WATCH — NYC Construction Worker Shares Message to Joe Biden: ‘F*CK You’

. . .A reporter asked the worker what he thought of seeing so many Trump supporters in Manhattan for the business records trial that former President Donald Trump is facing.

“What’s it like seeing so many Republicans in Manhattan, so many Trump supporters in Manhattan? Does that surprise you?” the reporter asked.

The construction worker, holding a pizza box, responded, “No, not at all. It’s turning now. It’s Trump’s turn again.”

The reporter then asked, “What’s your message for Joe Biden?”

The construction worker responded, “F**k you!”

NYC Underground: Hundreds of People Are Living in Subway Stations and Tunnels, Survey Shows

Some 350 homeless individuals were recently found living in encampments in subway stations and tunnels, transit officials said Thursday.

The individuals were spread between 29 encampments in tunnels and 89 in stations, according to an MTA survey conducted on Feb. 2 and 3 as part of a “track trespass” task force formed in December to address an uptick in track intrusions.

Taskforce leader Jamie Torres-Springer said the tunnel encampments “directly lead to track trespassing incidents,” which the MTA began tracking in detail in January.

MTA bean counters recorded 160 track intrusion incidents in the first month of record-keeping, 40 of which were attributed to mentally ill or emotionally disturbed individuals, Torres-Springer said. Other incidents involved slip-and-falls, intoxication or suicide or attempted suicide, and four more involved shove assaults. Teacher Caught Sucking Topless Man’s Nipple During Zoom Class

A spicy slip of the tongue led to a Spanish teacher being yanked from her classes after investigators found she performed an “inappropriate sexual act” during a Zoom lesson.

As students at the prestigious Columbia Secondary School for Math, Science, and Engineering remotely watched a “live” class, Amanda K. Fletcher, 37, “appeared to suck the nipple of an unidentified topless male” while she “rocked her head back and forth,” according to the Special Commissioner of Investigation for city schools.

“Following this act, Fletcher’s face turned in full view of the screen, and she gyrated her shoulders and smiled,” the report says.

Before that, students watched Fletcher “eating spaghetti” with the shirtless man behind her, the SCI says in a report, dated Oct. 29, 2020, obtained by The Post. (Read more from “Teacher Caught Sucking Topless Man’s Nipple During Zoom Class” HERE)

Four Babies in NYC Have Recently Gotten Herpes From Controversial Jewish Circumcision Ritual

A seldom-practiced religious ritual has led to a cluster of herpes cases among infants, New York City health officials said Sunday. At least four infants have contracted the potentially fatal viral disease since last September, all after undergoing a circumcision during which the circumciser placed their mouth on the genital wound.

Last September, health officials issued a public health alert about the practice, known as metzitzah b’peh, following a case of neonatal herpes reported to the New York City Health Department. On Sunday, the Wall Street Journal reported there have been three more cases documented in NYC since December.

Jewish circumcision nowadays rarely involves any oral contact between the baby’s genitals and the circumciser, or mohel, and is actively discouraged by the community at large. But the ancient practice of suction—said to cleanse the wound—is still performed within some ultra-orthodox communities. WATCH: Radical Leftists Plan to ‘F*** S**T up’ at NYC’s Train Terminals. Oh, and ‘F*** the Police,’ They Declare.

A radical leftist organization known as Decolonize This Place indicates it’s planning a large-scale “action” Friday in New York City in order to “f*** s**t up” at the city’s train terminals. They call it “F*** the Police 3,” and it’s a protest against fares and police presence on the transit system.

The group posted a video on Twitter announcing the planned uprising. The text preceding the clip reads, “The streets are ours. The trains our ours. The walls are ours. This moment is ours. How will you and your crew build and f*** s**t up for #FTP3 on #J31 (THIS FRIDAY)? Issa mothaf***in’ movement.” . . .

[WARNING: Explicit language used throughout video.]

The video shows a trio of masked, hooded individuals, and the voice of the speaker in the middle is muffled presumably to hide his identity. The speaker asks listeners to “think of the ways that you can move in affinity” with other protesters “and f*** s**t up on J31 all day long.”

Back to the Pre-Giuliani Era: Serious Crime up 31% in NYC’s Central Park This Year

It was “beginning to look a lot like Christmas,” as all around the country, everyone did their Christmas shopping. But thanks to weak-on-crime policies metastasizing throughout big cities like New York, if you are walking in Central Park or taking a New York subway, you might find yourself singing, “It’s beginning to look a lot like the eighties.” The era of former NYC Mayor David Dinkins is back in the nation’s largest city, and it has reared its ugly head due to the jailbreak policies of Mayor Bill de Blasio and other New York state politicians.

NYPD crime stats recently reported by the New York Post show that violent crime incidents in Central Park, Manhattan, have spiked 31 percent in 2018.

