Highest-Ranking Enlisted Veteran Ever to Serve in Congress Blasts Tim Walz’s Stolen Valor

When Rep. Tony Gonzales, R-Texas, entered the 117th Congress in 2021, Tim Walz was already serving as governor in Minnesota after his six terms in Congress. But on many occasions, Gonzales heard about Walz’s claim to be the “senior-most enlisted service member to have been elected to Congress” based on his service as a command sergeant major (E9).

The discussion never really bothered Gonzales, himself a retired master chief petty officer (E9), but he recalls hearing about it. “I’m not really the type that cares about this sort of title or brags about my service,” he told me in a phone interview. But in recent days, as more disclosures about Walz’s service have come to light, it dawned on Gonzales and his team that he was the elected representative actually entitled to that particular honorific. “I was under the impression that he was an E9, so when I learned the truth, I was like, ‘Are you kidding?’”

In a tweet Thursday evening, Gonzales said, “I proudly served 20 years in the U.S. Navy, with multiple deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq — retired as a Master Chief. Yes, that makes me the highest ranked enlisted service member to EVER serve in Congress. A claim Gov. Walz has falsely paraded around. It’s important to call out DISHONESTY.” He went on to call for Walz’s withdrawal as Democrats’ presumptive vice presidential nominee.

In our interview barely an hour before sending the tweet, Gonzales minced even fewer words: “In my eyes, that’s stolen valor,” an affront to the honor and distinction of those who have legitimately earned their stripes through years of dedicated service.

In Congress, titles and honors typically reflect a history of service that is sometimes embellished by campaign consultants to better market their candidate. But in the military — where titles and honors represent sacrifice and sacred commitment — the precision of the words used is extremely important. When these two worlds collide, a fierce debate can erupt. (Read more from “Highest-Ranking Enlisted Veteran Ever to Serve in Congress Blasts Tim Walz’s Stolen Valor” HERE)

Kamala Harris Fails to Distance Herself From Left-Wing 2020 Campaign, Despite Aides’ Best Efforts

Vice President Kamala Harris hasn’t personally disavowed her 2020 campaign positions, instead opting to avoid the press and leave her staff to issue anonymous statements on her policy reversals.

Harris briefly spoke to reporters on Thursday for the first time since launching her campaign for president, answering questions about her debate plans and future interview requests — but she didn’t touch on her current policy stances. Instead of explaining her platform, Harris has left her current positions up to her campaign, which has issued anonymous statements walking back several of her previous statements.

Her aides’ latest policy switch-up came after the Uncommitted National Movement, a Palestinian activist group that has been vocally critical of Israel’s war in Gaza, said it had met with the vice president, who told them she was open to discussing an arms embargo on Israel. The vice president’s national security adviser, Phil Gordon, responded saying Harris has been “clear” about the issue, and that she “does not support an arms embargo on Israel.” Harris has not spoken on the issue herself.

Other reversals from Harris aides came within the first ten days of her campaign. When running for president four years ago, the now-vice president came out in favor of a ban on fracking, mandatory federal gun buybacks and the abolition of private health insurance.

An anonymous Harris campaign official first walked back Harris’ fracking stance on July 26, according to the Hill. (Read more from “Kamala Harris Fails to Distance Herself From Left-Wing 2020 Campaign, Despite Aides’ Best Efforts” HERE)

Kamala Harris Finally Responds to Claims That Tim Walz Abandoned National Guard Unit Before Iraq Deployment

Vice President Kamala Harris had nothing but “praise” for her running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz when questioned about his service in the National Guard Thursday.

Harris, 59, was asked by a reporter to respond to criticism that Walz “deserted his own troops, deserted his own colleagues” when he opted to retire from the Minnesota National Guard in May 2005, as his battalion was preparing to deploy to the Iraq warzone.

“Listen, I praise anyone who has presented themselves to serve our country,” Harris said. “And I think that we all should.”

Walz, 60, served 24 years in the Minnesota National Guard before retiring to run for the House of Representatives in the state’s 1st Congressional District. He unseated incumbent Republican Gil Gutknecht in that race, in which Walz made his opposition to the Iraq war a centerpiece of his campaign.

