This Country Is Preparing to Launch Their First Airstrikes Against ISIS in Syria

Six French jet fighters targeted and destroyed an Islamic State training camp in eastern Syria, President Francois Hollande said Sunday, making good on a promise to go after the group that the president has said is planning attacks against several countries, including France . . .

“The camp was totally destroyed,” Hollande said Sunday after arriving at the United Nations, before the start of a major development summit and the U.N. General Assembly bringing together world leaders . . .

France has carried out 215 airstrikes against ISIS extremists in Iraq as part of the U.S.-led coalition since last year, the Defense Ministry said earlier this month. But it previously held back on engaging in Syria, citing concern over playing into Assad’s hand and the need for such action to be covered by international law. Here’s Where ISIS Horrifically Tortures Christians Till They Convert to Islam or Die

1442744827_assyrians-hold-banners-take-out-march-beirut-lebanon-february-28-2015-after-isis-northeast (1)Thousands of Christians are being persecuted by the Islamic State (ISIS) who use churches as torture chambers where Christians are forced to convert to Islam or are killed, a faith-based human rights group said.

According to the report released by the Christian Freedom International, Christians are being singled out in ISIS-controlled areas in Iraq, where they face the option of either converting to Islam or get slaughtered by ISIS.

The report published inExpress.co.uk, noted that a Christian is killed every five minutes in Iraq by ISIS and other terror groups. “Islamic State Militants in Iraq are using Christian churches as torture chambers where they force Christians to either convert to Islam or die, ” Jim Jacobson, the president of the faith-based human rights group said.

Since taking over large swathes of area in Syria and Iraq, ISIS, a Sunni group, has repeatedly targeted minorities in the region. Earlier this month, ISIS captured Qaryatain and within days after taking over the Syria city, it destroyed an ancient Catholic church andthrew away the remains of a revered saint. Top Obama Aide Lumps Christians With LGBT Over ISIS ‘Genocide’

isis (2)The president’s ambassador to the United Nations, addressing Islamic State genocide, lumped Christians in with gays and other minorities facing a “death sentence” in the Islamic State’s terror campaign.

Samantha Power, answering a question about congressional urgings that the administration speak out against Christian persecution by the Muslim group, also said that while ISIS is “targeting very specific minority groups,” its goal is wiping out any who challenge its world view.

“On the genocide question, when president Obama decided to intervene militarily on behalf of the Yazidis, he himself also invoked the specter of genocide. There’s no question that the Yazidis, and Christians and Shia and LGBT, and if you find yourself of a minority of a certain type in ISIL territory, Americans, that has proven a death sentence for many. If not a death sentence, certainly a displacement sentence,” she said this week in an even hosted by the Christian Science Monitor.

“Having said that, Sunni in ISIL territory are also living under horrific hardship and anybody even suspected of dissenting or in being any way in opposition to ISIL’s rule, you’ve seen whole tribes and whole Sunni families wiped out. So while ISIL is targeting very specific minority groups as such, its monstrous ideology applies well beyond ethnic national religious groups as such to anybody who doesn’t share its worldview,” she added.

U.S. Training Helped Mold Top Islamic State Military Commander

ISIS-Omar_02The 15 Chechens looking to cross the border from Turkey to Syria didn’t strike Abdullah as particularly important or unusual.

It was early summer in 2012, and as a smuggler based in the Turkish border town of Killis, Abdullah, who’d fled his home village in Syria because of fighting on the outskirts of Aleppo, was used to secretive groups of foreigners – journalists, aid workers and many recently aspiring jihadists – hiring him to cross Turkish military lines at the border while avoiding what was then still a significant Syrian government presence in northern Syrian . . .

The 15 men had reached Abdullah through a network of contacts that were funneling new fighters to northern Syria, and Abdullah recalled they said they were going to Syria to assist in the fight against Assad. They were quiet, disciplined and for the most part spoke only a bit of crude formal Arabic.

Only later did Abdullah realize that the network that funneled these men to him was the beginnings of the Islamic State, and that one of the 15 would turn out to be the most important non-Arab figure in the Islamic State hierarchy, a former American-trained noncommissioned officer in the special forces of the nation of Georgia, who’d led his men heroically during the 2008 Russian invasion of his homeland . . .

But analysts of extremist groups said Batirashvili’s impact has been far greater than the small numbers of Muslims in Georgia would suggest. Since he swore allegiance to the Islamic State in 2013, thousands of Muslims from the Caucasus have flocked to Syria to join the extremist cause. ISIS’ Second-In-Command on Kayla Mueller: ‘Her Stupid Government, We Killed Her’

Kayla MuellerKayla Mueller, the American humanitarian aid worker held captive by the Islamic State, was killed by the terrorist group despite previous reports that she died in a Jordanian airstrike, according to another hostage.

BBC reported that a Yazidi woman held as a “slave” by now-deceased Islamic State (IS, also known as ISIS or ISIL) second-in-command Hajji Mutazz said the terrorist group was responsible for Mueller’s death.

While it was previously reported that Mueller was repeatedly raped by IS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the terrorist group has alleged that the American hostage was killed in a building destroyed by Jordanian airstrikes.

However, according to the since-escaped Yazidi woman, Amshe, the IS second-in-command informed her that Baghdadi killed Mueller when he was finished abusing her . . .

