The True Reason Gay Marriage Was Legalized, and What It Really Means for the Future

shutterstock_303623789-913x512The Obergefell decision was perhaps the most fraudulent Supreme Court decision in US history. The logic was non-existent, the arguments were phony, and the decision itself was a totally political one that, as Chief Justice John Roberts wrote, “has no basis in the constitution or this court’s precedents.” And the ramifications of this decision are disturbing, with significant impact on children, on American culture, on the institution of marriage and on the First Amendment rights of Americans — in particular churches, Christian-owned business, and religious schools. Justice Samuel Alito warned that the decision will be used to oppress the faithful “by those who are determined to stamp out every vestige of dissent.”

First, the issue of same-sex marriage should never have been before the Supreme Court. This is an issue our founding fathers would have insisted be decided by the democratic process. The Supreme Court can’t “interpret” something that is not addressed in the Constitution. Even more significantly, because marriage was NOT originated by human law, civil government has no right to redefine it.

Second, for same sex marriage to be ruled “constitutional”, then, obviously, those who wrote the constitution would have to have been in favor of it and would have indicated so in the Constitution. Neither is true. And the views of our founding fathers on this issue are the opposite of what the five elite lawyers in black robes claimed they were.

Indeed, homosexuality was looked upon by the founding generation as a deviant sexual behavior, which, by the way, continues to be documented by reams of social science research. The only time homosexuality is mentioned anywhere in the law by America’s founding generation is at the state and local levels; and then it was in defining the crime of “sodomy,” and always with steep penalties attached.

Third, the idea that the Supreme Court trumps the other two branches of our government is a bizarre notion with little historical evidence to back it up. The founders gave it the power to offer interpretations in cases brought before it, but never gave it the power to create policy. Many of our founding fathers – Washington, Madison, Jefferson, etc – mocked this idea as one that would destroy the democratic nature of our government. It wasn’t until the Marbury v. Madison decision and some subsequent decisions that the Supreme Court essentially voted to give itself more power. But Congress never ceded them this power; and even today, there exists nothing in our founding documents that prevents the States from simply refusing to obey a Supreme Court ruling. Nullification, as it is called, by a state was common in the past and should once again be used by the states to counter an out-of-control Supreme Court.

Fourth, Anthony Kennedy claimed in the majority opinion that homosexuality was something one is born with – “immutable” he said, a completely false notion. Genetic researchers have never discovered a “gay gene”; and the Human Genome Project, involving 150 of the world’s top geneticists, was not able to find a “gay gene.” None of the professional organizations like the American Psychological Association or even the pro-homosexual Kinsey Institute will claim that homosexuality is genetic. Kennedy made up this phony claim because if homosexuality is not genetic, and thus only a behavior, it is too flimsy of a foundation upon to redefine the ancient institution of marriage. What’s strange is that even the proponents of this case did not make the claim that homosexuals are born that way. Where is Kennedy getting this info? Leader of Islamic State Used American Hostage as Sex Slave

downloadThe leader of the Islamic State personally kept a 26-year-old American woman as a hostage and raped her repeatedly, according to U.S. officials and her family.

The family of Kayla Mueller said in an interview Friday that the FBI had informed them that Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the emir of the self-proclaimed Islamic State, had sexually abused their daughter, a humanitarian worker.

Mueller’s parents said the FBI first spoke to the family about the sexual assault in late June and provided more details two weeks ago. The bureau pieced together what happened to the American from interviews with other hostages and the captured wife of a senior Islamic State figure . . .

The disclosure that Mueller was raped by Baghdadi adds to the grim evidence that the exploitation and abuse of women has been sanctioned at the highest levels of the Islamic State. The sexual enslavement of even teenage girls is seen as religiously endorsed by the group and regarded as a recruiting tool.

News of Baghdadi’s abuse of Mueller, who was from Prescott, Ariz., was first reported Friday by the Independent, a London newspaper. (Read more from “Leader of Islamic State Used American Hostage as Sex Slave” HERE)

Poll: Majority Believe Clinton Lied About Emails

GettyImages-484059782-Hillary-Clinton-SnapchatBy Mark Hensch. A majority of Americans believe Hillary Clinton lied about having sensitive national intelligence on her private email server, a new poll finds.

Fifty-eight percent of voters believe Clinton “knowingly lied” last March by claiming her personal email server lacked any classified information, according to a Fox News poll released a Friday.