The Minnesota governor joined the National Guard after high school and had served in the 1st Battalion, 125th Field Artillery prior to his retirement. (Read more from “Kamala Harris Finally Responds to Claims That Tim Walz Abandoned National Guard Unit Before Iraq Deployment ” HERE)

Kamala Harris’s Detroit Rally Turns into a Chaotic Mess (VIDEO)

Kamala Harris’s rally in Detroit, Michigan, on Wednesday has been widely reported as a disaster, with thousands of attendees left stranded and chaos reigning supreme. The event, which was supposed to showcase Harris’s campaign energy and organization, instead ended in confusion and disarray.

Political scientist Josiah Lippincott, who was on the scene, described the aftermath as a scene of utter chaos. “Complete chaos after the Detroit Kamala rally. It has been 2.5 hours and people are still unable to find shuttles back to their cars. Campaign staff has no idea what is happening,” Lippincott tweeted. The rally was held near a UPS delivery center, leading to a mix-up with dozens of trucks complicating the shuttle service.

According to Lippincott, the situation was further exacerbated by confusion among campaign staff and a growing sense of frustration among rally-goers. “Tempers are high,” he added, highlighting the mounting frustration of those stuck without transportation.

The disorganization was so severe that a staff member reportedly broke down in tears. One of the distressed staffers even shared a troubling image on social media, illustrating the dangerous conditions faced during the debacle. “My bus was nearly in an accident,” the staffer posted, reflecting the chaotic state of the event.

Additional details reveal that the rally’s location was a major factor in the mess. Situated on a spur off the main road and surrounded by a jumble of freight trucks, the rally site proved challenging for buses and shuttles to navigate. “Add a bunch of freight trucks from UPS, confused campaign staff, and tired and hungry rally-goers, and you get complete chaos,” Lippincott explained in another tweet.

Report: Tim Walz Faced ‘Stolen Valor’ Accusations in 2006 That He Denied

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, the current vice president pick for 2024 Democrat presidential nominee Kamala Harris, has been aware of stolen valor accusations going back to 2006, according to a report from CNN.

While Walz’s service in the U.S. National Guard remains undisputed, his use of the rank “retired Command Sergeant Major” has sparked accusations of stolen valor as well as his claims to have carried weapons “in war,” even though he never served in war or a combat zone. As Breitbart News reported, Walz “listed on his official biography a higher military rank than the one he ultimately retired with, drawing criticism from some veterans”:

Walz served in the Minnesota Army National Guard and retired at the rank of master sergeant, or an E-8. However, on his official website bio, he lists a higher rank that he served at for a short period that ultimately was rescinded, as he did not complete all the requirements to serve at that rank. However, his bio implies that he retired at the rank of command sergeant major, or an E-9.

. . .

According to CNN, Walz encountered criticisms of his service characterizations going all the way back to 2006 during his run for U.S. Congress, which he denied at the time. Per the report:

That year, multiple letters to his local paper in Mankato, Minnesota, accused him of making misleading statements about his service, including whether he had served in Iraq or Afghanistan.

Runway Standoff: Trump’s VP Pick Approaches Kamala Harris at Airport (VIDEO)

By Breitbart. Republican vice presidential nominee Sen. JD Vance (OH), unlike establishment media reporters, is unafraid to question Democrat presidential nominee Vice President Kamala Harris about her radical record and coup-turned-campaign.

Vance approached Air Force Two, which Harris was onboard, during a tense standoff on Tuesday in which the current and perhaps future vice president occupied the same Wisconsin runway.

“I just wanted to check out my future plane,” Vance said, Semafor reported.

Vance did not speak to Harris but said he “wanted to go say hello to the vice president and ask her why does she refuse to answer questions.”

Vance Trolls Harris at Air Force Two

By The Hill. Sen. JD Vance (R-Ohio) approached Air Force Two “to check out” the plane after both he and Vice President Harris landed at the same airport in Wisconsin.

When he told gathered press what he was doing, Vance also attacked Harris for not answering questions from the media.

