Mop-Up Man: Is This Former ATF Agent Running the J6 Pipe Bomb Coverup?

We have long maintained that the two smoking guns of the January 6 Fedsurrection are the curious case of Ray Epps, on the one hand, and the RNC/DNC pipe bomb hoax, on the other. Our extensive reporting on the case of Epps enjoyed a natural assist from the fact that the now-iconic video of Epps urging the crowd to go “into the Capitol” and the subsequent chants from the crowd of “Fed, Fed, Fed” were seemingly tailor-made to go viral. While our ground-breaking reporting on January 6 had been no less comprehensive and no less damning, for the longest time it lacked a corresponding video clip to help carry this historic scandal into mainstream attention.

All of this changed when we drew attention to a certain explosive (no pun intended) surveillance video that had quietly and with great reluctance been released by the Capitol Police thanks to the persistent efforts of Thomas Massie, who has valiantly used his Congressional perch to advance our body of research on the January 6 pipe bomb. We strongly encourage readers to stop here and read our comprehensive piece on this bombshell video and how it fits into the comprehensive universe of reporting we’ve built on this subject. The video in question depicts the discovery of the so-called “DNC pipe bomb” that was discovered outside of the DNC headquarters on January 6. Right off the bat, things simply don’t add up.

In the video, we can see a plainclothes Capitol Police officer inform Secret Service agents stationed outside the DNC building of the presence of the bomb just feet away, whereupon the agents in question react with an utter lack of concern, not even bothering to exit their vehicle for over a minute. The Secret Service agents’ nonchalant attitude toward the bomb reaches a crescendo in the most arresting part of the video, in which the agents and Capitol Police officers casually allow a group of schoolchildren to cross the street in the direction of the pipe bomb and walk within feet of the explosives! Could it be that the Secret Service agents were simply unconcerned for their own lives, the lives of their protectee (then-VP-elect Kamala Harris), or the lives of the aforementioned schoolchildren? There is perhaps a remote possibility.

The video and the context overwhelmingly suggest, however, that somehow the Secret Service agents in question knew the bomb posed no threat. But how on earth would they have known that in advance? This is especially bizarre and troubling given the fact that the Secret Service agents were protecting Kamala Harris, who has strangely covered up the fact that she was present in the DNC as the pipe bomb was found. To this day, Harris refuses to acknowledge her presence in the DNC building, against all evident political interest. After all, think of how much she could have milked politically from the fact that she came within a hair’s width of the deadly MAGA pipe bomb. The regime has been so desperate to find stories to fit their “domestic terrorism” narrative of January 6 that they’ve resorted to outright lies—to take one, the lies regarding the death of Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick. This is the one case in which no lies would seem to be necessary, as the Vice President really was at the building when the bombs were discovered. RNC Spokeswoman: Election Matter of ‘Life or Death,’ U.S. Faces Same Threat as Israel Without ‘Strong Leadership’

The 2024 presidential election is a matter of “life or death,” argued Republican spokesperson Elizabeth Pipko, who noted that the U.S. and Israel share the same “evil” enemy while warning that “weak leadership” could lead to an October 7-like tragedy on American soil.

In a conversation with Jewish News Syndicate (JNS), published Tuesday, Pipko, a spokeswoman for the Republican National Committee (RNC), emphasized that the 2024 election is not just political but a matter of “life or death,” arguing that the current threats against the Jewish State reflect a shared danger for both Israel and the U.S. under what she describes as “weak leadership.”

“People are being slaughtered by an evil that’s not just an enemy of Israel, but it’s an enemy of ours, too,” she said.

According to JNS, Pipko, a former model and founder of a movement encouraging Jewish Democrats to switch parties, explained that Republican support for Israel symbolizes broader values, such as strength and security.

“Support for Israel against an enemy like Hamas is everything that we believe in and stand for as a country,” she said, adding that Israel’s security concerns should resonate with Americans at large. Trump’s Triumph at the RNC Suggests Something Bigger Than Politics is Unfolding in America

It’s difficult to describe historical moments as they’re unfolding, but let me hazard a few initial observations about former President Donald Trump’s speech at the Republican National Convention on Thursday night.

Watching a presidential candidate (and former president) describe his near-assassination less than a week after a bullet came within millimeters of ending his life is quite simply the most captivating, awe-inspiring thing that has ever happened at a political convention in this country.

