Protesters Invade Churches, Demand Legalized Abortion After Pro-Life Legal Ruling (VIDEO)

Protesters in Poland disrupted church services and told congregants attending Mass on Sunday to “get the f*** out” following a pro-life legal ruling that declared.

Protests have continued for four straight nights since the Polish Constitutional Tribunal ruled last Thursday that “abortion in the case of a high probability of severe and irreversible impairment of the fetus or an incurable disease that threatens the fetus” is not permitted by the Polish Constitution.

Activists demanding legalized abortions stormed Catholic churches in the Polish cities of Warsaw, Krakow, and Poznań, LifeSiteNews reported, disrupting Mass and confronting police and counterprotesters. The mass demonstrations are in defiance of the coronavirus pandemic social distancing regulations.

Multiple reports indicate that pro-abortion activists dressed as “handmaids” or carrying signs and chanting entered cathedrals and demanded the right to abortion.

Polish Crowd Chants ‘Donald Trump! USA, USA!’

The Polish crowd attending President Trump’s speech in Warsaw repeatedly interrupted his remarks with chants of “Donald Trump!” and “USA! USA!”

At a wreath-laying ceremony in Krasinski Square, the excited crowd broke out into an American-style, “USA! USA! USA!” chant.

Later, during Trump’s prepared remarks, the crowd repeatedly interrupted the speech with a “Donald Trump! Donald Trump!” chant.

“The story of Poland is the story of a people who have never lost hope, who have never been broken and who have never ever forgotten who they are,” Trump said in Warsaw, before the crowd began chanting his name . . .

Trump’s speech celebrated the United States’ alliance with Poland, and announced the country was purchasing the PATRIOT Air Defense Missile System that the Obama Administration had canceled as a part of his revamped START nuclear treaty. ‘Abortion Drone’ to Fly Pills Across Border Into Poland

Women’s rights groups are planning to deliver abortion pills by drone from Germany to Poland in an attempt to help women in the country terminate their pregnancies safely.

The “abortion drone” will carry World Health Organisation-approved drugs from Frankfurt an der Oder to the Polish border town of Slubice on Saturday, where it will be met by women’s groups who will hand on the pills to those who need them.

The mission being planned by Women on Waves, a non-profit group of doctors and activists from the Netherlands. Poland, a strictly Roman Catholic country, is one of the few places in Europe where women can get a legal abortion only if there is proof of rape or incest, the mother’s life is endangered or the fetus is severely malformed.

The group said it had chosen the unusual method of delivery in order to highlight Poland’s restrictive abortion laws. Other European countries such as Portugal, Spain and the UK – except for Northern Ireland – offer abortions on request as long as certain conditions are met.

Rebecca Gomperts, a doctor and founder of Women on Waves, said: “We want to create awareness about women’s right to a safe abortion. The drone is another way to use the different laws in different countries in order to draw attention to the social injustice that women who are living in places where abortion is illegal are subject to. By AP. U.S. air defense troops are training rapid deployment of Patriot missile launchers in Poland amid concerns that the conflict between Russia-backed rebels and government forces in Ukraine is threatening the security in the region.

Some 100 U.S. troops and 30 vehicles from the 7th Air Defense Regiment are practicing with Poland’s troops at a test range in Sochaczew, near Warsaw. The exercise is aimed at showing the U.S. Army’s capacity to deploy Patriot systems rapidly within NATO territory.

Speaking in fluent Polish, U.S. Ambassador Stephen Mull said Saturday that the U.S. is always ready to support Poland in times of need. (Read more from “U.S. Air Defense Troops Train Fast Deployment in Poland” HERE)

Georgia Guardsmen Train Jordanian Troops amid War with Islamic State

By Jeremy Redmon. Three dozen Georgia National Guardsmen returned this month from a secret mission in the Middle East, where they trained Jordanian troops amid the war against the Islamic State.

The Cumming-based 560th Battlefield Surveillance Brigade trained some of Jordan’s brigade and battalion-level commanders on planning missions and “battle-tracking.”

