Christian Science Monitor reports.

The program is called “Mi Sueño, Tu Voto” (“My Dream, Your Vote”). The aim is to get DREAMers to encourage others to register to vote for Hillary Clinton on the basis of her immigration policy. The program launch coincides with the four-year anniversary of the implementation of DACA, which Clinton says she will extend in addition to expanding the rights of undocumented immigrants, according to the Tampa Bay Times.

“DREAMers have played a pivotal role in our campaign, advocating for families who constantly live in fear of deportation – so we’ve created a program that aims to turn these stories into action. We founded this program on the premise that, one by one – through friends, families, co-workers or classmates – DREAMers’ futures would be considered on Election day,” Lorella Praeli, Clinton’s national director of the Latino Vote, said in a statement to The Hill.

Clinton is looking to capitalize her opponent Donald Trump’s unpopularity with Latino voters. A record 27.3 million Latino voters will be eligible to vote in 2016.

Among Clinton’s proposals on immigration is a promise to fast-track comprehensive immigration reform with amnesty and a pathway to citizenship for illegal aliens within the first 100 days of her presidency. She has pledged to uphold Obama’s illegal DACA and DAPA executive actions and to expand Obamacare to include tax-payer subsidized health-insurance for illegal aliens.

In contrast, her Republican opponent Donald Trump has proposed cracking down on illegal immigration by tripling the number of ICE officers, imposing a nationwide e-verify program to ensure employers cannot hire illegal immigrants, deporting criminal aliens, defunding sanctuary cities, enhancing penalties to individuals who overstay their visas, and ending birthright citizenship.

In the past, Trump voiced his opposition to amnesty for the estimated 11 million illegal aliens in the United States, explaining in 2013 that “every one of those 11 million people will be voting Democratic.”

Hillary Exhausts Herself Addressing Massive Crowd of 100, Takes Week Off

Hillary Clinton just wrapped up her one public appearance for the day, and she has nothing else scheduled until Sunday.

With 83 days to go, what’s she doing for the next 96 hours?

She just held a rally in Cleveland, Ohio, where she struggled to fill a high school gymnasium — if it wasn’t for hundreds of students.

But according to the schedule tracking website HillarySpeeches.com, she doesn’t have another event announced until Sunday, when she’ll make a Massachusetts fundraising appearance with Cher.

Clinton’s Doctor Refutes Claims of Candidate’s Ill Health

Hillary Clinton’s doctor released a statement on Tuesday debunking the validity of documents purportedly leaked from her office, claiming the candidate has serious medical problems.

According to FactCheck.org, fake documents represented to be from Dr. Lisa Bardack’s office appear to have originated from a since deleted Twitter account.

The documents contained information claiming Clinton continued to suffer from the effects of a 2012 concussion that she suffered after fainting. The symptoms included “blacking out,” “uncontrollable twitching” and “memory loss.”

The documents further claimed that Clinton suffers from “complex partial seizures” and “early-onset subcortical vascular dementia.”

In a statement released on Tuesday, Bardack said, “As Secretary Clinton’s long time physician, I released a medical statement during the campaign indicating that she is in excellent health.”

“I have recently been made aware of allegedly ‘leaked’ medical documents regarding Secretary Clinton with my name on them. These documents are false, were not written by me and are not based on any medical facts,” she continued. “To reiterate what I said in my previous statement, Secretary Clinton is in excellent health and fit to serve as President of the United States.”

Bardack released a letter about Clinton’s health in July 2015, which describes the candidate as “a healthy 67-year-old female whose current medical conditions include hypothyroidism and seasonal pollen allergies.”

The letter also addresses Clinton’s concussion noting that she experienced double-vision after the fall for a period of months and was placed on an anticoagulant medication to dissolve a clot in her brain.

According to the doctor, follow up testing in 2013 “revealed a complete resolution of the effects of the concussion” and a “dissolution” of the clot. Clinton remains on anticoagulant medication as a precaution.

Fox News’ Sean Hannity reported extensively on Clinton’s potential health issues on his program last week. He aired photo showing Clinton being helped up stairs by a Secret Service agents last February.

