Far-Left Activists in Drag Rail Against Trump as City Votes to Become Trans Sanctuary

The Worcester City Council in Massachusetts voted in favor of a resolution to become a sanctuary city for those transgender and gender-diverse Tuesday.

During a lengthy city council meeting, approximately 200 people from the LGBT+ community arrived to show their support for the resolution—often expressing concerns for their safety under the new Trump administration.

One speaker, donning a purple wig, pearl necklace and white gloves, said she needs the city to protect her because the federal government will not, and she is “afraid of Trump.”

The speaker, who also claimed to have a multitude of disabilities, addressed fears that the city would become a target of the administration and lose federal funding if the measure was passed, then issued a warning.

“If you say that you’re afraid of Trump and that’s why you don’t want the city to be a safe space for trans people, you better prepare for trans people to make this a very unsafe space,” she said. Female Athletes Sue Ivy Leagues After Being Forced To Change In Front Of, Compete Against Man

Several women who were former college athletes filed a lawsuit Tuesday after being forced to compete against a man and share changing rooms and bathrooms with him in 2022.

Grace Estabrook, Ellen Holmquist and Margot Kaczorowski all competed on the University of Pennsylvania’s (UPenn) swim team when transgender-identifying male athlete Lia Thomas was allowed to join the team and use the women’s facilities. The women are suing UPenn as well as Harvard University, the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and the Ivy League Council of Presidents for allegedly violating Title IX by discriminating against women and causing them “emotional harm,” the lawsuit states.

Many of the details included in the suit stem from the 2022 Ivy League Championships at Harvard during which Thomas shared changing spaces with the female athletes. The university did not provide any separate changing space for Thomas or any female athlete that did not feel comfortable changing in front of the male since all locker rooms were converted into women’s spaces for the competition, the court documents state.

Riley Gaines, a former athlete who also competed against Thomas, said the lawsuit was filed with “serendipitous timing,” as she plans to attend the signing of an executive order Wednesday barring men from competing in women’s sports.

ESPN Gets Dragged For Temper Tantrum After Trump Bans Men From Ruining Women’s Sports

The woke-scolds running ESPN threw a temper tantrum on Wednesday over President Trump’s efforts to keep men out of women’s sports — and boy, oh boy, did it not end well for them.

While “reporting” on the president’s executive order designed to restore fairness in sports by preventing trans-identifying males from competing against female athletes, the Disney-owned sports media company went out of its way to regurgitate tenants of leftists’ asinine and dangerous gender ideology. In a tweet linking to an article detailing Trump’s order, ESPN described males as “people who were biologically assigned male at birth.”

“President Donald Trump will sign an executive order Wednesday designed to prevent people who were biologically assigned male at birth from participating in women’s or girls’ sporting events,” the tweet reads.

The linked article also used the phrase “assigned male at birth” to describe human males.

In its piece, ESPN hyperbolically claimed that Trump’s new directive “marks another aggressive shift by the Republican president’s second administration in the way the federal government deals with transgender people and their rights.” The outlet also gave credence to the false premise that individuals can change their sex by referring to track athlete Sadie Schreiner — a woman-pretending man — as a “transgender woman.” (Read more from “ESPN Gets Dragged For Temper Tantrum After Trump Bans Men From Ruining Women’s Sports” HERE)

Report: ‘Zizian’ Trans Cult Connected To Multiple Killings, Including Death Of Border Patrol Agent

As President Donald Trump was taking office earlier this month, a Border Patrol agent was shot and killed during a traffic stop in Northern Vermont. According to a report by Andy Ngo in the New York Post, this was just one killing in an intricate web of deaths across the nation connected to a violent transgender cult.

“Witnesses, contacts, and journalists trying to reveal who the members are and where they may be are at risk of violence,” Ngo told The Federalist. “I hope law enforcement does anything and everything it can to dismantle this terror group.”

Teresa “Milo” Conseulo Youngblut, a female student at the University of Washington who identifies as transgender, is accused in the shooting death of Border Patrol Agent David Maland, an Air Force veteran, on the side of a highway near the Canadian border on Jan. 20. Agents returned fire, killing Youngblut’s companion, German national Felix “Ophelia” Bauckholt, a man who identified as a woman.

