MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell files to run for Minnesota governor

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell filed paperwork Wednesday to run for Minnesota governor.

While the paperwork doesn’t certainly mean he is running, Lindell said he is 98% sure he is. The CEO filed with the Minnesota Campaign Finance and Disclosure Board to run as a Republican against Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN).

He told Minnesota Public Radio that he would make a decision as early as Dec. 11.

Lindell is a conservative personality also known for his efforts to challenge the results of the 2020 election. He owns Lindell TV, which has Pentagon press credentials alongside other conservative outlets and influencers.

A judge ruled in September that the MyPillow CEO defamed voting machine company Smartmatic for his claims that the machines “rigged” the 2020 election. He supported President Donald Trump against former President Joe Biden then. (Read more from “MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell files to run for Minnesota governor” HERE)

Mike Lindell Is Broke, May Lose Legal Team After 2020 Election Lawsuits: ‘We’ve Lost Everything’

Pillow magnate Mike Lindell is broke and millions of dollars behind on legal fees after lengthy court battles over his election fraud claims.

Lindell’s legal team filed to separate from him on Thursday, citing “millions of dollars” in unpaid bills. The “My Pillow Guy” said he is not trying to stiff his attorneys, he simply cannot afford to pay them, according to NBC News.

“We’ve lost everything, every dime,” Lindell said. “All of it is gone.”

The law firm of Parker Daniels Kibort LLC (PDK), which represents Lindell, said that continuing to represent the businessman is becoming untenable and “future fees and costs will amount to millions of dollars in addition to the millions of dollars already owed” unless the parties part ways.

“At this time, Defendants are in arrears by millions of dollars to PDK,” attorneys at the firm told the court in a filing. “PDK is a small litigation and trial firm in Minneapolis, MN and cannot afford to finance Defendants’ defense in the Litigations.” (Read more from “Mike Lindell Is Broke, May Lose Legal Team After 2020 Election Lawsuits: ‘We’ve Lost Everything’” HERE)

Mike Lindell Berates Dominion Executive During Fiery Deposition, “You’re an A**Hole! You Got That?” (VIDEO)

Mike Lindell is the hero we need in these times, and he’s finally getting his chance to confront Dominion representatives face-to-face. Lindell is not holding back at all. In fact, the deposition is becoming downright heated.

The Hill:

MyPillow businessman Mike Lindell went after and repeatedly insulted attorneys questioning him over claims the 2020 election was fraudulent in newly released video of his deposition, in which the prominent Republican donor and conspiracy theorist yells and curses at them.

[…]

“You’re just a lawyer, you’re an ambulance-chasing lawyer, so don’t start with me. I got all day,” Lindell said. “I’ll take as much time as you want, so let’s go. You’re not my boss, you’re just a lawyer, frivolous lawyer.”

Lindell repeatedly blasted Coomer’s attorneys and called the basis of the defamation claim into question.

“This is a frivolous case and if you’re representing this guy and you’ve read this case, you are a disgusting lawyer, period,” he said. “I can’t believe anybody would take this. This is absolutely disgusting, it’s a disgrace to our country, it’s a disgrace to you.”

Mike Lindell Unrelenting in Demand for Safe and Secure Elections

Mike Lindell, of MyPillow fame, has been bludgeoned, bashed and bothered over his belief that the 2020 election was not above-board – that it was actually stolen from President Trump. . .

Even this week, as he was staging an event to talk again about the problems facing American elections, legacy media pointed out his project was a “flop” because a wrong video was cued, and there were … empty seats in the auditorium!

But one of the speakers at the event, billed as “Election Summit: The plan to secure our elections,” said Lindell is still charging forward, and there will be required serious action in order to restore to America honest election days.

“People want to see heads roll,” explained Rep. Eric Burlison, R-Mo.

Trump Inadvertently Blocks Return of Close Ally Mike Lindell’s Phone

Former President Donald Trump’s litigation over documents he took to his Florida home inadvertently led to a judge rejecting a request by MyPillow founder Mike Lindell to regain access to his cellphone after FBI agents seized it at a Hardee’s drive-thru earlier this month.

Lindell, a close ally of the 45th president, had his motion for a temporary restraining order denied by U.S. District Judge Eric Tostrud, thwarting the pillow entrepreneur’s efforts to regain access to his mobile device that was seized by federal agents last week.

The FBI seized Lindell’s phone on Sept. 13 while he was waiting at the fast food drive-thru in Minnesota. Lindell filed a lawsuit Tuesday in federal court, seeking a temporary restraining order that would require the government to stop accessing his phone and return it.

But Tostrud cited a Wednesday ruling by the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals that significantly altered a Trump-appointed district judge’s special master order in the litigation battle between Trump and the Justice Department. Mike Lindell Teams up With Famed Legal Expert to Sue Feds (VIDEO)

My Pillow guy Mike Lindell says he’s hiring famed legal expert Alan Dershowitz, and others, to help bring a lawsuit against the U.S. government, including the FBI.

A report at Citizen Free Press explained Lindell said, “We are suing the United States government and the FBI. This isn’t just to get the phone back, this is my First, Fourth, and Fifth Amendment rights were broken… We aren’t going to put up with this, we aren’t going to be the Gestapo like in Nazi Germany. We’re being proactive.”

