Police Union Tells Socialist Mayor To Pound Sand Over Anti-ICE Order

The president of the union representing Seattle police officers said Friday he would not let his members implement what he called a “ludicrous” proposal from Democratic Mayor Katie Wilson of Seattle.

Wilson issued orders to local police, directing them to “investigate, verify, and document” activity by United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for potential prosecution, similar to directives issued by Democratic Mayor Brandon Johnson of Chicago, Fox 13 Seattle reported. Seattle Police Officers Guild (SPOG) President Mike Solan responded to Wilson’s order with a post on X Friday.

“Toothless virtue signaling rhetoric like this has already cost two people their lives,” Solan posted on the SPOG X account, referencing the fatal shootings of Alex Pretti and Renee Nicole Good in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area during immigration enforcement operations. “The concept of pitting two armed law enforcement agencies against each other is ludicrous, and will not happen. I will not allow SPOG members to be used as political pawns.”

Citizen journalists began probing Somali-run day care centers in Washington state after independent journalist Nick Shirley posted a 42-minute video that went viral showing him visiting Somali-run day-care centers in the Minneapolis area, propelling the issue of welfare fraud into the public eye. Initial reports of fraud in Minnesota by City Journal in November prompted the Department of Homeland Security to deploy hundreds of agents from multiple agencies to the Minneapolis area. Mayor Blames Christian Rally for Provoking Counter-Protest Violence

Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell blamed a Christian rally and infiltrating “anarchists” for violence breaking out at a counter-protest on Saturday.

The Seattle Police Department reported 23 people were arrested at Cal Anderson Park during MayDayUSA’s “Don’t Mess With Our Kids” rally and a pro-LGBTQ counter-protest. According to SPD, police witnessed “multiple people inside one group throw items at the opposing group” and, while arresting individuals, were assaulted by other individuals, leading to an officer requiring medical treatment.

After the scuffle broke out, Harrell’s office released a statement defending the LGBTQ community and criticizing the “far-right rally” for provoking the violent reaction.

“Seattle is proud of our reputation as a welcoming, inclusive city for LGBTQ+ communities, and we stand with our trans neighbors when they face bigotry and injustice,” the statement read. “Today’s far-right rally was held here for this very reason – to provoke a reaction by promoting beliefs that are inherently opposed to our city’s values, in the heart of Seattle’s most prominent LGBTQ+ neighborhood.”

Theater Officials Admitted to Raping Children in Past: Report

Officials with a civic theater near Seattle admitted in the past to raping children, KCPQ-TV reported, citing court documents referring to Renton Civic Theatre board president Alan Parsons and art director Bill Huls. Renton is little less than a half hour southeast of Seattle.

A whistleblower working within the theater told KCPQ-TV she went to the theater board about Huls’ child sex abuse admissions but noted her concerns were ignored, so she decided to post the information on Facebook.

“Renton Civic Theater [sic] is a broken organization,” the post from the whistleblower read. “Their artistic director is a registered sex offender and harasses women. He has clearly been at his harassment for many years and has not been stopped because not enough of us have spoken up.”

KCPQ said documents from 1990 it obtained showed Huls, then 22 years old, admitted to sexually assaulting a 7-year-old girl who was the daughter of a family friend. The station said Huls pleaded guilty and was convicted. It isn’t clear what resulted sentencing-wise after that, but KCPQ added that court documents show Huls admitted to having graphic sexual fantasies involving children he personally knew. The station also said Huls admitted to being close in proximity to kids while in his theater group.

Seattle Police Kill Alleged Pedophile During Sting Operation (VIDEO)

Seattle police shot and killed a 67-year-old alleged pedophile during a sting operation at a DoubleTree Suites hotel in Tukwila. The suspect arrived at the hotel on Wednesday afternoon, believing he was meeting two young girls, ages 7 and 11, according to the Seattle Police Department (SPD).

The suspect knocked on a hotel room door, where undercover officers from the SPD and the Washington State Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce were waiting to arrest him. As officers answered the door, the suspect attempted to pull out a gun. The officers immediately opened fire, fatally shooting him.

Bodycam footage released by the SPD captures the dramatic moment when the suspect was confronted and subsequently shot. One officer was grazed by a bullet during the exchange but was treated on the scene for minor injuries.

Teenagers Allegedly Ran Over Pedestrians Intentionally With Stolen Car and Posted Video Online

Police say they caught two teenagers who had posted video of themselves online intentionally driving into pedestrians in Seattle, Washington.

They say a 13-year-old girl and a 15-year-old boy were responsible for the horrific attacks on or around November 26.

