Public School Teachers Behind Violent Antifa Group

Public school teachers are behind a leading far-left militant group that is part of the Antifa network that federal officials say is committing “domestic terrorist violence.”

By Any Means Necessary, which has played a key role in riots in Berkeley, Sacramento and elsewhere, has dozens of public school teachers among its members, including among its most prominent leaders.

The FBI and Department of Homeland Security began paying closer attention to Antifa groups in general after BAMN and other extremists started a riot and attacked marchers at a white nationalist rally in Sacramento last July, Politico reported on Friday. The Sacramento violence left at least 10 people hospitalized, several of whom had knife wounds.

One of BAMN’s most prominent organizers is Yvette Felarca, a Berkeley middle school teacher and pro-violence militant. Felarca currently faces charges of inciting a riot for her role in the Sacramento violence.

After BAMN and other antifa groups staged violent protests in Berkeley to keep right-wing author Milo Yiannopoulos from speaking, Felarca defended her group’s acts of violence. BAMN was able to cancel another event, this time an April speech by pro-Trump author Ann Coulter, by promising a repeat performance of the Milo riots. Doxxed? Trump’s Inner Circle May Be Under Cyber Attack

Unknown hackers may have dropped private and sensitive information on several members of President Trump’s inner circle onto an open source forum called Hastebin. While the exact time stamp has been masked, the information contains personal phone numbers, email addresses, parking tickets, moving violations, the names of people related to them, and even Amazon Wish Lists. (Disturbingly, obtaining someone’s Wish List on Amazon is as easy as having the email address he uses to sign into his account. Are Amazon customers aware that their wish lists are open to anyone who knows their email address?)

Linking to the source is not something PJ Media will do because the information was clearly released to intimidate not only the targets but their entire families. These kinds of attacks are getting out of hand.

More research was required, so PJ Media reached out to the targets using the numbers from the document dropped on Hastebin. None of the numbers appear to be connected anymore. The email addresses also came back undeliverable, so it’s quite possible this list was a fake. Whether or not the phone numbers belonged to the targets, it’s a clear attempt at intimidation — and it happens all the time. More troubling than the phone numbers and email addresses were the names and addresses and phone numbers of all of their relatives. These are people who are not in the public eye and have no apparent political relevance. (Read more from “Doxxed? Trump’s Inner Circle May Be Under Cyber Attack” HERE)

Mainstream Media: Trump’s Reaction to Hurricane Harvey Lacks ‘Empathy’

Every week, The Daily Signal’s Facebook show “Problematic Women” highlights strong conservative women, current events, and the hypocrisy of the “feminist” left. This week we’re highlighting some of the more outrageous reactions to Hurricane Harvey, including this idea that President Donald Trump lacked “empathy.”

Instead of focusing on Hurricane Harvey victims, the mainstream media viciously attacked first lady Melania Trump for wearing heels on Air Force One en route to Texas. So we’re crowning her “Problematic Women of the Week.”

Report: Trump Ready to Dump S. Korean Trade Deal

At a time when tensions in the Korean Peninsula are increasingly high, President Donald Trump is reportedly planning to end a free trade deal with South Korea

According to The Washington Post, which cited unidentified sources “close to the process,” the decision is far along but not final, although it could be announced next week.

The Wall Street Journal also reported Trump is considering pulling out the deal.

The White House confirmed to The Post that the deal is being discussed, but would not comment further.

The Post said some of Trump’s advisers are opposed to the move. It named national security adviser H.R. McMaster, Defense Secretary James Mattis and National Economic Council Director Gary Cohn as being against the deal ending.

South Korea has been working closely with the United States to oppose North Korea’s missile program, but that that partnership could be impacted if the nations begin a trade war.

The South Korean trade agreement has been in effect since 2012.

If the United States were to withdraw, goods imported from South Korea could cost more, because the U.S. could slap heavy tariffs upon them. Cars, cell phones and various electronic items are all major imports form South Korea.

U.S. action could spur a similar response from South Korea, making U.S. products more expensive in that country.

