‘Mutilating Children for Profit’: Teen Sues Doctors Over Breast-Removal Surgery at Age 13

A California teenager has started to sue the doctors who at age 13 cut off her breasts in a medical gender change she now bitterly regrets, in America’s latest blockbuster trans lawsuit.

The 18-year-old, who is referred to as Layla Jane, says she should never have been put through the ‘torment’ of testosterone hormones at age 12 and puberty blockers and surgery the next year. . .

‘I don’t think I should have been allowed to change my sex before I could legally consent to have sex,’ Layla said on Fox News.

‘I don’t think I’m better off for the experience, and I think transition just completely added fuel to the fire that was my pre-existing conditions.’

According to legal papers, Layla experienced moodiness, anxiety, gender confusion and anger issues as a child. At age 11 learned about radical transgender ideology and went online to learn more about the new trend. A transgender, U.K. doctor known for being a fatness advocate expressed outrage that thin people were being celebrated for “The Whale” movie at the Oscar awards ceremony on Sunday. . .

Dr. Asher Larmie, who also identifies as non-binary, unleashed a furious tirade on Twitter over the fatphobic incident.

“Once again, just a reminder that the Whale was written by, directed by, and produced by 4 thin white rich able bodied cisgender men. Oh, and check out its “fat” star who was celebrated and honoured at the Oscars last night. What a f***ing joke,” Larmie tweeted with a photo of the movie’s lead, Brendan Fraser.

“Are we able to wrap our heads around this one yet folks? Someone won an Oscar for making Brendan Fraser (a currently straight sized man) look FAT. No one else finds this disturbing ffs?” Larmie added in a third tweet.

The movie has been celebrated as a career comeback for Fraser after he left the industry over sexual harassment that he faced from a movie executive. A video of his fans giving him a standing ovation was circulated widely as a touching and emotional moment but excoriated by fat advocates for its inherent problematic fatphobia. DeSantis Defends Ban on ‘Mutilation of Minors’ After Biden Rips Florida’s ‘Cruel’ Trans Policies

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis came out swinging after President Biden blasted Florida’s initiatives on transgender youth as “cruel” and “close to sinful.”

“It is not ‘sinful’ to prohibit the mutilation of minors,” the Republican governor said in a Tuesday tweet. “It is not acceptable for the federal government to mandate that procedures like sex change operations be allowed for kids.”

Mr. Biden took a shot at Florida’s recent initiatives on transgender youth in an interview Monday with “The Daily Show” guest host Kal Penn, an actor and former Obama White House staffer.

“Transgender kids is a really hard thing,” Mr. Biden said. “What’s going on in Florida is, as my mother would say, close to sinful. I mean, it’s just terrible what they’re doing.”

Mr. Biden did not specify a particular policy, but Florida’s boards of medicine and osteopathic medicine adopted rules last month banning minors from accessing gender-transition drugs and surgeries over the objections of Democrats and LGBTQ advocates. Girls Basketball Team That Refused to Play Against a Transgender Athlete Banned From Sporting Events

A private Christian school in Vermont that forfeited a girls’ basketball game against a team with a biological male “transgender” player has been banned from participating in upcoming sporting events.

The Vermont Principals’ Association, which oversees school sporting events, announced on Monday that Mid Vermont Christian School would be ineligible to participate in sporting events and other activities done through the organization.

“The VPA again reiterates its ongoing support of transgender student-athletes as not only a part of building an inclusive community for each student to grow and thrive, but also as a clear expectation by Vermont state law(s) in the Agency of Education Best Practices, and in VPA Policy regarding transgender student athletes,” the announcement said.

‘Ridiculous’: Dad Dresses as Julius Caesar at School Board Meeting to Protest Teacher’s Gender-Fluid Attire

A Concord, New Hampshire, father who was banned from occupying an elementary school’s property dressed up as Julius Caesar at a school board meeting on Monday to drive his claims that a public school district is “facilitating gender confusion.”

“I am Caesar. Julius Caesar of Rome, the emperor. I am also a female,” Michael Guglielmo said. “Does anybody here believe that? That I am Julius Caesar? Anybody believe that? No, of course not. It’s ridiculous.”

Guglielmo called for the suspension of both Concord School District Superintendent Kathleen Murphy and Christa McAuliffe Elementary School Principal Kristen Gallo for “facilitating gender confusion” by allowing an art teacher who identifies with the LGBTQ community to continue teaching in the elementary school.

Guglielmo has been outspoken about the art teacher, Silas Allard, who identifies as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, for his decision to wear traditionally female clothing during the school day.

Huge Proportion of Children Pursuing Gender Transitions Are Actually Autistic, Experts Believe

Children with autism make up an outsized proportion of the transgender-identified population, and autism spectrum traits make them particularly vulnerable to thought patterns that can lead youth to pursue gender transitions, according to research and medical professionals.