Another 33 percent believe there is “another explanation” for having “top-secret” information on the device.

Most also think the Democratic presidential candidate endangered the U.S. by using a private server while at the State Department.

The poll found that 54 percent feel Clinton’s use of the device jeopardized national security, while 37 percent don’t think her decision threatened America’s safety. (Read more from “Poll: Majority Believe Clinton Lied About Emails” HERE)

Top Secret Clinton Emails Include Drone Talk

By Bradley Klapper and Ken Dilanian. Neither of the two emails sent to Hillary Rodham Clinton now labeled by intelligence agencies as “top secret” contained information that would jump out to experts as particularly sensitive, according to several government officials.

One included a discussion of a U.S. drone strike, part of a covert program that is widely known and discussed. A second conversation could have improperly referred to highly classified material, but it also could have reflected information collected independently, U.S. officials who have reviewed the correspondence told The Associated Press.

Still, it’s looking increasingly likely the issue of whether Clinton mishandled classified information on her home-brew email server will have significant political implications in the 2016 presidential campaign.

Clinton, who has been seen from the outset as the front-runner for the Democratic nomination, agreed this week to turn over to the FBI the private server she used as secretary of state. And Republicans in Congress have seized on the involvement of federal law enforcement in the matter as a sign she was negligent in handling the nation’s secrets.

On Monday, the inspector general for the 17 spy agencies that make up what is known as the intelligence community told Congress that two of 40 emails, in a random sample of 30,000 messages that Clinton gave the State Department for review, contained information deemed “Top Secret,” one of the government’s highest levels of classification. Clinton’s Team Went From Nonchalant to Nervous Over E-Mail Controversy

By Carol D. Leonnig, Karen Tumulty and Rosalind S. Helderman. Late last month, Hillary Rodham Clinton stood before a line of television cameras at a rural Iowa campaign stop to deny reports that she had sent sensitive information over her private e-mail system.

“I’m confident that I never sent or received any information that was classified at the time it was sent and received,” Clinton said, dismissing claims to the contrary by federal intelligence officials as a bureaucratic dispute over what qualifies as classified.

The view from inside Clinton’s presidential campaign team was much the same: Clinton had done what she needed to do, there was nothing of real concern regarding the e-mails and, mostly, the whole matter was an annoyance in her efforts to win the White House.

The next week, however, law enforcement officials became interested, and the campaign’s apparent lack of concern began to turn into a sense of anxiety.

“They’re worried about it,” said a longtime Clinton adviser and confidant who agreed to discuss the mood of the campaign team only on the condition of anonymity. “They don’t know where it goes. That’s the problem.” (Read more from this story HERE)

F.B.I. Tracking Path of Classified Email From State Dept. To Hillary Clinton

By Michael S. Schdmidt and David E. Sanger. F.B.I. agents investigating Hillary Rodham Clinton’s private email server are seeking to determine who at the State Department passed highly classified information from secure networks to Mrs. Clinton’s personal account, according to law enforcement and diplomatic officials and others briefed on the investigation.

To track how the information flowed, agents will try to gain access to the email accounts of many State Department officials who worked there while Mrs. Clinton was secretary of state, the officials said. State Department employees apparently circulated the emails on unclassified systems in 2009 and 2011, and some were ultimately forwarded to Mrs. Clinton.

They were not marked as classified, the State Department has said, and it is unclear whether its employees knew the origin of the information.

The F.B.I. is also trying to determine whether foreign powers, especially China or Russia, gained access to Mrs. Clinton’s private server, although at this point, any security breaches are speculation.

Law enforcement officials have said that Mrs. Clinton, who is seeking the 2016 Democratic nomination for president, is not a target of the investigation, and she has said there is no evidence that her account was hacked. There has also been no evidence that she broke the law, and many specialists believe the occasional appearance of classified information in her account was probably of marginal consequence. Hillary Clinton Jokes About Snapchat’s Disappearing Messages at Iowa Speech

By Ken Thomas. Hillary Rodham Clinton fiercely defended her use of a private email server as President Barack Obama’s secretary of state in a speech before influential Iowa Democrats on Friday, but made light of the simmering controversy as well.

The appearance at the annual Wing Ding, a Democratic fundraiser in northern Iowa that attracted three other presidential candidates, came days after she agreed to turn over to the FBI the private server she used as secretary of state. Republicans assert she was negligent in handling the nation’s secrets.

