Singer Reneges on Pledge to House Muslim Migrants

Singer and pro-mass migration campaigner Lily Allen has said she does not have enough space in her luxury London flat to take in any asylum seekers despite earlier promises.

The pop star has previously implied the British people should be ashamed for not taking in more migrants, whilst apologizing “on behalf of my country” for the migrant crisis in October 2016.

Speaking to the BBC at the migrant camp when asked if she would house a “child migrant,” Allen tearfully replied: “100 per cent. Who wouldn’t? . . .

Now nearly two years later Allen was asked if she had acted on the promise, and how many migrants she had housed. Speaking to the Guardian, she replied:

“None. To be honest, I don’t think social services would let me take in any refugees with my reputation. If I had a really big house I would, but all my bedrooms are occupied with children.”

Parents of Idaho Girl Raped by Muslim Refugees Get New SICK Surprise

By Derrick Wilburn. Last summer, five-year-old Jayla Peterson –yes, just five years old!– was raped and then urinated upon by three Muslim migrant boys, two from Iraq one from Sudan, in the town of Twin Falls, Idaho as one of the boys videoed the attack . . .

Of all the quotes and sayings from America’s founding, there’s one known to almost all of our citizens, it ends with “and justice for all.” Images of a blindfolded lady liberty holding the scales of justice (supposedly) symbolize the fact that the American judicial system does not see age, color or creed. The judge in this tragic case seems to have tossed all that, with a shocking decision on the guilt of the attackers and then a gag order for everyone involved. There’s a politically correct cover-up going on, and it’s despicable.

Pamela Gellar from Jihad Watch wrote the following account of the courtroom drama:

“Judge Thomas Borreson of Idaho’s 5th Judicial District ordered the little victim’s parents, Lacy and Levi Peterson, to say nothing to anyone – ever – about what was said in the courtroom Tuesday, or to disclose the sentence that he gave to the savage attackers. He did allow them to say that they were unhappy with the sentencing, but threatened to jail them for contempt of court if they disclosed why they were unhappy with it.

But even though the victim’s parents were not allowed to talk to me, there were twelve to fifteen people in the courtroom who saw and heard the whole sorry business. I was nevertheless informed of what happened by an anonymous source inside the courtroom – and the more I heard, the more I understood why this judge wanted to keep all the proceedings secret.

Pamela Geller Provides Account of Outrageous Sentencing for Sexual Assault of 5-Year Old Idaho Girl by Muslims

By Pamela Geller. Janice Kroeger, the Senior Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, who was supposed to be trying these boys for their crimes, defended the boys and repeatedly attacked Lacy, the victim’s mother. A therapist for the boys was present, as well as a parole officer and a detective. Everything that was said was designed to portray the perpetrators as victims. Throughout the proceedings, they were repeatedly called victims, and the youngest one was called “the biggest victim of them all.”

The court heard all about how the attackers are doing well in school, and about how smart they are. They were praised for the supposed ordeal they had to go through. It was claimed that all three are suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) from having to go through courtroom proceedings.

After this lovefest, which lasted for five hours in the courtroom, all three boys were sentenced, one after the other. All three were given probation. They were not found guilty of rape, but of sexually lewd conduct.

In the midst of this judicial mugging, every time Lacy’s lawyer tried to speak up, he was silenced. The little victim, Jayla, was never even mentioned once by Kroeger or the judge – or by the police or anyone else. Only Lacy mentioned her, when she made her statement. Lacy detailed how the poor girl is still suffering the effects of this attack: she is wetting the bed and having bad dreams, and more.

Yet when Lacy completed her statement, Kroeger lashed out not at the perpetrators or their parents, but at Lacy. She viciously tongue-lashed Lacy for a full fifteen minutes, until finally Judge Borreson had to stop her. (Read more from this story about the abused Idaho girl HERE)

Migrant Crimes up 52 Percent in Germany

Migrant crime “increased disproportionately” in Germany in 2016, according to a report released Monday by the Interior Ministry.

The number of migrant criminal suspects increased by 52.7 percent from 2015 to 2016. Migrants account for 8.6 percent of all crime suspects in Germany — up from 5.7 percent in 2015.

Politically or ideologically motivated crimes by foreigners went up by 66.5 percent, with 3,372 cases throughout the year.