“We killed her because she is an American,” he allegedly continued. “If Obama wanted to he could tell Bashar [al-Assad, the Syrian president] to stop bombing us. Ten of our women and children die every day. This is our revenge. We will kill any American citizen we capture. 50 US Spies Say ISIS Intelligence Has Been Inappropriately Altered

48061912.cachedMore than 50 intelligence analysts working out of the U.S. military’s Central Command have formally complained that their reports on ISIS and al Qaeda’s branch in Syria were being inappropriately altered by senior officials, The Daily Beast has learned.

The complaints spurred the Pentagon’s inspector general to open an investigation into the alleged manipulation of intelligence. The fact that so many people complained suggests there are deep-rooted, systemic problems in how the U.S. military command charged with the war against the self-proclaimed Islamic State assesses intelligence.

“The cancer was within the senior level of the intelligence command,” one defense official said.

Two senior analysts at CENTCOM signed a written complaint sent to the Defense Department inspector general in July alleging that the reports, some of which were briefed to President Obama, portrayed the terror groups as weaker than the analysts believe they are. The reports were changed by CENTCOM higher-ups to adhere to the administration’s public line that the U.S. is winning the battle against ISIS and al Nusra, al Qaeda’s branch in Syria, the analysts claim.

That complaint was supported by 50 other analysts, some of whom have complained about politicizing of intelligence reports for months. That’s according to 11 individuals who are knowledgeable about the details of the report and who spoke to The Daily Beast on condition of anonymity. Blood Moon: ISIS, Nuclear Bombs and Walmart Plumbing Woe ‘Prove’ World WILL End in 28 Days [+video]

Blood-Moon-602258Outlandish prophecies that huge earthquakes will destroy the Earth on September 28 continue to flood the internet.

The latest come from husband and wife evangelist couple Anita and Ignacio Fuentes, from Rancho Cucamonga, in California, who have laughed off claims they received multiple death threats, but said the threatening letters they received were among a long list of prophetic events in the run up to the Blood Moon.

The Blood Moon prophecy began when two Christian preachers with huge followings in the US claimed the date of the last of four ‘blood moons’ over the past 18 months, due to occur at the end of September, would signal the end of the world as we know it before the “second coming of Jesus Christ” . . .

Among the list of unconnected world events are global nuclear tensions and financial crashes, Chinese hack attacks on the US, multiple animal deaths, the Jade Helm military operation in the USA, the emergence of the occult game Charlie Charlie and the CERN hadron collider being turned back on.

Other seemingly less significant recent events they list as more evidence include “several Walmart stores closing in the US over plumbing issues for six months,” two drones penetrating the grounds of the White House, a meteor shower, bankers and natural health practitioners dropping dead mysteriously, and two cows being born with the number seven on their faces. Islamic State Plotting ‘Second Blow’ to U.S. Financial System

ISIS-Vid-Burning-DollarThe Islamic State group revealed over the weekend that at the centerpiece of its goal to bring down America is a concerted effort to weaken the U.S. dollar and replace it with gold currency.

A video posted Saturday warned of the “dawning of a new age” in which replacing the dollar with gold would deliver “the second blow to America’s capitalist financial system of enslavement … casting into ruins their fraudulent dollar note.”

The first blow, it said, was the September 11 attack on the World Trade Center.

The English-language video included archival footage from U.S. news channels, including a 2007 clip of Ron Paul sounding the alarm over the vulnerability of the dollar.

Produced by the Islamic State’s Al Hayat Media, the extremist Sunni group positioned itself as leading the fight against fiat currency by minting caliphate gold, silver and bronze coins. It named them after historical Islamic caliphate coins: the gold dinar, the silver dirham and the bronze fals (or the plural fulus). Spain, Morocco Arrest 14 Accused of Recruiting ISIS Fighters

isis-army-700x430Fourteen people have been detained in Morocco and Spain on suspicion of recruiting people to fight for ISIS in Syria and Iraq, the Spanish Interior Ministry said.

The suspects were arrested in a town outside Madrid and in several locations in Morocco — Fez, Casablanca, Nador, Al Hoceima and Driouech — during a joint operation between the two countries, the ministry said in a statement Tuesday.

U.S. Military Reveals a MASSIVE Blow It Just Dealt ISIS

downloadA airstrike has taken out the Islamic State’s second in command, the White House confirmed in a statement on Friday. The strike on Fadhil Ahmad Al-Hayali, also known as Hajji Mutazz, occurred while he was traveling in a vehicle near Mosul in Northern Iraq on Tuesday.

Al-Hayali was an “ISIL Shura Council member and, as the senior deputy to ISIL leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, was a primary coordinator for moving large amounts of weapons, explosives, vehicles, and people between Iraq and Syria,” said White House NSC spokesman Ned Price.

“Al-Hayali’s death will adversely impact ISIL’s operations given that his influence spanned ISIL’s finance, media, operations, and logistics,” Price added.

Charles Lister, a visiting fellow at the Brookings Doha Center, told the Wall Street Journal that Al-Hayali’s killing indicates the U.S. may have gained significant intelligence gathering capability regarding ISIS. “The killing by itself suggests the U.S. has acquired a top-level source of intelligence capable of providing insight into and infiltrating the uppermost ranks of what is a highly secretive and well protected organization,” he said.
