Paranormal Investigator Touring with Allegedly Haunted ‘Annabelle’ Doll Passes Away in Gettysburg

The lead investigator for a paranormal activity group on Sunday passed away in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania while on tour with an allegedly haunted Annabelle doll.

Dan Rivera, the lead investigator for the New England Society for Psychic Research and a U.S. Army veteran, passed away, according to the group.

Rivera led the viral “Devils on the Run Tour,” in which he and other members of the New England Society for Psychic Research brought toured across the country with Annabelle, an allegedly haunted doll.

The Hanover Evening Sun wrote:

Adams County dispatch scanner archives showed that firefighters and medical personnel had been called to a hotel in Gettysburg after 8 p.m. on Sunday evening for a report of CPR in progress on a male patient of Rivera’s age.

Adams County Coroner Francis Dutrow, whose office was conducting a death investigation, confirmed to the Evening Sun that, as of Tuesday afternoon, Rivera’s cause of death remained pending the results of an autopsy. Final results of that autopsy, according to the office, could take several months.

Yikes! Another Plane Crash in Pennsylvania

Fire and medical crews are responding to a plane crash off Airport Road near Brethren Village in Manheim Township. Lancaster County-Wide Communications dispatchers received reports shortly after 3:15 p.m EDT. that a small aircraft had crashed near a parking lot at Brethren Village. The crash ignited fires involving the plane and multiple vehicles.

LancasterOnline has more:

Emergency crews on the scene reported that a total of five people were injured in the incident. Dispatchers were unable to comment on the extent of the injuries.

Brian Pipkin, a Lititz resident who was visiting Brethren Village at the time of the crash, said he was driving on Airport road when he saw the plane flying low.

“I don’t know what played into it but it veered left,” Pipkin said. “It just nosedived.”

Pipkin said he couldn’t tell if the plane struck a parking lot at Brethren Village or a building. He called 911.

Pipkin said he saw two people laying in the grass nearby, covered in black marks. He wasn’t sure if they were ejected from the plane or not.

We All Know Why The Biden DOJ Is Ignoring Pennsylvania Democrats’ Election Lawbreaking

Attorney General Merrick Garland talks a lot about voting rights. In August, he promised the Justice Department would “use every authority we have to protect the right to vote.” In 2021, he said the department would “rededicate” itself to “enforcing federal law to protect the franchise for all eligible voters.”

This past week, a handful of Pennsylvania counties disenfranchised voters by choosing to count illegal ballots that canceled out legal votes. It’s a massive scandal.

As Democrat Sen. Bob Casey is refusing to concede a losing race to his Republican challenger Dave McCormick, officials in Bucks, Philadelphia, Monroe, Erie, Chester, and Montgomery Counties have flouted the law in an apparent attempt to deliver Casey some extra votes. But the DOJ is nowhere to be seen.

In Bucks County, election officials decided to count more than 400 undated or improperly dated ballots, and 100 ballots that failed to meet signature requirements. In Philadelphia County, officials are accused of counting more than 600 invalid ballots that failed to comply with the date requirement, as well as 663 ballots missing signatures from election officials, 227 ballots missing a reason for casting a provisional ballot, and 50 with insufficient voter affidavits.

In Monroe County, McCormick sued the elections board for 42 ballots that didn’t meet date requirements and 24 provisional ballots lacking voter signatures. Erie County and Chester County face lawsuits for counting 120 ballots and 58 ballots, respectively, that lack election officials’ signatures. In Montgomery County, McCormick is suing the elections board for counting 414 provisional ballots that lack signatures from either the voter or election officials. ‘People Violate Laws Any Time They Want’: Dem Election Officials State Willingness To Defy Law Ahead Of Recount

Pennsylvania Democrats are openly defying a judge’s orders ahead of a recount in the state’s senate race in what appears to be a last-ditch effort to deliver victory to incumbent Senator Bob Casey.

Casey has yet to concede to Republican Dave McCormick, who was winning by more than 26,000 votes as of Thursday, with 99% of the vote counted. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court blocked an effort to count mail-in ballots with incorrect or missing dates on the outer envelopes. But that hasn’t stopped Democrats in the Bucks County Office of Commissioners from pushing for exactly that.

On Thursday, Gene DiGirolamo, the sole Republican on the three-person panel, introduced a motion to reject the attempt to count what the GOP called “noncompliant” ballots. In response, Democrat Diane Marseglia, the chair of the commission, dismissed the proposal out of hand.