U.S. trade representative Robert E. Lighthizer said in July that since 2012, the U.S. “trade deficit in goods with Korea has doubled from $13.2 billion to $27.6 billion, while U.S. goods exports have actually gone down. This is quite different from what the previous Administration sold to the American people when it urged approval of this Agreement. We can and must do better.”

In June, Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross made the administration’s concerns public as Trump sought to renegotiate the deal.

“There are a lot of very specific problems,” Ross told South Korean President Moon Jae-in on June 30.

“For many, many years, the United States has suffered through massive trade deficits….we’ll be changing that,” Trump said during his part of the June 30 meeting with Moon.

“The fact is that the United States has trade deficits with many, many countries, and we cannot allow that to continue,” Trump added at the time. “And we’ll start with South Korea right now.” (For more from the author of “Report: Trump Ready to Dump S. Korean Trade Deal” please click HERE)

Democrat Who Wants Trump Impeached Cites ‘Trump Derangement Syndrome’

Rep. Brad Sherman, D-Calif., indicated that when it comes to fighting President Donald Trump, he lets “Trump derangement syndrome” be his guide.

Sherman, who filed articles of impeachment against Trump, met with the Los Angeles Times Editorial Board on Monday, and talked about the impact of “Trump derangement syndrome” on his own positions.

“Then we have a Trump derangement syndrome where — thank God he didn’t put out a message on Mother’s Day because there would have been pressure on me to come out against Mother’s Day,” he said.

Sherman suggested the pressure to oppose Trump drives his positions on issues.

“If Trump takes a position, then you must take an equally extreme and opposite position. He’s for Mother’s Day — you must be against Mother’s Day. He’s for a wall — you have to be for unlimited immigration from all places,” he said.

Sherman was asked what he wanted of Trump.

“Pick the most boring president in the last 100 years. If he could just meet that standard. If he could rise to the level of Calvin Coolidge, could be (Warren) Harding, whatever,” Sherman said.

He also spoke about his feelings in terms of legislating for the people of California.

“The politics are that you get elected for being loyal to your ideology rather than being loyal to your state,” he said.

Sherman filed articles of impeachment against Trump in July.

“The hope is that it triggers an intervention in the White House,” Sherman told Fox News’ Tucker Carlson when asked why he had filed the articles of impeachment.

“That his staff is able to say, ‘Now it is real articles, and for that, and for so many other reasons, Mr. President, you have to stop announcing reversals in foreign policy at 4 in the morning in 140 characters, you have to stop making foreign policy decisions in complete ignorance of the facts,’” Sherman said.

“You’re impeaching him so he’ll stop tweeting?” Carlson asked.

In order for any impeachment effort to be more than a political statement, the full House of Representatives would have to adopt articles of impeachment specifying what Trump has done wrong. Since the GOP has a majority in the House, that would be unlikely.

If the House were to approve articles of impeachment, there would be a trial in the Senate, as was done with President Bill Clinton in the Monica Lewinsky affair. (For more from the author of “Democrat Who Wants Trump Impeached Cites ‘Trump Derangement Syndrome'” please click HERE)

Texas Governor Rebuffs CNN Anchor’s Effort to Find Fault With Trump

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott showed he is as nimble as they come this week by leaving a CNN reporter clutching air when she was seeking something to grab onto that she could use against President Donald Trump.

Abbott, whose state was slammed by Hurricane Harvey last weekend and has faced days of flooding in its aftermath, spoke with CNN anchor Alisyn Camerota on Wednesday’s edition of New Day. At that time, Trump had made one visit to Texas. His second visit would come Saturday.

Camerota first wanted to know what Trump actually accomplished Tuesday.

“Well, it was very important for the president to show up and to show how much he cared about the state of Texas, about our citizens, and about his commitment to helping Texas get through this emergency process and then rebuild,” Abbott said.

“But as far as the president himself is concerned,” he added, “I got to visit with him at length and see both his compassion and his commitment to helping Texas get through this process.”