“I will tell you exactly what happened, and you’ll never hear it from me a second time because it’s actually too painful to tell,” Trump said.

In a calm, almost somber tone, Trump recounted in detail his near-death experience to a breathless watching world. “I’m not supposed to be here,” he said, attributing his survival to “the grace of Almighty God.” Many in attendance, and not a few watching at home, were in tears as Trump told his tale. He described getting shot in the ear, the blood running down his face, and the Secret Service agents shielding him. Again he invoked divine providence: “There was blood pouring, and yet, in a certain way, I felt very safe because I had God on my side.”

Then he described the crowd’s reaction: They didn’t run, they didn’t stampede. They were worried about him, Trump said, afraid he might be badly wounded — or worse. Trump said he wanted to show them he was all right, that he wasn’t going anywhere. So he stood up, raised his fist, and shouted, “Fight! Fight! Fight!” When he said this, the crowd at the convention echoed him in chorus.

Several Previously Unreported Major RNC Security Incidents Raise Safety Concerns

After police officers assisting with security at the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee responded to a reported fight roughly one mile from the main RNC venue, ultimately shooting and killing a suspect who drew a knife, additional security incidents more directly impacting the convention were reported that raised concerns about what, exactly, is going on at the margins of the convention’s secure perimeter.

On Tuesday evening, Fox News Channel’s Bill Melugin reported that authorities tasked with monitoring the secure perimeter around several blocks of the downtown area “stopped a suspicious man wearing a ski mask” a few blocks away from the venue containing the convention stage. The 21-year-old man was arrested and found to be carrying an “AK47 pistol, a full magazine, & a Scream mask in a large backpack.” The individual’s plans remain unknown as of now, but local authorities told Melugin that the arrestee “did not have a legal CCW permit.”

Nikki Haley, Ron Desantis — Who Opposed Trump in the Primaries — Strongly Support Trump in Rousing RNC Speeches

Nikki Haley and Ron DeSantis — who opposed former President Donald Trump in the primary races — threw their support behind Trump in back-to-back, rousing Republican National Convention speeches Tuesday night.

Haley — who stayed in the primaries the longest against Trump — told the RNC crowd she wanted to make “one thing perfectly clear: Donald Trump has my strong endorsement, period!” The audience loved the moment and showered her with cheers and applause.

The former South Carolina governor — who also served as United Nations Ambassador under Trump for part of his term in office — added that America is “at a critical moment” and “will be badly worse off” if Democrat President Joe Biden is reelected — and Americans must vote for Trump “for the sake of our nation.”

The Associated Press, citing Haley spokesperson Chaney Denton, reported that Haley hadn’t been invited to the convention. But the AP said that changed when Haley was added to the list of speakers Sunday — one day after Trump survived an attempted assassination during a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

Indeed, Haley said at the RNC that Trump asked her to speak “in the name of unity.” (Read more from “Nikki Haley, Ron Desantis — Who Opposed Trump in the Primaries — Strongly Support Trump in Rousing RNC Speeches” HERE)

Police: Officers Shot and Killed a Man Near the RNC

In a dramatic incident near the Republican National Convention (RNC) in Milwaukee, five Columbus, Ohio, police officers shot and killed a man wielding two knives. The officers, part of a security detail for the convention, acted decisively to protect an unarmed individual from imminent danger, according to Milwaukee Police Chief Jeffrey Norman.

The incident occurred just blocks away from the RNC, adding to the already heightened security presence in the city. Chief Norman detailed the event in a news conference, stating that the man, identified as 43-year-old Samuel Sharpe, refused police commands and charged at an unarmed man with a knife in each hand. “These officers, who were not from this area, took it upon themselves to act and save someone’s life today,” Norman said.

Body camera footage released by the police shows the tense moments leading up to the shooting. Officers on bikes are seen discussing their patrol before one exclaims, “He’s got a knife.” The video captures multiple officers shouting, “Drop the knife!” as they approach the two men standing in the street. When Sharpe advanced toward the unarmed man, officers opened fire.

Linda Sharpe, a cousin of the deceased, voiced her grief and anger, saying, “They came into our community and shot down our family right here at a public park. What are you doing in our city, shooting people down?” She described her cousin as living in a tent encampment across from King Park, a longstanding feature of the neighborhood known for its social service clinics and shelters.

