Joe Rogan Flames Media For Scuttling Hunter Biden Story

Podcast juggernaut Joe Rogan blasted mainstream media outlets for scuttling stories related to President Joe Biden’s embattled son Hunter and claimed that he had previously used his name — and access to his father — as a bargaining chip in foreign business dealings.

Rogan, during an interview with former CIA covert operations officer Mike Baker on “The Joe Rogan Experience,” criticized the outlets that had dismissed stories about the younger Biden and the contents of the laptop he reportedly abandoned, arguing that they had done so to preserve a narrative rather than to ensure they were reporting the truth.

“This is the problem that I had with the New York Post article and the Hunter Biden laptop being suppressed. It’s not that I’m a Trump supporter, I didn’t vote for him, I’ve never voted for any Republican in my life,” Rogan explained. “You’re looking at something that’s real information and you’re hiding it from people cause you don’t like the result you think is going to come out of that information. That’s not how we’re supposed to be doing things!”

Rogan went on to suggest that any outlet looking for a good story should have been at least approaching the Hunter Biden story with some level of curiosity — but many had rejected it outright, with some even furthering claims from Biden’s presidential campaign that the contents of the laptop could be “Russian disinformation.”

“They don’t just love a good story, they love a good narrative and they’re willing to ignore facts to push that narrative. That’s what scares me. What scares me is, I think there are objective journalists that work for The Washington Post and The New York Times and there’s real solid journalists out there. But I don’t necessarily know if you’re getting all the information. I think it’s safe to say there is some f***ery afoot,” Rogan added. Joe Rogan Mocks the Attacks on Him

Joe Rogan took to the stage Tuesday night in Texas for a stand-up routine and mocked the attacks on him as he reminded people not to take advice from him.

“I used to say it if [I was talking about] a Richard Pryor bit or something, I would say it in context,” Rogan told the crowd, noting the recently resurfaced video of him using the N-word multiple times. The comments were noted by the Hollywood Reporter in a piece published Wednesday.

“Somebody made a compilation of every time I said that word over 14 years and they put it on YouTube, and it turned out that was racist as f**k,” he added. “Even to me! I’m me and I’m watching it saying, ‘Stop saying it!’ I put my cursor over the video and I’m like, ‘Four more minutes?!’ . . .

Rogan also made fun of comments he made about the COVID-19 vaccine that lead artists, such as Neil Young, to boycott Spotify, the outlet noted.

“I talk shit for a living — that’s why this is so baffling to me,” the comedian shared. “If you’re taking vaccine advice from me, is that really my fault? What dumb s**t were you about to do when my stupid idea sounded better?” (Read more from “Joe Rogan Mocks the Attacks on Him” HERE)

Joe Rogan Takedown Bid Seen as Coordinated Attack

The effort to take down podcast king Joe Rogan is increasingly being seen as a coordinated campaign to silence an influential figure with a massive audience and an independent streak.

That campaign seemingly started in mid-January, when a group of scientific experts sent a letter to Spotify accusing Rogan of spreading misinformation on his podcast episodes about COVID-19. It escalated this week with the emergence on social media of a video splicing together racist language Rogan had used in the past, drawing fierce reactions from both Rogan’s defenders and detractors.

Social media users and political figures, including GOP pollster Frank Luntz, raised the prospect this week of a connection between the latest broadside against Rogan and a left-wing political action committee known for its social media sensationalism.

MeidasTouch, a Democratic super PAC that sprang up to oppose former President Donald Trump, has denied involvement with the distribution of a montage showing, without context, Rogan using the N-word.

But its close relationship with a Twitter account that first amplified the Rogan montage has raised doubts that Rogan’s troubles sprang up organically. (Read more from “Joe Rogan Takedown Bid Seen as Coordinated Attack” HERE)

Platform Offers Joe Rogan $100 Million Deal With Commitment to ‘No Censorship’

Video-hosting platform Rumble is offering famed podcaster Joe Rogan a $100 million deal to leave Spotify and appear exclusively on the upstart YouTube competitor. The offer arrives amid Rogan facing calls from the cancel culture mob to remove him from Spotify over alleged misinformation regarding the Chinese coronavirus, and more recently, his past usage of the N-word during podcast episodes.

“We stand with you, your guests, and your legion of fans in desire for real conversation. So we’d like to offer you 100 million reasons to make the world a better place,” Rumble said in a statement on Monday.

“How about you bring all your shows to Rumble, both old and new, with no censorship, for 100 million bucks over four years?” the video-sharing platform added in its statement. “This is our chance to save the world. And yes, this is totally legit.”

Spotify already has a $100 million exclusive deal with the Joe Rogan Experience podcast. The deal, however, includes the censorship of certain episodes of Rogan’s podcast.

