Pelosi Sends Crazy Email: ‘Mueller Fired’

By WND. House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., is facing criticism for a bizarre email she sent for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee on Friday that said special counsel Robert Mueller had been “fired.”

The email to subscribers was sent just as at least 800 “semi-spontaneous” protests are being coordinated across the U.S., and at least one police commander has warned his officers to keep their riot gear handy in case President Trump fires Mueller. The Pittsburgh commander warned that the move “would result in a large protest within 24 hours” and said the protest “would be semi-spontaneous and more than likely to happen on short notice.”

The subject of Rep. Pelosi’s email was “Mueller FIRED.”

But when recipients clicked on the message, the email itself simply condemned the president based on speculation that he might fire Mueller – not that the president had actually done so.

“I’m so furious I can barely write this email,” she wrote. “President Trump is inches away from firing Robert Mueller and derailing the entire Russia investigation.” (Read more from “Pelosi Sends Crazy Email: ‘Mueller Fired'” HERE)

Memos Document Comey’s Interactions with Trump

By The Hill. The Department of Justice (DOJ) has handed over to Congress memos written by former FBI Director James Comey, documenting his encounters with President Trump and providing a meticulously detailed, first-hand account of some of the most controversial moments in the Trump presidency.

The memos, obtained by The Hill, document seven conversations Comey had with Trump between January 2017 and April 2017. Four are classified and have been partly redacted, while the remainder are unclassified.

While the major narratives documented in the memos were already publicly known, they provide a few tantalizing new particulars about Trump’s encounters with the president — and have already hardened partisan battle lines on Capitol Hill.

The DOJ, late Thursday, handed over to Congress the 15 pages of contemporaneous notes, which had become something of a holy grail in the controversy over whether the president sought to obstruct justice in the investigation into potential ties between his campaign and Russia.

The three Republican chairmen who forced the release of the memos — Reps. Bob Goodlatte (Va.), Trey Gowdy (S.C.) and Devin Nunes (Calif.) — claimed Thursday that they provide clear evidence that Trump did not seek to obstruct justice in the Russia investigation. The White House Just Let a Big Secret Slip About Firing Robert Mueller

By CNN. Less than 24 hours removed from Donald Trump musing that “many people” have told him he should fire special counsel Robert Mueller, Sarah Sanders made clear that that the White House has researched such a move and believes Trump has the ability to do it.

“He certainly believes he has the power to do so,” the White House press secretary said of the President’s ability to fire Mueller. “We’ve been advised that the President certainly has the power to make that decision.” . . .

Think about what Sanders is saying here. She is saying that the White House has sought out guidance as to whether Trump can fire the special counsel. And concluded that he can. (Read more from “The White House Just Let a Big Secret Slip About Firing Robert Mueller” HERE)

Trump Sought to Fire Mueller in December

By The New York Times. In early December, President Trump, furious over news reports about a new round of subpoenas from the office of the special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, told advisers in no uncertain terms that Mr. Mueller’s investigation had to be shut down.

The president’s anger was fueled by reports that the subpoenas were for obtaining information about his business dealings with Deutsche Bank, according to interviews with eight White House officials, people close to the president and others familiar with the episode. To Mr. Trump, the subpoenas suggested that Mr. Mueller had expanded the investigation in a way that crossed the “red line” he had set last year in an interview with The New York Times.

In the hours that followed Mr. Trump’s initial anger over the Deutsche Bank reports, his lawyers and advisers worked quickly to learn about the subpoenas, and ultimately were told by Mr. Mueller’s office that the reports were not accurate, leading the president to back down. Facebook Admits to Helping Mueller Probe

By AP. . .Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg disclosed Tuesday his company is “working with” special counsel Robert Mueller in the federal probe of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential campaign — and working hard to change its own operations after the harvesting of users’ private information by a Trump campaign-affiliated data-mining company.

The founder of the social media giant publicly apologized for his company’s errors in failing to better protect the personal information of its millions of users, a controversy that has brought a flood of bad publicity and sent the company’s stock value plunging. He seemed to achieve a measure of success: Facebook shares surged 4.5 percent for the day, the biggest gain in two years.

