Accused Child Rapist Could Face Death Penalty Under New Law Signed by DeSantis to Punish Pedophiles

A Florida man faces the possibility of being sentenced to death under a new law that recently went into effect to punish dangerous pedophiles.

Joseph Andrew Giampa, 36, was indicted on Thursday for six counts of sexual battery upon a person under 12 years old and three counts of promoting a sexual performance by a child, according to the Fifth Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office.

State Attorney William Gladson of the Fifth Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office declared that his office would pursue the death penalty due to the “severity of the crime and its impact on the community.” Gladson believes Giampa qualifies for the death penalty because of how heinous and cruel his crimes were.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis voiced his support in seeking the death penalty against the child rapist.

“Today, @flsao5 announced that they will seek the death penalty in a case of sexual battery against a child under age 12,” DeSantis wrote in a post on X. “It will be the first case to challenge SCOTUS since I signed legislation to make pedophiles eligible for the death penalty. @flsao5 has my full support.”

Alleged Pedophiles in Homosexual Lovers’ Quarrel Could Turn on Each Other

As the groundwork is being laid for the Georgia child-prostitution-and-pornography trial of Zachary and William Zulock, an activist LGBTQ couple facing multiple life sentences for allegedly raping, filming, and pimping out their adopted 9- and 11-year-old sons to other gay men in a suburban pedophile ring, one of the co-defendants is considering a plea deal, Townhall has learned.

From behind bars, Zachary divulged in a secret handwritten letter to an “old co-worker” and a former roommate that he is willing to arrange a plea agreement for reduced prison time, as Tuesday’s update on the stomach-churning Zulock case revealed. “Let’s…contact the DA directly maybe and try to set a deal,” Zachary, who has pled not guilty, wrote in the confidential note.

After his “numerous” failed attempts to personally negotiate with the Walton County district attorney, Zachary was advised to “proceed cautiously,” “speak little,” and take heed that any communications—written or spoken—”can be used against you” in a court of law. “i was trying so hard to get the […] DA involved and hear my side and work with me, its just so hard to do it from inside here,” Zachary pleaded in messages to a relative, whose whistleblowing has since sparked a firestorm in the courtroom.

A gag order was proposed by the prosecution at a pair of back-to-back motion hearings on Feb. 1 where Judge Jeffrey Foster sternly warned the Zulock co-defendants to be “much more guarded” with third-party conversations “in light of the circumstances,” referring to their taped jail calls and text exchanges with the family member that have been leaked to Townhall. A Texas mom tackled a man she saw peering in her 15-year-old’s bedroom window, helping cops make the collar, police said this week.

The mom’s defensive moves were so good, local cops joked that the Houston Texans could use her as a linebacker.

“My kids are my life and [I was] just making sure I protect them,” mom Phyllis Pena told Click2Houston.com of the takedown, which was captured on the dash cam of arriving officers.

Pena had been returning from the store to her Lake Jackson home at 7 a.m. on Jan. 31 when she found a man in her yard, peeking into her girl’s bedroom window.

The girl was not in the bedroom at the time; still, Pena’s maternal instincts kicked in hard.

A Pedophile Is Claiming He ‘Identifies’ as an 8-Year-Old Girl

A convicted sex offender in Michigan is heading to prison for 10–20 years after being caught with child pornography on his computer. What makes this case interesting is the defense that 45-year-old Joseph Gobrick offered in court. Speaking to a judge at his sentencing hearing, Gobrick claimed that he has a First Amendment right to look at child porn. He also claimed that he identifies as an eight-year-old girl.

“I’ve always been an eight-year-old girl,’’ Gobrick contended. “Even in my drawings and fantasies, I am always an eight-year-old girl. … There are adults having sex with me in an online forum as an eight-year-old girl.”

The judge apparently did not find this argument persuasive. No reasonable person would. But an obvious question is raised here. Why exactly can’t Gobrick identity as a young girl? On what basis can we deny or disqualify his self-identification?

Again, the reasonable among us know the answer. He can’t identify as one because he isn’t one. According to all available metrics, he is a 45-year-old pervert, not a third grader. He cannot choose to be a different age. He is the age he is, and that’s all there is to it. It is either insanity or willful deception that causes him to make this claim about himself. We therefore are perfectly justified in refuting his self-identity and refusing to play along with it. More than merely justified, we are in fact morally obliged to insist on truth over harmful fantasies and delusions. Left-Wing Group Bails out Man Accused of Shoving 3-Year-Old Boy’s Head Into His Crotch. Later He’s Arrested for Groping 8-Year-Old Girl.