“You see from our picture up there that it looks like she can barely get up stairs without two people carrying her,” Dr. Marc Siegel, a Fox medical expert said of the photo. “I want to know what her neurologist says. I’ve reached out to her neurologist at Columbia after she had that fall. No comment. I want to know what her neurological records show.”

While visiting Joe Biden’s childhood home in Scranton, Pennsylvania, Hillary was physically unable to walk without supporting herself using any object in close reach.

Hillary Clinton sought out the stability of just about anything during a visit to Joe Biden’s Scranton, Pennsylvania boyhood home… Video from Clinton’s appearance showed her grasping for a railing, a chair and the kitchen table on Monday.

As Olson also notes, Hillary stumbled earlier in the day simply trying to maneuver away from a podium at a rally with Biden.

A Hot Month for Clinton’s Body Count

Donald Trump threatened to kill Hillary Clinton last Tuesday. The Secret Service came to visit him and he’s looking at five years in prison. It’s all conjecture, of course, but that passes for cold, hard evidence this election and that’s because the whole thing is rigged. The media is completely in the tank for Hillary and they neither see, nor hear, nor speak of Hillary’s evil. Hey, guys, if you’re looking for murders, check out anyone who has ever crossed the Clintons. There are about 100 cases where some intern has slept with Bill or some lawyer knew too much or some investigator got too close and boom—he shoots himself in the back of the head at the top of a mountain at four in the morning.

The media cared about the sheer number of cases when 57 women said Bill Cosby raped them. If we brought the Hillary kill list down to 57, you’d be dealing with only the really, really spooky ones. Like the one last month where a DNC staffer, who may very well have supplied Julian Assange with the classified emails that brought massive embarrassment to the party, was shot in the back of the head in the middle of the night.

Seth Rich was talking to his girlfriend on the phone when a gunman came up behind him, shot him to death, and left without taking anything at all. Rich was in a nice neighborhood that I’m told hadn’t had a murder in six years. The Assange link got eye rolls from the left until he personally offered a $20K reward for any information leading to an arrest. A Dutch TV host pressed Julian on this and asked if it was a murder accusation directed at Hillary and the subject quickly died.

The list of victims goes on and on and on, and Google is happy to tell you how serious the accusations are and how tenuous the link is. You’ll likely come across left-wing bias where they pooh-pooh the link, but peel back another layer and it’s only a fraction of a percent less scary than you thought.

Take the case of John Ashe, who was choked by his own barbells in June. The U.N. official was on trial for taking bribes from Chinese billionaire David Ng, a.k.a. Ng Lap Seng. Snopes wants you to know it’s a myth that it had anything to do with Hillary and even my buddy Steve Crowder claims, “He wasn’t going to be testifying against Hillary at any time.” The NY Post disagrees and claims that “the prosecutors would have linked Ashe to the Clinton bagman Ng.” This seems likely as an ABC News story from last year reported on Ng’s multiple visits with the Clintons in 1997 when he was photographed having meetings with them. So Ashe is looking at prison time for dealing with a corrupt billionaire who has a history with Hillary Clinton. He could likely negotiate a leaner sentence if he had some information to impart, but he wouldn’t be able to impart it if his windpipe were crushed by a barbell (who the hell gets killed by their own barbell?). Talk of an Assassination? Limbaugh Recalls What Clinton and Biden Said in 2008 Race

While Democrats are busily chastising Donald Trump for calling American gun-owners to action in the upcoming election, Rush Limbaugh has uncovered a rather stunning clip of Hillary Clinton insinuating something far worse back in 2008.

The comments were made in May of that year, while Clinton was discussing her 2008 primary fight against then-Sen. Barack Obama.

Even though Clinton only trailed Obama by roughly 150 pledged delegates at that time, there were some who were saying she should have dropped out of the race and concede the nomination to Obama.

“Between my opponent and some in the media, uh, there has been this urgency to end this. You know, my husband did not wrap up the nomination in 1992 until he won the California primary somewhere in the middle of the June,” said Clinton.

“We all remember Bobby Kennedy was assassinated in June in California. I don’t understand it,” Clinton added, which some people at the time took to mean the possibility of an Obama assassination made it practical for her to say in the race.

