Ted Cruz Was Just Hit With ANOTHER Huge Accusation

By Jack Davis. What the Ted Cruz campaign says in public and what it says in private are two very different things, according to a series of tweets from a top strategist for Ohio Gov. John Kasich.

The Friday tweets from strategist John Weaver follows tensions between the Ohio governor and the Texas senator over whether Cruz is telling New York Republicans Kasich won’t be on the ballot when the Empire State’s crucial April 19 Republican presidential primary rolls around.

Cruz has publicly said Kasich should withdraw from the race because he cannot win the nomination outright. “A vote for John Kasich is a vote for Donald Trump,” Cruz said Saturday.

But in a series of five tweets Friday, Weaver said the private conversations are all about finding ways the two campaigns can deny Trump the delegates needed to win the nomination on the first ballot . . .

“They know what we know: only path to nomination for Cruz or us is through open convention. Only action to date has been unilateral by us re: AZ (which they knew in advance). Even Mitt has urged Cruz to work with us! To no avail,” he wrote.

“As usual, they want it both ways, appearance of attempt to work together/victim, but no action. To question [email protected] motivation is underhanded, and opposite of what they say in private. Facts are JK best positioned in most states moving forward & in general election,” Weaver wrote. (Read more from “Ted Cruz Was Just Hit With ANOTHER Huge Accusation” HERE)

Ted Cruz Still Won’t Say If He’ll Back Donald Trump

By Theodore Schleifer. Ted Cruz Still Won’t Say If He’ll Back Donald Trump. Ted Cruz for a third time would not say that he would support Donald Trump as the GOP presidential nominee, the latest sign that his pledge to do so may be softening.

Cruz late last week began signaling that his unconditional support for the Republican front-runner was not as ironclad as previously. But asked by CNN’s Sunlen Serfaty on Monday if he would definitively say that he would not support Trump, the Texas senator left his answer ambiguous.

“I’m not in the habit of supporting people who attack my wife and attack my family,” Cruz said. “Donald Trump is not gonna be the nominee. We are gonna beat him for this nomination.” (Read more from “Ted Cruz Still Won’t Say If He’ll Back Donald Trump” HERE)

These accusations with no proof are sounding more and more like the tactics of Harry Reid. I’m frankly disgusted with this. What ever happened to integrity??

    • wandamurline

Politics—–poly is a latin term for many sided…..ticks are blood sucking insects…..do I need to say anything else….if they are a politician, then they already have no integrity…..they have perfected the lie and can lie to your face without blinking an eye….most all of them are crooks and need to be in jail. A contested convention is the same as Joseph Stalin wrote: “It is enough that the people knew that there was an election. The people who voted decide nothing. The people who count the votes decide everything…..this is what the Republican Party has become…..they want to decide who the candidate is and they don’t care who the people have elected through their votes at the ballot. If they have a contested convention, the Republicans will bite off their nose to spite their face….it will be the end of their party as I, along with millions of other voters, will change to independents and there will be nothing left of the Republican Party. Whoever goes to the convention with the most votes from the people, should be the party candidate….if they are not, then the system is rigged and we need to discard the electorates and go to a population vote.

      • Paul

I agree 100%. I do believe the republican party is stupid enough to hand over the presidency to a liberal hoodlum and go against the people’s voice. That is the way of this new government until the people rebel against them ALL. The Feds power should be reduced by 50% (or more) and power given back to the States. It does not make local politicians honest but it is closer to home so we can watch them all. This is regardless of party affiliations.

        • CSN

It is all about Agenda 21 and the NWO, and everything and everyone else be *amned.

        • RWS

No government should do more than protect its people from enemies, foreign (federal armed forces) and domestic (state and local constabularies), plus (in the case of the federal government) conduct foreign relations.

Power back to the People, not the States!

      • NoBamaNoMo

Here we go again!…..this is what the Republican Party has become…If you think the dems are any different then you are ignorant and part of the problem. Politics is a filthy, dirty business. It’s only purpose is to deceive the people and shove down your throat what the movers and shakers think is good for you. Anybody that participates in politics has no choice but to play that dirty game and the dirtiest player most likely will win, because the voters are way too stupid and disinterested to see through it all. The good part is that you won’t survive the heat of the kitchen. Like they say: If it doesn’t kill you it will make you stronger. No I don’t like the lies and the mud slinging either, but that’s American politics and it’s been that way since the beginning.