Rogan has been under attack ever since hosting two guests — Dr. Peter McCullough and Dr. Robert Malone — on his podcast, who “have an opinion that’s different from the mainstream narrative” regarding coronavirus-related issues, he said. When It Comes to Joe Rogan, the Real N-Word That Matters Is ‘No’

The attempt to cancel Joe Rogan has moved through its predictable stages. First, you had a slew of concerned doctors — which included a large number of people who were not, actually, doctors — raise their stethoscopes outside Spotify headquarters about Rogan’s meandering lengthy interviews with people they deem unacceptable sharing their perspectives regarding the Covid pandemic.

This was framed in the press without any regard for the actual expertise of those raising the claims. Nor was there any investigation into whether these people themselves held views now deemed dubious about masking, school shutdowns, economic lockdowns, treatment methods, or how effective the vaccines would be — all of which would be relevant to the veracity of their Rogan critiques. . .

The approach was very obviously an activation of the Cathedral — that is, the organized combination of elite power represented by a priesthood of media, academia, politicians and activist groups all funded by corporate tithes. They cracked open a similar playbook to the many “open letters” which assured the American people the powers that be possessed incontrovertible evidence that Donald Trump was elected via a Russian conspiracy, or that Hunter Biden’s laptop was a fraudulent Russian creation.

The experts are concerned. The media dutifully reports. The institutes release their findings. And the people must listen for our safety and security and the sake of our democracy. The clerisy of the all-powerful woke religion has declared what reality is. So let it be written, so let it be done.

What’s so interesting about the Rogan attack is that, at least initially, it failed. It failed because Rogan occupies a seat of influence and power that is far above his station, from the Cathedral’s perspective. There is power in numbers, and even if they view his listeners as rabble listening to the rambling queries of a barbarian Khan from the steppes, they are too numerous and engaged to not know what’s going on and recognize the playbook for what it is. Rogan on Ropes: Joe Apologizes After N-Word Compilation Goes Viral

Famed podcaster Joe Rogan has apologized for using the N-word during past podcast episodes after a compilation of him using the word surfaced on the Internet amid calls to cancel him from Spotify.

Rogan explained that while he never used the word directed at anybody, “whenever you’re in a situation where you have to say, ‘I’m not racist,’ you fucked up. And I clearly have f**ked up.”

The comedian and UFC commentator has been under attack for hosting two guests — Dr. Peter McCullough and Dr. Robert Malone — on his podcast, who “have an opinion that’s different from the mainstream narrative” regarding coronavirus-related issues,” he said.

In an attempt to quell the concerns of those calling for his cancellation, Rogan suggested that he host experts with the same opinions as the mainstream narrative right after hosting the “controversial” guests — and add a “content advisory” to his episodes.

But the cancel campaign doesn’t seem interested in Rogan’s suggestion of hosting a variety of guests with different viewpoints, as it is still baying for his blood. (Read more from “Rogan on Ropes: Joe Apologizes After N-Word Compilation Goes Viral” HERE)

White House: Do More to Censor Rogan Podcast!; More Musicians Boycott Spotify After Joe Rogan Bends the Knee (VIDEO)

By Breitbart. The White House indicated Tuesday that Spotify’s attempts to address what they described as coronavirus “misinformation” on podcaster Joe Rogan’s interviews was not a strong enough response to the freedom of speech controversy.

Spotify announced a decision Sunday to include content advisory warnings on Rogan’s interviews about the coronavirus pandemic with sources dissenting from the government narrative about the virus.

“It’s a positive step but more can be done,” White House press secretary Jen Psaki said during the daily briefing on Tuesday.

Spotify acted to address the situation after musicians Neil Young and Joni Mitchell asked the company to remove their music from their platform as part of a protest of Rogan’s interviews.

But Psaki called on technology and media platforms to do more to censor what she described as “misinformation” about the virus. (Read more from “White House: Do More to Censor Rogan Podcast!” HERE)

More Musicians Boycott Spotify in Support of Neil Young After Joe Rogan Bends the Knee

By Breitbart. The cancel mob is still baying for Joe Rogan’s head just days after the popular podcaster acquiesced to their demands by agreeing to a “content advisory” warning label and more “balance” on his show.

Musicians Graham Nash, Nils Lofgren, and India Arie are the latest stars to boycott Spotify, following in the path of Neil Young who last week demanded his songs be pulled from the streaming service in what has become a media-fueled effort to censor and deplatform Rogan. . .

On Sunday, Rogan responded to the growing controversy, saying in a video message that “many of the things that we thought of as ‘misinformation’ just a short while ago are now accepted as fact.”