“There is nothing there to sugarcoat,” Federal Minister of the Interior Thomas de Maiziere said of the statistics, according to Deutsche Welle. “There is an overall rise in disrespect, violence, and hate.”

Germany suffered a series of jihadi attacks in 2016 — including the truck massacre at a Christmas market in Berlin. Crimes motivated by Islam increased by 13.7 percent last year. (Read more from “Migrant Crimes up 52 Percent in Germany” HERE)

Amnesty Would Cost Taxpayers Trillions, National Academy of Sciences Report Indicates

The long-term costs to taxpayers of immigrants and their descendants are detailed in a new report from the National Academy of Sciences.

The findings in the report indicate that if amnesty for illegal immigrants were enacted, the government would have to raise taxes immediately by $1.29 trillion and put that sum into a high-yield bank account to cover future fiscal losses generated by the amnesty recipients and their children.

To cover the future cost, each U.S. household currently paying federal income tax would have to pay, on average, an immediate lump sum of over $15,000.

The National Academy of Sciences report, “The Economic and Fiscal Consequences of Immigration,” provides fiscal balance projections for immigrants and their descendants over 75 years.

The fiscal balance of an individual equals all government taxes paid minus all benefits received. Federal, state, and local benefits and taxes are included in the estimates.

The NAS report, released a few weeks ago, shows that the fiscal balances of immigrants vary greatly according to education level: Immigrants with low education levels impose substantial fiscal costs that extend far into the future. The government benefits they will receive greatly exceed the taxes they will pay.

This is critical because current illegal immigrants have very low education levels.

Around 10 million adult illegal immigrants currently are in the U.S. Nearly half don’t have a high school diploma. Overall, adult illegal immigrants are six times more likely to lack that diploma than are U.S.-born residents.

Illegal immigrants currently receive routine government services such as roads, sewers, and police and fire protection. The children of illegal immigrants currently receive heavily subsidized public education at an average cost of $12,000 per child per year.

Children of illegal immigrants born in the U.S. are eligible for the same welfare benefits (such as food stamps, Medicaid, Obamacare, and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) as children born to U.S citizens.

Because illegal immigrant families already receive many government benefits and services, they currently impose a fiscal cost on taxpayers. The benefits they receive exceed taxes paid.

Amnesty or “earned citizenship” would provide current illegal immigrants access to an additional level of expensive government entitlements and benefits.

All of the major “comprehensive” immigration reform or “earned citizenship” bills debated in Congress since 2006 would have granted nearly all current illegal immigrants eligibility for future Social Security and Medicare benefits after 10 years of work. These bills also would have given amnesty recipients access to almost the entire U.S. welfare system, after modest delays.

In effect, amnesty would give current illegal immigrants access to the same government benefits as immigrants who are here legally. Thus, as a general rule of thumb, the long-term fiscal balance of an illegal immigrant, after amnesty, would be roughly equal to the cost of a current legal immigrant with the same age and education level.

The NAS report does not distinguish between legal and illegal immigrants. But, as noted, the report does provide fiscal projections for immigrants at different education levels. Because the education level of adult illegal immigrants is approximately known, the NAS projections enable us to project the future fiscal costs of illegal immigrants if they were granted amnesty or “earned citizenship” as a group.

Based on the education level of illegal immigrants, the NAS figures project that the net fiscal cost (benefits minus taxes) for 10 million adult illegal immigrants after receiving amnesty would have a net present value of negative $1.29 trillion.

The concept of “net present value” is complex; it places a much lower value on future expenditures than on current expenditures. One way to grasp net present value is that it represents that total amount of money that would have to be raised today and put in a bank account earning 3 percent interest above the inflation rate in order to cover future costs.

As noted above, this means that if amnesty were enacted, government would have to immediately raise taxes by $1.29 trillion and put that sum into a high-yield bank account to cover the future fiscal losses that will be generated by the amnesty recipients and their children.

And to cover the future cost, each U.S. household currently paying federal income tax would have to pay, on average, an immediate lump sum of over $15,000.

Of course, if the federal government were to grant amnesty, it would not actually raise current taxes by $1.29 trillion and put the money in a high-yield bank to cover the future costs. Instead, in the government’s normal pattern, the costs would be unfunded and passed on to future years.

