The Head Of A Christian School Told Kids The Church Is ‘Normalizing Same-Sex Relationships’

The head of an Episcopal church school in Texas told students that the church is embracing LGBTQ ideology and “normalizing same-sex relationships,” according to an audio recording obtained exclusively by the Daily Caller.

David Baad, the Head of School at the Episcopal School of Dallas (ESD), encouraged students to “affirm” the identities of the “LGBTQ” ideology in the name of the Episcopal Church, according to the audio recording. Baad evoked a quote from the Episcopal church’s Presiding Bishop Michael Curry, who appears on CNN’s “Don Lemon Tonight.”

“[Homosexuality] is an issue about which the Episcopal church has taken a very clear position,” Baad said. “Mike Curry … has a quote that sums it up … ‘LGBTQ siblings, we stand with you in this moment. And we continue to affirm that you are, and always have been, a blessing to our church. But, above all, you are children of God.’”

“This includes normalizing same-sex relationships, so that gay couples are comfortable being out among us in the same appropriate ways that heterosexual couples are,” Baad continued.

Baad is one of several administrators and teachers pushing an ideology on students and online. ESD’s Rev. Nate Bostian authored a blog on the cohesion of the Episcopal Church and controversial “diversity, equity, and inclusion” ideology. Woke Disney Takes Huge Hit: Majority of Independents ‘No Longer Trust’ Company’s Programming for Their Children

The Disney brand has taken a huge hit among American parents, with a majority of independents saying they “no longer trust” the company’s programming for their children in the wake of Disney pursing an aggressive LGBTQIA2S+ agenda, as well as the company’s opposition to anti-grooming legislation in Florida.

A new Issues & Insights/TIPP Poll asked 1,305 adults across America, “As a result of the recent stories, how much trust would you place in Disney’s programming for your children, assuming you have any?”

The results of the poll revealed that a majority of independents no longer trust the company, with 52 percent saying they don’t trust Disney’s designs on their children, and only 42 percent saying they do.

Meanwhile, a majority of Democrats still trust Disney’s programming, with 77 precent answering that they trust the company, and 19 percent saying they don’t.

As for Republicans, the poll revealed that only 23 percent trust Disney’s programming, compared with 70 percent saying they don’t.

Weirdos Who Want to Sexualize Your Children Should Absolutely Be Stigmatized as Groomers

What does it say about the pathetic state of the political right that instead of spending our energy advancing the ideas and institutions that promote human flourishing, we’re quibbling over whether “groomers” is the right word to refer to people who delight in sexualizing other people’s kids and hiding it from their parents?

The ranks of progressives and unmistakably pro-LGBT media — who spend their days throwing around insulting hyperbole like “Nazi,” “fascist,” and “silence is violence” — are being joined by so-called conservatives who’ve taken it upon themselves to lecture those to the right of them that ackshuuully it’s not appropriate to call the kids’ entertainment creators and state-sanctioned educators who insist on sexually indoctrinating 5-year-olds “groomers.”

It’s absolutely absurd. Conservatives aren’t abandoning their principles by abandoning needless throat-clearing about teachers’ alleged good faith and the left’s intentions.

We all know the left’s intentions because they’ve made them perfectly clear. The most recent go-around started with them maliciously branding a bill protecting parents’ rights — which are an absolutely necessity for societal survival — as a bill that banned mention of the word “gay” in schools. It was a lie; the legislation seeks to keep leftist dogmas about gender identity and sexual orientation away from 5-9-year-old kids.

Famous Cookie Brand Joins Woke Corporations Pushing LGBT Ideology

Oreo Cookie released a new ad Monday that celebrates a young man coming out as gay to his family.

“Coming out doesn’t happen just once. It’s a journey that needs love and courage every step of the way. Share our new film and let someone know you’re their #LifelongAlly,” the introduction to the ad reads.

The ad is co-sponsored by PFLAG, an organization that encourages families to embrace their LGBT family members.

The ad features a young man sitting with his sister and parents at a kitchen table. His immediate family already knows he’s gay and is supportive of him, but he is nervous about coming out to his grandmother, who is soon visiting.