There were 20 robberies, 36 grand larcenies and the murder of 36-year-old Oscar Calle whose body was found near Lasker pool in August — the first such crime in the park in 17 years. A 19-year-old was charged in the case.

Reported rapes declined from three to one, but other sex crimes rose from four to 10.

Crimes were also up in and around Morningside Park where Barnard College freshman Tessa Majors was murdered Dec. 11. A 13-year-old has been charged in the case and two other teen suspects have yet to be arrested.

The cleanup of Central Park was one of the milestones of the era of former Mayor Rudy Giuliani in New York that jump-started a two-decade decline in crime throughout the city. Those gains are now being reduced due to the abolishing of pretrial bail, reduced sentencing, early release, and almost no deterrent against juvenile criminals.

The subways have already returned to pre-Giuliani-era crime levels. According to NYPD data, there were 1,185 transit misdemeanor assaults citywide from Jan. 1 to Nov. 17, which reflects a 10.9 percent increase from the same time last year. As a harbinger of the return of crime, New York’s MTA reports that the amount of graffiti on subways has increased greatly over the past few years.

On top of the regular assaults on the streets of New York, this year saw a growing epidemic of anti-Semitic attacks on Jews. NYPD is investigating five potential hate crimes from just Hanukkah week, where Jews were assaulted on the streets with indications that they were targeted. In one incident, Steven Jorge, 28, was arrested for allegedly punching a 65-year-old man in the face in an unprovoked attack after yelling, “F–k you Jew bastard.” Through the first eight months of the year, anti-Semitic attacks were up 63 percent over 2018, according to the NYPD. Jews were the target of 53 percent of hate crimes this year, even though they account for just 13 percent of the city’s population. But there is no aggressive media and political focus on it because most of the attackers are either black or Hispanic.

Despite the return of the crime wave, rather than reassessing all of the recent policy changes that have reversed two decades of gains against crime, city officials are promising even more jailbreak policies. Melinda Katz, the district attorney-elect in Queens who narrowly beat a Soros challenger by just a few votes, is now jumping on the criminal justice deform bandwagon. She’s promising fewer referrals to grand juries beginning in January. This coincides with a new state law that essentially guts the grand jury process and enables defendants to know everything said about them by witnesses and victims even before the trial. Meanwhile, thanks to the other provision of the law, most of those criminals will be out on the streets without bond to intimidate witnesses. Also, they will be allowed to return to the scene of the crime, which, in the case of a home invasion or rape, could mean the victim’s own home.

New York politicians might still brag that their murder rate is historically low. The city has not yet returned to Baltimore levels of homicide. But the assaults and breakdown of public order are a harbinger of what is to come. If this is how bad it is before implementation of New York’s Christmas gift of laws for criminals, one can only imagine what will happen in 2020. Judge Releases Convicted Gang Killer on Zero Bail

Last week, I highlighted the case of a New York City gang member arrested for robbery being released on $6K bond and now accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old while out on bail. Well, another NYC judge just released a convicted gang murderer arrested for felony possession of a firearm on zero bond. The abolish bail movement is going to become the new normal unless the silent majority speaks out.

According to the New York Post, which has covered the spate of violent criminals released back onto the streets in recent months, Shakeil Chandler, 32, served eight years in prison for a 2006 murder in Queens. Despite the complaints of the elitists that too many “low-level” offenders are locked up for too long, this reputed Crips gang member was paroled in 2014 thanks to a plea deal in 2009. Indeed, even the most violent gang members are paroled these days.

Like most gang-bangers released from prison, Chandler went back to the criminal underworld. On October 4, he was busted at 2 a.m. at the scene of a shooting in the Bronx and was seen kicking a Taurus .357 Magnum revolver under a car. He was arrested by NYPD and charged with felony possession. Remember, he’s a convicted murderer and a gang member. Yet Bronx Criminal Court Judge Jeanine Johnson released Chandler without bail. She cited, in part, the fact that Chandler “has full custody of his child” as rationale for releasing him.

It’s a shame these legal elites never exhibit the same sense of care and sympathy for innocent families victimized by their bleeding-heart decisions.

This is part of a dangerous growing trend of liberal jurisdictions that claim to detest gun violence doing everything they can to avoid locking up known violent felons who are caught illegally possessing firearms. The fact that Republicans in Washington have not made an issue of this gross hypocrisy in the gun control debate is shocking. There is a real need for tougher federal laws to ensure that federal prosecutors are able to more efficiently scoop up these cases where local prosecutors and county judges go wobbly both on pretrial release and post-conviction sentencing.

However, according to the Post, there is a more intriguing twist to the case of Judge Johnson’s release of Chandler. Perhaps she has such an aversion to jail because she herself was a recipient of jailbreak.

