More Victims in Portland After Ethiopian Charged With Rape of 87 and 94-Year-Old

An Ethiopian immigrant who was working as a Certified Nursing Assistant in Portland, Oregon is behind bars, charged with rape, unlawful sexual penetration and other sexual contact with patients who were 87 and 94 years old.

Around a half dozen other alleged victims came forward after the September 14 arrest of Adeladilew A. Mekonen and he is likely to face “many more charges,” the Washington County Sheriff’s Department confirmed to Breitbart News. As the online record of who is in custody in Washington County shows, the 34-year-old suspect is currently facing 18 charges.

Even more shocking: a lawsuit filed on behalf of the 87-year-old victim claims that many of the assaults could’ve been prevented had the hospital where the accused rapist worked acted after the 94-year-old victim told the hospital she had been raped back in June.

The lawsuit alleges that Providence St. Vincent Medical Center:

knew and had reason to know that Adeladilew Mekonen had abused and was likely to again sexually abuse ill and elderly female patients, including plaintiff, if he were allowed to be alone with them in their rooms, and yet defendant Providence directed and allowed Mekonen to continue to attend such female patients, including plaintiff, under such circumstances.

Muslim Uber Driver Charged With Raping Woman

A Muslim working as an Uber driver is suspected of raping a woman at an Anaheim motel after giving her a ride from a Fullerton bar.

Police believe there may be more victims and are asking for the public’s help in finding them.

Omar Mahmoud Mousa, 52, of Anaheim was arrested on a $100,000 bond and assigned a court date of April 8 to face felony charges of rape, forcible oral copulation and sexual penetration by foreign object. The alleged rape occurred Oct. 25, according to the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, but Mousa had been out of the country until recently. He was arrested March 7 as he disembarked from a plane landing at Los Angeles International Airport.

Authorities were not saying what country he had traveled to or whether he was a native-born American, a naturalized citizen or some other status.

Uber issued a statement that read: “Uber has a zero-tolerance policy for violent behavior, and our thoughts are with the victim of this atrocious crime. The Arabic Gang-Rape ‘Taharrush’ Phenomenon

Police fear a gang-rape phenomenon known as ‘taharrush gamea’ in the Arab world and seen in attacks on women across German cities at the New Year has now spread to Europe.

The name of the practice translates to ‘collective harassment’ and is carried out by large groups of men who sexually assault lone women, either by groping, or in some instances, raping them.

The men first surround their victim in circles. Some then sexually assault her, while others not directly involved watch or divert outsiders’ attention to what is occurring.

Sometimes the terrified victim – in a state of shock and unable to respond – is also robbed during the ordeal.

COVER-UP: ‘Gay’ Rape in Military Is Completely Underreported by Pentagon

Far more military men are being raped by other men and experience other sexual traumas than is reported by the Pentagon because of the stigma attached to such assaults, says a new study released Tuesday by the American Psychological Association.

“Rates of military sexual trauma among men who served in the military may be as much as 15 times higher than has been previously reported, largely because of barriers associated with stigma, beliefs in myths about male rape, and feelings of helplessness,” the APA said in releasing findings published in its periodical Psychological Services.

Comparing the new study’s numbers and the Pentagon’s survey results produced some shocking statistics.

The Rand Corp., which conducted the most recent Pentagon sexual assault survey in 2014, found that about 12,000 men reported being assaulted. Sexual assault in the military is defined as unwanted sexual contact, including rape and other assaults or the attempt to commit those acts.

Extrapolating the study’s estimates of up to 15 times greater than the Pentagon’s count, it would mean that as many as 180,000 men are assaulted in one year and, of those, 57,750 are “penetrative” attacks. (Read more from “‘Gay’ Rape in Military Is Completely Underreported by Pentagon” HERE)

She Was Brutally Raped Multiple Times…Years Later, She Went to See Her Attacker for 1 Shocking Reason [+video]

Monika Kørra barely spoke English when she was granted a full scholarship to run cross-country at SMU. In December 2009 in the middle of her sophomore year, Kørra was walking with her girlfriends to another friend’s car after a party near the SMU campus – but she never got to the car.

“Before I knew it, I just had someone grabbing me from behind and I had a gun to my head,” Kørra said in an interview with WFAA . . .

After 90 minutes, the assailants dropped Kørra off at a field in South Dallas. Kørra began to cry once she realized she survived the attack. She was naked, afraid, and alone. Ultimately, a man came to her rescue, followed by law enforcement . . .