Clinton offered a light take on the email probe when she talked about launching a Snapchat social media account. “I love it,” she said. “Those messages disappear all by themselves.”

More seriously, she said she would “do my part to provide transparency to Americans — that’s why I’m insisting 55,000 pages of my emails be published as soon as possible” and turned over the server, Clinton said “I won’t pretend that this is anything other than what it is: the same old partisan games we’ve seen so many times before,” she said.

“So I don’t care how many super PACs and Republicans pile on. I’ve been fighting for families and underdogs my entire life and I’m not going to stop now.” (Read more from this story HERE)

Sheriff Joe Arpaio Loses Another Round in Court in Immigration Fight

sheriff-joe-arpaioBy Timothy M. Phelps. Arizona Sheriff Joseph Arpaio lost another round Friday in his long battle against the Obama administration over immigration.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit ruled unanimously that Arpaio, whose Phoenix-area department has been aggressive in trying to deport immigrants in the country illegally, did not have standing to sue.

Arpaio had complained that the administration’s deferred-deportation program — allowing up to 5 million immigrants to stay in the country — would serve as a magnet for others to cross from Mexico into his jurisdiction in Maricopa County. He contended that those crossing the border illegally would stay in his area and commit crimes.

But in her opinion for a three-judge panel, Judge Nina Pillard, a controversial Obama appointee approved by the Senate only after a change of rules, said Arpaio’s contentions are “unduly speculative” . . .

“The court correctly recognized that the constitution does not permit federal courts to hear lawsuits that rest on baseless speculation,” said White House spokesman Eric Schultz. “We will continue to work toward resolving the legal challenges so that the administration can move forward with implementing all of the president’s commonsense immigration policies.” (Read more from “Sheriff Joe Arpaio Loses Another Round in Court in Immigration Fight” HERE)

Sheriff Joe: We’re Going to the Supreme Court

By Ian Hanchett. Maricopa County, AZ Sheriff Joe Arpaio reacted to a federal appeals court throwing out his lawsuit against President Obama’s executive actions on immigration by vowing “we’re going to the Supreme Court” on Friday’s “Your World with Neil Cavuto” on the Fox News Channel.

Arpaio said, “we’re going to Supreme Court. We knew it was a tough battle in that appellate court down in Washington, DC, but we’re way ahead of the judge in south Texas, when all those governors joined, and I guess the judge put that on hold. So, we’re already in the appellate court, and now going to Supreme Court on this very important issue.” (Read more from this story HERE)

North Korea threatens imminent strikes against South, warns US

downloadNorth Korea on Saturday threatened South Korea with “indiscriminate” military strikes unless it halts cross-border propaganda broadcasts, and issued fresh nuclear weapons warnings against the United States.

The threats came amid escalating military tensions on the Korean peninsula following a landmine attack South Korea blamed on the North and ahead of a major South Korea-US joint military exercise condemned by Pyongyang.

They also coincided with celebrations in both Koreas to mark the 70th anniversary of the Korean peninsula’s 1945 liberation from Japanese colonial rule.

Initially there were hopes the anniversary might be an opportunity for some sort of inter-Korean rapprochement, but instead ties have spiralled downwards to the familiar accompaniment of angry rhetoric and mutual recrimination.

After three landmine blasts maimed two South Korean soldiers on border patrol, Seoul this week resumed high-decibel propaganda broadcasts across the heavily-militarised frontier, using batteries of loudspeakers that had lain silent for more than a decade. Illegal Alien Drug Dealer Who Broke Toddler’s Arms and Legs FREED

CentralMigrantsMexicoBy Daniel Greenfield. Wait. Let’s politically correctize that. “Undocumented immigrant undocumented pharmacist set free in measure to protect civil rights.” This is life under the sanctuary state in a sanctuary nation.

A California toddler is fighting for her life Thursday after a brutal beating at the hands of an illegal immigrant with a long criminal record is the latest case to rile California sheriffs and police against a U.S. immigration policy they say is forcing them to release dangerous criminals out on the street.

Francisco Javier Chavez, the live-in boyfriend of the unidentified two-year-old’s mother, is out on bail after being charged in the late July attack, which left the San Luis Obispo County girl with two broken arms, a broken femur, a compressed spine, a urinary tract infection and a fever of 107 degrees. Chavez’s criminal record includes assault and drug convictions and arrests for violent acts including kidnapping, car jacking and cruelty to a child.