Converting a net present value figure into future outlays requires information on the exact distribution of costs over time; unfortunately, that data is not provided by the National Academy of Sciences. However, a rough estimate of future net outlays to be paid by taxpayers (in constant 2012 dollars) for illegal immigrants after amnesty is around $3.6 trillion over 75 years.

Advocates of amnesty have suggested that low-skill immigrants generate large-scale positive economic results that benefit U.S. workers. The NAS report finds no evidence of such effects.

On the other hand, the report clearly shows that the continuing inflow of low-skill immigrants into the U.S. creates large fiscal burdens for taxpayers in the present and the future.

Moreover, granting amnesty is likely to generate even greater flows of illegal immigrants into the United States, adding even more costs. (For more from the author of “Amnesty Would Cost Taxpayers Trillions, National Academy of Sciences Report Indicates” please click HERE)

The Silent but Growing Surge in Immigration Is Crushing American Taxpayers

The national security problems concerning the large number of refugees form the Middle East has been the top concern on the immigration front, but there are other growing concerns that have been overlooked by the media. A painstakingly detailed study from The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (NASEM) finds that our unprecedented record high levels of immigration cost Americans as much as $296 billion a year. However, the data from that study is several years old and doesn’t account for the recent surge of Central Americans and Cubans crossing the border, some of the poorest immigrant groups crossing the board.

Surge in Central Americans

In 2014, there was a lot of media coverage concerning the surge of Central American migrants across our southern border. After ebbing a bit in 2015, the flow is now on par with the highest levels we saw two years ago. The number of unaccompanied minors has increased by 50% since last year, and overall, more family units have crossed over during the first 11 months of this fiscal year than in 2014. Meanwhile, only four percent of the unaccompanied minors have been deported (as opposed to Mexico, which deports 90 percent of the Central American migrants). Further, 80 percent of the UACs are housed with other illegal alien families.

It’s also important to note that Obama plans to abuse the refugee program and designate a few thousand of these individuals from Latin America as refugees, making them eligible for welfare immediately. For the current fiscal year, roughly 1,500 from Latin America have been accepted as refugees, but Obama just announced he is raising the sub-cap of refugees for FY 2017 to 5,000.

The cost of hundreds of thousands of some of the most impoverished Central Americans on our social services, hospitals, and schools is astronomical, and not even quantified in the cost analysis in the NASEM study using 2013 data.

The Cuban Migration Fleecing America

The other big story under the radar is the record number of Cubans crossing over our border — both by land in Texas and by sea in south Florida. During FY 2015, roughly 43,000 Cubans entered the U.S., double the level of the previous year. According to Pew, 46,635 Cubans have crossed over just in the first 10 months of this fiscal year alone. As we’ve noted before, due to the outdated Cuban Adjustment Act of 1966 (and a subsequent act in 1976), any Cuban who finds his way to our shores is essentially granted a green card immediately. And unlike other immigrants, they are eligible for welfare from day one.

This dynamic has created an entire scam industry whereby some Cubans are able to come here without consent, collect welfare, and return home while continuing to receive payments from U.S. taxpayers. It represents one of the most appalling violations of a nation’s sovereignty. And the trajectory is getting worse with tens of thousands of Cubans flooding South and Central America en route to our southern border. Raul Castro is orchestrating this migration as a leverage tool against Obama, who has shown no floor to the degree he will genuflect before the brutal dictator.

It’s gotten so bad that even Latin American countries are now asking that we stop our mindless policy of offering free shelter to anyone from Cuba who steps on our shore. Yet, instead of addressing the root of the problem, the Obama administration is fostering this invasion by pledging $1 million to Costa Rico in order for them to airlift the Cubans to our border!

This is a no-brainer winning issue for Republicans to fight in the upcoming budget bill (along with many other issues) but few members aside from Rep. Paul Gosar, R-Ariz. (B, 83%) are demanding action.

From the colonial times through the crafting of our modern immigration laws, the overarching and universal principle behind our immigration system was the notion that immigrants must never become a public charge. As late as 1993, Harry Reid introduced legislation excluding all legal immigrants from admission who “cannot demonstrably support themselves without public or private assistance.” In his speech introducing the bill and railing against illegal immigration, Reid expressed the following concern about our legal immigration system:

We now admit the equivalent of a major city each year, without having the vaguest idea of how we will educate all the new children, care for the sick, provide housing, jobs, build infrastructure, or attend to any of the human needs of the newcomers or those already here.