      • deeaja

        “all politics is loco”

  • Paul

Both Cruz and Trump needs to stop the BS bickering crap and get to the meat of the issues. All these personal attacks serves no purpose and, frankly, I am sick of it. The Dems are loving every minute of it.
On a different note, I am concerned Hilary will be charged and the Dems will have no choice but to bring in someone at the last minute. There is a strong possibility they’ll select someone that will lead the people to think they are middle road when they are not. The Dems will say or do anything to maintain control of the white house. Be warned!

    • MikefromNC

Yep, it’s getting really old. But there is only one side firing the shots, just as it has been from the outset.
Trump is doing the petty, childish, personal attack garbage. The others only respond to his garbage, which they are forced to do. He did it to most of the other candidates, not just Cruz. He even insinuated that his new BFF Carson was a pedophile. “Little Marco”, Low Energy Jeb”, etc. It’s always been Trump who starts it – because that’s who he is. And that’s who he would be a president.

      • Russ

Really Mike? Trump didn’t say anything until the Cruz campaign posted the “Nude” photo of Trump’s wife. So I’m wondering what would you do if some did that to your wife? Ya, ya I know, Cruz said he didn’t have anything to do with it. Righttttttttttttttttttttt!!

        • MikefromNC

If you have some evidence that Cruz or his campaign violated federal law by being in contact with a PAC, why not share it? I’d think that would be something Trumpanzees would love to do.
Nobody forced Trump’s mistress (at the time) to pose naked in handcuffs on his plane. Nobody forced them to publish the photos. So why are they upset that someone (not Cruz) posted it?
The ONLY one who has continuously behaved like a petulant child is Trump.

          • Russ

Why is it Mike that you can’t seem to have a discussion without name calling? I have never called you any name because you support Cruz and yet you can’t even make one comment back without calling people with different views names. By the way, how do you know the photos were taken on Trumps plane? Sure seems to me that every time I read anything about Cruz it has another scandal attached to it?? Now its Kasich campaign doing the complaining about Cruz’s underhanded crap. So how are you going to pin that on Trump? I’m sure you will figure out a way no doubt. TRUMP 2016!!!

          • MikefromNC

So the thing you take out of this is that your feelings are hurt by being lumped in as a “Trumpanzee”? It’s a term of endearment – I thought you were proud of that association.
The nude photos were published in GQ magazine (Gentlemans Quarterly). It isn’t like they were private. The location of that particular photo shoot have been public knowledge since then.
Nobody needs to make up anything to “pin” on Trump. His public life and statements are plenty enough.

          • Russ

So that means that Cruz can use that against Trump but it isn’t ok for Trump to use a photo of Cruz’s wife which is also public. Typical!! You seem to think everyone is stupid except for you. But, I guess you have to consider the source. I forgot you belong to the Kindergarten club.

          • MikefromNC

Cruz didn’t use anything. You keep tossing that fallacy in as though it was true.
            An anti-Trump PAC used it.
You seem to get very angry and defensive when people disagree or point out you inconsistencies. Why?

          • Russ

I guess for the same reason you do.

        • Dave

You are truly a hypocrite who really does not understand the real world. Real world is the Fed have laws in place that if broken the breaker WILL end up in jail. These laws are to keep candidates from being able to communicate with any of the PAC’s that support them in any way. In fact the laws are so strict that if there is a meeting of a PAC in a building, then the Candidate cannot have a meeting in the same building and room that the PAC met in. If this is broken whoever it is that arranged it can go to jail. Trump knows this but he still keeps pushing his lying narrative. The only way you can ever tell if Trump is lying or not is if his lips are or are not moving. That seams to be the same with those who have sold out for Trump as well.

          • Russ

So please tell me about the real world Mr. KnowItAll!! The same can be said about you Cruz suckers!! Seems like Cruz is always the one with the allegations of campaign fraud. First Ben Carson, now Kasich. So tell me again about the real world. Mr. KnowItAll!!

          • MikefromNC

You ignore the facts he presented and attack him personally. How Trump-like.

        • Bob Trower

Cruz had nothing to do with the naked photo of Trumps wife. But what if he did, what is the big deal? She has showed off and published her pretty body for all to see for years. Nothing new here.