“Not going to second that, mostly because I think we all know that precedent by a court doesn’t matter in this country and people violate laws any time they want,” she said. “So for me, if I violate this law it’s because I want the court to pay attention to it.” (Read more from “‘People Violate Laws Any Time They Want’: Dem Election Officials State Willingness To Defy Law Ahead Of Recount” HERE)

‘People Violate Laws Anytime They Want’: PA County Dems Defy State Law to Count Hundreds of Illegal Votes

Democrats on the Bucks County Board of Commissioners voted to illegally count misdated and undated ballots in an attempt to swing Pennsylvania’s U.S. Senate election in favor of ousted Democrat incumbent Sen. Bob Casey, D-Penn.

The vote comes after the Pennsylvania Supreme Court already ruled those ballots were not allowed to be counted, per state law.

Diane Ellis-Marseglia, one of the Democrats, admitted she knew it was against the law, but voted to count the ballots anyway.

“I think we all know that precedent by a court doesn’t matter anymore in this country. And people violate laws anytime they want,” she said. “For me if I violate this law, it’s because I want a court to pay attention to it.”

Democrat Bob Harvie also voted in favor. Neither Marseglia nor Harvie responded to a request for comment from The Federalist. Republican Gene DiGirolamo voted against counting the ballots. Police: Judge Shoots Ex-Boyfriend in Head, Shot Ex-Husband 5 Years Earlier

A Pennsylvania judge is accused of shooting her ex-boyfriend in the head while he slept — just a few years after being cleared of criminal intent for shooting her ex-husband.

Michael McCoy, 54, is now blind in one eye after being shot in his Harrisburg-area home on February 9, reports the New York Post.

Dauphin County Magisterial District Judge Sonya M. McKnight, 57, was arrested Thursday and has been charged with first-degree attempted murder and aggravated assault, court records show.

A Susquehanna Township Police arrest affidavit obtained by the outlet stated that McCoy had made “numerous” attempts to end the year-long relationship with his live-in girlfriend when she allegedly tried to kill him.

“McCoy had returned home from a tavern to find McKnight relaxing on his couch in her pajamas and again told her she needed to leave, saying he would enlist the help of her mother to get her out of his home if he had to,” the Post reported of that Friday’s events. “She allegedly agreed to go.” (Read more from “Police: Judge Shoots Ex-Boyfriend in Head, Shot Ex-Husband 5 Years Earlier” HERE)

Prominent Transgender Activist Tied to Top Dems Charged With Raping Two Underage Boys; Trans Child Molester Sentenced for Killing Friend With a Rock in Fight Over $100

By Fox News. A prominent transgender LGBT activist in Philadelphia who campaigned for and endorsed several top Democrats in the commonwealth was arrested this week on several charges, including rape and assault of two young boys.

Kendall Stephens, 37, was arrested Monday and charged with rape, involuntary assault, unlawful contact with minors and indecent assault against two victims less than 13 years old, along with charges including corruption of minors and endangering the welfare of children.

Stephens, a transgender woman who is biologically male, rose to prominence in 2020 after being the victim of a brutal crime believed by many to be a hate crime in which the attacker, Tymesha Wearing, ended up pleading guilty to aggravated assault and conspiracy, Fox 29 Philadelphia reported. . .

In an Instagram post last year, Stephens posted a photo with Sen. Bob Casey thanking him for “giving me a platform to speak,” adding Casey was a “true ally to the community.”

“Kendall campaigned for the Governor of PA (D),” LibsofTikTok posted on X, along with photos of Kendall standing alongside prominent Democrats in the commonwealth. “Kendall also supported the Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner (D). He’s also friendly with Sen. Bob Casey (D) and calls him an ‘ally.’”

Trans Child Molester Sentenced for Killing Friend With a Rock in Fight Over $100

By Fox News. The California child molester who as a 26-year-old served time in a Los Angeles juvenile facility for attacking a 10-year-old girl in a Denny’s bathroom will serve 15 years in an adult prison for bashing his friend to death with a rock in the woods.

Hannah Tubbs, also known as James Tubbs, killed Michael Clark in Kern County in 2019, according to prosecutors. Wearing a brown jail jumpsuit and eyeliner, Tubbs apologized to the victim’s family and claimed to be remorseful.

The two had been friends who lived together in a “survivalist transient” community outdoors, but their relationship took an abrupt turn when Tubbs stole $100, and Clark confronted him about it, according to court filings. . .

Tubbs faced more serious charges, including first-degree murder, but agreed to a plea deal last month.