“I figured that I would come by and get a good look at the plane because hopefully it’s going to be my plane in a few months,” Vance said in front of Air Force Two. “I also thought you guys may get lonely, because the VP doesn’t answer questions from reporters.”

Harris’s campaign responded to Vance approaching Air Force Two by calling it “weird.” (Read more from “Vance Trolls Harris at Air Force Two” HERE)

VP Pick Walz’s Church Doesn’t Like to Call God ‘Him,’ Supports Reparations and Pride Parades

Democratic vice presidential candidate Tim Walz attends a church that preaches beliefs related to gender, race and sexuality that many Christian denominations strongly oppose.

Walz, who is the governor of Minnesota, identified Pilgrim Lutheran Church in St. Paul as his parish during a 2020 briefing on the COVID-19 pandemic. Materials published by Pilgrim Lutheran Church instruct parishioners not to refer to God using male pronouns, push congregants to support reparation funds, encourage them to celebrate Ramadan and include a modified gender-neutral version of the Lord’s Prayer, among other liberal practices.

Pilgrim Lutheran Church is part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA), a mainline protestant denomination that has been criticized by some conservative Christians for ordaining transgender and lesbian bishops as well as for its embrace of LGBT ideology.

“The ELCA is, broadly speaking, a liberal American mainline Protestant denomination,” Jonah Wendt, a policy adviser for Mike Pence’s Advancing American Freedom and a member of the Lutheran Church — Missouri Synod, told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “They reject the inerrancy of scripture, ordain women to the pastoral office [and] hold what many would believe to be unbiblical views on abortion and homosexual behavior.”

Pilgrim Lutheran Church in 2015 approved “guidelines for language in worship” wherein the congregation asserted that “a patriarchal culture gave birth to the writing of scripture and the selection of the canon” and, to rectify the purported injustice, committed to using gender-neutral language to describe God. Members of the church, for instance, are encouraged to “choose non-anthropomorphic language” like “hen” or “baker” to refer to God, and urged “not to limit these by following them with male or female pronouns.” (Read more from “VP Pick Walz’s Church Doesn’t Like to Call God ‘Him,’ Supports Reparations and Pride Parades” HERE)

Raleigh was the first site visited by President Joe Biden after his infamous June 27 debate against Trump.

A rally by Harris this week is getting reset due to Debby, the former hurricane that is slowly moving up the Atlantic Seaboard closing out the week. . .

Trump outpolled Harris 44%-41% among 714 likely voters sampled between July 31 and Aug. 3. (Read more from “Trump Leads Harris in North Carolina’s First Statewide Poll Since Switch” HERE)

Elon Musk: ‘Kamala is Quite Literally a Communist’

Elon Musk has posted on social media a simple statement regarding his opinion about Kamala Harris. . .

His statement wasn’t complicated: “Kamala is quite literally a communist. She wants not merely equal opportunity, but equal outcomes.”

Musk then cites the social media page of a group called AsTheWorldBurnz, which has documented the Harris agenda.

It includes: abolishing ICE. decriminalizing illegal crossings, defunding the police, mandatory gun buy backs (confiscations), nationalizing energy, banning fracking, banning off shore drilling, abolishing the filibuster.

Of course, in recent days as Harris tries to create an image as a legitimate presidential candidate, she’s been reversing course on some of her longheld positions. But the Twitter posting included the receipts for Harris’s extremism.

WATCH: Walz Takes Just 8 Seconds to Show He Doesn’t Know the Constitution

Kamala Harris’ pick to be her running mate, Gov. Tim Walz of Minnesota, used just eight seconds to reveal he doesn’t know the Constitution.

In a resurfaced video clip, since he was picked by Harris this week, he states, “There’s no guarantee to free speech on misinformation or hate speech and especially around our democracy.” . . .

The Constitution and the court precedents it has inspired, in fact, do not allow for censorship of speech that someone considers “hate” or speech that someone considers “misinformation.”

Speech that is restricted is that which would threaten or inspire or call for violence. (Read more from ”

A large part of the problem is that leftists have demanded that it is their opinion about what constitutes hate speech or misinformation or disinformation or malinformation that must be the controlling standard, when in fact their definitions are nothing more than their own opinions about speech.