Camerota then second-guessed how Trump spent his time.

“Do you think that the president should have talked more about the victims? I mean, when you talk about his compassion, obviously there is some criticism today that he didn’t talk enough about the victims, he didn’t reach out to them enough,” she said.

Abbott said just because Trump wasn’t wading in floodwaters did not mean he was not thinking about the flood victims.

“Well I know that he talked to me at length about the victims. And about the devastation that he saw and about his deep concern about what people were going through. He and I together were watching on TV the flooding that was occurring in Houston. He didn’t want to go to that location because he didn’t want to interfere with it. But he expressed his sorrow and deep concern about how these people’s lives have been completely inundated, and his compassion and commitment to help them to respond,” Abbott said.

Camerota tried again, asking if Abbott wanted more help.

“We talked about where we’re going to go from here and what needs to be done from here to take care of the challenges that Texans are going to be facing for months and for years to come. And we began to talk in detail about how we will continue to work seamlessly to make sure that we address these ongoing challenges.”

Trump has since said he will seek billions in federal disaster assistance to help Texas and Louisiana recover from Harvey.

Camerota then mentioned that Mexico has troops ready to send if the U.S. can’t do the job.

Abbott made it clear that the relief effort is working fine without them.

“We already have on the ground National Guard from countless states, across the United States. And let me use this opportunity to thank all these states. I can’t even list them all because so many have been involved in this process,” he said. “But again, as we speak, we have these conversations from the president to his Cabinet to the Department of Defense — and have the right strategies in place to make sure that we have the right personnel in place.” (For more from the author of “Texas Governor Rebuffs CNN Anchor’s Effort to Find Fault With Trump” please click HERE)

Mitch McConnell Is the New Nancy Pelosi

In the elections of 2010, grassroots Americans flipped the House from Democratic to Republican based largely on the anger against Nancy Pelosi, who was then the Speaker of the House.

Shortly after the elections, the New York Times asked, “Is Pelosi America’s most unpopular politician?”

It turns out she was, and she was used as a foil for years by grassroots and establishment Republicans in campaigns to crystallize the problems of the nation.

Yet for years, the Democrat Party chose to keep her at the helm of the leadership of the Democratic arm of the House. This year, some Democrats tried to remove her from leadership, and she famously said that she was “worth the trouble.”

The tactic of using Pelosi as a specter of danger during campaigns was extremely successful. Pelosi, in 2013, became the most popular name in congressional leadership, Democrat and Republican alike, but that popularity was largely negative in nature. She became a household name because she was so awful. She was safe in her San Francisco district, but despite that fact, it was her name recognition that destroyed her party’s command.

The nation in 2010 could not remove the president, whom they had finally seen as the destroyer he really was. We tried but could not remove Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, with Republican Sharron Angle, due to shenanigans by the establishment wing of the Republican Party. So with the president locked in for at least two more years and the Senate majority leader locked in for 6 more, it was the unremovable Pelosi who took the brunt of the nation’s ire and would for years to come.

Now that the Republicans lead the House, the Senate, and the White House, the lowest-polling leader is Mitch McConnell. Though Pelosi was terribly unfavored, she was not as unfavored in her own party as Mitch McConnell is now.

Just as Pelosi was used during past elections to make the nation think of what kind of future we would have if any of her Democrats remained in office, the nation needs to use Mitch McConnell as the specter Pelosi was and still is to make the nation think of what is standing in the way of the people who want action on the conservative aspects of Trump’s agenda.

Mitch isn’t going anywhere, though many politically inexperienced supporters of the president have suggested he be removed. But though Mitch’s name should be used in the primaries as a weapon, it is his second job that should be the real target.

Recently, the president put McConnell in his Twitter crosshairs, but then relented and made nice when both McConnell’s people and the White House issued statements that they would continue to work together. They intend to work together on agenda items like tax reform, which, if experience is any indication, will be nothing like the promises Trump’s team made during his campaign. They also will work together on infrastructure, which is estimated to add to the deficit significantly. And they both want the debt ceiling raised, as if the nation needs one more boulder on the backs of working Americans. The Senate majority leader’s first job is to continue the legacy of the previous Senate because he’s the epitome of the establishment.