Transgender individuals are about three to six times more likely to be autistic than non-transgender people, research shows; the connection between transgenderism and autism has been a subject of interest for researchers since at least 2010, and the Gender Development Identity Service at Tavistock, the world’s largest pediatric gender clinic, came under fire in recent years over allegations that as many as 97.5% of its gender patients had autism. Dr. Susan Bradley, a Canadian psychiatrist and pioneer in treating gender dysphoria, told the DCNF that she now believes most pediatric gender patients are actually on the autism spectrum and are being exploited by medical professionals.

“When we were seeing these kids from a very young age, we had kids who would come into the clinic, a little girl who thinks she’s a boy or vice versa. It wasn’t uncommon to find that one of them thought they were a dog or a cat or something else,” said Bradley, who chaired the DSM-IV Subcommittee on Gender Disorders.

The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) is the official manual of the American Psychiatric Association, which is used for classifying and diagnosing mental disorders; Bradley led eight other doctors in establishing those guidelines in its 1994 edition.

Bradley began treating children with gender dysphoria around 1975, and over the years she observed that many of the patients had the traits of high-functioning autism, she told the DCNF. People with autism tend to focus very intensely on their subjects of interest and have great difficulty letting go of something once they believe it’s true, both of which make autistic adolescents particularly susceptible to issues with their gender identity and body image, she said. A Look Into the Trans Activist Couple Arrested for Assaulting a GOP Lawmaker and Police (VIDEO)

A pair of transgender activists are facing assault charges for attacking a GOP lawmaker and a state trooper at the Oklahoma state Capitol after the state’s House of Representatives passed legislation that would ban “gender-transition procedures” from being performed on children in the Republican-led Sooner State, according to court documents Townhall has obtained via public records requests.

20-year-old Savanna Grace Mitchell—a five-foot, three-inch biological female identifying as a transgender man—and 21-year-old Austin Allen Ross—a six-foot, one-inch biological male identifying as a transgender woman—are lovers and apparent partners in crime. Mitchell, who goes by the trans moniker “Devyn,” and Ross, who uses the trans alias “Ari,” were among the triggered transgender activists and allies that were protesting H.B. 2177, a bill prohibiting healthcare professionals from providing or attempting to provide a referral for puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and “gender-reassignment surgeries” to minors. . .

As legislators were exiting the House chamber post-vote, Mitchell was filmed hurling water at 65-year-old GOP state Rep. Bob Ed Culver, Jr. in a vengeful attack. Mitchell was swiftly pursued down two-and-a-half flights of stairs where, on a landing in the Capitol’s southwest stairwell, the screaming trans suspect swung and slapped a responding Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper.

Sports Broadcaster Calls Decision on USA Powerlifting and Transgender Athletes ‘Unfair to Women’

USA Powerlifting was ordered to allow transgender women to compete with biological females in the women’s division after losing a discrimination case.

‘Girls Are Going to Be Just Fine’: Dem Lawmaker Dismisses Female Athletes’ Concerns About Trans Competitors (VIDEO)

Democratic Minnesota state Rep. Kaohly Vang Her dismissed concerns from some female athletes facing biological men in athletic competitions in the state’s House of Representatives on Thursday.

The Minnesota House State and Local Government Committee passed House File 173, which proposes adding an Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) to the state constitution. The amendment would read, “Equality under the law shall not be abridged or denied by this state or any of its cities, counties, or other political subdivisions on account of race, color, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, ancestry, or national origin.”

Senate Democrats are pushing a similar amendment on the national scale, holding a hearing Tuesday on the ERA. Conservative activist Phyllis Schlafly mobilized women in opposition to the amendment as early as the 1970s, and even today experts warn that the amendment could eliminate all distinctions between the biological sexes, allowing trans-identified biological men to compete against females in athletic competitions.

“I am so sorry but our cisgender girls are gonna be just fine. Society is built in a way that accommodates us already,” Vang her said in a House committee hearing. “The fears we have around a fair competition — it is fair. And the few trans girls that play with the girls, our cisgender girls will be ok.”

Parent’s Nightmare: 5th Grade Teacher Sued for Calling a Girl a Boy’s Name Until She Felt Suicidal

A teacher at an elementary school in Long Island is accused of pressuring a 9-year-old girl to question her gender identity and sexuality to the point that the girl was openly discussing suicide. Her parents have now sued the school district and the teacher claiming that she pressured their daughter toward a trans identity as a boy.

Debra Rosenquist — a 5th-grade teacher at Terryville Road Elementary School in Port Jefferson Station — started calling the 9-year-old Leo and using opposite gender pronouns toward the beginning of the 2021-’22 school year, according to a lawsuit filed in Suffolk County Court by the child’s parents last month.

The parents say they were only clued in about what was happening in January 2022, when the school principal called them telling them their child – referred to in court papers as A.V. – had drawn a picture of a girl, writing “I wanna kill myself” and “I feel sad like a lot,” the filing claims.

The principal also informed the parents that A.V. had even met with the school psychologist telling the mental health worker that she “was confused about her gender identity,” the court papers say.

Despite Rosenquist, 62, having referred to the student “for months at that point” as Leo, it was only during the Jan. 27, 2022 call that the parents were asked for the first time if this name was okay, the suit claims.