Luis Olivo was arrested in October following an incident in a Queens, New York, laundromat in which surveillance video allegedly showed him talking to a 3-year-old boy and passing a balloon back and forth before grabbing the boy’s head and shoving it into his crotch, the New York Post reported, citing a criminal complaint. . .

Olivio was charged only with a misdemeanor — endangering the welfare of a child — the Queens Chronicle reported.

The Bronx Freedom Fund — whose “envisions a society that humanizes instead of criminalizes” — posted $2,000 bail for the 63-year-old, whose last known address was a homeless shelter, and Olivo was set free Nov. 4, the Post said. . .

Well, Olivo was arrested again Sunday for allegedly molesting an 8-year-old girl inside a shopping mall in Queens, the Post reported. An eyewitness told police he saw Olivo stick his hand under the girl’s skirt and grope her, the Post added, citing court papers.

The girl also said Olivo took her hand and put it on his crotch under his jacket “so that no one would see” and “repeatedly tried to kiss her,” the Post said, citing court papers. Diane Douglas Says AZ Secretary of State, Others, Promote Pedophilia in Schools; Pedophiles “Rebrand” Themselves To Gain Acceptance

By KTAR. Former Arizona public schools chief Diane Douglas accused her successor and the secretary of state of promoting pedophilia.

In a Facebook post last week, Douglas said she believed the “medically & scientifically accurate” sex education guidelines that current Arizona Superintendent of Public Instruction Kathy Hoffman supports are an effort to “get kids to be accepting of sex with adults.”

Douglas also said two pride flags Secretary of State Katie Hobbs hung briefly at the Capitol building late last month were promoting pedophilia. . .

School districts and charter schools use the state’s sex education guidelines to set curriculum. Parents can have their children opt in or out of the lessons.

The Arizona State Board of Education decided to let existing guidelines stand after parents, state lawmakers and advocates spent hours voicing their opposition to the proposed changes. Pedophiles Believe They Should Be a Part of the LGBT Community

By Daily Caller. Pedophiles are rebranding themselves as “MAPs” or “Minor Attracted Persons” in an effort to gain acceptance and be included into the LGBT community, according to several reports from LGBT news sites.

According to Urban Dictionary, the blanket term MAP includes infantophiles (infants), pedophiles (pre-pubescent children), hebephiles (pubescent children), and ephebophiles (post-pubescent children). Some MAPs also refer to themselves as NOMAPs or “Non-Offending Minor Attracted Persons”.

These pedophiles seek to be a part of the LGBT+ community, even going so far as to make a “Pride” flag for Gay Pride Month.

Shocking: Pedophile Confesses to Decade Long Unsolved Murder

A convicted pedophile reportedly confessed to the 1996 murder of child pageant princess JonBenét Ramsey in letters obtained by The Daily Mail published Thursday.

Gary Oliva, 54, was using an address 10 blocks away from JonBenét’s home in Boulder, Colorado, when she was killed. He confessed to JonBenét’s slaying in letters he wrote from prison, where he’s serving a 10-year sentence for child pornography, reported The Daily Mail.

“I never loved anyone like I did JonBenét and yet I let her slip and her head bashed in half and I watched her die. It was an accident. Please believe me. She was not like the other kids,” Oliva wrote. . .

Oliva is not the first man to claim he killed JonBenét. John Mark Karr, who may go by the name Alex Reich, allegedly confessed to killing her in 2006, but police could find no hard evidence linking him to the case. He even had an alibi that placed him outside of Colorado, according to ABC News. . .

“JonBenét completely changed me and removed all evil from me. Just one look at her beautiful face, her glowing beautiful skin, and her divine God-body, I realized I was wrong to kill other kids. Yet by accident she died and it was my fault,” one of Oliva’s letters stated.

Pedophile Billionaire Settles Case Right Before Trial

By Greg Norman. The numerous young women who say they were sexually abused by wealthy, Clinton-linked financier Jeffrey Epstein no longer appear set to testify after a last-minute settlement was reached in a closely-watched civil lawsuit against the registered sex offender.

The deal was announced Tuesday — just before jury selection was to begin — and, for now, it likely means none of the women will be able to speak in court about the alleged abuse they endured at Epstein’s hands, according to the Associated Press.

The 65-year-old Epstein, who has counted presidents and kings among his friends, allegedly operated a sex ring at his mansion in Palm Beach, Florida, a residence in New York City, and his private island estate. The latter locale contained Epstein’s 72-acre Virgin Islands home — and the strip of land was dubbed by some as “Orgy Island.”

