Study Reveals Most Gender-Confused Kids Simply ‘Grow Out of It’

A groundbreaking 15-year study conducted in the Netherlands has confirmed that a significant majority of children experiencing gender confusion ultimately outgrow these feelings if left untreated.

The research, tracking over 2,700 children from ages 11 to their mid-twenties, found that while around 11% of participants initially expressed gender non-contentedness, only 4% continued to experience such feelings by age 25.

Published in the Archives of Sexual Behavior, the study emphasized the normalcy of questioning one’s identity during adolescence. Lead researcher Dr. Thomas Steensma from the University of Groningen highlighted that gender non-contentedness tends to decrease with age and is often associated with poorer mental health and self-concept.

Contrary to aggressive pushes for early medical interventions promoted by some, including the Biden administration, experts caution against hasty measures. Patrick Brown from the Ethics and Public Policy Center warned against rushing towards permanent surgeries or hormone therapies for teenagers grappling with their identities. The researchers concluded: ‘The results of the current study might help adolescents to realize that it is normal to have some doubts about one’s identity and one’s gender identity during this age period and that this is also relatively common.’

It comes amid a massive boom in transgender children receiving drugs to change their gender in the US – as critics say doctors and parents are not challenging young people enough.

Patrick Brown, a fellow at the conservative Ethics and Public Policy Center who was not involved in the research, told DailyMail.com: ‘This study provides even more reason to be skeptical towards aggressive steps to facilitate gender transition in childhood and adolescence.

‘The fact that rates of satisfaction are lower even just a few years later suggests that for the vast majority of people, prudence and caution, rather than a rush towards permanent surgeries or hormone therapies, will be the best approach for teenagers struggling to make sense of the world and their place in it.

The study also challenges the narrative perpetuated by transgender activists, who advocate for aggressive medical interventions, including surgical mutilations, from an early age. Dr. Jay Richards from the Richard and Helen DeVos Center for Life, Religion, and Family pointed out that the vast majority of gender-dysphoric children ultimately “desist” during puberty, with up to 98% of boys and 88% of girls resolving their distress.

Despite growing awareness of these findings, the proliferation of transgender ideology continues to impact policy decisions. The Biden administration’s promotion of transgender rights has led to a surge in diagnoses and treatments for gender dysphoria among children.

Biden-Appointed Federal Judge Hinders County From Enforcing Ban On Biological Males Competing In Women’s Sports

A federal judge denied a motion Thursday from Nassau County to avoid a state lawsuit against its policy to prevent men from participating in women’s sporting events at county-run facilities.

Republican Executive Bruce Blakeman of Nassau County on Feb. 22 signed an executive order that would deny the use of county parks and property for women’s sporting events unless they limit participation to one biological sex, based on participants’ birth certificates. After being threatened with a lawsuit by Democratic Attorney General Letitia James of New York over the policy, Blakeman sought an order from the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York to prevent such an action, which was denied by a federal judge — risking legal action if the policy is enforced.

“There are no facts in the record showing that any specific cisgender woman or girl in Nassau County will face imminent injury in an athletic event involving a transgender woman or girl on Nassau County Parks property if the Executive Order is invalidated,” wrote U.S. District Judge Nusrat Jahan Choudhury, an appointee of President Joe Biden, according to Reuters. She added that Blakeman’s request “falls far short of meeting the high bar” necessary to prevent the state from suing him.

Blakeman had argued that his order was essential to protect the constitutional rights of women in girls’ sports and that Letitia James could not prevent him from doing so. ‘Catholic’ Nancy Pelosi Marks César Chávez Day, Trans Visibility Day on Easter Sunday

Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) marked Transgender Visibility Day and César Chávez Day on Easter Sunday, though California state government offices will only observe Chávez Day on Monday, April 1.

Pelosi issued a tweet honoring the late farmworker union organizer and civil rights leader on Sunday, shortly after posting a message of Easter greetings to Christians nationwide.