The Norwegian’s stolen cell phone led to the arrest of Arturo Arevalo, Alfonso Zuniga and Luis Zuniga. Arevalo and Alfonso Zuniga were sentenced to life in prison, while Luis Zuniga was sentenced to 25 years. Amazingly, Kørra is finding it in her heart to forgive her attackers.

101123_mike_huckabee_ap_328After Paraguay’s recent decision to deny an abortion to a 10-year-old who was raped by her stepfather, Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee was asked by CNN host Dana Bash how he would respond as fellow Republicans say that policy is “too extreme.”

The former Arkansas governor acknowledged during his “State of the Union” interview Sunday that what happened to the girl is “horrible” and a “terrible tragedy,” but then made a strong argument for allowing the child to be born.

“Does it solve a problem by taking the life of an innocent child?” he asked, adding later: “When I think about one horror, I also think about the possibilities that exist, and I just don’t want to think that somehow we discounted a human life … Let’s not compound the tragedy by taking yet another life.”

Huckabee added that well-known Pastor James Robison was conceived as a result of a rape, and that his mother “begged” doctors in the 1940s to give her an abortion — but they refused. Now Robison heads a Christian relief organization Life Outreach International which cares for “hundreds of thousands of people across the world,” Huckabee said, adding that none of that would have happened if Robison was aborted. This Organization Asks Conference Attendees Not to Rape People

“We want our attendees to have a great time, but please remember that sexual consent is always essential,” advises a program handed out to attendees of the 2015 Netroots Nation conference . . .

Children Were Hunted Down and Killed Trying to Escape ‘Rape Dungeon’ in Florida [+video]

Photo Credit: Latest Researchers have released chilling details about a Florida reform school for boys this week, including evidence of ‘rape dungeons’ that were used to abuse and murder children, the Daily News reports.

Anthropologists from the University of South Florida are beginning to uncover the disturbing stories of children who were abused and murdered at Arthur G. Dozier School in Marianna. The researchers have found the remains of 51 individuals, along with other materials, such as syringes, drug bottles and even a water cooler holding a dead dog buried in the cemetery next to the school.

In an attempt to uncover as much of the story as possible, university researchers are going through old records, newspaper articles and interviewing families to try to piece together the school’s painful past . . .

Researchers say the school did not report every death that occurred and did not submit death certificates in many cases. In their interviews with former inmates and school employees, they also learned of the ‘rape dungeon’ where young boys were sexually assaulted by those charged to care for them.

Some of the boys were murdered after they tried to escape the school. Robert Hewitt escaped in 1960 and hid in his family’s house near the school. Saudi Religious Leader Says Pedophilia is OK

Photo Credit: WND Saudi Arabia’s Grand Mufti, Sheikh Abdulaziz Al al-Sheikh, the kingdom’s top religious authority in the ultra-conservative Wahhabi school of Sunni Islam, has ruled it’s acceptable for men to marry girls so young the West would deem it nothing short of pedophilia and rape.

Despite the Saudi justice ministry’s failed efforts to date to set 15 as a minimum age to marry a girl in the kingdom, Grand Mufti Abdulaziz declared there is nothing prohibiting Muslim men from marrying girls even younger.

As Grand Mufti, Abdulaziz is president of the Supreme Council of Ulema (Islamic scholars) and chairman of the Standing Committee for Scientific Research and Issuing Fatwas, which means he speaks authoritatively in Islamic teachings.

Grand Mufti Abdulzaiz’s more recent ruling on marrying young girls comes following a similar ruling in 2011 by Dr. Salih bin Fawzan, a prominent cleric and member of the Saudi’s highest religious council, who issued a fatwa, or religious edict, that there is no minimum age to marry girls, “even if they are in the cradle.”

“The ulema have agreed that it is permissible for fathers to marry off their small daughters, even if they are in the cradle,” the edict declared. “But it is not permissible for their husbands to have sex with them unless they are capable of being placed beneath and bearing the weight of the men. And their capability in this regard varies based on their nature and capacity. Report: Abortion Clinics Shield Men Who Rape Young Girls

When a patient with a gunshot wound shows up, hospital workers in nearly every city and town in the country are required to report the injury to police because it might be evidence of a crime.

The same is true when an underage girl shows up at an abortion clinic, because her pregnancy could be evidence of sexual abuse.

But according to a report, workers at abortion clinics rarely contact authorities to alert them to underage pregnancies, in violation of state mandatory reporting laws.

In fact, the report alleges the abortion industry covers for child sexual predators.

“The abortion lobby is engaged in a pedophile protection racket and protecting pedophiles who rape underage girls,” Mark Crutcher, president of Life Dynamic News, said in a statement. “This is an outrage and what is going on here is absolute and utter scandal.”