The comments came on a podcast with Steve Bannon.

Lindell explained he’s also working with Andrew Parker, Kurt Olson and “others.” (Read more from “Mike Lindell Teams up With Famed Legal Expert to Sue Feds (VIDEO)” HERE)

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell Claimed the FBI Seized His Phone

By Business Insider. During a Facebook broadcast Tuesday night, MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell claimed the FBI had been “weaponized” against him when it executed a search warrant to seize his phone.

According to a copy of a subpoena uploaded by Lindell, federal agents took his cellphone Tuesday as part of a warrant seeking records related to the “authorization or lack of authorization to damage or modify any Dominion computerized voting system.” The investigation was also related to “any attempted misappropriation, theft, conversion, transfer, or exfiltration of any proprietary hardware, software or other data” related to the voting machines.

The FBI didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.

In a comment to The Daily Beast, the Denver FBI field office said “without commenting on this specific matter, I can confirm that the FBI was at that location executing a search warrant authorized by a federal judge.”

“They want to know about Dominion and Mesa County in Colorado,” Lindell told Insider, referring to the investigation into Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters, a pro-Trump Colorado election official accused of facilitating an election-data leak. DOJ Issues More Than 30 Subpoenas to Trump Associates: Source

By Fox News. The Department of Justice has issued a flurry of over 30 subpoenas to aides of former President Donald Trump, a source familiar with the federal investigation confirmed to Fox News.

The Justice Department also seized phones from two top Trump advisers in the investigation, which aims to probe Trump’s unsubstantiated claims of a rigged 2020 presidential election.

The dozens of new subpoenas mark a rapid escalation in pressure applied to the Trump camp by the DOJ.

The Justice Department is investigating allegations of phony Electoral College certifications from 2020 that declared Republicans were the electors voting for Trump and Mike Pence when in fact Democrats had won and voted for President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.

Timothy Parlatore, an attorney for Trump confidant and former New York Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik, confirmed that Kerik received a subpoena last Tuesday to appear before a federal grand jury in Washington, D.C., on Friday, Sept. 23. WATCH: Mike Lindell Says Walmart Has Dropped My Pillow

My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell claimed Thursday that Walmart had discontinued his company’s namesake product.

In a Facebook Live video, Lindell told his followers that Walmart informed him it would stop carrying his product.

“Walmart says, ‘Yeah, we’re going to be discontinuing you,'” he explained.

A spokesperson for Walmart told the Washington Examiner, “While we are no longer carrying them in stores, My Pillow products continue to be available on Walmart.com.”

According to Lindell, last year, Walmart removed the product from the “as seen on TV” section and placed it by the bedding instead. (Read more from “WATCH: Mike Lindell Says Walmart Has Dropped My Pillow” HERE)

Mike Lindell Wants To Crush Dominion’s Defamation Lawsuit, Arguing the Voting Tech Company Is a Government Official – Legal Experts Say He Has a Point

In August, lawyers for Mike Lindell’s pillow company raised a legal argument that could deal a blow to a $1.3 billion defamation lawsuit brought by Dominion Voting Systems.

Lawyers for MyPillow argue that, since Dominion develops technology used in elections, it’s effectively a government official. And since government officials need to clear a high bar to win defamation lawsuits, they argue the lawsuit can’t stand.

“At the heart of this case is the scope of an American citizen’s right to criticize how his government handles the counting of votes,” MyPillow’s lawyers write. “Were electronic voting systems used in the November 2020 election hacked and manipulated? Plaintiff Dominion’s billion-dollar defamation lawsuits and related public attacks against MyPillow and numerous others are an effort to choke off public discussion of these foundational political issues.” . . .

“The defendants are claiming that because the plaintiff is performing a strictly government function they should be treated as a public official,” Frederick Schauer, a University of Virginia professor and First Amendment expert, told Insider. “That is not an implausible claim, nor is the response that the plaintiff is sufficiently down in the food chain that they cannot really be considered an official, even if they are doing something governmental under contract with the government.” (Read more from “Mike Lindell Wants To Crush Dominion’s Defamation Lawsuit, Arguing the Voting Tech Company Is a Government Official – Legal Experts Say He Has a Point” HERE)

Why Mike Lindell Thinks Donald Trump Will Return as President in August

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell is continuing to push the claim that Donald Trump will return as president in August, saying there is a “clear path” for him back to the White House.

Lindell told Steve Bannon’s War Room: Pandemic show that his lawyers confirmed to him that there is a route via Supreme Court rulings, as well as “two other bonus pathways” resulting from the disputed and partisan audit in Arizona and a similar recount called for by GOP lawmakers in Pennsylvania.

“They’re gonna all come crumbling down like a house of cards,” Lindell said, repeating Trump supporters’ hopes that any proof of election fraud in Arizona—which has still not been found after several weeks—will result in a Domino effect that will change the outcome of the entire election.

Speaking to Bannon, Lindell claimed that once his evidence is presented to the Supreme Court, the judges will be so impressed that it will rule 9-0 in favor of returning Trump to the presidency and setting a new inauguration date.