Zuckerberg told the Senate Judiciary and Commerce committees that he has not been personally interviewed by Mueller’s team, but “I know we’re working with them.” He offered no details, citing a concern about confidentiality rules of the investigation. The Bubble: Mueller Has ‘Declared War Against the President,’ Sean Hannity Says

By USA Today. This week, commentators reacted to the stunning news that FBI agents raided the office of President Trump’s personal attorney, Michael Cohen.

Some conservatives reacted to the news as an attack on Trump and the rule of law, declaring it proof that special counsel Robert Mueller is out to get the president. Others were less concerned about the legality of the move than the risk that the investigation, like the Monica Lewinsky scandal, will shift from its primary focus to a crime related to a personal affair.

Many liberal commentators, on the other hand, saw the raid as an affirmation of Mueller’s commitment to focus on Russian meddling because he referred the matter to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. Others argued the FBI’s action spells imminent doom for Trump.

“It is clear, as I have been warning, Mueller is out to get the president and it appears at any cost,” said visibly agitated Fox News host Sean Hannity after the raid.

Mueller has effectively “declared war against the president of the United States,” Hannity said. “Clearly, his objective is to remove him from office. Now, I told you and I’ve told anyone who will listen: Mueller’s team is corrupt, starting with him, and it has been from the beginning.” (Read more from “The Bubble: Mueller Has ‘Declared War Against the President,’ Sean Hannity Says” HERE)

Mueller Does Not Consider Trump a Criminal Target

By The Daily Wire. On Tuesday, a newly-released report from The Washington Post revealed that while special counsel Robert Mueller continues to investigate President Donald Trump, he does not consider him a criminal target . . .

The only member of Trump’s staff that would speak about The Post’s report was White House attorney Ty Cobb, who said, “Thank you, but I don’t discuss communications with the president or with the Office of Special Counsel.”

A report from Axios last month suggested that Mueller was no longer investigating alleged collusion between the Trump campaign and Russian officials, but that the investigation was primarily focused on events that happened after the election. The report said that Mueller’s interest in post-election events indicated that he is focused on “obstruction of justice while in office, rather than collusion with Russia during the campaign.” (Read more from “Mueller Does Not Consider Trump a Criminal Target” HERE)

Mueller Told Trump’s Attorneys the President Remains Under Investigation but Is Not Currently a Criminal Target

By The Washington Post. Special counsel Robert S. Mueller III informed President Trump’s attorneys last month that he is continuing to investigate the president but does not consider him a criminal target at this point, according to three people familiar with the discussions.

In private negotiations in early March about a possible presidential interview, Mueller described Trump as a subject of his investigation into Russia’s interference in the 2016 election. Prosecutors view someone as a subject when that person has engaged in conduct that is under investigation but there is not sufficient evidence to bring charges.

The special counsel also told Trump’s lawyers that he is preparing a report about the president’s actions while in office and potential obstruction of justice, according to two people with knowledge of the conversations.

Mueller reiterated the need to interview Trump — both to understand whether he had any corrupt intent to thwart the Russia investigation and to complete this portion of his probe, the people said. Kim DotCom Warns President Trump to Strike Back Against Mueller – DECLASSIFY THEIR CRIMES or Be Destroyed

Kim Dotcom: The Copyright Case That Should End but Won’t

By American Thinker. It has been six years since the compound of Kim Dotcom (né Kim Schmitz), a Finnish-German dual national, was raided, north of Auckland, New Zealand. The official reason given was that his company, Megaupload, was facilitating criminal file-sharing of copyrighted movie and media files.

Kim Dotcom is not a flawless figure. He was somewhat of a famous hacker in Europe, who had relocated to the South Pacific. Everyone who meets Kim, such as Steven Wozniak, seems to find him personable. What also comes across to the observant is that Kim is rather immature; he brags about his championship computer gaming skills . . .

His reputation preceded him, and the U.S. government paints him as a criminal mastermind rather than the hacking teenager who refused to grow up that he really is.