David Porter, a friend of Samuel Sharpe and also homeless, expressed his frustration, suggesting that local Milwaukee police might have handled the situation differently. “If MPD would have been there, that man would still be alive right now,” Porter said.

The Columbus Division of Police, along with Milwaukee officials, emphasized that the shooting was not related to the RNC itself. The officers involved were part of a bicycle patrol that happened to witness the altercation. Despite the controversy, Chief Norman defended their actions, stating, “This is a situation where somebody’s life was in immediate danger.”

The Columbus Police’s special unit in Milwaukee, designed to improve police-community relations, had been visible in guiding peaceful protests earlier in the week. Their presence now, however, is under scrutiny following the fatal shooting near King Park.

Notice Anything Different About Trump’s Secret Service Detail?

Former President Donald Trump walked out at the RNC convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on Monday with a bandaged ear and an all-male Secret Service detail following his attempted assassination on Saturday in Pennsylvania.

The former president walked out surrounded by the “A-Team” of secret service who all happen to be males, presumably following the scrutiny that was put towards their fellow female agents, as seen in a tweet by the account DC Draino.

‘Just Asking for Trouble’: Republicans Sound Alarm on RNC Security, Secret Service Turns Deaf Ear

Republican lawmakers have approached the U.S. Secret Service with concerns about security issues at July’s Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, but Secret Service has so far been unwilling to compromise, sources told the Daily Caller.

“We have identified a critical flaw with the Security Perimeter that creates an elevated and untenable safety risk to the attending public,” counsel to the Republican National Committee Todd R. Steggerda wrote to Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle in April.

The current Secret Service plan designates Père Marquette Park as the protected First Amendment zone for demonstrations, but Republicans say that’s far too close to the convention spaces, which include Fiserv Forum (where the NBA’s Milwaukee Bucks play) and UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena.

“The City’s current plan would pack demonstrators into a one-block park — a park bordered by the two streets that thousands of peaceful attendees will be using to access the Convention site, as set out in the Secret Service proposal. This will force thousands of peaceful attendees and demonstrators, who may otherwise choose to avoid or limit direct, proximate engagement with one another, to be in extremely close, consistent, and unavoidable proximity,” Steggerda wrote in the letter obtained by the Daily Caller. State Official Faces Lawsuit From GOP Over ‘Impossibly High’ Voter Registration

The Republican National Committee (RNC) slapped Nevada Secretary of State Cisco Aguliar with a lawsuit on Friday, alleging that the state has “impossibly high” voter registration rolls.

The lawsuit alleges that the state of Nevada is failing to maintain the requirements of the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) which mandates that voter rolls must keep “clean and accurate voter registration records.” The RNC is alleging that according to their analysis, five of Nevada’s 17 counties have inflated voter rolls which they say indicates a violation of the NVRA, the lawsuit claims.

“Election integrity starts with clean voter rolls, and that’s why the National Voter Registration Act requires state officials to keep their rolls accurate and up-to-date,” RNC Co-Chair Michael Whatley wrote in a Monday press release. “Nevada has universal mail voting and no voter ID requirement, which makes Secretary of State Cisco Aguilar’s failure to comply with the NVRA and provide accurate voter rolls all the more concerning. Securing clean voter rolls in Nevada is a critical step towards ensuring that it will be easy to vote and hard to cheat.”

“At least three Nevada counties have more registered voters than they have adult citizens who are over the age of 18,” the lawsuit alleges. “That number of voters is impossibly high.” (Read more from “State Official Faces Lawsuit From GOP Over ‘Impossibly High’ Voter Registration” HERE)

RNC Withdraws Resolution to Declare Trump Nominee Following Backlash

A Republican National Committee member has withdrawn a draft resolution that would have declared former President Donald Trump the presumptive nominee in 2024 on Thursday following backlash and Trump’s own opposition.

Maryland RNC Committeeman Dave Bossie withdrew his resolution to declare Trump presumptive nominee after his wins in Iowa and New Hampshire and dominance over former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley in polls of the remaining states, a source familiar confirmed to the Washington Examiner.

The draft resolution claimed Haley had no mathematical path to the nomination and cited the need to prepare for a general election matchup with President Joe Biden.

When news broke of the proposed resolution, Haley spokeswoman Olivia Perez-Cubas responded, asking, “Who cares what the RNC says?”

“We’ll let millions of Republican voters across the country decide who should be our party’s nominee, not a bunch of Washington insiders,” she added.