But McConnell’s second job, a job he takes just as seriously as the first, is to elect carbon copies of himself so that they will vote the way he tells them to.

Some Trump supporters are gleeful that Trump was seen before the Phoenix rally with possible challengers to Senator Jeff Flake. But today, those supporters are hoping Sheriff Joe Arpaio will challenge Flake. Since Flake is a McConnell lackey, I suppose the grassroots of Arizona will have to decide who can best oust Flake.

But Trump has put his weight behind Luther Strange of Alabama, another McConnell lackey. So it isn’t wise for Trump supporters to campaign for whoever Trump wants them to, because seemingly Trump himself doesn’t understand that his agenda will never be put into action until the McConnell army is stopped.

If McConnell’s carbon copies win, Trump’s presidency may well end in 2020, with very little done but the continuation of Pelosi’s agenda.

After all the work the people have done to pull the nation away from the fire since 2010, allowing McConnell to continue to elect proxies to call the shots will seriously damage Trump’s agenda, the people’s agenda, and the future of the nation.

Any Republicans running for Senate ought to be asked point-blank if they will go along with McConnell. If they answer yes, they’re done. If they equivocate, they’re done. If they answer no, and provide the right reasons why, they should be carried on the shoulders of the grassroots to victory.

Those who answer improperly will know why: It’s because of Mitch McConnell. (For more from the author of “Mitch McConnell Is the New Nancy Pelosi” please click HERE)

Father’s Day Ad Banned From TV in Australia for Being ‘Too Political’

An ad promoting Father’s Day in Australia, which takes place on September 3 every year there, was pulled from TV after the industry group that represents commercial free-to-air networks took it down for being too “political.”

News.com.au reported on that the ad, which was sponsored by a Christian group called Dads4Kids, was taken down from TV in the leads-up to the same-sex marriage vote. The ad was also removed from social media channels for “security reasons.”

FreeTV informed Dads4Kids that the annual Father’s Day ad, which features a father singing his daughter a lullaby, would be banned from being broadcasted because it “likely contained political manner.”

Dads4Kids previously campaigned against same-sex marriage and advocated for “gay cure” therapies, but said it denied any plans to enter the same-sex marriage debate this time around. In 2014, the group aggressively lobbied against LGBT rights in Australia. At the time, it described gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender relationships as “gender disorientation pathology” and called for a form of gay conversion therapy. Mattis Alerts North Korea: ‘Massive Military Response’ If They Continue to Threaten U.S.

Secretary of Defense James Mattis issued issued a warning to North Korea on Sunday, saying the country would be hit with a “massive military response” if it continues to threaten the U.S.

Mattis mentioned any threats to the U.S. and their allies, including territories such as Guam, would cause the U.S. to respond with strong military action.

“Any threat to the United States or its territories including Guam or our allies will be met with a massive military response,” Mattis said outside of the White House after a meeting with President Donald Trump.

The defense secretary called out Kim in a statement to the press. (Read more from “Mattis Alerts North Korea: ‘Massive Military Response’ If They Continue to Threaten U.S.” HERE)

French Police Officers Injured During Clashes With Migrants

Three police officers were injured during clashes with migrants Saturday by the French port of Calais.

Calais has become a hotspot for migrants who want to make it to the United Kingdom through the Eurotunnel. Migrants frequently attempt to hijack trucks on the motorway and many “took advantage of the bottleneck to board a few trucks,” according to local deputy police chief Jean-Philippe Vennin.

“Our British colleagues had opened only nine out of 14 lanes this weekend though we expected 9,000 vehicles in the Eurotunnel and 7,500 at the port,” Vennin told AFP.

Police used tear gas to stop migrants and three police officers were reported injured. Police did not comment on whether any migrants were hurt during the clashes. (Read more from “French Police Officers Injured During Clashes With Migrants” HERE)