Kim and his associates ran a site called Megaupload, an early version of cloud storage, which was used by many to upload and share copyrighted media. Hollywood was furious, but as a matter of fact, Megaupload was not the only website running such a storage system. Dropbox was started in 2007. In reality, Kim claims he worked with Hollywood to reduce piracy, and there seems to be some evidence of that. (Read more from “Kim Dotcom: The Copyright Case That Should End but Won’t” HERE)

Texts Reveal Personal Relationship Between Anti-Trump FBI Official and Judge Recused From Flynn Case

By Fox News. The federal judge who presided over former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn’s case last year before mysteriously being recused had a personal relationship with anti-Trump FBI official Peter Strzok, according to text mesages obtained and reviewed by Fox News.

The revelations about U.S. District Court Judge Rudolph Contreras are found in a new batch of text messages between Strzok and his FBI paramour, Lisa Page.

Contreras was appointed to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) in 2016, a topic of conversation between Strzok and Page.

“Rudy is on the FISC! Did you know that?” Page texted Strzok on July 25, 2016. “Just appointed two months ago.”

“I did,” Strzok replied. “We talked about it before and after. I need to get together with him.” (Read more from “Texts Reveal Personal Relationship Between Anti-Trump FBI Official and Judge Recused From Flynn Case” HERE)

Strzok, Page and the FBI Texting Scandal Explained

By Fox News. Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Russian influence in the 2016 presidential election has been clouded by revelations that two former members of his team sent negative text messages about President Trump.

In the messages, Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, who were romantically involved, bash Trump and discuss concerns about being too tough on Hillary Clinton during an investigation into the use of her private email server. The pair exchanged some 50,000 text messages throughout the presidential election and first year of the Trump administration, many of them with anti-Trump sentiments.

In a letter to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, Senate Homeland Security Committee Chairman Ron Johnson pointed out texts between Strzok and Page suggested the FBI waited nearly a month to act after finding new emails found on Anthony Weiner’s laptop during the criminal investigation into his relationship with a minor.

“Got called up to Andy’s earlier … hundreds of thousands of emails turned over by Weiner’s atty to sdny, includes a ton of material from spouse,” Strzok wrote in a text to Page, referring to Huma Abedin, Hillary Clinton’s top aide and Weiner’s wife.

Johnson said the “cryptic and disjointed nature” of the texts, along with heavy redactions by the FBI, made the sequence of events unclear. (Read more from “Strzok, Page and the FBI Texting Scandal Explained” HERE)

Mueller Witness Is a Convicted Pedophile

By AP. It was a few days before the one-year anniversary of President Donald Trump’s inauguration and a Lebanese-American businessman was on his way to Mar-a-Lago.

George Nader, an international fixer whose long history included intrepid back-channel mediation between Israel and Arab countries — and a 15-year-old pedophilia conviction in Europe that has not been previously reported — was transiting through Dulles International Airport outside Washington.

It was hardly his first far-flung journey to see top aides of the world’s most powerful leader, as Nader had met the U.S. president’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, and chief strategist Steve Bannon in the days before they stormed the White House. Mueller Witness Was Convicted on Child Porn Charge

By Politico. A Middle East expert and analyst who consulted with the Trump administration and was questioned by investigators for special counsel Robert Mueller pleaded guilty to a federal child pornography charge in 1991, court records released on Friday show.

George Nader, 58, was involved in several foreign policy meetings during the Trump transition and at the White House last year.

Nader received a six-month sentence from a federal court in Northern Virginia in 1991 on a felony charge of transporting sexually explicit materials in foreign commerce, according to the newly released records and to prison records POLITICO obtained under the Freedom of Information Act . . .

Details of the Virginia case have not been previously reported, but it was known that Nader faced a similar charge in federal court in Washington in 1985 involving allegations of importing from the Netherlands magazines depicting nude boys. A judge dismissed those charges after ruling that the search warrant issued for Nader’s home was invalid. (Read more from “Mueller Witness Was Convicted on Child Porn Charge” HERE)

Mueller ‘Hit List’ Targets 10 Members of Trump Team

Special counsel Robert Mueller is expanding his investigation into alleged collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia during the 2016 election – and now his team has sent a grand-jury subpoena seeking all communications between a former Trump aide and a so-called “hit list” of 10 members of Trump’s team, including the president himself.