Our immigration levels have only increased since 1993. Quite dramatically, actually.

Is it so hard for Republicans to stand on the ground plowed by Harry Reid in the ‘90s concerning an issue that would garner a super-majority of support from American voters? Then again, if our grave security concerns are not reason enough for the political class to stand for sovereignty, why would they care about wasted taxpayer funds? U.S. Signed Agreement with Mexico to Teach Immigrants to Unionize

The federal government has signed agreements with three foreign countries — Mexico, Ecuador and the Philippines — to establish outreach programs to teach immigrants their rights to engage in labor organizing in the U.S.

The agreements do not distinguish between those who entered legally or illegally. They are part of a broader effort by the National Labor Relations Board to get immigrants involved in union activism.

The five-member board is the agency that enforces the National Labor Relations Act, the main federal law covering unions. In 2013, Lafe Solomon, the board’s then-acting general counsel, signed a “memorandum of understanding” with Mexico’s U.S. ambassador. The current general counsel, Richard Griffin, signed additional agreements with the ambassadors of Ecuador and the Philippines last year.

“Those are the only countries that the NLRB has MOUs with,” said spokeswoman Jessica Kahanek.

The agreements are substantially similar, with several sections repeated verbatim in each one. All three documents state that the No. 1 outreach goal is “to educate those who may not be aware of the Act, including those employees just entering the work force, by providing information designed to clearly inform [that nation’s] workers in the United States of America their rights under the Act and to develop ways of communicating such information (e.g., via print and electronic media, electronic assistance tools, mobile device applications, and links to the NLRB’s web site from the [country’s] web sites) to the … workers residing in the United States of America and their employers.” (Read more from “U.S. Signed Agreement with Mexico to Teach Immigrants to Unionize” HERE)

Alleged Cop-Killer in NorCal Been Deported Twice

Photo Credit: KCRAThe man accused of killing two Northern California sheriff’s deputies Friday was removed from the United States twice in the past, U.S. Immigration and Customs officials said in a statement issued Saturday.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials said Luis Enrique Monroy-Bracamonte, who also goes by Marcelo Marquez, was sent back to Mexico in 1997, and again in 2001.

Officials said Monroy-Bracamonte was removed by an immigration judge following a conviction in Arizona in 1997 on charges of possession of narcotics for sale.

Waves of Immigrant Minors Present Crisis for Obama, Congress

Photo Credit: REUTERS / JOSE LUIS GONZALEZTens of thousands of children unaccompanied by parents or relatives are flooding across the southern U.S. border illegally, forcing the Obama administration and Congress to grapple with both a humanitarian crisis and a budget dilemma.

An estimated 60,000 such children will pour into the United States this year, according to the administration, up from about 6,000 in 2011. Now, Washington is trying to figure out how to pay for their food, housing and transportation once they are taken into custody.

The flow is expected to grow. The number of unaccompanied, undocumented immigrants who are under 18 will likely double in 2015 to nearly 130,000 and cost U.S. taxpayers $2 billion, up from $868 million this year, according to administration estimates.

The shortage of housing for these children, some as young as 3, has already become so acute that an emergency shelter at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas, has been opened and can accommodate 1,000 of them, Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson said in an interview with Reuters.

The issue is an added source of tension between Democrats and Republicans, who disagree on how to rewrite immigration laws. With comprehensive legislation stalled, President Barack Obama is looking at small, administrative steps he could take, which might be announced this summer. No details have been outlined but immigration groups are pressing him to take steps to keep families with children together.

Bozell: Pelosi’s Mimicry of Pope Is ‘Sickening and Shameful,’ ‘Sacrilegious’

By Craig Bannister.

Conservative leader and Catholic L. Brent Bozell III today blasted Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) for mimicking the pope’s Holy Week foot-washing tradition while touting her immigration reform legislation:

“I am a Catholic and I am offended at Minority Leader Pelosi’s continued abuses of the Catholic Church’s teachings and traditions. As a Catholic who has watched Ms. Pelosi champion one anti-Catholic cause after another, I believe this to be sacrilegious.

“Christ taught the washing of the feet as an act of utter humility, while she turned a sacred religious tradition into a grandstanding political publicity stunt. Ms. Pelosi’s politicizing of Holy Week is sickening and shameful.”