She then issued a tweet (or “post” on X) in honor of the Transgender Day of Visibility:

Internet Erupts Over Biden Declaring Easter ‘Trans Day of Visibility’

Conservatives over the weekend voiced their outrage following news of President Joe Biden declaring Easter Sunday as “Transgender Day of Visibility.”

Biden’s Friday proclamation said that “all Americans” should join in lifting up “the lives and voices of transgender people throughout our Nation” and work toward “eliminating violence and discrimination based on gender identity.”

“Biden is banning religious symbols from Easter celebrations at the White House, while flying the trans flag and declaring Easter Sunday to be ‘Trans Visibility Day,” Donald Trump Jr. reacted online. “This is the left’s new religion. They want people worshiping the trans flag instead of God. They must be stopped.” . . .

“I have as low an opinion of Biden as you can possibly have and yet this is so outrageously evil that I had to check to make sure it was real. It is,” Daily Wire host and author Matt Walsh said. “Our ‘catholic’ president has chosen the highest holiday on the Christian calendar to celebrate transgenderism. This man is a demon.”

Major U.S. City Creates ‘Transgender Sanctuary’

The Sacramento City Council voted to approve a resolution Tuesday that bars any “city resources” from being used to stop transgender individuals from receiving sex-change medical procedures.

The resolution bars city employees from using “staff time” and “resources” to stop individuals from getting transgender medical procedures and also from cooperating “with jurisdictions seeking to enforce laws criminalizing gender-affirming care in other jurisdictions.” The city council voted unanimously to pass the resolution after dozens of city residents spoke in support and against the measure, according to CBS News.

“California has been a leader in protecting the rights of transgender individuals to access care, but many states across the nation are moving in the opposite direction,” the resolution reads. “In preparation of future legislation that may criminalize those providing or seeking gender-affirming care and given the Council’s stated values of equity and inclusion, it is important for the City of Sacramento to be proactive in reiterating our commitment to transgender rights and equal protections for transgender people by declaring ourselves a sanctuary city and a place of safety for transgender people.”

Vice Mayor Caity Maple said during the debate portion of the meeting that she had grown up with someone who left home “at a young age” because their parents were not “affirming” and that this measure was “very personal.” Councilmember Mai Vang also thanked the speakers who came in support of the resolution and noted that transgender and nonbinary youth should be “treated with respect and dignity” and that “ensuring they are able to be their authentic self is so important.” (Read more from “Major U.S. City Creates ‘Transgender Sanctuary'” HERE)

Report: ‘Trans-Identifying Male Inmate’ Had Sex With Female Prisoner in Cell

A male felon in Washington State who identifies as a woman is accused of having sex with a female inmate in a prison cell on March 14.

The National Review on Friday cited an incident report about a “trans-identifying male inmate” that said “a corrections officer at the Washington Corrections Center for Women (WCCW), discovered 35-year-old Bryan Kim, who goes by Amber FayeFox Kim, having sexual intercourse with 25-year-old Sincer-A Marie Nerton.”

Officials deemed the encounter an infraction. A hearing is expected to take place regarding what happened. The Review article also noted the prison used to be a place where only women were housed.

Meanwhile, a Washington Department of Corrections (DOC) worker told the Review there is “technically” no consensual sex allowed between inmates, but the state “has been mitigating the sanctions on offenders involved. If both offenders call it consensual, then they seem to be getting into less trouble.”

Sweet Sixteen Upset: 16 Female Athletes Sue NCAA to Bar Transgender Competitors

Sixteen female current and former athletes from across the country last week filed a lawsuit against the National Collegiate Athletic Association, accusing it of violating their Title IX rights by allowing males to compete in girls’ and women’s sports and to use locker rooms designated for females.

Filed March 14 in U.S. District Court in Atlanta, the lawsuit aims to disqualify biological males from competing against female athletes going forward. It also calls for requiring the NCAA to strip transgender athletes of any awards given to them in girls’ and women’s competitions and award them instead to their female rivals.

