A new report indicates the Obama administration may have purchased the body parts of aborted babies from a biotech firm Planned Parenthood sold the body parts to after killing the babies in abortions. The revelation comes after five videos have exposed the baby body parts sales scandal occurring at Planned Parenthood abortion centers across the country.
According to the report in Politico, one of the biotech firms mentioned in the undercover videos identified as a fetal tissue supplier Planned Parenthood sold aborted babies to earned at least $300,000 from federal governmental agencies after selling fetal tissue to them. Officials say they are unsure if the specific fetal tissue sold to the Obama administration came from babies aborted at Planned Parenthood.
Advanced Bioscience Resources (ABR) has had contracts with the National Institutes of Health and the Food and Drug Administration since 2009. In one of the videos, Katharine Sheehan, a former medical director of Planned Parenthood Pacific Southwest, mentioned selling fetal tissue from aborted babies to ABR and admitting a long-term relationship with it.
“We have already a relationship with ABR,” Sheehan says. “We’ve been using them for over 20 years — a really long time… They’re doing the big collection for government-level collections.”
According to the Politico report, the National Institutes of Health has paid Advanced Bioscience Resources $257,000 since 2009 and spent $53,000 on fetal tissue from aborted babies. The babies victimized by abortions were between 17 and 22 weeks old at the time they were aborted. Iraqi Shiite Militia Commander Threatens to Attack US

The leader of a powerful Iraqi Shiite militia that is operating against the Islamic State has threatened to attack the US after members of allied militia were killed in a blast in Anbar province over the weekend. Shiite militias have claimed that the US killed the militiamen in an airstrike, but US officials denied that aircraft were operating in the area when the blast took place.
Akram Abbas al Kabi, the “secretary general” of the Harakat Nujaba, an Iranian-backed Shiite militia, blamed the US for a an explosion near Abu Ghraib last weekend that purportedly killed 10 members of the League of the Righteous, or Asaib al Haq. Some Iraqis have claimed that the US executed an airstrike that killed the militiamen.
Kabi, who is listed by the US as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist for activities in Iraq, said all Shiite militias will get “vengeance” for the purported airstrike, which was carried out by “the treacherous American aircraft.”
“All resistance movements will seek revenge in a timely manner,” Kabi stated.
Kabi is the second militia commander who has threatened to attack US interests in Iraq so far this year. In early May, radical Shiite cleric Muqtada al Sadr threatened to attack US personnel inside Iraq and beyond if the US House of Representatives passed a bill that would have recognized Kurdistan and the Sunnis in western Iraq as their own independent countries. For months, many Western observers have been closely following the minute-by-minute developments concerning the battle between Islamic State and coalition forces in the hopes that such data will help them discern what the future may hold.
Yet knowledge of the end game has been available for anyone cognizant of what the Obama administration is all about.
In an article published over seven months ago, I anticipated the main developments to have taken place since U.S. President Obama declared war (i.e., “air strikes”) on the Islamic State in September, 2014. Titled “Does Obama Need ‘Time to Defeat or Forget ISIS?” I made the following predictions, all of which have come true, and in the same sequence:
Obama’s “it will take time” [to defeat IS] assertion prompts the following prediction: U.S. airstrikes on IS targets will continue to be just enough to pacify those calling for action against the caliphate (“we’re doing what we can”). The official [U.S. government’s] narrative will be that the Islamic State is gradually being weakened, that victory is a matter of time (remember, “It will take time”)….
[W]e will hear about the occasional victory against IS — this or that leader killed or captured…