Jordanian troops — who have joined a coalition of more than 40 nations fighting the Islamic State — could use that training in a number of ways, including defending their borders against the jihadist group, also known as the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, or ISIS.

Col. Jeff Dickerson, the commander of the 560th, said the Jordanians he worked with were still upset about how Islamic State fighters burned alive a Jordanian military pilot, Lt. Muath al-Kaseasbeh. He was captured in December after his plane crashed while he was participating in the U.S.-led air campaign against the Sunni militant group. (Read more from this story HERE)

Russia: Just Another Example of Obama Bowing East Rather Than Leading West

As too few of us know, President Barack Obama and Russian President (and Prime Minister Vladimir Putin puppet) Dmitri Medvedev had in March this on-camera exchange:

President Obama: On all these issues, but particularly missile defense, this, this can be solved but it’s important for him to give me space.

President Medvedev: Yeah, I understand. I understand your message about space. Space for you…

President Obama: This is my last election. After my election I have more flexibility.

President Medvedev: I understand. I will transmit this information to Vladimir.

Nothing like our president asking for “space” from one of the two nations (Communist China being the other) that has for years been blocking at the United Nations any rational policy on any number of issues.

Our policy as a people should not be to buy time for our president after he’s (ostensibly) re-elected to deliver Russia greater “flexibility” on issues on which he alone has decided we have thus far been too rigid.

Though I’m not sure our traditional allies — like Poland and the Czech Republic — would say that this president has been all that inflexible when it comes to dealing with Putin’s playground.

Just another example of our president bowing east rather than leading west.

NPR’s Cokie Roberts: Romney visiting Poland to get white votes

NPR analyst Cokie Roberts claimed on air that Mitt Romney’s stop in Poland was meant to excite “ethnic white voters.”

The comment Monday came as the Republican presidential candidate landed in Poland for the final leg of his three-country tour.

Roberts, also an analyst with ABC News, inferred that the visit is essentially a bid to attract former Reagan Democrats, especially “descendants” of Polish people.

“You remember well the Reagan Democrats, those ethnic white voters who had been Democrats for many years, turned out for Ronald Reagan and have been fairly predictable Republicans since then,” Roberts said. “Now, it’s a smaller percentage of the population, of the voting population than it used to be, but white voters are still much more Republican than any other group in the electorate.

“They went for McCain in 2008 by 55 percent, and I think that, you know, getting those ethnic voters excited is really what Romney has in mind here. It’s more for the folks at home, the descendants of the people that he will be speaking to in Poland,” she said.

Romney aide cusses out disrespectful reporters in Poland

The traveling press secretary for Mitt Romney lost his cool and cursed at reporters who attempted to ask questions of the Republican presidential candidate in a public plaza near the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Warsaw Tuesday.

After Romney paid his respects to Poland’s war dead and shook hands with a small gathering of the nation’s military veterans, the GOP contender walked approximately 100 yards away from the memorial as he chatted with Warsaw’s mayor.

As Romney made his way to his vehicle, reporters attempted to shout questions to the candidate. The former Massachusetts governor, who has answered only three questions from his traveling press corps during a week-long overseas trip, ignored the queries.

When members of the press tried to ask Romney about some of the mishaps on his trip, his traveling press secretary Rick Gorka verbally dressed down reporters.

Here’s a transcript of the questions and Gorka’s response:

CNN: “Governor Romney are you concerned about some of the mishaps of your trip?

NYT: “Governor Romney do you have a statement for the Palestinians?

Washington Post: “What about your gaffes?

NYT: “Governor Romney do you feel that your gaffes have overshadowed your foreign trip?”

CNN: “Governor Romney just a few questions sir, you haven’t taken but three questions on this trip from the press!

Gorka: “Show some respect”

NYT: “We haven’t had another chance to ask a question…”

Gorka: “Kiss my ass. This is a Holy site for the Polish people. Show some respect.”