Riley Gaines—formerly a swimmer for the University of Kentucky—is one of the 16 women pressing the lawsuit. She is best-known for tying for fifth place with University of Pennsylvania transgender swimmer Lia Thomas in the 200-yard NCAA freestyle championship in 2022.

Planet Fitness Doubles Down on Allowing Men in Women’s Locker Rooms

Planet Fitness has doubled down on its decision to ban a member who reported a “trans woman” for shaving in the female locker room. The fitness juggernaut said that although people may feel uncomfortable by the situation, it “is not a reason to deny access to the transgender member,” per the Daily Mail.

The revelations went viral after Libs of TikTok posted to X, writing: “Woman in Planet Fitness claims she went into the bathroom and this man who thinks he’s a woman was in there shaving. Why does @PlanetFitness allow men to use the women’s bathroom and invade women’s private spaces??”

The woman in the video, Patricia Silva, who lives in Alaska, said the “trans woman” was shaving in the female locker room while a girl — who could have been as young as 12 years old — was sitting in the corner wrapped in a towel, appearing to be distressed that here was a man in her locker room.

Three days later, Libs of TikTok posted an update, posting a video of the same woman. The account posted to X: “UPDATE: The woman who exposed a man shaving in an Alaska Planet Fitness women’s locker room with a 12-year-old present just had her membership revoked. Why is @PlanetFitness prioritizing a man with a p*nis using a woman’s private space over women’s and girls’ safety?”

DOJ Claims State Drove Trans Inmate to Cut off Own Testicles by Refusing ‘Hormone Therapy’

The Department of Justice (DOJ) claimed a trans-identifying inmate cut off his own testicles because the Utah Department of Corrections (UDOC) discriminated against him by repeatedly refusing to give him cross-sex hormones and other accommodations.

The DOJ suggested prisons are on the hook for providing hormones and sex-change procedures for trans-identifying inmates when it determined the UDOC violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) by failing to provide the unidentified prisoner’s requested “hormone therapy,” according to a Tuesday press release.

The state corrections department also “failed to make reasonable modifications to its policies and practices to treat the complainant’s gender dysphoria” by neglecting to modify pat-down procedures, provide requested housing accommodations or allow him to purchase women’s underwear and makeup, according to the investigation.

The male inmate had requested to be housed either individually or with women, which was reportedly denied. After 15 months of wrangling with corrections officials, the inmate received the cross-sex hormones he asked for, but the investigation determined that adequate steps were not taken to ensure their safe administration.

The DOJ, which defined gender dysphoria as “a serious medical condition marked by clinically significant distress caused by an incongruence” between one’s biological sex and gender identity, claimed that the inmate was driven to self-castrate after his gender dysphoria worsened “as a result” of the UDOC refusing to accommodate his requests over two years. Joe Biden Mourns Suicide of Nonbinary Teen: ‘End Discrimination’

President Joe Biden mourned the death of Nex Benedict on Thursday, a nonbinary teen in Oklahoma who killed herself following an altercation with other students.

As the Associated Press (AP) reported, an autopsy determined that Dagny Benedict, who went by the name Nex, died by suicide from a toxic mix of pharmaceutical drugs the day after a supposed scuffle with three girls in the bathroom at their high school in Owasso, Oklahoma. . .

In a statement on Thursday, President Biden called Nex Benedict a “kid who just wanted to be accepted.”

“Every young person deserves to have the fundamental right and freedom to be who they are, and feel safe and supported at school and in their communities. Nex Benedict, a kid who just wanted to be accepted, should still be here with us today,” wrote the president.

“Nonbinary and transgender people are some of the bravest Americans I know. But nobody should have to be brave just to be themselves. In memory of Nex, we must all recommit to our work to end discrimination and address the suicide crisis impacting too many nonbinary and transgender children,” he continued.