Then, just as they “suddenly” appeared in Iraq, we will “suddenly” again hear — probably first from IS itself — that the Islamic State has made some major comeback, winning over some new piece of territory, as the caliphate continues to grow and get stronger.
Now consider how the Obama administration’s actions have fulfilled these predictions, and often in the same sequence.
The official [U.S. government’s] narrative will be that the Islamic State is gradually being weakened, that victory is a matter of time…
Last February, key Obama administration figures — including Secretary of State John Kerry and retired General John Allen, the president’s special coordinator for the coalition against the Islamic State — triumphantly asserted that, thanks to U.S. air strikes, “half the group’s [IS] leaders in Iraq had been killed.”
Not long thereafter, an investigative report demonstrated that such claims were utterly false and hardly representative of reality.
[W]e will hear about the occasional victory against IS…
In April, the Pentagon announced that, thanks to U.S. air strikes and the Iraqi army, “ISIL [Islamic State] is no longer the dominant force in roughly 25 to 30% of the populated areas of Iraqi territory where it once had complete freedom of movement.” The Pentagon even released a map showing which territories the Islamic State had lost.
Soon, however, it became evident that the Pentagon’s claim and map were misleading and incomplete. Among other irregularities, the map, while showing territories that IS once held and territories it had since lost, failed to indicate the new territories IS had gained since the coalition effort began — making the 25%-30% claim totally misleading.
[W]e will hear about … this or that leader killed or captured…
Nor was Obama administration grandstanding concerning the killing of “key” ISIS figures wanting. Most recently, on May 16, U.S. special forces managed to kill Abu Sayyaf. Although only a mid-ranking leader, Defense Secretary Ashton Carter said his killing “represents another significant blow to Isis.” (Read here for an idea of how many times U.S. officials have made the “significant blow” assertion whenever this or that jihadi dies, only for the jihad to spread and conquer more lands.)
Even the New York Times observed that “Abu Sayyaf is a midlevel leader in the organization — one terrorism analyst compared him to Al Capone’s accountant — and likely is replaceable in fairly short order.”
Then, just as they “suddenly” appeared in Iraq, we will “suddenly” again hear — probably first from IS itself — that the Islamic State has made some major comeback, winning over some new piece of territory, as the caliphate continues to grow and get stronger.
Finally, after the Obama administration had claimed that it had killed half of IS leadership, that it had pushed IS out of 25%-30% previously held territory, that its killing of an IS midlevel leader was a “significant blow”—right on cue, the Islamic State just announced its takeover of Ramadi, the capital of Anbar, one of Iraq’s most strategic provinces. According to a May 17 Reuters report:
Islamic State militants said they had taken full control of the western Iraqi city of Ramadi on Sunday in the biggest defeat for the Baghdad government since last summer . . .
It was the biggest victory for Islamic State in Iraq since security forces and Shi’ite paramilitary groups began pushing the militants back last year, aided by air strikes from a U.S.-led coalition.
The U.S. Defense Department, while not confirming the fall of Ramadi, sought to play down the impact on the broader Iraq military campaign of an Islamic State seizure of the city.
To fully appreciate the significance of this latest conquest by the Islamic State, consider the words of Anbar governor Ahmed al-Dulaimi, spoken back in November 2014: “If we lose Anbar, that means we will lose Iraq.”
Of course, none of these developments are surprising for those among us who were able to take a step back — to transcend the distracting noise and nonsense daily grinded out by mainstream media — and look at the big picture. For those able to read the plain writing on the wall, the end game of Obama and IS was always easy to discern.
Put differently, Americans need to start viewing the Obama administration with the eyes of a hedgehog, not a fox.