Court documents obtained by Fox News in 2016 showed former President Bill Clinton took at least 26 trips flying aboard Epstein’s private jet — known as the “Lolita Express” — and apparently ditched his Secret Service detail on some of the excursions. Authorities who seized trash outside Epstein’s home at the time found an invoice for the purchase of the book “SlaveCraft: Roadmaps for Erotic Servitude — Principles, Skills and Tools,” as well as the instructional “Training with Miss Abernathy: A Workbook for Erotic Slaves and Their Owners.” (Read more about the pedophile billionaire HERE)

Pedophile Billionaire Settles Case, Apologizes for False Malicious Prosecution Claim

By Rosa Flores and Eliott C. McLaughlin. [The settlement] ends a malicious prosecution counterclaim filed by attorney Bradley Edwards, who represented some of Epstein’s accusers. Edwards filed the counterclaim after Epstein accused him and a now-disbarred attorney of wrongdoing in a civil lawsuit.

The settlement came as jury selection was set to begin. Expected to testify were at least seven alleged victims, law enforcement officers, former US attorneys and Epstein’s former associates, said Michael Fisten, an investigator on Edwards’ team.

The specifics of the settlement are confidential, but court records indicate Epstein issued an apology as part of the settlement. Epstein conceded in the apology that he tried to denigrate Edwards’ reputation as a trial lawyer, Edwards said in a statement.

“The truth is that his aggressive investigation and litigation style was highly effective and therefore troublesome for me. The lawsuit I filed was my unreasonable attempt to damage his business reputation and stop Mr. Edwards from pursuing cases against me. Victims May Possibly Have One More Shot at Testifying Against Pedophile Billionaire

By Dareh Gregorian. [The] women who say they were victimized by politically connected convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein have one more chance at justice — a case that could potentially put the multi-millionaire back behind bars.

Some of Epstein’s accusers had been expected to take the witness stand in Florida this week, at a defamation trial that was brought against Epstein by Bradley Edwards, a lawyer for some of the victims. The case settled Tuesday morning with Epstein issuing an apology to Edwards and paying him an undisclosed sum of money.

But the women still have one more shot at Epstein, a wildly successful hedge fund manager who used to pal around with the likes of presidents Bill Clinton and Donald Trump.

A pending suit by some of Epstein’s accusers in federal court in Florida is aimed at voiding a non-prosecution agreement that was signed off on by then-U.S. Attorney for Southern Florida Alexander Acosta (now President Trump’s Labor Secretary) — arguing that the deal was illegal because dozens of Epstein’s victims were never told about it. Tedx Speaker: Pedophilia Is an Unchangeable Orientation

Controversy erupted recently over a TEDx talk featuring a German medical student who exclaimed that “pedophilia is an unchangeable sexual orientation, just like … heterosexuality.”

The student, Mirjam Heine, gave the talk at the University of Würtzberg in Germany this past May under the title “Why our perception of pedophilia has to change.” During her talk, Heine said that people need to recognize that pedophilia is a natural force.

“Anyone could be born a pedophile,” she told the audience, citing it as just an “unchangeable sexual orientation just like, for example, heterosexuality.”

Quite strangely, the student then cites “studies” showing that 20 to 30% of all child molesters are pedophiles. On the sheer insanity of this, LifeSiteNews has more:

At times Heine’s ideas were confused. She said heterosexuality and pedophilia were both orientations, while saying pedophilia can be “heterosexual,” “homosexual,” and “bi-sexual.” She intimated that a non-pedophile could sexually abuse a child, but also included within her definition of pedophiles people attracted, to a lesser extent, to adults. And although she seems to think people are “born” pedophiles, she also said pedophilia has biological, social, and psychological factors.

Investigative Journalist Who Exposed Elite Pedophile Ring, Found Dead

Liz MacKean, the former British investigative reporter who exposed Jimmy Savile and the culture of pedophile protection at the BBC, has been found dead. She was 52.

The BBC, who blocked her groundbreaking investigation from airing and spent the next few years attempting to destroy her reputation, are reporting that she died of “complications from a stroke.”

Acknowledging her life was under threat during the time she was investigating Savile and BBC elites, MacKean said her conscience left her no option but to pursue the truth and expose the culture of pedophila. The mother of two children believed it was her duty.

When it became public that BBC News blocked her investigation from airing, she admitted on Panorama: “I was very unhappy the story didn’t run because I felt we’d spoken to people who collectively deserved to be heard. And they weren’t heard.

“I thought that that was a failure… I felt we had a responsibility towards them. We got them to talk to us, but above all, we did believe them. And so then, for their stories not to be heard, I felt very bad about that.