A disgusted San Luis Obispo Sheriff Ian Parkinson told FoxNews.com Chavez should have been locked away or deported long before he had the chance to inflict “horrific injuries” on the little girl, but said conflicting federal policies leave his department handcuffed. Instead, Chavez is now free, awaiting a court date for which he may not even show up.

Maybe Macy’s can give him a job. Chavez should have been deported long ago. But Obama lies when he claims that his illegal alien amnesty keeps families together while deporting criminals. (Read more from “Illegal Alien Drug Dealer Who Broke Toddler’s Arms and Legs FREED” HERE)

American Kids Pay Heavy Price for Obama’s Border Failure

By Michael Cutler. In the “Wild West” America’s pioneers who were heading west would employ a simple but effective strategy when they came under attack. They circled their wagons to form what was hopefully an impenetrable perimeter.

Further back in history, castles were protected by high walls and often moats were created to offer a buffer beyond the walls, requiring draw bridges to enable those who wanted to traverse the moat to either enter or leave the castle compound.

It is more than ironic, as we about to see, that Obama himself drew that very same analogy about border security concerning a moat. For good measure, he even threw in alligators to fill that moat.

Of course he used that language derisively to insult and ridicule anyone who dared suggest our borders are not secure, but that those borders must be made secure.

Considering the threats that America and Americans face by international terrorist organizations and transnational criminal organizations, if ever their was a time that our borders should be secured, this is the time. Of course the Obama administration has very different plans. Virtually from its first days, the Obama administration has lied about the failures of the immigration system to secure our borders and carry out its missions that are intrinsic to national security and public safety. Carly Fiorina: A Conservative Candidate?

images (71)Editor’s note: Although this author does not discuss it, another indicator that Ms. Fiorina is no friend of real conservatives is Karl Rove’s staunch past support. He encouraged major GOP contributors to spend millions on Ms. Fiorina’s 2010 US Senate campaign, even though she had no chance of winning. This starved other competitive conservative Senate campaigns in Nevada, Alaska, Colorado and other states of much needed contributions.

Several of my friends have opined that Carly Fiorina would make a great VP to Donald Trump. She sounds so good, and she makes some valid points, but actions speak louder than words, as we all well know. In my book, Carly Fiorina is just another Trotskyite, and if you won’t go that far, she clearly uses Marxist techniques. Read on, and I’ll explain. . .

At HP, Carly presented herself as a realist regarding the effects of globalization. She was a strong proponent, along with other technology executives, of the expansion of the H-1B visa program. Fiorina responded against protectionism in an editorial in the Wall Street Journal, writing that while “America is the most innovative country,” it would not remain so if the country were to “run away from the reality of the global economy”. . .

Carly Fiorina chooses to believe that the Islamic Ottoman Empire was the greatest in the world. Like Chris Christie, she is snuggled with Islamists. In a speech that was given a mere two weeks after Islamic jihadists attacked America, the former HP chief executive officer gave a speech on technology, business, and our way of life. She glorified Islam and made only slight mention of European Christians and Jews having much to do with modern civilization.

I would urge you to read Fiorina, al-Mansour and the World Economic Forum, from 2010 on Canada Free Press by J.B. Williams. He states in this article:

Carly Fiorina sat on the Foundation Board of the World Economic Forum, which has observer status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council.

Congressional support for global governance will not wane on Carly’s watch. Agenda 21 and “sustainable development” are the new buzz words for “global socialism” through global governance and Carly sits on the Foundation Board at the mother ship.

We should be asking Carly to describe her long-term relationship with Dr. Khalid al-Mansour—aka Don Warden, Black Panther puppet master, Saudi Royal front-man and Obama education financier.

Fiorina sits on other Boards with al-Mansour, such as the African Leadership Academy. Al-Mansour, aka Don Warden, was the man behind the men of the Black Panther movement in the 1960s. He has long held hope for a “black nationalist” president, starting as far back as his relationship with Malcolm X. In fact, X died while speaking at one of al-Mansour’s college campus rallies.

(See also “Carly Fiorina: Islamic Civilization was “Greatest in the World.”)