Tubbs, who was treated as a female in Los Angeles, was being held in the Kern County Jail’s men’s facility, although evidence including jailhouse phone calls suggests he only pretended to change his gender identity in an effort to be housed with juvenile girls – his documented choice of prey. State correction officials will determine whether Tubbs goes to a male or female prison. (Read more from “Trans Child Molester Sentenced for Killing Friend With a Rock in Fight Over $100” HERE)

Students Slam Dem Lawmakers Who Demanded University Cancel Conservative Speaker Events

Democratic Pennsylvania lawmakers are demanding a state university cancel three conservative speaker events set to occur this semester because of alleged “hate speech,” according to a Wednesday statement.

Conservative student groups at the University of Pittsburgh (UPitt) will host Daily Wire commentator Michael Knowles, Senior Editor Cabot Phillips and former University of Kentucky swimmer and Independent Women’s Forum spokeswoman Riley Gaines at separate events this semester, according to an Instagram post. The LGBTQ+ Equality Caucus, led by Democratic state Reps. Jessica Benham and Malcolm Kenyatta, issued a statement on Wednesday that demanded UPitt cancel the events because the speakers are “transphobic.” . . .

The Turning Point USA (TPUSA) chapter will host Phillips on March 24 to speak about “Everything The Media Won’t Tell You” and Gaines, who competed against transgender swimmer Lia Thomas during the 2022 NCAA women’s swimming championship, on March 27 to speak about efforts to “Save Women’s Sports.” The College Republican chapter will host a debate sponsored by the Intercollegiate Studies Institute between Knowles and transgender professor Deirdre McCloskey about “Transgenderism & Womanhood” on April 18.

Liliana Orozco, TPUSA chapter president, told the DCNF that the chapter invited Gaines to speak because she is relatable as a recent college graduate. Khaleil Laracuente, the chapter’s Vice President, said that the lawmakers are “supposed to uphold and defend the Constitution,” but their actions show that “they are not here to do so, nor do they care about the First Amendment.”

“I find it quite repulsive that government officials who are well-versed in the laws and comprehend that Pitt is unable to cancel our event without exposing a lawsuit are still pressing for them to do so,” Laracunete told the DCNF. More Toxic Chemicals on Derailed Ohio Train Than First Reported (VIDEO)

The fiery derailment of a train carrying toxic chemicals along the Ohio-Pennsylvania line last week spewed more harmful pollutants into the air, surface soils and water table than originally reported, fresh data made available Monday suggests.

About 50 cars on a Norfolk Southern Railroad train derailed on Feb. 3 while traveling from Illinois to Pennsylvania through the small town of East Palestine, Ohio. . .

More than 2,000 residents were evacuated due to health concerns over the chemical leak but have since been allowed to return.

State health officials were initially concerned about the presence of vinyl chloride, a highly volatile colorless gas produced for commercial uses which spilled in the accident. . .

A list of the cars involved in the derailment and the products they were carrying since released by Norfolk Southern reveals several more toxic chemicals than first made apparent following the crash, ABC News reports (Read more from “More Toxic Chemicals on Derailed Ohio Train Than First Reported” HERE)

State Bans Discrimination Based on ‘Hairstyles,’ ‘Gender Identity or Expression’

Pennsylvania’s Independent Regulatory Review Commission approved along party lines changes to the state’s nondiscrimination policy to include updated definitions of sex, race and religious creed on Thursday, ABC27 News reported.

The regulation more specifically defines the three categories as protected classes under the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRA) and the Pennsylvania Fair Educational Opportunities Act (PFEOA), according to the IRRC website. The definitions can be applied to complaints regarding discrimination in employment, housing, education and public accomodations.

The definition of “sex” was officially updated to include “pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, sex assigned at birth, gender identity or expression, affectional or sexual orientation, and differences in sex development,” the text reads. The definition of race was expanded to include “ancestry, national origin, ethnic characteristics, interracial marriages and association, traits such as hairstyles that are historically associated with race, and national origin or ancestry,” while religious creed now applies to all religious beliefs and practices.

Democratic Gov. Tom Wolf praised Thursday’s vote and declared that “hate has no place in Pennsylvania.”

“This includes protecting the rights of individuals facing discrimination by a school, landlord, or employer based on who they love or their gender identity,” Wolf said in a press release. “Today’s approval by the commonwealth’s Independent Regulatory Review Commission is another important step to ensure all Pennsylvanians can live with dignity and freedom.”