While investigating Youngblut and Bauckholt’s Toyota Prius, authorities found ammunition clips, a ballistic helmet, hollow-point ammo, lodging information, night-vision goggles, pistols, radios, and “a dozen electronic devices, some of which were wrapped in foil,” according to the New York Post.

The vehicle had North Carolina plates. Youngblut and Bauckholt had previously lived in the same North Carolina neighborhood, according to KRON 4. “The thing that struck me the most was that there was a stretcher in the living room,” the owner of Bauckholt’s former unit told the local outlet. “The hair on the back of my neck is still up.” (Read more from “Report: ‘Zizian’ Trans Cult Connected To Multiple Killings, Including Death Of Border Patrol Agent” HERE)

Hospital Scrubs Notorious Child Sex Change Clinic From Website As Gender Industrial Complex Goes In Full Retreat

The Hasbro Children’s Hospital, an affiliate of Brown University Health, has removed a webpage publicizing their pediatric gender clinic services, which included puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones, from its website.

The Medical Director of the Hasbro Children’s Hospital Gender and Sexuality Program, Jason Rafferty, is the lead author of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) child sex-change policy, which supports the use of puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and sex-change surgeries. President Trump recently signed an executive order that labels these interventions as “chemical and surgical mutilation” based on “junk science” and strips institutions pushing gender ideology of federal funding. In response to President Trump’s order, pediatric gender clinics across the country are closing their doors, including Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C., and VCU Health and Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU.

The web page removed from Hasbro’s Children’s Hospital titled “Gender and Sexual Health Services for Children, Teens, and Young Adults” states the clinic was accepting new patients and was providing children as of January 16th, 2025, according to an internet archive. The archived page states “The Gender and Sexuality Program at Rhode Island and its Hasbro Children’s Hospital provides a safe environment, education, and access to specialty medical care drawing upon current evidence-based practices and the unique needs of each individual child.”

“The Gender and Sexuality Program at Hasbro Children’s Hospital is accepting new pediatric, adolescent, and young adult patients.”

Brown University Health did not respond to the DCNF’s requests to confirm if the webpage had been removed as a reaction to Trump’s executive order. (Read more from “Hospital Scrubs Notorious Child Sex Change Clinic From Website As Gender Industrial Complex Goes In Full Retreat” HERE)

Transgender Military Members Sue Trump, Hegseth Over Trans Ban

Several transgender members of the military are suing the Trump administration over a ban on transgender service members.

The federal lawsuit was filed by two LGBTQ+ activist organizations on behalf of six active transgender service members and two others who wish to enlist. They argued that the transgender ban violates the Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution.

“This ban betrays fundamental American values of equal opportunity and judging people on their merit,” said Jennifer Levi, the transgender and queer rights senior director for GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders.

“It slams the door on qualified patriots who meet every standard and want nothing more than to serve their country, simply to appease a political agenda,” she added. “That’s not just un-American; it makes our country weaker by pushing away talented service members who put their lives on the line every day for our nation.” . . .

President Donald Trump ordered the ban on transgender military members on Monday. He first issued the ban in his previous term, but it was rescinded by an order from former President Joe Biden in 2021. (Read more from “Transgender Military Members Sue Trump, Hegseth Over Trans Ban” HERE)

Trump Signs Executive Order Ending Federal Funding for Medical Mutilation of Minors

Under President Donald Trump, the United States will no longer “fund, sponsor, promote, assist, or support” the medical mutilation and chemical castration of children in the name of gender ideology. Accordingly, the federal government will “rigorously enforce all laws that prohibit or limit these destructive and life-altering procedures.”

Trump signed an executive order Tuesday ending federal funding for the medical “transitioning” of gender dysphoric children, including performing irreversible surgeries and the prescription of chemically castrating drugs like puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones.

According to Trump’s decree, “Across the country today, medical professionals are maiming and sterilizing a growing number of impressionable children under the radical and false claim that adults can change a child’s sex through a series of irreversible medical interventions. This dangerous trend will be a stain on our Nation’s history, and it must end.”