“What do you think that’s a reference to?” Limbaugh asked Tuesday. “They’re urging her to get out of the race, and Obama’s got an insurmountable lead, and she says, ‘No, Bobby Kennedy was assassinated in June, and it’s not even June yet! It’s May here. So somebody may be assassinated in June. So I’m staying in!

“I mean, folks, what Trump said yesterday doesn’t even compare, and I doubt that hardly anybody’s aware that Hillary even said this back in 2008. We played the audio; that’s why we got the clip,” he said.

Limbaugh pointed out that another high-profile Democrat has made a reference to people taking his guns that seems to have been forgotten.

“And, by the way, here’s one more from Vice President Bite Me (Biden). September 20th of 2008 — this is before the election — he’s out there in Castlewood, Virginia, at a campaign event and, as part of his remarks, Vice President Bite Me blurted out this,” said Limbaugh, who proceeded to play audio of Joe Biden from 2008.

“I guarantee ya, Barack Obama ain’t taking my shotguns! So don’t buy that malarkey! Don’t buy that malarkey! They’re gonna start peddlin’ that to ya! I got two! If he tries to fool with my Beretta, he’s got a problem,” said an irate Joe Biden out on the campaign trail.

Biden’s comment seemed to imply a willingness to use lethal force — should the president try to take his guns — and even doubled down on his comments by expressing his proficiency with firearms.

“I like that little over-and-under, you know. I’m not bad with it. So give me a break,” said Biden, waving his hands while shouting.

“OK, now, what is that?” asked Limbaugh. “Well, all that is is a Second Amendment guy. He might have been impersonating one but that’s a Second Amendment guy saying, ‘You’re not taking my guns, dude!’”

“So he’s even alluding to the fact that if Barack Obama comes for his guns, his Beretta is coming out. So who’s Biden talking about shooting here? So you got Biden and you’ve got Hillary both talking about actually shooting somebody, or somebody being shot with guns, something that Trump did not do,” he concluded. FBI to Release Notes From Hillary Clinton Interview

The FBI will soon release notes from its interview with Hillary Clinton last month regarding her use of a private, unsecured, unauthorized server.

CNN reported that the release of the notes to members of Congress who requested them could happen as early as Monday night.

FBI investigators met with Clinton on July 2 for over three hours, according to Director James Comey. Three days later, Comey announced that the FBI would not be recommending charges against the former secretary of state.

The director revealed in testimony before the House Oversight Committee later that same week that Clinton had not testified under oath and no transcript was available of what she had told investigators.

Comey confirmed that the FBI agents did take notes of the meeting, which House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, formally requested in writing that same day.

Comey was specifically asked by Chaffetz if Clinton lied regarding her private email server.

He responded that she did not lie to the FBI, presumably during her interview. The representative followed up asking if she lied about her server to the American people.

“That’s a question I’m not qualified to answer. I can speak about what she said to the FBI,” Comey replied.

Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., later questioned the director about specific statements Clinton made, during which Comey made clear that the former secretary of state had not been honest with the American people.

Here is the transcript:

Gowdy: “Secretary Clinton said there was nothing marked classified on her emails, either sent or received. Was that true?”

Comey: “That’s not true. There were a small number of portion markings on, I think, three of the documents.”

Gowdy: “Secretary Clinton said, ‘I did not email any classified material to anyone on my email, there is no classified material.’ Was that true?”

Comey: “There was classified material emailed.”

Gowdy: “Secretary Clinton said she used just one device. Was that true?”

Comey: “She used multiple devices during the four years of her term as secretary of state.”

Gowdy: “Secretary Clinton said all work-related emails were returned to the State Department. Was that true?”

Comey: “No, we found work-related emails, thousands, that were not returned.”

According to a Bloomberg Politics poll released last week, 58 percent of Americans are bothered by Clinton’s use of an unsecured email server, which is a higher percentage than those upset by her actions regarding the Sept. 11, 2012, Bengahzi attacks (55 percent), or possible public corruption issues in relation to the Clinton Foundation (53 percent).

On Friday, Clinton’s husband, former President Bill Clinton, dismissed the email scandal as “the biggest load of bull.”

He claimed that his wife was never intentionally careless with national security and that the various rankings of confidential information were “too complicated.”