President Obama’s administration on Wednesday claimed dominion over all of America’s streams, creeks, rills, ditches, brooks, rivulets, burns, tributaries, criks, wetlands — perhaps even puddles — in a sweeping move to assert unilateral federal authority.
The Environmental Protection Agency, along with the Army Corps of Engineers, says it has the authority to control all waterways within the United States — and will exercise that authority.

“We’re finalizing a clean water rule to protect the streams and the wetlands that one in three Americans rely on for drinking water. And we’re doing that without creating any new permitting requirements and maintaining all previous exemptions and exclusions,” EPA head Gina McCarthy told reporters Wednesday.
The moves comes as part of the Clean Water Act and federal officials say they are simply trying to help businesses comply with regulations.
“This rule is about clarification, and in fact, we’re adding exclusions for features like artificial lakes and ponds, water-filled depressions from constructions and grass swales,” McCarthy said. “This rule will make it easier to identify protected waters and will make those protections consistent with the law as well as the latest peer-reviewed science. The UN Human Rights Council is a total joke, but the Obama administration never wastes a valuable opportunity to bash America on the world stage.

UN Dictators Club Attacks U.S. Police, ‘Human Rights’ Record

While United Nations chief Ban Ki-moon was in Moscow schmoozing with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Communist Chinese dictator Xi Jinping, autocrats and UN bureaucrats were attacking the United States over its track record on what the global organization refers to as “human rights” — in reality government-granted privileges that can be revoked at will. The tyrant-dominated UN “Human Rights Council,” which has previously lambasted the U.S. government for not further defying the U.S. Constitution and infringing even more on the gun rights of Americans, focused largely on verbally attacking U.S. police during a session in Geneva. However, the outfit’s members also demanded everything from closing Guantanamo Bay and banning capital punishment to providing more taxpayer funding for abortion worldwide and more welfare at home.
The UN’s “Universal Periodic Review” (UPR) of the United States, which took place in Geneva on May 11, was the second review of America’s “human rights” record. Representatives of some 117 governments and brutal dictatorships seized the opportunity to blast the U.S. government for not submitting quickly enough to their previous list of demands outlined in 2010. Those “recommendations,” often made by some of the UN’s most ruthless mass-murdering member regimes, focused mostly on surrendering more U.S. sovereignty to the UN by ratifying more global treaties, submitting to UN kangaroo courts, and allowing the UN to dictate U.S. policy. The communist and socialist regimes ruling North Korea, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Cuba, and more all added their demands to the list. Iran’s Islamist autocrats called for the U.S. government to combat “gun violence.”
The most recent UN “review” of the United States, which every member government of the global body is purportedly “required” to submit to, mostly aimed at demonizing U.S. police as violent racists supposedly in need of national and global controls. The recent death of Freddie Gray under suspicious circumstances in police custody, already being exploited by Obama and the establishment to push for nationalizing local police forces, received a great deal of attention. Other recent high-profile killings by American police officers were brought up repeatedly as well. Also high on the agenda were attacks on NSA spying, which multiple hostile foreign regimes presumably being monitored by U.S. intelligence services criticized as a “human rights” concern. Spying on U.S. citizens without a warrant is already unconstitutional.
Each UN member regime participating in the spectacle was given just over a minute to lash out at America. Putin’s representative said “the human rights situation in the country has seriously deteriorated recently.” The U.S.-funded Pakistani regime’s delegate, meanwhile, said he had “serious concerns about the human rights situation in the U.S.,” pointing to Obama’s extrajudicial drone assassinations, CIA torture, illegal detentions, and alleged systemic police brutality against blacks. Indian government representative Ajit Kumar even called for the U.S. government to create a “national human rights institution.” Several European governments blasted the ongoing use of the death penalty by some U.S. states. Various “human rights” groups also attacked the United States for real and imagined violations of rights.
The Obama administration, meanwhile, sent high-level bureaucrats to grovel before the UN panel. “We must rededicate ourselves to ensuring that our civil-rights laws live up to their promise,” U.S. Justice Department official James Cadogan declared in Geneva. “The tragic deaths of Freddie Gray in Baltimore, Michael Brown in Missouri, Eric Garner in New York, Tamir Rice in Ohio, and Walter Scott in South Carolina have renewed a long-standing and critical national debate about the even-handed administration of justice. The Obama administration confirmed that the illegal immigrant charged with the first degree murder of a contestant on America’s Next Top Model (ANTM) and two others had been granted amnesty under the president’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, also known as the “dreamer” policy.
Emmanuel Jesus Rangel-Hernandez and David Ezequel Lopez, both 19, are accused of triple homicides in the deaths of ANTM contestant Mirjana Puhar, 19; her boyfriend, Jonathan Alvarado, 23; and his roommate, Jusmar Isiah Gonzaga-Garcia, 21, on February 24, 2015, at Alvardo’s home in Charlotte, N.C.
As previously reported by Western Journalism, Sens. Charles Grassley, R-Iowa (Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee), first raised concerns about Rangel-Hernandez’s status a few days after the murders in a letter to Department of Homeland Security head Jeh Johnson. By the following month, Grassley and Sen. Thom Tillis, R-N.C., had confirmed that the murder suspect avoided deportation through the DACA policy.
Grassley and Tillis’ inquiry further revealed that Rangel-Hernandez had been placed in the removal process by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) following drug charges in 2012, but his proceedings were dismissed in 2013 after his approval for Obama’s deferral program.
The senators added, “Whistleblowers allege that U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services granted Rangel-Hernandez’s DACA application despite knowledge that he was a gang member.”
In light of their discoveries, the senators asked Sec. Jeh Johnson pointed questions, demanding to know why someone who was not eligible for DACA, due to his criminal record and gang membership, was allowed to stay in the country.
Grassley released U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS) director Leon Rodriguez’s reply on Tuesday, in which he admitted, “Given the fact that the individual [Rangel-Hernandez] was a known gang member, his request should have been denied.” He further noted that, during their investigation, the USCIS identified others in the country under DACA who “merit further review.”
This statement by USCIS confirms what we have feared – that USCIS is not doing a thorough job reviewing the individuals who it allows to stay in this country under the President’s deferred action program. It’s no secret that USCIS staff is under intense pressure to approve every DACA application that comes across their desk, and based on this information, it’s clear that adequate protocols are not in place to protect public safety. The fact is that this tragedy could have been avoided if the agency had a zero tolerance policy with regard to criminal aliens and gang members.
Sen. Tillis added:
The flawed implementation of the President’s blanket deferred action program has created a loophole that allows dangerous criminals who came here illegally – even known gang members – to stay in the country. The USCIS needs to immediately start performing detailed criminal background checks to prevent similar tragedies from occurring in the future.