Trump already took executive action revoking President Joe Biden’s harmful order previously promoting such barbaric practices that trans activists call “gender-affirming care.”

Trump is now ordering all agencies to use every available means to cut off federal financial participation in institutions that offer these so-called “services.” In other words, the order directs federally run insurance programs to exclude coverage for pediatric “transgender treatment.” (Read more from “Trump Signs Executive Order Ending Federal Funding for Medical Mutilation of Minors” HERE)

Judge Dismisses Lawfare Against Doctor Who Exposed Secret Trans Procedures On Kids

A judge dismissed the Department of Justice’s case against a doctor who uncovered secret transgender procedures on kids, assenting to a motion from President Donald Trump’s Department of Justice.

U.S. District Judge David Hittner dismissed the partisan lawfare today against doctor Eithan Haim, who exposed Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH) for performing hidden transgender interventions on children.

Biden’s DOJ had been prosecuting the doctor, but Trump’s DOJ moved to dismiss the case today, as reported by Christopher Rufo, the conservative activist who broke the original story. The acting U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Texas asked to dismiss the “Second Superseding Indictment and all open counts … with prejudice,” according to the motion.

On Friday morning, The Federalist published an article in which Haim said he was expecting potential jail time soon. The same day, a source close to the case — who wished to remain anonymous to avoid retaliation — said the judge was going to require Haim to enter a plea deal by 9 a.m. on Monday or go to jail.

Haim, a Dallas-area doctor, revealed in 2023 that TCH was performing transgender procedures on kids as young as 11. TCH lied about no longer providing the procedures, which Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton had classified as “child abuse” by that point. Texas has since banned gender mutilation of children. Body Cam Video Shows Police Arrest Transgender Roommate After Finding Body of Elderly Woman in Freezer of Her Mobile Home

Video from police body cameras showed the moment that officers discovered the body of an elderly woman in her freezer after arguing with a transgender woman who claimed she was not in the home.

37-year-old Jazlynn Roush is accused of murdering 68-year-old Monique Gilbertson and hiding her body at her mobile home in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The video released by the Clark County District Court shows officers arguing with Roush on Nov. 6 to allow them into the home and look for Gilbertson. Roush claims that the woman rented the property to Roush beginning in September.

Eventually, Roush and his wife go outside and allow officers to search the home, which is strewn with garbage and appears to be ransacked. They find a locked chest freezer and make a gruesome discovery.

“Yeah there’s a person in here,” says an officer. “Go get them in handcuffs.” (Read more from “Body Cam Video Shows Police Arrest Transgender Roommate After Finding Body of Elderly Woman in Freezer of Her Mobile Home” HERE)

Court Strikes Down Biden’s Title IX Trans Overhaul Nationwide

A U.S. district court struck down President Joe Biden’s queer theory rewrite of Title IX nationwide on Thursday, blocking his administration from attempting to change the definition of “sex” to include claimed “gender identities.”

Kentucky U.S. District Court Chief Judge Danny C. Reeves, an appointee of President George W. Bush, blocked the Biden Department of Education’s new Title IX rules. Those rules would have forced schools to allow boys in girls’ private spaces like restrooms and locker rooms, required teachers to refer to children with “preferred pronouns,” and made girls sleep in the same facilities as boys on events like overnight field trips. The Biden rules also stripped the due process rights of persons accused of sexual assault on college campuses, bringing back Obama-era “kangaroo courts” designed to give life to false accusations.

“It is abundantly clear that discrimination on the basis of sex means discrimination on the basis of being a male or female,” Reeves wrote. “Expanding the meaning of ‘on the basis of sex’ to include ‘gender identity’ turns Title IX on its head. … The entire point of Title IX is to prevent discrimination based on sex — throwing gender identity into the mix eviscerates the statute and renders it largely meaningless.”

Over the summer, the U.S. Supreme Court allowed injunctions on the Title IX rule to remain in 26 states where several lawsuits brought by different coalitions were successful in rendering the rewrite null and void. One federal judge in Louisiana struck down the rewrite, referring to it as an “abuse of power” and a “threat to democracy.” (Read more from “Court Strikes Down Biden’s Title IX Trans Overhaul Nationwide” HERE)
