Hunter Biden, the son of Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, is under investigation for “tax affairs,” Hunter Biden confirmed to CNBC.
“I learned yesterday for the first time that the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Delaware advised my legal counsel, also yesterday, that they are investigating my tax affairs,” Biden told the outlet in a statement. “I take this matter very seriously but I am confident that a professional and objective review of these matters will demonstrate that I handled my affairs legally and appropriately, including with the benefit of professional tax advisors.”
Hunter Biden’s foreign business ties became a central issue in his father’s campaign, especially after the elder Biden was implicated in one such business deal with a Chinese energy executive by one of Hunter’s former business partners, Tony Bobulinski.

Two Senate Republicans have released a report based on newly obtained documents that show further close financial and operational ties between Hunter Biden and a mega-rich Chinese tycoon linked to the communist party.
Senate Finance Committee Chairman Charles Grassley of Iowa and Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Chairman Ron Johnson said the deep ties “create counterintelligence and extortion concerns” as Joseph R. Biden prepares for the U.S. presidency.
Son Hunter Biden was the subject of a Grassley-Johnson Republican staff report on Sept. 23 that showed huge suspicious wire transfers from Russian and Ukraine oligarchs to Hunter in 2014 while Joseph Biden was vice president.
The report, based on Treasury Department Suspicious Activity Reports (SARS) filed by financial institutions who handled the wires, also disclosed millions of dollars from Chinese entities. Hunter diverted some of that money to uncle James Biden, his business partner. His wife refused to cooperate with the bank when it made inquiries, the SARS reports said.
The new Senate report deals with documents turned over by former business associate, and now whistleblower, Tony Bobulinski. He came forward publicly last month after the contents of Hunter Biden’s discarded MacBook Pro laptop ended up with the New York Post and other media. More than one-third of voters who chose Joe Biden were not aware of the evidence linking the former vice president to corrupt financial dealings with China through his son Hunter.
Had they known, according to the survey commissioned bv the Media Research Center, President Trump would have won at least 289 Electoral College votes.
The survey found that 13% voters of the voters who said they were unaware of the scandals would not have voted for Biden had they been made aware.
That amounted to 4.6% of Biden’s total votes.

A report published this week alleges that Facebook manually censored the New York Post bombshell story about Biden family corruption. According to the Guardian, Facebook moderators manually overrode the platform’s automatic processes to censor the Post, an effort that successfully censored about half of the engagement the article would have received, according to researchers.
According to a report by the Guardian, internal documents from Facebook suggest that the platform intentionally restricted the distribution of a New York Post report that allegedly revealed ties between Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden and a Ukrainian energy company. The suppression was not automatic or based on Facebook’s AI and algorithmic approach to content, but rather done by hand by Facebook moderators.
This does not come as a surprise as some Facebook executives announced their decision to restrict the distribution of the report. In a tweet, Facebook’s Policy Communications Director Andy Stone said that the story would be restricted in some form on the platform.
“While I will intentionally not link to the New York Post, I want be clear that this story is eligible to be fact checked by Facebook’s third-party fact checking partners. In the meantime, we are reducing its distribution on our platform,” Stone wrote in a tweet on October 14.

The report comes the same week Bobulinski said Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden was “compromised” by the Chinese Communist Party.

The New York Post, one of the country’s largest newspapers, has been locked out of its Twitter account by the tech giant for two weeks.
Twitter locked the outlet out of its account for publishing and sharing stories about materials from a laptop that purportedly belonged to Hunter Biden, the son of Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden. Emma-Jo Morris, the New York Post’s deputy politics editor and one of the two journalists with a byline on the stories about the laptop and its hard drive, documented the timeline in a tweet.
“The Democratic nominee for President is calling this story a ‘Russian disinformation campaign.’ Twitter has revoked NY Post account access for 2 weeks over it,” she wrote.

The Washington Examiner has repeatedly reached out to Twitter to see if there are ongoing deliberations about the social media company changing its enforcement decision now that the site’s guidelines on hacked materials have changed.
Twitter has not responded to most requests for comment but has said on occasion that it is not retroactively changing its enforcement decisions and is requiring the outlet to delete old tweets containing the story that it said were in violation of its old policies. By Townhall. Tony Bobulinski, Hunter Biden’s former business partner, sat down with Fox News’ Tucker Carlson for a no-holds-barred interview for 45 minutes. Bobulinski didn’t want this interview. He doesn’t need to do it, but his reputation was being smeared as Russian misinformation. He was a guest at the final debate and when the former vice president denied being involved in Hunter’s dealings, he almost stood up and shouted, “liar.”
He added that Joe Biden is the “big guy” referenced in an equity arrangement with a shady Chinese firm with ties to the government. Also, the “chairman” is also what Hunter called his dad during these negotiations. It’s in the texts he turned over to the FBI from his other business partners, Rob Walker and James Gilliar. Bobulinski turned over all devices and business records relating to these Biden dealings and was interviewed by the FBI. He re-confirmed what we already knew in the wake of the exposure of Hunter Biden.
In the end, while Bobulinski was picked as the point person for the Biden’s business interests in China, the Chinese were only concerned about keeping the Bidens involved. He also felt that the Bidens are compromised, that money from this Chinese deal was really a private loan. He added the coming forward has led to death threats, with his former business associates warning that if he shot his mouth off, the reputations of all involved will be ruined.

Hunter Biden Emails: Tony Bobulinski Says He Was Warned, ‘You’re Just Going to Bury All of Us’
By New York Post. A former Hunter Biden business partner said Tuesday he was warned against going public with information about their business dealings when another ex-partner told him: “You’re just going to bury all of us.”
During an appearance on Fox News, Tony Bobulinski said he spoke with former partner Rob Walker to demand that Walker get US Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) to retract his claim that The Post’s recent reporting on Hunter Biden’s emails was part of a Russian-orchestrated “smear on Joe Biden.”
Host Tucker Carlson then played a snippet of an audio recording that Bobulinski said was part of the phone conversation.

Ho was arrested in New York in 2017 for his role in an international, multimillion-dollar bribery and money-laundering scheme that involved bribes to officials in Uganda and in Chad in exchange for business advantages for CEFC, the Communist China Energy Company at the center of allegations related to the Biden family’s corrupt business dealings.