Meanwhile, on Monday, President Trump ripped into former President Barack Obama, accusing him of launching an investigation into his campaign “with zero proof of wrongdoing” before the 2016 election to help “Crooked” Hillary Clinton’s bid for the White House . . .

The subpoena seeks emails, work documents, text messages, phone logs and other records of communications exchanged between the witness and the 10 individuals.

In an interview with MSNBC, Nunberg said he’ll refuse to comply with the “ridiculous” subpoena from Mueller. He said it would be “really funny” if Mueller arrested him for ignoring his subpoena and that “my lawyer is about to dump me right now.”

“What they sent me was absolutely ridiculous,” Nunberg said. “They wanted every email I had with Roger Stone and with Steve Bannon. Why should I hand them emails from Nov. 1, 2015?” (Read more from “Mueller ‘Hit List’ Targets 10 Members of Trump Team” HERE)

Why Hasn’t Mueller Investigated the Explosive Evidence From Kim Dotcom Relating to Seth Rich’s Murder?

As rumors swirl that Special Counsel Robert Mueller is preparing a case against Russians who are alleged to have hacked Democrats during the 2016 election – a conclusion based solely on the analysis of cybersecurity firm Crowdstrike, a Friday op-ed in the Washington Times by retired U.S. Navy admiral James A. Lyons, Jr. asks a simple, yet monumentally significant question: Why haven’t Congressional Investigators or Special Counsel Robert Mueller addressed the murder of DNC staffer Seth Rich – who multiple people have claimed was Wikileaks’ source of emails leaked during the 2016 U.S. presidential election?

Mueller has been incredibly thorough in his ongoing investigations – however he won’t even respond to Kim Dotcom, the New Zealand entrepreneur who clearly knew about the hacked emails long before they were released, claims that Seth Rich obtained them with a memory stick, and has offered to provide proof to the Special Counsel investigation.

On May 18, 2017, Dotcom proposed that if Congress includes the Seth Rich investigation in their Russia probe, he would provide written testimony with evidence that Seth Rich was WikiLeaks’ source.

In addition to several odd facts surrounding Rich’s still unsolved murder – which officials have deemed a “botched robbery,” forensic technical evidence has emerged which contradicts the Crowdstrike report. The Irvine, CA company partially funded by Google, was the only entity allowed to analyze the DNC servers in relation to claims of election hacking:

Also notable is that Crowdstrike founder and anti-Putin Russian expat Dimitri Alperovitch sits on the Atlantic Council – which is funded by the US State Department, NATO, Latvia, Lithuania, and Ukranian Oligarch Victor Pinchuk. Who else is on the Atlantic Council? Evelyn Farkas – who slipped up during an MSNBC interview with Mika Brzezinski and disclosed that the Obama administration had been spying on the Trump campaign. BOMBSHELL: Special Counsel Says No American Knowingly Involved in Russian Interference

In a statement that is sending shockwaves through the political world, a spokesman for General Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia probe announced on Friday that the counsel’s 37-page indictment of Russians and Russian entities for interference in U.S. elections does not contain any allegation against any American for knowingly participating in the meddling.

“There is no allegation in this indictment that any American was a knowing participant in this illegal activity,” Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein said at a press conference on Friday . . .

“There is no allegation in the indictment that the charged conduct altered the outcome of the 2016 election,” Rosenstein told reporters . . .

Rosenstein made the comment in response to one reporter asking him about references to the Trump campaign in the indictment. “On page four of the indictment, paragraph six, it specifically talks about the Trump campaign, saying that defendants communicated with unwitting individuals associated with the Trump campaign,” said the reporter. “My question is later in the indictment, campaign officials are referenced not by their name, by campaign official one or two or three. Were campaign officials cooperative or were they duped? What was their relationship with this?”

“There is no allegation in the indictment that any American was a knowing participant in the alleged unlawful activity,” Rosenstein responded. “There is no allegation in the indictment that the charged conduct altered the outcome of the 2016 election.” (Read more from “BOMBSHELL: Special Counsel Says No American Knowingly Involved in Russian Interference” HERE)