The self-inflicted bungle follows weeks of administration officials touting a successful enrollment season — one that saw far fewer technical glitches than the rocky launch in late 2013.
About 11.4 million people signed up this season. But the errors in tax information mean that nearly 1 million people may have to wait longer to get their tax refunds this year.
California, which is running its own insurance market, just announced a similar problem affecting about 100,000 people in that state.
For those using HealthCare.gov, the federal health department said on its blog on Friday that some people received a form that included faulty premium information. A Second Chance to Avoid a Second Tax Penalty Over Obamacare
By Margot Sanger-Katz. About six million people face a tax penalty this year for failing to sign up for health insurance last year. Now, many of those people will get an extra chance to enroll in coverage for this year and avoid a second penalty.
Sign-ups were supposed to close this month, but the Health and Human Services Department announced Friday that it would reopen the marketplaces in 37 states for six weeks in March and April. The goal is to make sure that people who are learning about the deadlines and tax penalties for the first time won’t be shut out of coverage — and forced to pay a penalty — for a second year.
Several states running their own marketplaces, including Washington and Vermont, have announced similar policies
The health law requires everyone who can afford insurance to obtain it — and charges people who don’t a fee. The fees that will be hitting people’s mailboxes for failing to get insurance last year will be relatively low — $95 a person or 1 percent of their income — but they rise next year. Russia and Iran each have far longer histories as independent nations than America does–over many centuries, they have been enemies, rivals, and friends. In recent months, and particularly since 2008, ties among Russia and Iran have strengthened for defensive reasons, to blunt pressures emanating from the United States and from the European Union.
Going forward, Russia’s potentially muscular protection for Iran (whose Muslim population chiefly are Shia) is particularly irksome for Saudi Arabia, where a majority of the populace is Sunni–no series of workshops or teach-ins will soon reconcile this doctrinal schism.
Worse, given Iran’s demonstrated propensity to meddle throughout the Middle East since 1979, Russia’s growing support for Iran may accelerate attempts by Iran to de-stabilize the energy-laden, eastern province of Saudi Arabia, where a substantial proportion of the population is Shia.
Given recent events in Yemen, where Iranian-backed Houthi rebels quickly seized control over large portions of a country touted as a success story and strong ally by the Obama Administration as recently as last September, Saudi officials watch Russia’s engagement with Iran, America’s retreat from the Middle East, and America’s fomenting of regime change since 2008 everywhere except Iran with profound concern. In an effort to sign up as many consumers as possible for insurance under the Affordable Care Act (or Obamacare), the Obama administration has gone to extraordinary lengths to partner with churches and other faith-based groups, even publishing sample church bulletin inserts, flyers, and scripts for announcements, as well as “talking points.” These materials are part of the “Second Sunday & Faith Weekend of Action Toolkit,” which is available on the website of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
From the beginning, HHS has sought to develop partnerships with faith-based organizations to promote the Obamacare. This “toolkit” has been available since 2013. However, the details of these partnerships have largely escaped the attention of the national media. The Second Sunday & Faith Weekend of Action program encourages churches to use the second Sunday of each month during open enrollment to hold informational meetings and sign-up events.
The materials also include two full pages of “talking points,” which end with an admonition to churches that “[y]ou are trusted messengers in this community. We hope you share this information with those around you so they can be connected with the care they need.”
Non-profits such as Community Health Connectors have also brought togeather churches and faith-based organizations with government officials for information regarding the ACA, recently even hosting an “off the record” conference call with First Lady Michelle Obama “to discuss how the Affordable Care Act is impacting the lives of your congregation members.” (Read more about the attempt to promote Obamacare HERE)

The effort had the trappings of a get-out-the-vote drive, with email reminders, telephone calls and squads of community-level volunteers.
“You can’t avoid it: TV, radio, church, wife, kids, co-workers,” said Ramiro Hernandez, a previously uninsured truck repair shop owner who enrolled himself and his family in Joliet, Illinois, on Saturday.
Technicians anxiously monitored the federal HealthCare.gov website for any new bugs. The administration provided no statistics on weekend sign-ups, instead releasing numbers that showed tens of thousands of consumers were trying to connect, online and by phone. (Read more from this story HERE)