He also pledged to add more “balance” to “controversial viewpoints” presented on “The Joe Rogan Experience.” (Read more from “More Musicians Boycott Spotify in Support of Neil Young After Joe Rogan Bends the Knee” HERE)

It’s On: Censorship Mob Wants Joe Rogan’s Head; Biden Surgeon General Calls on Big Tech to Blacklist Comedian

By Breitbart. Biden-appointed U.S. Surgeon General Vivek Murthy said Silicon Valley tech companies have an “important role to play” in preventing the spread of alleged coronavirus “misinformation.” His comments came during an MSNBC interview that specifically mentioned Joe Rogan.

Murthy made the comments during an appearance on MSNBC, in which host Mika Brzezinski asked Murthy what should be done about alleged misinformation from Joe Rogan and social media posts.

“What do you think are the best ways to push back on misinformation about COVID that continues to be aggressively pushed, whether it be Joe Rogan’s podcast or all over Facebook?” asked Brzezinski.

“We can have the best science available, we can have the best public health expertise available. It won’t help people if they don’t have access to accurate information,” responded Murthy. “People have the right to make their own decisions, but they also have the right to have accurate information to make that decision with.” (Read more from “It’s On: Censorship Mob Wants Joe Rogan’s Head; Biden Surgeon General Calls on Big Tech to Blacklist Comedian” HERE)

Neil Young Asks Artists to Join His Anti-spotify Crusade After Joe Rogan Ultimatum Failed

By Breitbart. Left-wing rocker Neil Young is now pushing for other artists to pull their music from Spotify, calling the audio streaming service a “damaging force” that is causing “24 year old’s” to end up on “the wrong side of the truth.”

Young’s call comes after Spotify said it would pull the singer’s music from its platform following his demand that the company either remove his music or blacklist Joe Rogan and his popular podcast.

On Wednesday, Young continued his attacks against Spotify on his website, claiming that the company “has recently become a very damaging force,” and urged others to join him in removing their music from the platform. “I sincerely hope that other artists and record companies will move off the Spotify platform and stop supporting Spotify’s deadly misinformation about Covid.”

In his diatribe, the former Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young member also suggested that content needs to be censored on Spotify because most of its listeners are “24 years old,” which makes them “impressionable.”

“Most of the listeners hearing the unfactual, misleading and false COVID information on SPOTIFY are 24 years old, impressionable and easy to swing to the wrong side of the truth,” the singer wrote. Joe Rogan Slams University for Allowing a Biological Male to Compete on the Women’s Swim Team

This week, podcast host Joe Rogan slammed the University of Pennsylvania for allowing a biological male swimmer to compete on the women’s swim team.

Rogan made the remarks during “The Tim Dillon Show.” During the podcast, Rogan discussed biological men competing in sports as biological women. He specifically discussed UPenn swimmer Lia Thomas and MMA fighter Fallon Fox.

As I covered, Thomas, who is a biological male on UPenn’s women’s swim team, broke two national women’s records at a swim competition in Ohio last fall. Reportedly, in the 1,650-yard freestyle, the runner-up finished 38 seconds behind Thomas. Dailymail.com reported that Thomas’ teammates had considered boycotting the event, but were worried about being labeled as “transphobic” and would be banned from the Ivy League championship next month. . .

“Look, I don’t have a problem with trans people. I have a problem with someone pretending that they’re a biological woman and fighting women,” Rogan said. “Once you say you’re trans, and everybody says, ‘okay, I’ll fight her’ – fine. I’m fine with that. In fact, MMA is one of the best places for that because you know exactly who your opponent is. Unlike this swimmer [Thomas], was it UPenn?”

“The swimmer that’s like, lapping all these biological women. That’s f*****, because they don’t have a choice. They have to compete against her,” Rogan added. (Read more from “Joe Rogan Slams University for Allowing a Biological Male to Compete on the Women’s Swim Team” HERE)

WATCH: Joe Rogan Fires Back at Chris Pratt Hate: ‘He’s a Christian’ and ‘Good Person’

Joe Rogan this week called out those on the Left critical of actor Chris Pratt, saying it’s because “he’s a Christian and he’s pretty open about it.”

“It’s something so simple, like [Pratt] just believes in Jesus,” Rogan said on his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience. “He likes to be a good person, and they’re like f*** him!”

[Warning: video contains explicit language.]

The podcast host opened his segment discussing how “Hollywood elites” are afraid to do anything “outside the lines” out of fear of being singled out and treated poorly. Rogan noted his disdain for the trouble Pratt gets in because of his open faith. (Read more from “WATCH: Joe Rogan Fires Back at Chris Pratt Hate: ‘He’s a Christian’ and ‘Good Person'” HERE)