The young man is reviewing a letter he seemingly wrote to prepare for this moment, but he stutters and is comforted by his mother. “I think you’re ready,” his mother says to him in anticipation of his grandmother visiting. Marvel Denounces Florida’s So-Called ‘Don’t Say Gay’ Bill

Marvel Studios is speaking out against Florida’s controversial HB 1557 “Parental Rights In Education Bill,” which critics have dubbed the “Don’t Say Gay” bill despite the measure not including that word in the text.

Marvel’s statement against the bill, which passed the Florida senate Tuesday, echoes what other entertainment corporations including Disney have said publicly about the bill. . .

The bill is being called discriminatory and dangerous, however many critics and even news outlets are misrepresenting the provisions within the text. In reality, HB 1557 bans teachers from discussing topics related to sexual orientation or gender identity with students in elementary school from kindergarten until after third grade. It does not ban students from discussing those topics.

Dems Furious Over Bill Banning Sexual Orientation Discussions for 5 Year Olds

Democrats and members of the establishment media are falsely claiming that the parental rights bill, passed by the Florida Senate on Tuesday, is “homophobic” and “reprehensible” in nature, despite the fact that it simply states that classroom discussions on sexual orientation or gender identity are prohibited for children kindergarten through third grade.

The Florida Senate passed the Parental Rights in Education bill on Tuesday, triggering further outcry from Democrat and far-left activists, who had falsely labeled the measure the “Don’t Say Gay bill. In actuality, the bill simply prohibits classroom discussions on any sexual orientation or identity for children in kindergarten through third grade. It does not single out any specific word, including the word “gay,” despite the left’s false framing.

“Classroom instruction by school personnel or third parties on sexual orientation or gender identity may not occur in kindergarten through grade 3 or in a manner that is not age-appropriate or developmentally appropriate for students in accordance with state standards,” the bill’s text reads in part:

Despite that, Democrats are expressing outrage over the measure, which is now sits on Gov. Ron DeSantis’s (R) desk. Meanwhile, establishment media outlets are continuing to peddle the “Don’t Say Gay” myth in their framing of the news.

The Democrats, specifically, called the bill — banning classroom discussions on sexual orientation from 5-year-olds — a “reprehensible assault on children’s safety, mental health, protection, and freedom”:

Queer Nation: Here’s How Many Americans Claim to Be LGBTQ

A new Gallup poll finds that a record 7.1% of Americans now identify as something other than heterosexual, including 1 in 5 Generation Z young adults.

Gallup reported this week that the percentage of U.S. adults claiming to be lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or something other than heterosexual in 2021 was double what the first survey on this question found in 2012 and up from 5.6% in 2020.

“The increase in LGBT identification in recent years largely reflects the higher prevalence of such identities among the youngest U.S. adults compared with the older generations they are replacing in the U.S. adult population,” Gallup reported.

The survey found that about 21% of Generation Z Americans who have reached adulthood — those born between 1997 and 2003 — identified as LGBT last year.

CENSORED: YouTube Bans LGBT People From Finding Effective Treatment for Trauma

I’m a clinical psychologist, and I help my clients resolve their traumatic memories. In the process, these clients often report spontaneous changes in their sexual feelings, and these changes may lead them away from LGBT attractions and toward heterosexual ones.

I’m not alone in observing this. A two-year study with a good sample size revealed the same thing. So I talked about this study on my YouTube channel.

This turned out to be a mistake. Big Tech, at the behest of left-wing activists, decided to censor information about sexual shifts that move any client on the sexuality spectrum away from “gay” and toward “straight.” These outcomes, which would be celebrated if they moved a client the other direction, which can be life-transforming results for some people.

Human sexuality is complex, and is changed by our life experiences. Working through traumatic experiences, such as childhood sexual molestation and peer labeling, can trigger dramatic changes in a person’s sexual identity.

I work regularly with victims of past trauma who report emotional distress, depression, and suicidal thoughts. Unfortunately, a subsection of these clients live with a political “hot button” issue that makes them anathema to activists in our society: they have same-sex attractions that they believe do not reflect “who they are.” These men have long suspected that events in their past have affected their sexuality. New Biden Nuclear Hire Is Drag Queen Who Wears Stilettos to Work, Discusses Sex With Animals, and Calls NIH Chief ‘Daddy Fauci’

A recent, high-level hire at the Department of Energy’s Office of Nuclear Energy is a drag queen, LGBTQ+ activist who has “lectured” on kink at college campuses and participated in interviews about fetish roleplay. In one interview, Sam Brinton – now a top Biden official – even discusses having sex with animals.