Carly Fiorina talks a good game for the electorate of America, but, in reality, she is another neo-conservative player who belongs more to the noxious left than to the old Constitutional right. She’ll never get my vote. (Read more at “Carly Fiorina Is No Conservative Candidate”, HERE)

Arkansas, Utah Target Planned Parenthood Funding

planned_parenthood_ap_328_0By Sarah Ferris. Arkansas and Utah are the latest states to target funding for Planned Parenthood, making five states in total trying to restrict money from the women’s health group.

Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson is moving ahead with plans to strip state funding from Planned Parenthood, defying a federal warning earlier this week that doing so could be against the law.

Hutchinson announced Friday that he has ordered the state’s health department to end Medicaid contracts with Planned Parenthood over concerns about the organization’s fetal tissue program.

“It is apparent that after the recent revelations on the actions of Planned Parenthood, that this organization does not represent the values of the people of our state and Arkansas is better served by terminating any and all existing contracts with them,” Hutchinson wrote in a statement first reported by The Associated Press.

The move defies the Obama administration’s warning earlier this week, arguing that states cannot restrict Medicaid providers. (Read more from “Arkansas, Utah Target Planned Parenthood Funding” HERE)

Otter Declines to Order Investigation of Planned Parenthood

By Kimberlee Kruesi. Gov. C.L. “Butch” Otter said he will not launch an investigation into Planned Parenthood facilities in Idaho despite receiving a request from nearly 30 Republican state lawmakers.

In an Aug. 6 letter, Otter, also a Republican, said there are no grounds for a legal investigation because there is no evidence Planned Parenthood has violated any state or federal laws in Idaho.

Planned Parenthood has come under scrutiny after anti-abortion activists released undercover videos that raised questions about whether the national organization was profiting from the sale of fetal tissue— an accusation the group denies.

“I have been in contact with Planned Parenthood officials here in Idaho and they assured me that these practices do not occur in Idaho or within the states that make up Planned Parenthood of the Great Northwest,” Otter wrote.

However, his letter also challenged Planned Parenthood to reassure Idahoans that such activities do not occur in the state. (Read more from this story HERE)

Donald Trump Pledges to Support Republican Nominee, Walking Back on This Threat

trump (1)Back in favor at Fox News, Donald Trump dropped a bombshell in the middle of an interview with Sean Hannity on Tuesday night that should warm the hearts of Republicans everywhere: He will support the Republican nominee for president, even if it’s not him.

“Let’s assume you’re treated fairly in the process, you didn’t win the nomination — at that point, you would support the Republican candidate?” Hannity asked.

“That’s true,” Trump said.

It was a change in tune since one of the hottest moments from last week’s debate of GOP presidential hopefuls in Cleveland, when Fox’s moderators asked whether Trump would break from the GOP and run as a third-party candidate. Trump, smiling, refused to make any promises.

Whether he sticks to his new line remains to be seen, but in the meantime, Trump has thrown Fox — not to mention the Republican Party — a big bone. The news comes after reports that he and Fox chairman Roger Ailes patched things up in the post-debate fallout. After the mogul torched Fox News for days over an aggressive set of questions during the GOP debate, particularly his thrashing by co-host Megyn Kelly, Trump worked out his beef with Ailes over the phone. He addressed the conflict at the start of the Hannity interview. (Read more from “Donald Trump Pledges to Support Republican Nominee, Walking Back on This Threat” HERE)

Pistol-Whipped Alabama Cop Didn’t Shoot Attacker for Fear of Making Headlines

roebuck15n-3-webThe Alabama police officer who went viral after he was pistol-whipped with his own gun last week said he didn’t shoot his attacker because he didn’t want to make headlines as the nation’s newest vilified cop.

The Birmingham detective, whose name has not yet been released, paused while a suspect attacked him during a traffic stop because he feared the country-wide backlash he might receive for killing a black man, the head of the local police union said Friday.

“Local law enforcement officers are walking on egg shells because they’re so hesitant of how to interact because of what’s taking place in the media,” police Sgt. Heath Boackle, president of the Fraternal Order of Police, told the Daily News . . .

Images of the bloodied officer lying limp and face-down on the ground quickly went viral after witnesses dispersed them on social media, where the wounded deputy was heavily mocked by cop critics . . .

The plainclothes Birmingham cop was investigating a string of burglaries when he stopped a GMC Yukon and was attacked by the driver who immediately got out of his vehicle, authorities said. (Read more from “Pistol-Whipped Alabama Cop Didn’t Shoot Attacker for Fear of Making Headlines” HERE)
