YouTube this week determined a sermon from popular Christian leader Pastor John MacArthur is “hate speech” for stating both biblical precept and scientific fact.
According to columnist Todd Starnes, YouTube “removed the clip and sent me a message saying the pastor’s sermon was hate speech.”
The Big Tech player said, “Our team has reviewed your content, and, unfortunately, we think it violates our hate speech policy. We’ve removed the following content from YouTube: ‘There is no such thing as transgender. You are either XX or XY. That’s it. – Pastor John MacArthur.'”
Starnes explained MacArthur is pastor of Grace Community Church and his messages are broadcast on hundreds of radio stations, he’s a best-selling author and a “beloved member” of the evangelical community.
His message on Sunday was part of a nationwide campaign to draw attention to Canadian legislation that would silence pastors on LGBT issues. That law, actually, threatens pastors who speak biblical, or even scientific, messages about the LGBT agenda with five years in prison. YouTube slapped an age restriction notice on French presidential candidate Éric Zemmour’s campaign announcement video.
“You must now present your identity papers to have the right to watch the video of my declaration of candidacy. The thought police are no longer even hiding: they are showing off their tyrannical nature. The real fight begins,” a Google translation of Zemmour’s tweet in reaction to the censorship reads.
The video, which was posted on Tuesday and has accumulated more than 2.5 million views, features the French journalist explaining why he chose to run for president overlayed with clips from the news and clips showing the European country.
“For decades, the left and the right have led us to this deadly path of decline and decadence,” a translation of Zemmour’s speech in French reads. “Left and right, they have lied to you. They have hidden the gravity of our decline. They have hidden the reality of our replacement. You have known me for years. You know my opinions, my analyses, my predictions.” . . .
And if you run a YouTube search it won't return the video on his own channel, all you get is page after page of coverage by mainstream media channels.https://t.co/tgmnZp9Z0e

Google and YouTube announced that they will take measures to strip online content of revenue producing opportunities if they express skepticism about global warming.
In a statement from Google’s ad team on Thursday, the massive online company said they would deny ad revenue from content that contradicts “well-established scientific consensus around the existence and causes of climate change.”
Google says the new policy is in response to advertisers expressing frustration that their ads are appearing on content they disagree with.
“Advertisers simply don’t want their ads to appear next to this content,” the company said. “And publishers and creators don’t want ads promoting these claims to appear on their pages or videos.” (Read more from “Google, YouTube To Prohibit Ads From Content That Questions Global Warming” HERE)

By The Federalist. Google’s YouTube has stepped up its draconian censorship of a sitting U.S. senator.
The powerful video-sharing company removed a video of a speech given by Sen. Ron Johnson of Wisconsin and banned him from uploading new videos for at least seven days. The action took place several months after YouTube removed two videos of testimony given at a hearing he hosted of the Senate’s Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs on the topic of early treatment of COVID-19.
In the video YouTube censors are prohibiting the public from viewing, Johnson took bureaucrats in the Trump and Biden administrations to task for “not only ignoring but working against robust research [on] the use of cheap, generic drugs to be repurposed for early treatment of COVID.” . . .
Johnson noted that he held two hearings on early treatment for COVID-19. He said one of the people testifying at one of the hearings talked about “the four pillars of pandemic response,” those being prevention of the spread of the virus, early treatment, treatment in the hospital, and vaccines.
“It always baffled me that there was such a concerted effort to deny the American public the type of robust exploration research into early treatment early in this pandemic,” Johnson said, explaining why he wanted to bring more focus to that topic. He noted that studies have shown that “both hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin” are “incredibly safe” drugs. (Read more from “YouTube Bans Senator for Discussing Early COVID Treatment” HERE)
WATCH: Tucker Carlson Slams ‘Sinister’ YouTube for Censoring Interview With Doctor
By Daily Mail. Tucker Carlson on Friday night attacked ‘sinister’ tech companies for taking down his interview with a respected doctor who said that vaccinating young people was risky and ‘a colossal error in public health judgment’.
Dr Hooman Noorchashm, a retired cardiac surgeon with a PhD in immunology, who taught at Harvard Medical School, appeared on Carlson’s Fox News show on Thursday night after the CDC announced plans for a meeting over rare but worrying rises in cases of heart inflammation among young people given the vaccine.
‘After our conversation last night, he upload the data exchange onto YouTube,’ Carlson explained on Friday. . .
Noorchashm said that he did not approve of the vaccine being given to young people, because of their low risk of dying from COVID, and the fact that many already had antibodies from being infected, and recovering.
‘If a person does not need or stand to benefit from a vaccine, or any medical treatment, they should not be given it because it only opens the door to harm,’ he said. (READ MORE FROM “WATCH: Tucker Carlson Slams ‘Sinister’ YouTube for Censoring Interview With Doctor” HERE)

Conservative comedian and BlazeTV host Steven Crowder was once again targeted by Big Tech censors for allegedly violating YouTube’s and Twitter’s content moderation policies. But neither YouTube nor Twitter explained to Crowder how he broke the rules.
On Monday, YouTube informed Crowder’s team that a video titled “HUGE: Nevada Voter Mysteries Deepen!” violated its presidential election integrity policy. In the video, which was reported by TheBlaze when it premiered nearly a month ago, Crowder claimed that an unknown person or group altered public records to hide the fact that a former Hillary Clinton aide — who has allegedly been missing for two years — may have voted illegally in Nevada during the 2020 election.
In an email to Crowder, Youtube said the video was removed and a strike was applied to the Steven Crowder channel. Crowder has been suspended from uploading new videos for one week.
Additionally, YouTube informed Crowder that because of repeated violations of its Community Guidelines, Google AdSense program policies, and Advertiser-Friendly Guidelines, the Steven Crowder channel would be suspended from the YouTube Partner Program and his videos would be demonetized. Google’s YouTube last week removed a video that showed an attorney testifying to the Ohio legislature.
Thomas Renz, an attorney with the Ohio Stands Up! group, spoke to the Ohio House State and Local Government Committee in support of House Bill 90, which would implement legislative oversight of orders given by Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine.
Renz said over the course of around 36 minutes that he opposed the harsh orders imposed by DeWine, a Republican, and health officials amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
Renz noted that officials initially believed the fatality rate from the disease, which is caused by the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus, was much higher than the flu, but it’s now close to the influenza’s rate. . .
A YouTube spokesperson told The Associated Press: “We have clear Community Guidelines that govern what videos may stay on YouTube, which we enforce consistently, regardless of speaker.” (Read more from “Oligarchs’ Censorship Continue: YouTube Takes Down Video of Legislative Session” HERE)