      • Lino

Who started this anyway?. Ted Cruz Super Fact did it first. If Cruz apologized to Trump just like he did with Carson, then this whole mess would not have happened. Ted Cruz saw an opening and like any macho man like him the lapped it up. And now he is pretending that be the victim? And now he is spreading the rumor that John Kasich is going to drop out. Common on guys, try to understand what is happening.

        • MikefromNC

It’s called a super PAC, not a super fact.
Federal law prohibits the candidate or the candidate’s campaign from having ANY interaction with a PAC. Period.
The PAC in question is an anti-Trump PAC, not a pro-Cruz PAC. So in fact, Cruz had absolutely nothing to do with the original tweet and cannot do anything about it. Except to denounce it – which he did. Further, he was kind in his initial response to Trump’s attack on his wife Heidi. He complimented Melania and expressed his love for his wife.
The NY bully is the only one acting like a horse’s backside.

        • Bob Trower

Trump has no apologizing coming from Cruz or anyone else. Trump should apologize to Cruz, and all the beginning candidates. To Megyn Kelly, all women, and the rest of America. He is a lying, rude, loud and obnoxious, spoiled little rich boy that has always got his way or threw a fit until he did.

        • Trump apologized to Cruz for what he said about Cruz’s wife Heidi. But, Cruz showed what a great Evangelical Christian he is, when asked by a reporter what he thought about Trump’s apology. Cruz’s response was; “At this point, I could care less about Trump.” At least Trump tells it like it is and doesn’t hide behind political correctness. Cruz is a fraud in so many ways.

      • RWS

Even with ignoramusses now common amongst the electorate, there was and is NO need to respond to foolish attacks. Responding denigrates both candidates and us, the electorate.

        • MikefromNC

If you are married, try that if somebody attacks your wife like Trump did with Cruz. See how it works out for you.

          • RWS

I’ve been married, and I’ve been elected to local office. Fortunately, my wife understood the absurdity of the opposition.

          • Russ

Seems like turn-about is fair play. Again I apologize. Cruz never does anything wrong. I forgot. Just ask Ben Carson!!

  • usncb

OK for Trump to bash but no one else. Spoiled and rotten to the core.

    • CSN

Have you got tunnel vision or what. Before the Florida primary the Mud Slinging was going so hard at Trump you could not see the trees for the forest. Rubio and Cruz were attacking Trump mercilessly at the debate and for every Trump attack against his opponents there was 5 attacks from Cruz and Rubio against Trump. I’d like to see all the mud slinging stop, but now Cruz is moving quickly to steal delegates by stealth. He is planting people to go to the Contested Convention as Trump delegates and on the second ballot they’ll vote Cruz. He is lower than anyone I have heard of yet.

      • usncb

Where is this proof and how is it documented ?

      • Dave

What you say here is hogwash. I watched every debate and the only ones doing any name calling or belittling anybody was Trump and Rubio. Cruz was almost always talked over by Trump any time he started exposing what Trump really stood for. Trump would not allow anyone to talk during their time if what they were saying exposed the truth about Trump. Cruz has tried to stick to substance and if you believe exposing Trump and what he believes by showing what he said as being slinging mud? Guess you Trumpsters cannot accept the fact that exposing the evils of your competitor is normal and fair. But then why would we ever expect a Trumpster could handle the truth.

      • honestAbesurd

Poor Trump the victim. Like a Lefty

      • usncb

I hope you are right and Cruz gets the delegates he needs, you obviously could not prove any statements.

  • CSN

Ted Cruz is telling everyone that Kasich will not be on the New York ballot, and his name is on the ballot…he did that to Rubio and Carson and has been working with Kasich, at the same time, to try to secure delegates away from Trump on the first ballot in Cleveland Contested Convention. All his talk about a contested convention being a disaster was a smoke screen. It doesn’t get any worse folks…he’s a very shady and cagey guy.

    • Dave

You have been had by the Trump machine. Every one of these allegations have been proven to be lies put out by either the Rubio or Trump. If done by Rubio, Trump picked up on it and runs with it. He is like a little boy in Jr. High yelling ha ha my girlfriend is prettier than your girlfriend. NEENER, NEENER, NEENER. This is the type of president the Trumpsters want as silly childish nincompoop? Yea right.
At least some of the Trumpsters are waking up. Even Ann Coulter came out and said, “People do you realize we are supporting a man who is mentally ill? That is great when she and even Newt Gingrich has said, “Trump is really in trouble because of his reacting like a child toward Cruz.”