The first victim was a female who was struck near 107th and Aurora Avenue North at 1:50 a.m. Police said surveillance video showed bystanders come to her aid.

The second victim was struck as he was walking in the bus lane at Aurora Avenue North, and the video showed him flying over the hood of the car. . .

The driver and passenger laughed maniacally after hitting the pedestrian and then cursed at the victim as they drove away.

High School Student Fails Quiz for Answering ‘Only Women Can Get Pregnant’

A history teacher at a Seattle high school allegedly gave a student a failing quiz grade after he answered that only women can get pregnant and only men can have penises.

A 10th-grade Ethnic Studies World History teacher at Chief Sealth International High School administered the quiz. The test focused on “understanding gender vs. sex” and asked students to answer a series of multiple-choice and true or false questions. . .

Question 4 of the exam asked students to identify whether the statement “All men have penises” is true or false. The student marked the statement true, which was labeled as incorrect by the teacher.

Question 7 of the quiz similarly asked students to identify whether the statement “only women can get pregnant” was true or false. The teacher again marked the student’s answer incorrect when he said the statement was true.

Teachers Encourages Students to Send Pro-Gay Letters to ‘Moms for Liberty’

Students at Seattle Public Schools sent letters decorated with rainbows and pro-LGBT slogans to parental rights group Moms for Liberty, the school confirmed to the Daily Caller on Tuesday.

Photos of the cards circulating online show a packet of letters sent with a note from public school teacher Ann Christianson.

“Please read the enclosed cards from concerned middle school students in Seattle, Washington,” Christianson’s note read.

Seattle Public Schools confirmed in a statement to the Caller that “the materials in question were sent last spring as an independent activity.”

“Seattle Public Schools is dedicated to fostering welcoming, inclusive, and identity-safe environments for all our students. WATCH: Parents Beat Naked Man Accused of Trying to Touch Children at JCPenney

A man was recorded walking naked through the aisles of a Seattle-area department store as several adults tried to corral him.

The group of adults were reportedly parents who eventually attacked the man they accused of attempting to touch children, the New York Post reported.

According to the Daily Mail, the incident happened at a JCPenney store in Tukwila, a city south of Seattle, Washington.

In the video footage, the naked man is seen being confronted by another man wearing a brown jacket, light-colored pants, and a tan-colored hat.

Moments later, another man, wearing a striped shirt, follows the pair deeper into the store as the naked man walks backwards, apparently trying to escape:

As Fentanyl Crisis Wreaks Havoc on Blue City, Mayor Fights for More Food Trucks

As downtown Seattle struggles with an ongoing fentanyl crisis, Democratic Mayor Bruce Harrell’s downtown revitalization plan emphasizes cleaning services and an expansion of food trucks, according to local outlet KOMO News.

Local business leaders have stressed the need for the city to crack down on drug possession downtown, but while the plan included the opening of an alternative crisis care clinic next year, it did not directly address the issue of fentanyl use, according to KOMO News. The plan will, however, waive fees for food truck operators, expand lighting and cleaning services and update several zoning regulations.

“The first goal of the mayor’s Downtown Activation Plan is to make Downtown a safe and welcoming place for everyone,” the mayor’s office said in a written statement to the Daily Caller News Foundation. “To that end, the mayor issued an Executive Order on fentanyl and synthetic drugs focused on arresting dealers and traffickers when we announced the Downtown Activation Plan in April. As part of that Executive Order, the mayor also convened a work group which is developing a revised ordinance to address public consumption of drug use.”

The executive order prioritizes efforts to stop the sale of narcotics in partnership with law enforcement. It also promotes voluntary participation in rehab programs by rewarding participants with gift cards and expands services available for those who overdose on drugs. Lawyer Waiting for Rideshare Is Stabbed Just 2 Hours After Arriving to Democrat-Controlled City

Attorney Joshua Pond flew to Seattle on May 7 for a business trip. Just two hours after his arrival, he became the victim of a brutal knife assault in the Democrat-controlled city.

Pond was standing outside his hotel in downtown Seattle, waiting for a rideshare to take him and a colleague to dinner. While they were waiting, a “very disgruntled-looking” man approached Pond and tried to rob him.

Pond recalled that the man shoved him twice — and the shoves were “sharp.”

“As we waited on the sidewalk outside our hotel, I got a sharp shove on the sidewalk,” Pond told KOMO-TV. “I turned around and saw a very disgruntled-looking man. He said at that point something to the effect of, ‘Give me your cell phone.’