Brinton – who has written in opposition to “gay conversion therapy” – was recently tapped to serve as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Spent Fuel and Waste Disposition in the Office of Nuclear Energy for the Department of Energy. He also goes by “Sister Ray Dee O’Active” – his drag queen alter ego.

In his own website’s bio, Brinton reveals:

Sam has worn his stilettos to Congress to advise legislators about nuclear policy and to the White House where he advised President Obama and Michelle Obama on LGBT issues. He shows young men and women everywhere he goes that they can be who they are and gives them courage. Once, while he was walking around Disney World in 6 inch stilettos with his boyfriend, a young gay boy saw Sam with his boyfriend and started crying. He told his mother, ‘”t’s true, Mom. WE can be our own princess here.”

Brinton is an active member of the Washington, D.C. chapter of a drag queen society known as the “Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence,” which lists him as the principal contact on its 2016 and 2018 tax forms. U.S. Anti-Russian Posture Isn’t About “Security” or “Democracy,” but Promoting LGBT

[I]n 2013, Russia passed a law banning gay propaganda towards minors. This came on the heels of the 2012 arrest of members of Pussy Riot, a female performance art collective, for sacrilegious acts at the Cathedral of Christ the Savior in Moscow. Three members of the group were sentenced to two years in prison each, with two of them serving their full sentences . . .

The US response in the media to Pussy Riot and the anti-gay law was nothing short of hysterical, and coverage of Russia, a country that had previously been viewed largely with indifference by American elites, has never been the same. My impression is that the gay propaganda law may have gotten more coverage in the American press than any other event that happened in Russia since the fall of the Soviet Union.

In the 2012 election, when Romney called Russia “our greatest geopolitical foe,” Obama famously responded that the 1980s called and it wanted its foreign policy back. This was before the gay propaganda law. Although it’s hard to prove that this was the turning point, as someone who was studying international relations at the time on a university campus and who paid close attention to American politics, it felt as if some Rubicon had been crossed and any move towards friendlier relations was impossible. By 2015, even before the rise of Trump, Putin was not the leader of a country, but a Hollywood villain.

In 2014, we saw the overthrow of Yanukovych, the Russian seizure of Crimea, and the beginning of the war in Eastern Ukraine. While this was a big deal to foreign policy hawks, it did not capture the liberal imagination in the same way that the gay propaganda law did. Russiagate required years of demonization in order to take off, and beginning in 2016 Putin became not only a homophobe and anti-feminist, but the man who may ultimately end American democracy.

I think most people are going to be inherently skeptical of the idea that LGBT and identity politics more generally play such a large role in international affairs. Yet people have less trouble accepting the fact that largely symbolic culture war issues related to race, gender, and sexual orientation drive domestic politics. Foreign policy elites are from the same class that gave us the Great Awokening, and if your model of members of this class involves them being illogical and destructive fanatics on matters of identity (the correct model), you should assume that they take their attitudes with them when thinking about international affairs. Their assumptions, deepest convictions, and construction of reality shape the ways in which we discuss geopolitical issues, which most Americans have no firsthand experience with. . .

Russian opposition to LGBT triggers American elites more than anti-gay laws and practices elsewhere because Russia is a white nation that justifies its policies based on an appeal to Christian values. Unlike a country like Hungary, it actually matters for international politics. Remember, we’re talking about the same elite that can only get excited about random attacks on Asians if they can pretend it’s white people who are doing it, and can’t be bothered to care about black people shooting each other every day but will make excuses for those who burn cities down in response to a police officer shooting a criminal in the course of an arrest. Homophobic Muslims or Africans will never inspire all that much righteous fury in these people. The template of “white conservative Christians bad” is fundamental to their worldview, and this leads to not only hostility towards Putin, but also nations like Hungary and Poland, even if the latter are uneasily accepted as friends because they were grandfathered into NATO, the alliance that is of course aimed at Russia.