      • Walker

ahem . . .I believe Coulter was speaking of Cruz when she said that.

    • Walker

Shady . . cagey . . and unethical, which adds up to immoral.
We’ve had that in the White House for 7 years. Don’t we want better?

      Go Trump!!

  • Kasich is delusional, unless he’s got a secret promise from th Party that they’ll swing it for him, hee’s no right to be in the race. An alliance would be damaging to Cruz, because Kasich is liberal.
Cruz and Trump may have to bury the hatchet and face down the Party in order to prevent the convention being subverted.

Now, this morning’s effusive endorsement by Walker opens up a whole new round of possibilities – he’d make a good VP, his heart’s in the right place on out stuff, and he can cut costs.

    • MikefromNC

Isn’t it interesting that the same day Walker endorsed Cruz… Trump’s campaign manager was being arrested for assault.
      A Tale of Two Campaigns…

      • scxjpfe787

Cruz is the true bully and conspirator…the charges on the campaign manager of Trump is a true BHO type criminal act. The video, no matter at what angle is not close to any kind of an assault. All a big set up by the crime GOP syndicate. No different from the other political side of things. Good morning America!

        • honestAbesurd

Cruz didn’t press charges. I think you need to go to a safe place. kid

      • Walker

        You are such an idiot!!

  • MikefromNC

Hey Trump supporters… I’m really curious about how this works. Please answer these 4 short questions and explain to me how to make sense of it.

    1. Are people like Hillary Clinton, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, John Kerry, Chuck Schumer, Ted Kennedy, John Kerry, Anthony Weiner, Charlie Rangel, Rahm Emmanuel, and so forth, good for America? Or do they represent what is wrong with America?

If you believe they are bad for America, go to question 2. If you believe they are good for America, I can’t help you.

    2. Do you think Donald Trump believes those people and their ideas are bad for America, or good for America?

If you think Trump believes those people are bad for America, go to question 3. If you think Trump believes those people are good for America, you have disqualified Trump as a republican.

    3. Trump gave money to all of those people to help them win their offices. He says he had to support them in order to protect his business interests. If he believes they are bad for America, does that not show he is willing to put his own self-interests above what is good for America? The answer is obviously yes. If not, please explain why not.

    4. So do you want a president who has his own interests above the best interests of the country? I just wanna know…

    • scxjpfe787

The Bush Cartel…were they good for America? How about Ted Cruz the Chameleon also bad for America? How about Romney, Rumsfeld, Chaney, Rice, and the entire list on this side. There are two sides, and both are bad for America. Both extreme sides have proven they are bad for America. Time to try the Trump side. Who to trust is a complete toss up all the way around. UN and NATO bad for America…there ya go…

    • Nels

Good questions. I’m glad you’re thinking again.
      .
Having gotten to number four, we see that while Trump the businessman had to go along to get along (see Havel’s essay about the greengrocer, “power of the powerless”), Trump the candidate is very unwilling to go along, and as president he plans to put a stop to some of the garbage he had to put up with as a private citizen.
      .
Compare and contrast to some of the other candidates, whose primary concern seems to be to maintain the status quo, especially with regard to the current open borders policy and the flow of bribes (oops, we call those campaign contributions, don’t we?).

    • Walker

I am so glad that the majority of people in NC are smarter than you . . .they voted for Trump.
      Go Trump!!

      • MikefromNC

        Couldn’t answer the questions, huh?

  • honestAbesurd

Ted said he would support Don. Anything to take out Hillary. After Trumps buffoonish actions i wouldn’t wizz in Trumps a hole if his guts were on fire.

  • CountryBoy

OLD NEWS……. heard this last week…. Kasich is Delusional….

  • disqus_XiPHq3JlXk

Anyone working for Kasich (who is funded by George Soros) is a liar and can not be trusted.
As for Trump & Cruz … they need to stop.

  • usncb

. This is B.S. A bunch of stupid kids acting as stupid idiotic juveniles. They learn nothing. Close your eyes and all will go away and things will be so sweet again. STOP IT YOU A$$H*LES. GROW UP !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Joey Smith

It is great to see all the passion in these comments. Keep up the energy, my fellow conservatives. Regime change in November!