On June 25, 2014, Johnson was arrested for driving erratically at 4 a.m. in the morning and checked in at 0.113 on a Breathalyzer — well over the legal limit for DUI. She allegedly refused to get out of the car and invoked her status as general counsel to then-Manhattan Assemblyman Keith Wright. Johnson was charged with DWI, reckless driving, and resisting arrest, but allegedly used favors to downgrade the charges to driving while ability impaired, which is only a violation, not a crime. According to the Post, “Wright sent the judge in that case a letter describing Johnson as an “indispensable member” of his staff. She got off with a $300 fine and a 90-day suspension of her driver’s license. Now she is a judge.

Judge Johnson best embodies the elite mentality of the limousine liberals in the legal profession. They sanctimoniously decry unfair incarceration – at the expense of public safety – and release the worst gang members back on the streets. Then, they seek to suspend the laws for themselves.

This case is no aberration. New York is slated to abolish cash bail entirely beginning next year for all but a small number of criminals arrested on the streets. Earlier this month, city law enforcement released an illegal alien previously convicted for child sex offenses after he was re-arrested for a similar offense and had served only a few months in jail. He was only taken off the streets thanks to the work of ICE.

All the hard work that went into cleaning up New York City 25 years ago is beginning to slip down the drain. Thanks to the NYPD releasing thousands of dangerous criminal aliens, the dismantling of tough policing, and the downgrading of sentencing including against drug traffickers, the homelessness, street violence, and drug problems are rampant.

It’s gotten so bad that EMS personnel are now being assaulted on the streets, raising the outrage of their union leader. “Mayor de Blasio, you need to do more to protect the men and women who protect and serve this city,” said Oren Barzilay, president of EMS union Local 2507 to local reporters following a vicious assault on one official. “The city is spiraling down to a chaos where there’s no respect for nobody — buckets of water thrown at police officers, assaults on EMTs and paramedics are on a daily basis, assaults on MTA workers is on a daily basis … our city has run down to a point of no return.”

Sadly, so long as both parties are committed to reducing the prison population at all costs, the criminals will continue to feel no deterrent. As Al Sharpton so often says, “No justice, no peace.” (For more from the author of “Judge Releases Convicted Gang Killer on Zero Bail” please click HERE)

Bill De Blasio Officially Launches 2020 Presidential Campaign

By NY Post. After nearly half a year of hemming and hawing, Mayor Bill de Blasio on Thursday entered the 2020 presidential race, becoming the 24th Democrat to join the jam-packed field.

The termed-out politician, known for his habitual tardiness, finally decided to run after five months of toying with a White House bid.

NYC Police Union Chief Reveals How Horrible of a President De Blasio Would Be

Think New York City Mayor “Red Bill” De Blasio would at least have the support of New York’s finest? Think again.

De Blasio announced Thursday that he is joining the already crowded field of 2020 Democratic presidential contenders. The leftist mayor is running on the campaign slogan “Working people first.”

But the New York City Police Benevolent Association (NYCPBA), which represents about two-thirds of the 36,000 officers in the city, was ready to set the record straight on de Blasio’s supposed advocacy for blue-collar Americans.

“While the mayor of our nation’s largest city is busy running around Iowa and getting upstaged by the mayor of South Bend, Indiana, there are real problems here at home,” NYCPBA leader Patrick Lynch said in a statement shortly after de Blasio’s announcement.

“As commander-in-chief, he would be an unmitigated disaster,” the statement added.

New York City police officers have regularly spoken out about the New York City mayor, who ran an anti-police mayoral campaign. During his tenure as mayor, de Blasio been openly hostile to law enforcement. During NYPD funerals, police officers have regularly turned their backs on the mayor to express their disdain for his leadership.

The de Blasio campaign is already off to a bumpy start. During his first live interview, the NYC mayor was swarmed by protesters chanting “Liar,” “Can’t run the city!” and “Can’t run the country!” the New York Post reports.

President Trump also weighed in via Twitter on the latest entry into the Democratic presidential race:

Hilarious: Bill De Blasio Had This PR Nightmare During His ‘NYC Green New Deal’ Rally

A couple days ago, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio (D) held a press conference in front of the elevators at Trump Towers. He used the opportunity – and the location – to blast President Donald Trump for rolling back environmental regulations and pulling the United States out of the Paris Accord Agreement.

“We have passed a mandate in this city requiring buildings to stop the destructive emissions and that begins right here, Trump Towner,” de Blasio told the crowd. “…And clearly, the Trump Organization is a little sensitive to the fact that we’re calling them out for what they are doing to the climate and the way this building is part of the problem. But we will not back down. We don’t back down in New York City, do we?” . . .

This is what the scene actually looked like during the rally:
